I love multishipping. I read everything. But I enjoy each ship for a specific feeling.

Ninette is soft. Falling into someone you've known forever and knowing everything will be okay. It's a gentle crush that gets strengthened over time. It's devotion and kindness and feeling at home.

Terence James Stannus Gray, better known by the pen name Wei Wu Wei, was a 20th-century Taoist philosopher and writer. Terence James Stannus Gray was born in Felixstowe, Suffolk, England on 14 September 1895, the son of Harold Stannus Gray and a member of a well-established Irish family. He was raised on an estate at the Gog-Magog Hills outside Cambridge, England. He received a thorough education at Ascham St Vincent's School, Eastbourne, Eton and Oxford University. Early in life he pursued an interest in Egyptology which culminated in the publication of two books on ancient Egyptian history and culture in 1923. This was followed by a period of involvement in the arts in Britain in the 1920s and 1930s as a theorist, theatrical producer, creator of radical "dance-dramas", publisher of several related magazines and author of two related books. He was a major influence on many noted dramatists, poets and dancers of the day, including his cousin Ninette de Valois, founder of the Royal Ballet (which in fact had its origins in his own dance troupe at the Cambridge Festival Theatre which he leased from 1926 to 1933). He maintained his family's racehorses in England and Ireland and in 1957 his horse Zarathrustra won the Ascot Gold Cup, ridden by renowned jockey Lester Piggott in the first of his eleven wins of that race. After he had apparently exhausted his interest in the theatre, his thoughts turned towards philosophy and metaphysics. This led to a period of travel throughout Asia, including time spent at Sri Ramana Maharshi's ashram in Tiruvannamalai, India. In 1958, at the age of 63, he saw the first of the "Wei Wu Wei" titles published. The next 16 years saw the appearance of seven subsequent books, including his final work under the further pseudonym "O.O.O." in 1974. During most of this later period he maintained a residence with his wife Natalia Bagration-Imeretinsky in Monaco. He is believed to have known, among others, Lama Anagarika Govinda, Dr. Hubert Benoit, John Blofeld, Douglas Harding, Robert Linssen, Arthur Osborne, Robert Powell and Dr. D. T. Suzuki. He died in 1986 at the age of 90. Wei Wu Wei's influence, while never widespread, has been profound upon many of those who knew him personally, upon those with whom he corresponded, among them British mathematician and author G. Spencer-Brown and Galen Sharp, as well as upon many who have read his works, including Ramesh Balsekar. It is apparent from his writings that "Wei Wu Wei" had studied in some depth both Eastern and Western philosophy and metaphysics, as well as the more esoteric teachings of all the great religions. It can also be understood from the writings that he regarded himself as merely one of many seeking so-called "liberation", the works themselves being seen in part as a record of this quest.

im having an enemies to lovers feeling with this piece i have to play for grade 4

i cant play it without stumbling a little but it still sounds so beautiful. this used to be the piece i'd dread to play. i'd just really hope my examiner would hear how i play la nouvelle poupée (a piece im really good at) and thats how id get a pass but nvm that i love this piece

During the final battle, the player fights three summoned desire demons: Possession of Ninette, Possession of Alessa, and Possession of Leandra.

I think it would have been WAY more compelling, have way more depth, be more heartbreaking, if the villain wasn't the crazed blood mage, but the desire demon, given that you'd likely have to FIGHT and strike the final blow on your possessed mother.

Because we know Leandra just CAN'T move on. Her grief never really lessens. She can't look forward even when she tries, she just overshoots nostalgia to before she left Kirkwall when she gets to Hightown. Did the demon come to her as Bethany? As Carver? As MALCOLM? the player having to fight their possessed mother that sometimes sounds like their siblings, or like their father? Getting to tell her that an Amell of all people should know better?

The serial killer was so campy to me that it broke me out of the story. It is the biggest main plot weakness to me. AND. like. Leandra is a prop. A widow archetype killed by a crazed widower. IF they had leaned into the "possession of Leandra" more, then she would have had like. The thoughts and motivation and sentience of a CHARACTER, one who acts independently even if its to their demise.

