im a different anon but im just curious what advice you would give to someone whos been pillbugging it for um. over a year now
mmm i cant really answer how to stop having depression which im guessing is what u mean + i dont know how ur head works but ive been living mostly NEET-ly for more than 2 yrs now and everyday im getting a better curve at dealing with it so i can tell u what works for me.
half the time when im pillbugging hard im paralyzed by a nontangible fear and the only thing that could stop it is adressing wherever the fear is coming from but the confrontation of the topic, trying to figure out where its even coming from, is terrifying too so i dont do it and stay swimming in tar. theres a sentence people keep saying when they explain why they watch 2 hour video essays "it makes my head go quiet". thats the enemy, the thought, not the person saying it. long term i mean. when its short term anguish that can be bridged by pillbugging its fine i think but if ur "making ur head quiet" for more than a month i urge u to make it go really loud again but thats hard. the only times i can try and confront those thoughts is when i feel otherwise nice, if i got externally forced to have a fun day, hike with my papa, date day with my girlfriend, sometimes just got myself to make a nice meal and it helped, when u feel better its a little less scary and u can maybe try and think out of it a little better. also i think on those days youre generally more positively charged so u got more hope outlook. COOL. i think this is why some people do meditation. im not good at it so i dont really know but i think its a brave pasttime of tackling unpleasant ideas. i used to try and dope my way out of it with lsd cuz everytime i used it it kind of forced me to confront whatever trouble i had but ive forbad myself that cuz i didnt want to rely on it as crutch + it was just unpleasant to get hit over the head everytime. now i only do it when i feel good already (havent done it in half a year lol). sorry, drug tangent. also weed is synonymous with pillbugging 4 me.
otherwise, rituals.... mmmmm..... when therapists and whoevers say stuff like take daily walks daily exercise take daily shower i think all of those are like half about the direct benefits they give and half just about doing anything regularly. cuz it helps. during pillbug hours the point for me is kind of to have time pass as fast as possible so the timeframe to hurt is reduced which is counterproductive cuz if it flows u by rlly hard u cant really grasp onto anything to get off the ride easily. and its never going to come really easy theres no probable single action or event that is going to singlehandedly pull u out of the mire, no rapture, no healing vitamin, its always going to be slow and tedious and boring and stupid but a routine is a nice framework to start that. brushing ur teeth is nice. and when u do something daily the days start becoming more tangible again and u will be able to tell how many days ago tuesday was. maybe u can think abotu what factors motivate u and twist them to do your biddinggg. shame and dissapointment works really well for me if i tell someone i will have this done by then and i dont it usually overpowers the malaise or whatever other reason has been making me not do it prior. but this requires social bonds and i cant guarantee u have those. in summer i started doing therapy cuz in germany i need it for transgenderism and shes also a good beacon for that, if she says do something until next time we meet i dont want to dissapoint her. other than that, um idk, everyting else is just kind of part of that. take walks even if u dont want to think about things even if its scary. be brave like childrens book illustration of knight slaying dragon. and then maybe u get a princess kiss

Maya, this is an ask not really about loa I guess. But I needs some suggestion with my love life.
But firstly, sorry to bore you with this long ask šš
I used to date this person and we broke up I found about loa but gave up due to extremely complicated circumstances. Now that I know about the void, I know I can still have him back and all of those complicated circumstances can change to my liking.
So , now when I think of revising things with him , I also imagine him being more famous and loved (he is somewhat known by people in my city , not an actor or celebrity but just known for his work ) and then when I think of that I also have some doubts about if it is right you know because if you love him you love him why do you care how many people know him or or like him. I dunno how to think about this. Similarly I imagine him being more handsome or earn more money (his income is not that great ) so I imagine our lives together where we both earn good and huge amounts of money and all that and then these guilt tripping doubts come into play -- if you really love this person then why would you want them to be more rich or handsome or known.
Its an odd feeling because I love imagining us together married in about 5 years and living happily and a lot of times I also imagine those traits I described above.
To add more to this , he was the first guy I was in a relationship with, my self concept wasnt that great then and it wasnt even so good about love and all. So when he came I felt really comforted and that magical feeling and he felt like home and still dies when I think about us together. My SC about love life still is not that great and that is what I am planning to manifest in the void too.
Thats a lot of story š„². Sorry to bore you with all that š¤¦š»āāļøš„±. My question finally is that due to these things I start doubting if I should manifest him because there are tonnes of what ifs huh!!
What if I want him only because he comforted me when I was low , or what if when my sc about love is great and I have a lot more options(I even now have a lot more options and can have anyone I want but I still have this doubt so i dunno why this doubt comes in) , what if I am not happy that I manifested him, what if I love him only because he is kind of known (I didnt even have these doubts when we first dated) , what would people think and so many what ifs
I still want to hang on , and I have no idea why , I still want to feel that comfortable feeling and that love I used to have before these "reasons" set in. I still daydream about us together and love that feeling.
Woww !! Thats a lot. I am thinking about it ofc but would love to here what you say about it too !!
Hi Iām glad you felt comfortable asking me! Iāve never been in a relationship before but I donāt think that doesnāt mean Iām unqualified to give advise, but take everything I say with a grain of salt because this is just my opinion, and I donāt know you well enough to give the best well versed opinion on your life !
But It's understandable to feel conflicted about whether or not you should manifest your ex back into your life, especially given the complicated circumstances and the doubts that you have been experiencing.
One thing to keep in mind is that manifestation should come from a place of love, not fear or doubt. If you're only manifesting your ex back because you're afraid of being alone or because you're unsure of your self-concept when it comes to love, then it might not be the healthiest choice for you.
Additionally, it's important to consider whether or not your desire for your ex to be more famous, handsome, or wealthy is coming from a place of love or ego. It's okay to want your partner to be successful and happy, but it's important to remember that these external factors shouldn't be the sole basis for your love and attraction to them. I donāt think thereās anything wrong with that of course, I mean hell Iād do the same but if itās something that youāre starting to feel bad for maybe reflect upon it ?
Ultimately, the decision to manifest your ex back into your life is up to you. However, it's important to approach it from a place of love and self-awareness, and to consider whether or not it aligns with your true desires and values, and that will help more with the indecisiveness youāre having.
Again, Iāve never been in love so if this were me I guess itās easy to say that Iād just manifest a partner with everything I want already and move on, but I donāt understand what youāre feeling, so go with your heart š

