Class 12th Unit 01 Electrostatics
1)
When you put two objects side by side at a small distance between them, do they exert any force on each other? You actually do not know exactly. You only know when the force due to first object on the second object is so large that it is pushed or pulled and moved a distance.
2)
It does not happen (usually) in the case of gravitational force. That is one object does not move when gravitational force is applied on it by the other object in its vicinity. (An example of such a movement is free fall).
3)
But it happens in the case of a certain kind of stronger force (in comparison to gravitational force). This force has been named electrostatic force.
4)
This is because value of G \( (=6.67×10^{-11)}\) is much smaller than the value of k \((=9×10^9)\). That is why electrostatic forces are stronger then the gravitational forces.
5)
Scientists started inventing a story about the reasons behind the electrostatic force. They came up with the idea of charge.
6)
They said that charge is such a thing that whenever a body possesses it, it can exert an electric force on another body also possessing the thing (charge).
7)
Electric force between two neutrons is zero; therefore, neutrons have no charge, though they have mass.
8)
They told two polarities of charge, positive and negative.
9)
Nature of electric charge on the body can be determined using a gold leaf electroscope which is already charged with a charge of known polarity.
10)
A body can receive charge in two ways. Charging by friction and charging by induction.
11)
When you rub one object over other, electrons are transferred from one object to the other. This is charging by friction.
12)
Electrons are transferred from the material whose work function is lower to the material whose work function is higher.
13)
Unit of charge is a derived unit.
\(1C=1As\)
14)
In case of charging by induction, no real contact occurs between the object. You place one (charged) object in the vicinity of other (uncharged) object and there is a finite separation between the two objects. The uncharged object gets charged ultimately by the process of charging by induction.
15)
One important property of the charge is its invariance. It means that charge at rest is equal to the charge in motion.
16)
Few basic properties of charge are:
a. Quantization of charge.
b. Additivity of charge.
c. Conservation of charge.
17)
Electrostatic force between two charges is not affected by the presence of any other charge.
18)
Now the obvious question arises, if you place two charged particles side by side at a small distance between them, will there be any interaction between them?
Yes, there will be an interaction. Each particle will exert some force on the other particle. You can calculate magnitude and direction of force with the help of Coulomb’s law.
\(F=\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac{q_1q_2}{r^2}\)
19)
If the charged particles are placed in air, and if the charged particles are placed in any other medium, will the forces of interaction be same?
Of course not. The forces of interaction do depend on the medium in which they are placed.
20)
Force between two given charges held at a given distance apart in water (k=81) is only 1/81 of the force between them in air.
21)
This characteristic (of medium) which decides the intensity of interaction is known as permittivity.
22)
Now there is a thing which tells you relation between permittivity of two media. The thing is relative permittivity.
23)
Relative permittivity is obtained when you divide absolute permittivity by permittivity of free space and not vice versa.
24)
Other name of relative permittivity is dielectric constant.
25)
Dielectric constant does depend upon temperature. Dielectric constant of a medium usually decreases with rise in temperature. For example, for water at 20C, K is 80 and for water at 25C, K is 78.5.
26)
With the help of Coulomb’s law, you calculate the force experienced by a charged particle exerted by other charged particle. Why does any charged particle experiences a force when is brought into vicinity of any other charged particle? Answer to this question is given with the help of concept of electric field.
27)
You must have seen an aura in the surrounding of a deepak. You may imagine an aura in the surrounding area of any charged particle. The aura is stronger in the immediate vicinity of the charged particle and the aura is fainted when observed distant and distant. This is a visualization of electric field.
28)
How do you detect an electric field?
29)
The test charge acts as a detector of the electric field. It is an infinitesimally small charge so that it affects least the electric field of source charge.
30)
Direction of electric field is the direction of movement of unit positive test charge.
Tumblr media
31)
Graph between E and \(1\r^2\) is a straight line.
Tumblr media
32)
When a charged particle is accelerated, its motion is communicated to other charged particles in its neighborhood in the form of a disturbance called electromagnetic wave travelling in vacuum with the speed of light. Thus an electric field may be treated as a source of energy which is transported from one place to another in the electric field with the help of electromagnetic waves.
