When the interviewer asked when we should expect s5 to be coming out, that’s when Shawn mentioned that a little bit of an answer to that might be out there soon.

He actually mentions that this answer could be out by the time the video for this interview comes out, and since this interview was filmed mid-May and it’s now mid-June, I’m assuming we could be getting something soon or within the next couple months, potentially about a release date aka possibly a small teaser with 2025 stamped at the end…

Okay but here me out—

Time x reader angst but their exes

where the two had dated in their youth but broke up for a SERIES of reasons that ultimately made both party’s believe that the other would be better off without them. They break up and go there separate ways but will forever remember the love they had for the other. The two may have had other relationships after the break up or maybe their heart(s) was still hopelessly in love with the other. Either way, they two hadn’t seen eachother in years until…

Time and the Chain runs into Reader at a magic shop in Time’s era. And IMMEDIATELY the chain can SEE the tension between them, Time being more rigid and sheepish than the group has every seen before and the shop clerk does everything in their power to avoid the hero. At first, everyone thought that the two were enemies or maybe Time had awkward run ins with this person before the group met! But a few of the boys pick up on the subtle cues and oddly in syne actions the duo shared.

While the clerk would never look at the hero when he was looking at them…they would sneak a glance when the old man looked away. When Time would quietly -almost sheepishly- ask for information from the clerk, he would be able to finish the clerk’s train of thought before they even finished (he would quickly apologize for cutting them off, like he had just cursed them to hell-). There were many more instances that just screamed a tension that was anything but hostile but more…romantic.

After the Chain left, many noticed the older hero shooting many glancing over his shoulder at the store, like he was waiting for…something. Warriors was the first to question Time, as the others were far too scared of stepping on the man’s toes. They sadly didn’t get much information out of Time, only that the clerk was an old friend from his teens but those who knew the feeling of a broken heart knew what that pained look in his eyes met.

In the least possibly pressury way, as in feel free to ignore this if it isn’t something you want to do, this is just purely bc i reread the hunger au and am hungering for more - do you have any updates on how the next chapter is going?

Also (this is the same anon who asked how Impulse confronted Grian a little while ago btw in case ur seeing a slightly pattern) would you feel like expanding on how the other hermits or non hermit lifers felt when they found out Grian made the life games? Or how they feel about the state he’s ended up in? (tho i completely get that that is probably a thing ur going to explore anyway im just having thoughts)

Anyway this is such a good au, ur writings fantastic and im loving what ur doing. As a writer myself I may be taking some notes on how u r writing these characters because the way you make us feel exactly what they r feeling is incredible!

I wish i could give more updates on hunger au's progress but to be completely honest with you anon, my irl life kinda uh 😅😅 just completely imploded right as i was getting back into the groove of things. I am making progress still, but its slower than i'd like-- by necessity ive had to emergency pivot my attention to more pressing matters going on rn 😭😭😭😭 trust me when i say its probably frustrating me more than anyone else at this point

John and Dutch's relationship has me sobbing on a good day and having a full on mental breakdown on a bad one. If Arthur is like Hosea, then John is like Dutch; authority issues, conflicting emotions, false bravado, and all. If John seeing Dutch in rdr2, "broke his heart," I don't even wanna imagine what he was going through during and after THAT scene in the first game. It's clear, and literally stated by John himself, how much he loves Dutch, and how conflicted his feelings are toward him. The thought of John finding out that Dutch, the only father figure he has left alive, the man who saved him from hanging and gave him a family at the age of 12, was gonna leave him die in prison, and then later on the train...it...I'm so normal about this; it's fine.

I Honestly wasn't sure what you meant! Because i have drawn him so so many times digitally BUT this one is special BECAUSE! Normally i do do my sketch Traditionally, But i chose to take this ask as a personall challenge to do the WHOLE thing digitally looky at my digital sketch!!

just like my trad sketches, it is just very very light. Im so used to drawing lightly because i erase a LOT oh and hey, while i'm at it, just take my ding dang time-lapse

ahahaha just in case you guys ever wante to watch me manually color and yes yes, do those shading lines by hand because i love them. oh and ty Ibis for having background elements bc backgrounds are HARD. (But putting the little stickers and bgs together feels like scrapbooking and its fun!!)

I'm sorry, you need someone to explain how a glass slipper wouldn't be impossible to dance in? a glass slipper that came from a FAIRY Godmother? Are you going to nitpick spinning straw into gold, too? You sound like the people who complain about musicals having music. It's about the beauty in imagination. It's about emotion manifesting impossible things. You don't have to like it. call me a hater of the state of modern anime or whatever but i think hikaru ga shinda natsu does not need an anime and now that its going to get one i am betting on it sucking cos i trust no current anime director to know how to adapt it properly and adaptations nowadays are 1 on 1 to the manga instead of trying to understand the appeal and the meaning and what the page or the panel is trying to convey and translating that in a new media because paper and tv are not the same media at all and need different shots. May just be me tho.