hereās the matter of fact text post re: i guess i achieved the goal of an intermittent thing iād do where iād try to find anyone online talking about the āweirdā experience i have with masturbation which is, inherently, not exciting or anything but itās like, even if i just Know of course itās not just me, i want to like, hear someone else talk about anything similar ever, b/c so far itās just a text post i saw once and canāt ever rediscover and someone talking about their experience that stems from an inapplicable physical trauma so....Yay, seeing as itās been years iāve been likeĀ āseriously thoughā lmaoĀ Ā
i was like Lol @ myself b/c i was likeĀ āman after i try for like 30 sec to crank it it a) doesnāt go anywhere hardly and b) i lose interest Way fast and itās like mildly annoyingā and so i thought about that post thatās like [me after sex: well that was a waste of my goddamn time. anyway back to speedrunning] but thatās me after a halfhearted attempt to masturbate and not really getting anything out of it anyways lmaoo like. itās okay or i wouldnāt even bother fairly regularly but also it tends to end with like, me going off on a distracted tangent for even a moment and it can just hit an absolute brick wall like okay i donāt even have the Interest in continuing with this anymore like i mightāve had before starting like Well That Was A Waste Of My Goddamn Time Anyway Back To [whatever it is that i do]
and then like either that same night or the next my dreams had the audacity to get deeply uncomfortable for no reason like. all i do is have Anxiety Dream Themes thrown together where like. for example as i write this, two nights ago i had a dream segment aboutĀ āiām on vacation at the beachā but it was all Anxiety b/c itāll all be about how i can hardly visit said beach coz i keep getting sidetracked at the hotel or w/e while iām Trying to visit it while i still can, and last night i had the same Theme but trying and failing to ride roller coasters (which i Enjoy irl) and like, the beach one in particular recurs not Too infrequently lmao where iām surprised by the rarity of something likeĀ āyouāre at the beach and itās funā lol.......i donāt have anything iād call a nightmare too often but Anxiety / a somewhat threatening/worrisome situation is like, fairly constant lol, with some occasionally more neutral stuff and a really rare Fun Dream but anyways it was still Bizarre that my dreams pitched meĀ āyouāre Someone who i guess is dating this abstract Partner and the scenario is you feel obligated to have sex with themā and it was weird like, woke up the next day likeĀ āwhy did my brain drag me through this deeply unpleasant dream situationā like. not totally unheard of for my dreams to touch on a Scene ft. sex and/or physical intimacy and even on occasion itāll be anĀ āiām (or whoever i am as a maybe semi-abstract First Person camera character lol maybe ft. some particular concept attached to theĀ āroleā) having some sexual encounter and itās Fine or enjoyableā but itās generally fleeting As Per Usual Dream Structure and itās like why was this one that sucked like, particularly dragged out by those usual dream standardās, come on
anyways so goingĀ āhaha iām living the Waste Of My Goddamn Time thingā andĀ āwell thank you to my own brain for a bizarre and unpleasant experience while iām just trying to be passed tf outā i was likeĀ āletās look up again why not only can i not seem to orgasm but also like even expecting a way lower level of stimulation still Disappoints sometime like why do i botherā and yeah after first going theĀ ādoes anyone Never manage to Not slam into a brick wall / basically completely lose interest all at once or practically all at once even and it all goes back to zero even if you started at like maybe a 1 or 1.5 and sometimes it happens with going down a random mental trackā route i interestingly got some cis guys goingĀ āyeah hate when that happens on occasionā but yeah by now i had of course given up onĀ ācan i come at this from an [experiencing sensory input and processing from an autistic angle] angleā like. idk still interested in that of course lmao but god is searching for it a bit exhausting. but yeah after i threw in an [-erectile] search modifier i got was like oh a result on a site about asexuality re: masturbation, why didnāt i think of That angle. idk but here we are
informative stuff but the comments section where people who wanted to read an [about: masturbation] on a site About asexuality were talking about their experiences was like. i had mentioned how it was Enlightening that one person said I Do Not Enjoy Orgasms lol like i have not really heard that angle vsĀ āyou might not enjoy sexual stimulationā and/orĀ āyou might not be able to orgasmā but not you Can orgasm but you Might Not Even Like It Really like. the person said yes they got the Peak Of Intense Pleasure out of the orgasm but not so much any kind of afterglow and felt like they get dropped back to where they were before even trying to masturbate (aka. square zero again lol) and just yeah outright mentioned Not Enjoying it and another person replied like Yep itās like that for me too.........already iām like man i donāt even approach anywhere near an orgasm Ever but man would not be surprised if, even if i theoretically was capable of the physical experience, it would be the same as this way lower level Waste Of My Goddamn Time deal lol.......itās Hilarious too that like. sayĀ ābeing at all in the mood to try to spank itā is a Square/Level 1, i feel like yeah most of the time iām only getting this shit going to a 1.5, maybe a 2 or 2.5 if weāre on fire......very very very rarely have i been likeĀ āhey that was like, a 3 or some shit, damnā and honestly itās not like oh so that ruled and is motivation to continue b/c like. the Surprise of it throws me off and itās not necessarily that Great a surprise, more just like, jeez, idk, it feels like A Bit Much that basically registers as Tension where iām hardly encouraged to keep it up like, makes me wonder if thatās a Sensory Processing Thing aka how sometimes i try to get any more in depth info on the logistics of Experiencing Sexual Stimulation re: also being autistic and the variety of ways that can unfold (i do know that like. the Sensory thing apparently can sure be a factor in either direction, i.e. might cause some ppl to really not enjoy sexual stimulation Or to like, super enjoy it. allistic ppl who might realizeĀ āthinking sex is awesomeā isĀ āānormal,āā brilliant.....like u didnt alsoĀ ārealizeā that stims like fidget cubes and weighted blankets can be enjoyedĀ āānormallyāā like. still having a diff experience here and shut it) and i remember one time i was likeĀ ācāest la vie i will purchase a vibrator (and i got a second, external one as some deal going on)ā and it was just a No Go b/c. it didnāt feelĀ ābadā in that it was not necessarily like, yep hereās some sexual stimulation, but it was like, overwhelming in a Not Good way, yet also not physically painful, and i realize vibrators are made w/ different intensities and i definitely got Mildest ones so it wasnāt that
anyways like yeah #tbt to a time i really gave it a go (vibrator-less) for truly just short of two solid hours......plenty of that was me at Square Zero and getting back to level 1 alone (aka like. feeling Any positive response at all lmao) was kind of an achievement and maybe there was some 1.5 or 2 in there but it wasnāt like i felt that motivated and Just Keeping At It was not necessarily helping so. that was a waste of my goddamn time
canāt really remember what i was doing differently the last time i kicked things up to maybe a solid 2-3 Zone for truly like One Moment lol.....think i was just getting a little more hands on (since usually a spike in intensity makes me goĀ ā[?? / !!] whoa :/ā and i lose Any momentum and/orĀ āprogressā) and that spike in intensity made me go [?? / !!] Whoa :/ and it didnāt matter, just got back to zero as always, and itās not like theseĀ āAchievementsā areĀ āEnlighteningā where iām then like wow everyoneās right, really Trying with this shit pays off like lol. i still make a cursory effort but really just to burn off that Level 1-ness if anything like. kinda likeĀ āyeah neat here we goā but like. probably literally a minute or two later itās like well Anyways.......another fun detail is that itās not Always likeĀ āoh i got off on some mental sidetrack and losing focus = losing like All of even this low level of arousal and im back at zeroā like, i might be in the middle of things and Lose Interest even while iām currently experiencing a nonzero level ofĀ āyep this is some sexual stimulationā lol but itās just like smh Whatever @ it......like, on the one hand the Tension of the stimulation gets in its own way, but if i entirely lose that then itās like well okay this isnāt gonna go anywhere, may as well stop
so anyhow hereās the Particular Comment where i was likeĀ āwow this is so similar to #me that i guess iāve finally found Someone Talking About It* (*however it goes for me)ā
i canāt say iāve done the Holding My Breath thing on Purpose but now sometimes i do notice i do it (and have probably Been doing it) lol like oh there i went and Exhaled in a [was holding my breath] way lol coz like they say there with the Loss Of Any Tension and the Square Zero (Not Even Square One) thing like yeah lmao. and very same with the Five Minutes Max thing b/c yeah it really can be even less than One Minute sometimes before itās like yeah square zero or just i lose enough interest anyways, getting bored like they say, ugh like itās a brief description obviously lmao but iām like god well there it is i guess, the [i know itās not Just Me experiencing this like this but iād still fucking like to find anyone else actually talking about it] account For Once Finally, thanks for putting it out there, Disappointed and a lil bored
naturally there are also ppl in the comments talking about how masturbation is an enjoyable thing for them and particular tips there but like it is Hilarious to me how a) some people orgasm easily or like. orgasm if they put effort into masturbation lmaooo like fucking imagine. and b) idk itās like well iām sure iāve made hundreds of attempts and not even any Near Misses, it is simply like, not happening and c) yet at the same time Like This Commenter itās likeĀ āwell is there just another way of doing it i somehow havenāt hit onā like naturally i have to wonder like well idk maybe itād be diff with a sexual partner b/c yknow, the same stimulation from Someone Else vs Yourself, and yet d) ha ha of course i havenāt had sex which people Donāt think of as Not A Joke lmao i referred to this fact abt myself with some casual humor to someone and my temper flared up when that was later taken as a Cue for someone who is not me to jokingly reference it (by Temper Flaring i mean i got annoyed enough to go Do Not Do That e.g. the post thatās likeĀ ā[asserts one boundary] iām not a people pleaser anymore iām actually a huge cunt nowā) and i probably shouldnāt feel like i have toĀ ājustifyā this as well somehow other people have probably tried to Make A Move re: me but i have not been into it like well, what if nobody had ever been Interested that i knew of, that would be fine too, but. i am aware that ppl think of this as a joke still lmao, and i have to say that. im already doing letters like a) b) c) arenāt i but whatever, starting over a) well i havenāt had All the opportunity in the world as i have at various points (but basically continuously) for various reasons been pretty isolated and b) idk i have not had all these signs that point to me wanting to have sex with people exactly lmao but itās like, c) even if i goĀ āwell maybe thereās Exceptions out there or Situations That Will Be Conducively Different Than The Limited Range Of Ones Iāve Had So Farā itās like, okay, i could still just continue to feel ānah :/ā re: anyĀ āopportunityā that ever presents itself or whatever. it is all very abstract for me anyways, so itās like, whatever. but iām also not the most Glad to discuss it b/c idk a lot of this stuff i know is like A Joke including how iām still simmering with resentment from a year ago or more over some Tweet i saw trying to dunk a meme about how asexuals are Anti-Psychology like, thatās an entire Other Essay there but needless to say for one thing i just pre-resent people hearingĀ ācould being autistic factor into the particular experience i have losing interest / arousal so easily (and inevitably as itās big time primary anorgasmia around here)ā and goingĀ āaha that makes sense b/c being ace means thereās something Dysfunctional going on cuz Lbr and bieng autistic means being a Fucked Up version of an allistic person and your autistacity is going to fuck up things about you which ought to function properlyā like well that feeds right into itself in a loop and i hate it. and i know the wholeĀ āhehe someone who hasnāt had sex is a loserā thing is way engrained in there lmao ppl throw that punchline out all the time and like, idk, see the (iām autistic) thing like itās not like this is an unprecedented concept or the only front on which im likeĀ āi Know this is a thing ppl negatively judge in general but i also Know i do not buy into that or feel bad about itā like i do not personally consider myself cringe and fail for not having had sex ever and do not consider that Premise that someone is a joke for it to be true re: anyone but at the same time i know that this whole Awareness that people are shitty about it is frustrating to me lol. plus i think it is getting into the Entire Thing where concepts as broad as Maturity and Humanity At Its Most Complex And Worthwhile are considered intrinsically linked to romance and sex, which is something that i am somewhat self-conscious of being aromantic and [having never had sex and it could well be that i will not ever have sex even if The Opportunity(tm) is there] and i know it is frustrating to me b/c sometimes when i start to even talk aboutĀ āi have not had sex yes im aware this is like (spit take) what a nerd, Sureā b/c i will easily cry out of frustration like 5 seconds in lol. which i cry easily enough but Usually getting teared up b/c i feel Hyped Up / Enthusiasm for something lmfao.......anyways plenty of tangents to go down here but my point is shoutout to the other person for also never orgasming and just being bored with masturbation if anything
and also to the people who were likeĀ āi can have / have had orgasms but i donāt actually enjoy itā like considering the way that [not like i experience anything even close to an orgasm but there is sometimes An Increase in arousal achieved, either a tiny raise in the Level or on occasion a bit of a kick which is mostly likeĀ āwhoa tf chill outā] is overall Underwhelming even if there is Any enjoyment in it and the whole Back To Square Zero (Not Even Square One) thing re: the entire lack of afterglow they mention and itās like well that kinda feels like parallel experiences here lmao. which tbh is like. makes me care even less with like Humorous Annoyance at the fact that ppl are out here simply able to have orgasms and to have access to that just by like yep here i go masturbating lmaooo like okay
anyways idk how to Conclude this lmfao. Fun Fact i have hcās about how winston billions who is autistic experiences sexual stimulation (he gets the Really Enjoys It kind of sensory processing time here lol) but i suppose the easiest simplest one to explain is theĀ āremember the Tayston Crying Sex drawing, the idea is that things can be kinda overwhelming while still being Good if itās handled right by his partner (or himself ig lol) and he can tear up as sort of an overflow thingā like well you probably already knew that was connected to the broader whole of Winston Billions Autistic Hcās but in case you didnāt: it is
#me and ''Disappointed and a lil bored'' out here#round of applause from me to me....like the time i stumbled across the Source Media for some preview i remembered from a blockbuster vhs#like 20 yrs ago or whatever like ''am i making this sort of Distinctive memory up or modifying one to hell and back / combining them'' like#no i was not but it sure took me a While to mostly coincidentally find it via watching a list on youtube of like. partially Lost or just rly#obscure niche shit....it'd been a preview for a pc game for an ye olde disney series i'd never heard of in my life#anyways the point is it'd been something *i'd* been searching around for intermittently for a good while and managed to find and it was like#hooray but also i realize it's hardly relevant to like. much of anyone else but oh well good for me