33)
Electric field is depicted on paper with the help of electric field lines.
34)
Electric field lines are continuous curves. They start from a positively charged body and end at a negatively charged body.
35)
No electric lines of force exist inside the charged body. Thus, electrostatic field lines are continuous but do not form closed loops.
36)
The electric field lines are always normal to the surface of a conductor, both while starting and ending on the conductor. Therefore, there is no component of electric field parallel to the surface of the conductor.
37)
How do you calculate force on a charged particle due to any other charged particle?
38)
You calculate it with the help of Coulomb’s law. You can also calculate force by using the concept of electric field:
\(F=qE\)
39)
When you place two charges of equal magnitude and opposite polarity at a small distance between them, the configuration is called electric dipole.
40)
A mathematical entity is defined, the product of either charge of the electric dipole and the distance between the two charges. It is called dipole moment.
41)
Direction of dipole moment:
Tumblr media
42)
The above diagram shows a molecule of water with three nuclei represented by dots. The electric dipole moment p points from the negative oxygen side to the positive hydrogen side of the molecule.
43)
Resultant intensity E at a point on the axial line of a dipole is the difference of the fields due to the charges at the ends of the dipole:
\(E\;=\;E_2-E_1\;=\;\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac q{(r-a)^2}-\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac q{(r+a)^2}\)
44)
It is \(E_2-E_1\) because \(E_2\) is greater than \(E_1\). Coincidentally it is the same direction as that of p.
45)
The result (electric field at axial line due to an electric dipole) is:
\(E=\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac{2p}{r^3}\)
46)
When you calculate field intensity on equatorial line of dipole, for resultant intensity you take:
\(E=E_1cos\theta+E_2cos\theta\)
47)
The sine-component are not taken into consideration since they cancel out each other.
48)
The result (electric field at equatorial line due to an electric dipole) is:
\(E=\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac{p}{r^3}\)
49)
At a given distance from the center of dipole, electric field intensity on axial line is twice the electric intensity on equatorial line.
\(\frac{E_{axial}}{E_{equatorial}}=2\)
50)
At large distances from the dipole, the dipole field falls off more rapidly \((E\propto1/r^3)\) than like \((E\propto1/r^2)\) for a point charge.
51)
One interesting feature is that electric field due to a single charge is spherically symmetric while electric field due to a dipole is cylindrically symmetric.
52)
Dipole moment of a quadrupole is zero.
53)
When you calculate electric field intensity at a point on the axis of a uniformly charged ring, you observe that the resultant electric field intensity is \(\sum dE\;\cos\theta\) .
54)
A circular loop of charge behaves as a point charge when the observation point is at very large distance from the loop, compared to the radius of the loop.
55)
Electric field intensity due to a uniformly charged ring:
Tumblr media
56)
Electric field intensity due to a uniformly charged ring is maximum at a distance \(r/\surd2\) from its center on either side on the axis of the ring.
57)
When you place an electric dipole in a uniform electric field, it (the dipole) experiences a torque. When you calculate this torque, you multiply either force with the perpendicular distance between the forces. The perpendicular distance between the forces is \(2a\;\sin\theta\) .
58)
There are two positions how the electric dipole is placed in equilibrium. One is at 0 degree and the other is at 180 degree.
59)
The equilibrium corresponding to one is stable equilibrium while corresponding to other is unstable equilibrium.
60)
Small amount of work done in rotating the dipole through a small angle \(d\theta\) against the torque is:
\(dW=\tau d\theta=pE\;\sin\theta\;\;d\theta\)
61)
This work is stored as potential energy of the dipole.
62)
When you bring a charge from some place to a specified position, you do not do any work. You do some work only when you bring the charge against an already placed charge, this work is the potential energy (of the system of both the charges). And when you consider this work (done) for one unit charge, it is potential (not potential energy) at that point. The potential is of the already placed charge (not of the system of both charge).
63)
So the obvious definition of potential is:
“work done per unit charge”
64)
And the definition of potential energy is:
“total work done”
65)
Electrostatic potential between two points:
\(1V=\frac{1J}{1C}\)
66)
Electrostatic potential difference between any two points in an electrostatic field is said to be one volt, when one joule of work is done in moving a positive charge of one coulomb from one point to the other against the electrostatic force of the field without any acceleration.
