iirc people dont dislike taylor swift because her music is bad, they don't like her because she's openly dated a racist, has pics hanging out with a guy wearing a giant swastika, and released 8,000+ tons of carbon emissions in a year (average american releases 16 tons anually)

sorry if this seems pointed/mean, i didn't mean it to be it's just i wanted to explain where the hate comes from. And I dont blame you for not knowing!! When you google why people hate her all it comes up witu is "jealousy" and "popularity", you have googles the specifics (like "taylor swift dating racists" or "taylor swift swastika shirt" etc.) and to do that you have to already know about it

i NEVER see people hating on her for those. its always 100% her music sucks, her songwriting is shallow, shes not a genius artist ect.