iām finally done with college! 5 years of also being so unsure of myself. iām realizing? embracing? the thoughts i have (no more denial) that iāve been so dishonest to myself. iāve controlled every bit of my actions and words, which wasnāt all bad, honestly, iāve stopped myself from doing some stupid things. it also carried on to how i interact with people. what i say is different from what i think - iād change it most of the time.Ā
iāve stopped myself from doing things because i felt like someone doesnāt understand, i felt like i donāt grow in friendships i have. i only ālookedā from a far the people i actually want to be with, i felt and thought that it was hard to do it, i didnāt take risk and tried harder. as well as with my academics. i donāt feel so accomplished. i always thought and wanted to do what i want so bad and having achievements would be one of the results. i stopped myself because i felt like it would be stepping into other peopleās spotlight. when in reality, maybe itās alright because. this is somehow a reflection of me in the past 5 years. insecure, selfish, closed-off i think. itās not all the bad. is it? i think i need some tough advice. i wish i did more. i always hope i do better the next time. i am left with some regrets, that i wanāt so passive/aggressive. last time i went to uni, i was able to have the chance to talk to an old friend (lol im saying like we havent seen each other in yEARS) but he was my friend in the first parts of college. and it still felt so easy to talk to him, like i shouldnāt be holding back anything. and it made me feel sad but at the same time, comforted, that yes, of course, iām not ALL bad. Ā iām happy for him that he had friends that made him shine more. :) but maybe there wasnt a reason for me not to have not talked to him as often before??? the friend ā'groupāā not even - felt forced. it is. to the point that calling it a group or squad just isnt right and i feel negative feelings. i feel like we are only using each other. sometimes, exchanging - i dont know how to explain it, is healthy too. but this one feels right. my experience wasnāt just ALL bad or ALL good. yeahā¦ maybe all of these was because i was very self-centered and selfish. i changed myself when i didnt have to because as cheesy as it is, its who i am. i let myself get so affected by external factors. maybe at that time, that person wasnt aware of how it might come off as and i took it negatively. i feel that i hurt myself, but i hurt other people more too. i donāt even know whatās a normal and not normal thought. i wanna get out of this mindsetā¦ i sometimes miss the old parts of me - kind, more open and giving, able to take 'risksā when its normal. change is good too. im so lost right now. im so grateful i still have people that just them being them- makes me feel hopeful and remember that its gonna be okay, and its just temporary. that it can get better.
continuation from the submitted post... these people remind me of who i am before all of this. i'm obviously so conflicted and problematic. and have feelings of inadequacy. this is quite embarrassing.
hey there, congrats on finishing college! I started two different university degrees and finished neither haha, you have a lot more dedication and perseverance than me. if you want someĀ ātough loveā advice though? move past this, stop focusing so much on the past and things that you cannot change.Ā
none of this is embarrassing though! this is a really positive submission to write, it shows self reflection and growth. yeah there may be parts (maybe lots of parts) to your time at college that you regret? but honestly thatās just part of being human, weāre not perfect. I agree that it does sound like you let external factors affect you too much sometimes, I agree that it does sound like you feel inadequate at times. itās good that I agree though! because that means your assessment is a realistic assessment of the current situation, and that helps you to work towards change and further growth.Ā
you mentioned that youĀ āalways hope [you] do better the next timeā? then work on that, focus on that, learn from past experiences so that you try not to repeat them again. make it a goal to be more confident and empowered in yourself, make choices that are rooted in kindness towards yourself and others. if you have moments of doubt or insecurity then talk to loved ones around you, get second opinions, it can help to determine if your thoughts + feelings are based in reality or not. you can work through this, it is possible to do. keep your attention focused on the present moment and looking forward, not back. all the best <3