This definition in other words could be said as:
One joule of work is done in moving a positive charge of one coulomb form one point to the other having a potential difference of one volt between them. i.e. you do or system does one joule work when you/system moves one coulomb charge between two points having one volt potential difference.
67)
No work is done in moving a UNIT positive test charge over a closed path in an electric field. Mathematically, this is written as:
\(\oint E\cdot dl=0\)
68)
Term \(E\cdot dl\) does not signify work done in moving the entire charge by a distance \(dl\), in fact it signifies the work done in moving the UNIT charge only.
69)
Where is the information regarding UNIT charge stored in the above equation? It is stored in the E; it is the force experienced by UNIT charge.
70)
\(\oint E\cdot dl=0\)  and \(\int E\cdot dl\) does not signify one and same thing.
The first one i.e.  \(\oint E\cdot dl=0\) signifies work done over a complete cycle, while the second one i.e.  \(\int E\cdot dl\) signifies work done in moving a path of distance \(dl\) .
71)
There is no mathematical derivation of \(\oint E\cdot dl=0\) . It is not obtained mathematically. \(\oint E\cdot dl=0\)  is a depiction of a certain physical fact which is that the work done in moving a unit positive test charge over a closed path is zero.
72)
\(\oint E\cdot dl=0\)  is zero due to the reasoning that electric field is conservative in nature as similar to gravitational field etc. And in any conservative field, the work done depends only on the initial and final positions. When you complete a cycle you reach where you started from. Your displacement is zero. And that is why work done is zero.
73)
\(\oint E\cdot dl=0\) signifies work done in moving a unit charge and not the entire charge.
Do you remember, how do you define electric field?
Electric field is the force experienced per unit charge.
\(E=\frac Fq\)
Now, in a sense, when you calculate  \(\int E\cdot dl\) , you calculate:
FORCE PER UNIT CHARGE MULTIPLY DISTANCE.
\(\frac{force\;\times\;dis\tan ce}{charge}\)
\(\frac{work}{charge}\)
74)
Tumblr media
75)
When you calculate electrostatic potential at a point due to an electric dipole, you use following values of \(r_1\) and \(r_2\) :
\(\frac1{r_1}=\frac1r\left(1+\frac{2a}r\cos\left(\theta\right)\right)^{-1/2}\)
\(\frac1{r_2}=\frac1r\left(1-\frac{2a}r\cos\left(\theta\right)\right)^{-1/2}\)
76)
Result (potential at a point due to an electric dipole) is:
\(V=\frac1{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac{p\cos\left(\theta\right)}{r^2}\)
77)
Potential due to a point charge varies inversely as the distance from the charge \(V\propto\frac1r\) while potential due to dipole falls off more rapidly \(V\propto\frac1r{r^2}\) .
78)
Work done in carrying charge from infinity to a point is:
W = q X (potential at that point)
79)
The expression for the potential energy remains unchanged, whatever way the charges are brought to the specified locations. This is because work done by electrostatic forces is independent of the path chosen.
80)
When two charges are of same sign, they repel each other. Work done to bring them to their respective positions is positive. Therefore, potential energy of a system of two charges of same sign is positive.
81)
When the two charges are of opposite sign, they attract each other. Work done to bring them to their respective positions is negative.
82)
How do you determine direction of electric field? Usually you do not determine direction of electric field. You only know that electric field starts from positively charged particle and terminates at negatively charged particle. A charge which is positive has high potential and a charge which is negative has low potential.
83)
A different approach to look at the direction of electric field is that it (direction) is from higher potential to lower potential. And this thing is described mathematically as:
\(E=-gradV\)
84)
When you talk about electric field associated with a particular area, you call it electric flux.
85)
Electric flux is analogous to flux of liquid flowing across a plane, which is equal to \(v\cdot ds\) where \(v\) is the velocity of flow of liquid.
86)
Electric flux is a scalar quantity.