I really like the few carmen sandiego aus ive been seeing soo uhhhh i made the class as VILE students/operatives. (also in this au its alyadrien and ninette because i sAID SO)

Alya oF COURSE is Rena Rouge, and would play the role of Carmen. She grew up on the island, and doesnt know much about where she came from.

Marinette is Coccinella, a ladybug themed gymnast turned ladybug-themed super thief. She’s a favourite of Countess Cleo. She’s graceful, smart, always one step ahead, with a taste for art, fashion and jewelry. I’m not 100% sure on her backstory, but either way, i adore evil Marinette. 

Nino still goes by Carapace. He likes staying low to the ground, keeping valuable cargo and cool gadgets in his turtle shell backpack. He’s a skilled swimmer, stealing onto boats. Good at hiding and avoiding detection. He does what he does for the rush. It started by supporting his family, but he found he had a knack for it. So why not make your passion your job? Dr Bellum’s teachers pet.

(Marinette and Nino totally have the Le Chevre/El Topo dynamic btw)

Adrien is a cat burglar who goes by the alias chat noir. Villainy is in the family business of course, his father being the head of a sketchy corporation called Hawkmoth. He has this in common with Chloe (aka Queen Bee). Her mother, Style Queen  and her father, a corrupt politician, organized her to study at Vile before she could walk. Her and Adrien are childhood friends. Chloe’s loyalty is undeniable, and by extension, so is Chat Noirs. However, what nobody except maybe Rena Rouge knows, is that he’s a double agent. He was approached by ACME, and seeing all the horrible things his father has done disillusioned him from the lifestyle he thought he wanted to live. Now he gives them intel and secrets when he can, hoping to dismantle VILE from the inside and live his dream of being a secret agent. Chloe doesn’t know this, and his betrayal leaves her feeling abandoned (with the added bonus of the abandonment of her mother) pushing her further towards the dark side. (real catra vibes)

Alya prefers working on her own, but her and Agent Noir are allies who run into each other on missions and maybe flirt a little too hard. 

ANYWAY, the rest of the class:

Queen Bee, a skilled close range fighter and burglar, totally has Tigress vibes. Fights w Marinette for Countess Cleo’s attention (aka mom figure #2 who is nicer to her).

Vanisher, aka Sabrina, a magician themed burglar who can make your valuables, and herself, disappear. A student of Shadow-san. Daughter of a policeman who took bribes from criminals to steal out of the evidence locker. Nobody ever suspected her, since they were only looking for dirty cops.

Beauty Sleep, aka Rose, a talented chemistry student whose work tends to put others to sleep. Works closely with Dr Bellum. 

Artificer, aka Nathaneal, a brilliant forgery artist working under Countess Cleo.

Chameleon, aka Lila. An excellent actress and disguise artist, works at hiding in plain sight. Prof Maelstrom’s personal favourite. Didn’t have the best childhood, but makes up for that with her new lavish lifestyle. As long as she comes out on top, she doesn’t care what happens to anyone. 

Reflekta, aka Juleka. A psychology student whose interests lie in manipulating the brain into seeing things that aren’t there. Top of Prof Maelstrom’s class. 

Mime, aka Mylene. She’s a spy, hiding in plain sight. 

Toro, aka Ivan. He had an abusive childhood, and the institution holding him used him for his strength and pushed him to limits he shouldn’t have gone. He’s incredibly loyal to VILE who rescued him from his circumstances. He doesn’t talk much, is one of the cleaners.

Pegasus, aka Max. He works in robotics and hacking. He just likes seeing how far he can go without limits. 

Chronogirl, aka Alix. She’s fast, whatever you’re trying to protect will be gone before you finish blinking. Has a passion for rollerblades, cars and any gadget with wheels. Impossible to catch on foot.

Roi Singe, aka Kim. A talented climber and trapeze artist, a used-to-be circus performer. He loves a crowd, but sometimes stealing under the cover of darkness has it’s own perks. 

BONUS: 

Kagami, aka Agent Tsurugi and Luka, aka Agent Couffaine. ACME agents and partners who work in close proximity with Agent Noir.