took pieces of a journal entry i put on another website
i feel like i dont want to share this with anyone at all and i probably shouldnt but i almost...need the possibility of an audience? even if its zero, which maybe thats preferable?Ā
--
i only ever act on impulse.
so when i ask you to leave you always sound so..incredulous. that look on your face you giveā¦some form of solemn.
and now im sitting outside a bedroom door, only light coming in from moonlight spilling in from the living room and reflecting down the hallway.
and im sitting. and youre probably sleeping, or lying awake waiting for me to open that door
but im going to sit here for a while.
i wonder if ill really sleep alone tonight?
i have a lot on my mind and it feels sick to write it all out but i have to put it somewhere and this counts as somewhere. it has to.
there are so many things i cant give you, that i cant make up for.
[cut]
there are some things i can never give you. even if i wanted to.
i think id want to. god i really think id want to.
and i think all the real experiences that were stained for you,
and that all are experiences i can give you arent all that tangible
none of it can ever make up for anything
and i wonder if this lack of physical presence means this is nothing?
that im always chasing an almost.
i know this is all really bad for me to thinkā¦it makes me want to throw up.
my feelings are conflicting with the facts.
[cut]
im wondering in this context if you can really love me intensely.
[cut]
im thinking about how i want to ask you to run away.
ill storm through that bedroom door, after working up the courage and through my tears ill say pack your bag, baby we are going away
and weād leave into the night and never be heard of again and weād move to some small town no one has ever heard of or a city too big for anyone to ever find us
and weāll drive in your car till dawn and get some shitty hotel and decide where weāre even fucking going once we wake up
but thats not how this works
and im still sitting outside the bedroom door
maybe ill sleep on the couch
maybe ill sleep in my own bed, a universe away.
if we love each other, if weāre soulmates
am i betraying you by feeling this way?
[cut]
to leave you would be like ripping my still-beating heart straight out of my chest,
its never an option.Ā Ā
[cut]
but i wonder who the hell im supposed to talk to to work through trauma that isnt real.
[cut]
and youre probably sound asleep and hoping to see me when you wake but ill be a world away because icant face you
this wouldnt hurt if i didnt have to walk through a looking glass
if you didnt have to reach your hand through it just to hold mine
and maybe, maybe its rational to feel pain and doubt in a situation like this
and i feel especially week tonight
darling. do you love me?
is this enough, all you ever wanted and more?
i can never be what i want to be for you. can you accept that?
im still coming to terms with it.
[cut]
because we ...we have such a healthy way of being that i wonder if this is normal? is it normal to feel like this? we donāt hurt each other, we stay kind and loving and everything we should be and you know, i know weāre happy.Ā
but the external factors feel like theyre caving in tonight....maybe thats normal too.Ā
[cut]
love is a force field against pain but i thought the pain was supposed to leave us alone? but my doubts, my jealousy, my uncertainty follows me
do you want to love me? do you want to stay with me?
i worry because i cant give you what i want to give you, that i can never be what you need
i can never surpass this goal ive gave myself, i can never garner enough proof that ive become worthy of your love, no no , that ive done enough to erase all memory
ā¦..i never said i was a good person.
i wish these feelings would wash away.