87)
SI unit of electric flux is:
(unit of E) X (unit of S)
\(NC^{-1}\times m^2\)
88)
You obtain the total normal electric flux over the entire spherical surface just by integrating over the closed surface area of the sphere:
\(\phi=\oint E\cdot ds\;=\;\frac q{4\pi\varepsilon_0r^2}\oint dS=\frac q{4\pi\varepsilon_0r^2}4\pi r^2=\frac q{\varepsilon_0}\)
89)
When you calculate field due to an infinitely long straight uniformly charged wire, you use values of \(\phi\) and q as indicated:
\(E(2\pi rl)=\frac{\lambda l}{\varepsilon_0}\)
Where \(\lambda l\) is the charge on the wire enclosed in the Gaussian volume.
If \(\lambda>0\) , the direction of electric field at every point is radially outwards.
If \(\lambda<0\) , the direction of electric field at every point is radially inwards.
90)
When you calculate field outside a uniformly charged spherical shell, you use values of \(\phi\) and \(q\) as indicated:
\(E(4\pi r^2)=q/\varepsilon_0\)
91)
This is exactly the field produced by a charge q placed at the center of the shell.
92)
Graph between E and r for a uniformly charged spherical shell:
Tumblr media
93)
A shell of uniform charge attracts or repels a charged particle that is outside the shell, as if all the shell’s charge were concentrated at its center.
94)
However, if a charged particle is located inside a shell of uniform charge, there is no net electrostatic force on the particle due to the shell. This is because inside the shell, E = 0.
95)
When you calculate electric field intensity due to a non-conducting charged solid sphere, you use a reduced value of charge. That reduced value is:
\(q'=\frac43\pi r^3\rho \)
96)
With this reduced value of charge, you observe that electric intensity at any point inside a non-conducting charged solid sphere varies directly as the distance of the point from the center of the sphere. Outside the sphere, it (electric field) varies as \(E\propto1/r^2\)

Week 4: Is blogging still relevant in the age of TikToks and Instagram?
In today's world of TikToks and Instagram, is blogging even relevant? Before the deliberation, let's understand the fundamentals.
 Social networking services (SNS)
Xu et al. define SNS as an online service that allows users to create and share personal profiles, explore, interact with, and establish connections through personal networks within the bonded system (2014, p. 240).
 Blogging
Pettigrew, Archer, and Harrigan described blogging as an informative website that displays content in reverse chronological order, with the most recent post at the top (2016, p. 1026).
Initially architectural for plan posting, photo sharing, and check-in on the Burbn app, then deconstructing to central its commenting, "like," and photo function, based on the computational IOS structure, the renowned Instagram was launched in 2010, receiving 25,000 users on the first day (Gillespie 2010, p. 349; Blystone 2020). Ultimately computational with the Andriod operating system in 2012 and bought over by Facebook (Blystone 2020). Instagram's continuous enhancement with attractive features, enabling users to upload media with filters, viewable posts for 24 hours known as "Instagram Stories," messaging, and more, led to one billion active users monthly in June 2018 (Blystone 2020; Statista Research Department 2021). In addition, after acquiring the competitor Musical.ly and having 200 million accounts ported over, TikToks became today's rising social media platform (D'Souza 2021). Including addictive functions to create 60 seconds videos and combine music, filters, sticker, and more, TikToks withstands approximately 65.9 million active users monthly as of 2020 in the United States (D'Souza 2021; Statista Research Department 2021). Meanwhile, in the United States, Statista Research Department (2021) estimated 31.7 million bloggers in the United States.
youtube
Based on the image, it shows the slow growth of blogging (Djuraskovic 2021). Thence, what makes SNS such as Instagram and TikToks popular?
Tumblr media
According to Lin and Lu, studies found that people are motivated to adopt SNS because of its pleasure-oriented information system and its capability to connect with peers (2011, p. 1159). Based on the Maslow hierarchy of needs, humans desire belongingness, and SNS has built prompting interaction functions (Ghatak & Singh 2019, p. 298). For instance, on the user-generated content, the other users can react using commenting, instant messaging, reaction "like," sharing, mentioning of others, and more (Voorveld et al. 2018, p. 40). The interaction results in forming virtual communities, whereby social aggregations develop from the Internet when sufficient people participate in public debates for an extended period and enough human emotion to build personal relationships in virtual worlds (Akar & Mardikyan 2018, p. 1).