How much should I expect to get from my insurance company?
"How much should I expect to get from my insurance company?
My car was totaled off. It was a 96 Suzuki Esteem. It was rebuilt after a previous total loss. Its in decent condition externally and it ran fine until the most recent accident. There is however a small hole in the front bumper from where I hit a hitch of a truck. They have deducted 600$ from what they are willing to pay me for my car. I understand that this question is probably pretty vague, but I'm not looking for a very specific answer. Just an idea of what I should be expecting back.

Reason for sudden increase in price on car insurance?
When I bought my car I started paying 1,400 a year on insurance, and the other day I got a letter through the post from my insurance company saying that I need to renew my car insurance since it was close expiring. They said that if I want to continue with the same company I need to now pay 2,000 a year for the same car. I can't seem to understand why there's such a vast increase from my last quote. Replace Old Car Insurance or Go With a New Policy?
I just bought a new car and quoted Progressive about replacing my old car with the new one, seeing how much a difference the premium would be. It got a little high, to say the least. When I tried just going through adding a new vehicle alongside the old one, the premium was about what I paid on the old vehicle originally, only with comprehensive and collision added. My question is, should I go with a completely different company rather than Progressive, let the old car insurance expire, and just get on a better rate elsewhere for new policy holders? I'd appreciate any help.""
""Why do libs think health care is a right? What next, car insurance? How about free food for everyone?""
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of 'Free' Health Care Every new 'right' the U.S. government has promised has turned into a massively expensive failure, yet the media continue to cheer supporters of tax-funded programs. Americans are obsessed with rights. We always have been. But the concept of rights our forefathers laid out in the Declaration of Independence has changed dramatically. Those rightsĀ life, liberty and the pursuit of happinessĀ were acknowledged to come from the Almighty, given equally to all people. Todays rights come from Almighty Government. Health care is the newest right. From presidential candidates universal plans to the return of HillaryCare to Michael Moores movie Sicko, its all over the media. Calling it a right is an emotional argument advanced by those who want others to pay for their health care. They bring out the children and ask whether anyone can deny them the basic human right of health careĀ but dont bother with the evidence showing how health care in this country would be harmed by government control. A look at other modern rights might give us a clue about how well a new system would work. These rights started out as privileges, among them education and a paid retirement. Now education is not only considered a right, its a mandate. How well has it worked? American students attend school at least until their teen years, but 15-year-olds ranked 24th out of 29 countries in aptitude for real-life math problems, according to The Washington Post. Literacy surveys suggest one in five American adults is functionally illiterate. And taxpayers keep shelling out money to fund the system. Americans also cherish the right to retireĀ but we expect to be supported in our old age. Younger workers and employers are forced to support retirees, funding another right. And how well has that worked? The poorly designed, outdated Social Security system is disintegrating rapidly as the number of retirees balloons. But once youve established a right, its difficult to take it away. The government, which promises such rights, must go to its sugar daddyĀ taxpayersĀ to keep the rights coming. Were already well on our way toward the health care right/mandate. Want to be more like Canada? Its not that far off. Catos Michael Cannon has pointed out that third parties in America pay 86 cents of every dollar of our health careĀ about the same as Canadas socialized system. What weĀ or rather, those third partiesĀ pay for health care is already determined by the government as well. Emory University medical professor Robert Swerlick has noted that the pricing of medical care in this country is either directly or indirectly dictated by Medicare. This market meddling even causes doctor shortages, he says, in needed areas of specialty. Prescription drugs are already considered a right, thanks to political moves like the Medicare drug benefit and massive media support. A Business & Media Institute study found broadcast journalists treating prescription drugs as though they grew on trees. Overall, the coverage supported the idea that medications should magically be available to everyone at far lower costs. Of course, the magic behind new rights is your money. Cannon and fellow Cato expert Michael Tanner explained problems with tax-funded care in their book Healthy Competition: Whats Holding Back Health Care and How to Free It. If health care is guaranteed to everyone, how much does everyone get? Who decides who receives what, and how would the care be administered? What happens if everyone wants the most expensive treatment available? With the wide variety of medical tests and treatments that consumers may claim as their right, someone at some point must decide where the right to health care ends, lest the nation be bankrupted, they wrote. Were well on our way toward that as well. Our rights to Social Security and Medicare devour about 40 percent of the federal budget. State and local property tax revenue, which normally funds education, mushroomed about 35 percent between 2000 and 2005, according to the Tax Foundation. We cant afford any more rights like that. But the left says tax-funded care is right for the children. Meanwhile, what becomes of them? Theyre growing up in an America where the rights mentality is deeply ingrained, and the media continue to feed them with it. When the children come of age, perhaps theyll want the right to a job. They wont remember that France already tested that idea for us, and it led to high unemployment and rioting. Perhaps theyll guarantee Disney vacations for all families and force childless Americans to pay for it. The pursuit of will conveniently fade away as they look to government to guarantee happiness. They will know less and less of a true rightĀ libertyĀ and have no idea where it comes from.""

Help with moral dilemma with car insurance.?
Well money is tight right now and I'm shopping around for a new auto insurance. I live in CA and so far the cheapest one I've found is Mercury insurance. I was playing around with the different personal criteria having fun wondering if having a different profession or having a college degree would change the premium. I found one option significantly changed the price and that was if I selected a different location where I principally garaged my car. The premium changed by about $200 for a year of coverage. It was based on zip code and I put the one that I used while I was in college which is in northern CA but I m in southern CA. Would the insurance company ever find out about that or how would they know? I could make some excuse if it came down to it like I intended to park there since I was planning on attending graduate school there. I don't know if the insurance company could not cover me if they found this out. I don't know what to do. $200 is a lot now.

Will car insurance cover anything I do with the car? (Such as swapping parts, oil change, etc.) 3. Why does insurance quotes matter? Doesn't the more you pay the better coverage you have? Why do you need to save money? Are they trying to make you pay less so you if your accident can't be paid fully, you will pay with some other type? 4. How much will insurance supposedly cost? Help deciding which sporty car or convertible?
I want a convertible or sporty car and am on a budget of $20,000. so I've got a few options that I have been considering. New Mazda Miata-I have heard great things about Miatas, the one thing I'm worried about is it maybe feeling a bit underpowered, although I am coming from a 2008 Honda civic sedan. how do those compare? Used Porsche Boxster-this would solve the potential underpowered problem of the miata, however I have heard a mixed bag of responses regarding the reliability of these, and I know that any repairs that are needed will be absurdly expensive. Used Honda S2000-this car seems great, the things that worry me are possibly a lack of low end torque, and I have never driven a manual before, and the other options can be found as automatics. Volkswagen GTI or Golf TDI-these seem like excellent cars, but the one downside is the lack of convertible top-I really like that open road feeling Mini Cooper S-This is sporty and can be a convertible, but I've heard bad things regarding reliability and parts/maintenance costs, also the interior seems to be disliked by alot of people. other pertinent info- I live in the Sacramento area, so weather problems shouldn't be as significant. How do the insurance costs compare of these 3? I'm 18 but have a clean driving record, good grades, etc Does anyone know how the fuel economy of these cars compare from experience? I know the EPA estimates, but real world mileage is different, especially because I'm an enthusiastic driver (I only get about 26mpg in my civic) One of the main things I want to know is how these will drive compared to each other and my current civic. That might resonate confusing, but realistically, parties with ADHD donāt always have problems with attention at least , not when weāre is currently working on something that excites us. In reality, ADHD often means that we can hyperfocus on awesome things for hours on end, although sometimes that comes at the expense of all the less-thrilling acts were supposed to be doing.( Why soak the recipes when you can build a rocket ship out of a cardboard casket and a disassembled vacuum cleaner ?)
Most beings with ADHD have to work 10 epoches harder to achieve seemingly basic organizational and era administration abilities skills that other people develop naturally over occasion. While drug can certainly help, it doesnāt do all the work by itself. As a result, we offer more self-conscious attention to life hacks, remembrance maneuvers, productivity shortcuts and other mental managerial arrangements ā¦ because we have to .

Some say that people with ADHD are much more likely to start their own professions, perhaps because were built to tackle imaginative and entrepreneurial challenges.
While other people dont necessary to discover the same ploys that we do, they can benefit from them. In information, Id āre saying thatā ADHDers have some of best available advisory opinions and rehearses for get stuff done even if we dont ever listen to that admonition ourselves .

2. Always have a backup( or two, or three) and know where to find it .

3. Remember and alertings: love them and use them .
I even have a repetition 2 p.m. notification on my phone that says EAT SOME LUNCH, YOU IDIOT because, erm, I involve the reminder more than Id like to admit.( Also: IFTTT initiations to automate activities and sync between apps and accounts draw life behavior easier .)

Do you get sleepy claim after lunch? Then perhaps dont dive into that intense assignment at 1 p.m. Are you better when you answer emails in the morning and get active tasks done subsequently? Then do that. Anatomy out what works for you, and follow that planned .
6. Find your tempo and stick with it .
Even if youre not the slow and steady category, a regular blueprint of sprint and remain can still help you reach the finish line. āSometimes Iāll start counting trounces in my manager to create a lilt, ā says Tv columnist/ director Hadley Klein. āIt sounds crazy but for whatever rationale, it helps me think through occasions in a different way.ā

7. Stir a schedule. Check it twice. Then make another list. And another .
Graphic novelist Tyler Page says, I keep one main to-do index on my computer in a Sticky or TextEdit file. The rolls also help with prioritizing something that needs to be done right away goes on the daily to-do list.ā

Im a addictive inbox zeroer because the longer that little red-faced notification bubble sits there on my phone, the more inclined I am to ignore it. You are well aware that mantra, āOut of view, out of mind? ā For parties with ADHD, thatās reasonably literal to a fault. Everyones brain is different. A mint of ADHDers need to figure out on our own what works for us, rather than having person tell us whats the right way to do stuffs. 7. Make a list. Check it twice. Then make another list. And another.
Graphic novelist Tyler Page says, I keep one main to-do list on my computer in a Sticky or TextEdit file. Bigger projects get their own lists where they get broken down into smaller and smaller components. The lists also help with prioritizing something that needs to be done right away goes on the daily to-do list.ā