Tumblr media
Thus, when social media is so popular, how is blogging still relevant? Although there are declines in personal "diary" blogging, blogs are read by 77% of internet users. As blogging evolves and sustains more in the knowledge-providing direction, blog posts emerge whenever individuals search for answers (Dietz 2021; Edgecomb 2016). For example, famous blogging service WordPress has dodged the blogging decline as the platform commercial towards professional bloggers instead of novice bloggers (Kopytoff 2011). Moreover, as SNS providers tend to have writing limitations, such as Instagram restricting to 2,200 characters, it is unsuitable to accommodate extended writing on topics than blogs (Zote 2021). Since the blog has comments, it also promotes a public sphere where diverse individuals gather to provide ideas and opinions and public debate on the shared information (Batorski & Hrzywinska 2018, p. 358). Additionally, blogging implies a promotional tool. According to Chang (2021), 81% of United States customers rely on blogs as a means of advice and information, showing blogs' influence on purchasing decisions.
In conclusion, blogs remain relevant in the age of social media as the platforms serve different purposes and meet the distinctive needs of the users.

Pisanosaurus mertii
Tumblr media
By José Carlos Cortés
Etymology: Pisano’s Reptile
First Described By: Casamiquela, 1967
Classification: Dinosauromorpha, Dinosauriformes, Dracohors, Silesauridae?
Status: Extinct
Time and Place: 231.4 million years ago, in the Carnian of the Late Triassic
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pisanosaurus is known from the Cancha de Bochas Member of the Ischigualasto Formation in San Juan Argentina.
Tumblr media
Physical Description: If a Silesaurid - as is currently thought - Pisanosaurus would have been a small, slender, and quadrupedal animal, only about 1 meter in length. It had an open hip socket, like dinosaurs, which may point to a very interesting phylogenetic position (see the Other section below). It had very elongated bones in its hands, and its upper hips were weirdly wide as well. Beyond that, we don’t know much about with Pisanosaurus may have looked like. It seems logical to suppose it would have had a small head with a little beak in the front of the mouth - as both Silesaurids and early Ornithischians (the other hypothesis for the type of creature Pisanosaurus was) have such structures for snipping off plant material. Given its small size, Pisanosaurus - like all other early members of the group of reptiles that would later include birds (Avemetatarsalia) - would have been covered with fluff all over its body. If Pisanosaurus was an early Ornithischian and not a Silesaurid, it would have been bipedal, with short forelimbs not used in locomotion.
Diet: Either way, Pisanosaurus would have been an herbivore, eating low-lying vegetation in its densely forested home.
Behavior: As a small, lithe herbivore, Pisanosaurus would have been very skittish - running at the slightest sign of danger, making sure to avoid the many large predators it shared a home with. It probably wouldn’t have been very social - given it wasn’t very abundant! - but it may have foraged in large groups of mixed herbivores, sticking together to rely on each other in the event of danger. This reliance would have allowed bulkier herbivores to notice and react to danger quicker (since the small lithe ones like Pisanosaurus would have already been running away) - and the smaller ones would have had large, bulky roadblocks to stop the approach of predators. As an early dinosaur, it most likely partook in some sort of care of its young, though of course, we do not know what.

Ecosystem: The Ischigualasto Environment is one of the more famous ecosystems of the Late Triassic - due to it being a hotbed of early dinosaur discoveries, including some of the earliest potential members of the group. In fact, it is such an important environment that today the rock formation is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was an extensive series of rivers channeling through a large floodplain, erring towards the wetter side of the scale - mud was the name of the game, and there was a wide variety of plant material present, including a dense conifer forest, ferns, and horsetails. It did experience seasonal rainfall, with possible times of extremely heavy precipitation. Occasionally, everything would be buried in volcanic ash - leading to the beautiful preservation of the environment.