8. Prioritize action over accomplishment. Doing the thing.
This one comes from Patty Carnevale, head of revenue at Man Repeller. Measuring your progress in a tangible way can help you feel even more successful, which will then give you the drive to keep going.
9. Reward yourself for your accomplishments no matter how small.
If youāre someone who needs frequent feedback to get the necessary dopamine boost, then you can fake it by sticking a carrot in front of yourself to keep you going. Alysa Auriemma, an English instructor, gives an example: I can read that awesome online fanfic IF I get three papers graded!
GIF from āParks and Recreation.ā
10. Turn the boring parts into a game.
I use a fitness watch which monitors how many steps I take in a day and how many flights of stairs I climb. Its fun to make the numbers go up, says Nalo Hopkinson, an award-winning author. She also reports her daily word count on Twitter, so that people can cheerlead her along.
11. Donāt dread the boring stuff. Just get it done. Itās faster that way.
Focus on the satisfaction that youre going to feel once youve finished the task, instead of on the time itll take to get it done which, lets be honest, is probably less time than you think. (Of course, even though I know this works for me, itās still easier said than done.)
12. The more you let things pile up, the easier it gets to ignore them.
Find a way to keep it fresh. Im a compulsive inbox zeroer because the longer that little red notification bubble sits there on my phone, the more inclined I am to ignore it. So I mark all my emails as āread,ā then use an IFTTT trigger to remind me later of things that actually require a follow-up or my attention.
GIF from āCommunity.ā
13. If things slip your mind, visual cues can help.
You know that mantra, āOut of sight, out of mind?ā For people with ADHD, thatās pretty literal to a fault. So it helps to stick things right in our own faces so that we canāt miss them. When I was in college, I taped a postcard to my apartment door with the times I needed to leave by to make it to morning classes on time, says Rebecca Eisenberg, Upworthys senior editor.
14. Work with your brain, not against it.
Do you tend to lose your keys in the bathroom? Then make a new home for them in the bathroom, where youre already inclined to leave them. That way, theyre always there. Donāt fight your instincts. Use their momentum to your advantage. And on that note
15. Embrace your idiosyncrasies and find a way to make them work for you.
Everyones brain is different. A lot of ADHDers need to figure out on our own what works for us, rather than having someone tell us whats the right way to do things. For example: If someone else leaves me a list of instructions or things to do thatās organized by their mind, it only makes me frustrated and confused. I have to create my own to-do lists in my own way even if it does take more time.
GIF from āAdventure Time.ā
16. Take a break. Move around. Do a little dance.
Movement helps your brain work better. As tempting as it is to put the emphasis on measurable actions, its just as important to not do things and give yourself a chance to breathe. Sometimes a little distance can give you a lot of new perspective.
I use a portable adjustable standing desk and a pair of bluetooth headphones so that I can basically dance in place and write at the same time. My wife thinks Iām weird, but it works.
17. Know when to call it a day.
Its important to accept when youve reached the point of diminishing returns. Donāt be afraid to give your brain a rest, and come back to it fresh the next day. Thisāll save you time in the long run too because the more you power through your exhaustion, the longer itāll take to recover.

18. Identity your flaws and strengths, and communicate them to others.
āMy colleagues know that in exchange for tolerating all the things I do that make me less reliable, they get a guy who can think outside the box, that can create on the fly, that can wear many hats at once,ā says Upworthyās fearless editor-at-large, Adam Mordecai.
āThey also know that if they want something from me, Iām far likelier to get it done if they ping me immediately on chat rather than on email. Let your peeps know how to get the most out of you.ā
19. Keep your eye on the prize, but forgive yourself and others.
Everyones fighting their own uphill battles, and youāre not going to get anything done if youāre too busy beating yourself up. (Youre not going to help anyone else be more productive if you externalize it and pick on them either.)
GIF from the SAG Awards.
20. Set your goals, but stay flexible.
Maybe you didnt get as much done today as you had hoped, but thats OK. Regroup, come up with a new strategy, and try to figure out what went wrong so you can do it better next time. Which brings me to the last, and perhaps most important, lesson:
21. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
This is actually a quote from Samuel Beckett, but it also makes for an excellent productivity mantra. The bad parts and failures are inevitable, and youll never overcome them all. But thats OK. Accept it, learn from it, and keep going anyway.
But you do have a brain. So use it. GIF from āThe Wizard of Oz.ā
ADHDers understand one thing better than most people: Success is not a stationary target.
Thereās no āone weird trickā that will actually bring you any closer to success.
Instead, the best we can hope for is to embrace ourselves for all our strengths and weaknesses, and keep finding things to work toward. Perhaps thatās a new business endeavor, 15 simultaneous hobbies, or simply remembering to put your underwear on before your pants.
If that last part is a measurable indication, then for me, today was an extraordinary success.

What 8 successful ADHDers want you to know about how they get stuff done.
Whenever Iām working with my family, friends, or colleagues, they always ask me how Iām able to get so much done.
My answer: āI have ADHD.ā
That might sound confusing, but realistically, people with ADHD donāt always have problems with attention at least, not when weāre working on something that excites us. In fact, ADHD often means that we can hyperfocus on awesome things for hours on end, although sometimes that comes at the expense of all the less-thrilling things were supposed to be doing. (Why wash the dishes when you can build a rocket ship out of a cardboard box and a disassembled vacuum cleaner?)
Most people with ADHD have to work 10 times harder to achieve seemingly basic organizational and time management skills skills that other people develop naturally over time. While medication can certainly help, it doesnāt do all the work by itself. As a result, we pay more conscious attention to life hacks, memory tricks, productivity shortcuts and other mental managerial systems ā¦ because we have to.

Some say that people with ADHD are much more likely to start their own businesses, perhaps because were built to tackle creative and entrepreneurial challenges.
While other people dont need to learn the same tricks that we do, they can benefit from them. In fact, Id argue that ADHDers have some of the best advice and practices for getting stuff done even if we dont always listen to that advice ourselves.

Here are 21 productivity tips from people with ADHD that even non-ADHDers can learn from:
1. Habits are things you get for free. So get into āem.
Even though Im not a natural creature of habit, I always start my day with meds, then a shower, then pants, then breakfast otherwise I know that Im going to forget one of those steps. Habits are essentially self-automation, which means less brainpower spent on the little things.
2. Always have a backup (or two, or three) and know where to find it.
I keep extra cables, chargers, adapters, medicine, and other things in my bag at all times. That way, whether Im going to the grocery store or on vacation, I dont have to worry about keeping my phone charged.
3. Reminders and alerts: love them and use them.
I even have a recurring 2 p.m. notification on my phone that says EAT SOME LUNCH, YOU IDIOT because, erm, I need the reminder more than Id like to admit. (Also: IFTTT triggers to automate actions and sync between apps and accounts make life way easier.)
GIF from āDespicable Me 2.ā
4. Keep a calendar, and schedule in the time it takes for you to do things.
If it takes you extra time to keep a calendar or get into the headspace for a meeting? Factor that in when youre planning your day too.
5. Pay attention to the your dayās ups and downs, and use them to your advantage.
Do you get sleepy right after lunch? Then maybe dont dive into that intense project at 1 p.m. Are you better when you answer emails in the morning and get active tasks done later? Then do that. Figure out what works for you, and follow that schedule.
6. Find your rhythm and stick with it.
Even if youre not the slow and steady type, a regular pattern of sprint and rest can still help you reach the finish line. āSometimes Iāll start counting beats in my head to create a rhythm,ā says TV writer/director Hadley Klein. āIt sounds crazy but for whatever reason, it helps me think through things in a different way.ā

If that last part is a measurable indication, then for me, today was an extraordinary success.

you know whats a pain in the ass.......psych "experiments" (bitter quotation marks coz the scientific method doesnt mean you can shoot rubber bands at people in a restaurant & say it aligns w your hypothesis of if i do this then people will be annoyed, and then saying that it leads to the theory that Pain is more influential a force than environment and social mores to be endlessness polite to each other in an expensive restaurant) particularly the ones that ppl like to reduce to "these experiments prove that humanity is dumbassed/bad, but because you are shaking yr head at this fact it means it doesnt apply to you"
like the book you can get at any barnes & nobles or whatever thats like "the marshmallow experiment, or, why self control determines lifelong success so you better read this book to learn how to have better self control." that experiment was basically like, ppl putting little kids in a room with a marshmallow on the table, and telling them that they were going to be in the room alone for a few minutes, and when the adult came back the kid would be given an extra marshmallow if the first one hadnt been eaten yet. and then it was one of those things where like, they did periodic follow up surveys with these kids for the next 20 yrs or so to see how "successful" they were in life. and of course the takeaway is meant to be that the kids who Succeeded were the kids that didn't eat the marshmallow.
but the thing is that the details can just as much if not moreso be interpreted to show that the idea that those kids walked in with a "self-control" level that had already laid out their whole future was bullshit? i mean, first of all, how do you define the concept of "self-control," especially as a constant/measurable quality? like its something that sits in the brain like a rock, and kids have bigger rocks or smaller rocks that dont change over time. how would you know its an independent factor unaffected by any variable parts of its whole, or by external influences?
and anyhow, there was more to the experiment. like, some kids were given a "trick" to help them wait it out, i.e. to pretend that the marshmallow wasnt real/was just a picture or something. and those kids were able to wait for ages / without getting all fidgety about it nearly as much as the kids who didnt get that hint. another variation was that some of the kids, before the bit with the marshmallow, were deliberately given a precedent where the adult running the experiment "lied," aka said something was going to turn out one way if x happened, then showed the kid that it didnt happen the way they said it would. and natch those kids were way more likely to eat the marshmallow right off than wait for a promised second marshmallow. and these factors had really strong correlations, suggesting it "overrode" any concept of an Inherent Self-Control level any of those kids had.
so little kids can have vast more success immediately when given a Cheat vs the idea that yrs of development are needed to obtain an unshakable Self-Control. and if kids can be taught at once to distrust an adult, how can anyone assume that walking into that experiment that day, each kid had encountered adults with identical examples of reliability and truthfulness? and where is the Controlled factors when it comes to observing these kids over the course of their early lives. how are the qualities possessed by a kid when theyre 2-5yrs old or something going to remain constant for decades. how is "success" going to be defined? how is the confirmation bias of the interviewers going to be restricted? how are the state of these kids lives in their 20s supposed to be the be-all and end-all judgment of their entire lives quality / the whole of their character? etc etc
so thats bs. another one i think of is this one where its like, six ppl are put in a room but one of them doesnt know that the other five are In on the experiment. everyone is shown a piece of paper with line segments where their relative distinctions in length are obvious, and asked which one is the longest. the five conspirators all say the longest is one which is clearly not the longest, the sixth person who doesnt know whats going on usually agrees with them. thus proving that everyone reprehensibly gives in to peer pressure even if they know the rest of the group is wrong! sheeple
and like, uh? um? how about the sixth person hasnt been given a reason to believe the other five are lying, and in the face of their consensus, they make an entirely reasonable assumption that for whatever reason, their own perception of the lines is inaccurate, rather than stubbornly believing in their own superior infallibility, i.e. that its more likely that the perception of all the other five are inaccurate, rather than that sixth person being the one who's wrong. yeah sure "groupthink" exists but weirdly enough also, the Group isnt evil. but thats a cultural bias too, which is very scientific
and another "long term" """experiment""" (nothing abt this can be called a real experiment...) was back in the day where some guy was like "i'm going to bring together a few guys who have delusions of being the messiah and see if that logically proves to them that none of them are jesus" and so he did that, and expected them to like kill each other or whatever but actually the guys were all nice to each other and even went along with the idea of the others that the other was the Real second coming. and the guy running the experiment was like god damnit this isnt matching what i predicted, and so he did what youre supposed to do when your results dont align with your hypothesis: modified the conditions of the experiment partway through with such a controlled factor as "try to get some random lady to make one of the guys believe she was in love with him, and then try to leverage that fake relationship to convince him to admit he Knows he isnt reallly jesus." that didnt work either. there was probably more fucked up shit. but in the end? the guy who ran the experiment finally admitted that the expmt had "cured" someone of their delusion of being god, and that person was himself.
anyways i trust no psychologist (even worse: sociologists...) not that that isnt the only field where Experiments get fucked up by terrible bias. granted, these examples would likely be called "studies" anyhow, but that doesnt make them anything more than just anecdotal evidence, and this isnt the world of academic debate. like, were there controls, were there blinds, what were the parameters or potential variables in the test subjects, was data thrown out, was the experiment altered partway through, was it peer reviewed, is it replicable!! god. the only ones you can kinda rely on is mathematicians lbr
#im kinda joking like obviously not everyone with a psych major is the devil#but the whole field of treating mental disorders is still soooo subjective and culturally influenced & when u get ppl considered ''normal''#or ''avg'' according to the latest edition of the dsm saying that theyre into psych coz the brain is so Interesting and Fascinating what ppl#can be like; sorry but get tf out. or the concept of any psychologist/psychiatrist who talks abt their patients anonymously as a fun story#for a date or a cocktail party like......you can especially get the fuck out

GIF via HIKAKIN/YouTube.
GIF from āMonsters University.ā