Pisanosaurus wasn’t the only Silesaurid here - there was also Ignotosaurus, the slender and small Silesaurid. There were also famous early dinosaurs such as Eoraptor - the small, bipedal early Saurischian(?), Herrerasaurus and Sanjuansaurus, the large taxonomically-confusing predators, and Chromogisaurus, one of the earliest known “prosauropods.” Of course, this being the Triassic, dinosaurs were only a small part of the ecosystem. The Ischigualasto - like most places of the time period - was absolutely lousy with other archosauriformes! Non-Dinosaurian Archosauriformes were extensively diverse at this time, making up a large chunk of the “large charismatic land animal” roles. There was Aetosauroides, an Aetosaur (sort of like a cross between an ankylosaur, an ant-eater, and a crocodile), Proterochampsa and Pseudochampsa - crocodilian-like creatures that were actually equally closely related to crocodiles and dinosaurs - both frequented the rivers of the environment. Saurosuchus, a large and bulky stem-croc, would have been a huge pain in the rear for herbivores like Pisanosaurus. Sillosuchus was a weird stem-croc, bipedal and strangely dinosaur like - with even, potentially, a beak - but utterly scaly, and bulky in stature! There was also Venaticosuchus, an Ornithosuchid (one of the most basal groups of stem-crocs), and Trialestes - a fast moving stem-croc, and one of the earliest Crocodylomorphs (the group of crocodilians and their closest relatives).

It being the Triassic, this wasn’t an environment free of non-reptiles! Temnospondyls - large carnivorous amphibians - were crawling about; as were a variety of Synapsids. Small, carnivorous dog-shaped cynodonts like Chiniquodon would have directly competed with the local dinosaurs; they even grew to be quite large and fast, like in Diegocanis and Ecteninion. They also came in large, bulky herbivorous forms, like Exaeretodon. Dicynodonts were present too, with their strange pig-like appearance: Ischigualastia was a common synapsid on the floodplains of Pisanosaurus’ home. In short, Pisanosaurus was surrounded with a cast of characters showcasing some - but certainly not all - of the weirdness that the Triassic  had to offer.
Other: What Is Pisanosaurus? Back in the day, Pisanosaurus was a famous creature for being one of the earliest “Ornithischian” dinosaurs - one of two major groups of dinosaurs, famous for including such later iconic members as Stegosaurus and Triceratops. In fact, for the longest time, Pisanosaurus was… the only Ornithischian known from the Triassic. This is odd, to say the least - there are dozens of Triassic dinosaurs known, they’re just all from the other group, the Saurischians (containing such iconic later forms as Apatosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, and… all birds). So, for the longest time, Pisanosaurus stood as a focal point of dinosaur research - an important piece of the puzzle of the origin of this elusive, but important group.

Except it isn’t an Ornithischian. Lately, studies have shown time and time again that Pisanosaurus actually more closely resembles the Silesaurids - a group of almost dinosaurs that were quadrupedal, active herbivores living around the world at the time of the Triassic, before going extinct at the end-Triassic extinction. This would make its appearance much different than what a “basal Ornithischian” would suggest - and, of course, the fact that Pisanosaurus is known from only a single fragmented skeleton does not make solving this problem much easier. Weirdly enough, there are some hypotheses which suggest that Silesaurids are… the earliest Ornithischians, (as per Pisanosaurus having an open hip-socket), representing a weird side-branch of the group from the Triassic. As this hypothesis gains traction, it may become increasingly true that Pisanosaurus was a Silesaurid - it was just also an early Ornithischian. Only time will tell in the solving of this mystery - for now, we must wait for more evidence.

Now-a-days, it is getting changed with solid-phase synthesis due to its simplicity as compared to the previous. Nevertheless, liquid stage synthesis continues to be useful in the large production of peptides for commercial purposes. To try to find a peptide mimetic, it is very essential to determine a peptide or a peptide series within the target protein that is thought about for the assay. Structural constraints are taken into consideration to try to find the legitimacy of the functions.

Phage strategies have actually been established for illness targets and also the generation of potent phage complied with by cyclisation of the phage-encoded linear peptides consisting of 3 cysteine deposits. The strategy was successfully applied on human plasma kallikrein inhibitors created with nanomolar fondness. Depsipeptides are peptides in which among the amide affiliations is replaced by a lactone affiliation. Some cyclic and bicyclic depsipeptides are cyclised between the C-terminal carboxyl and also the side chain of a threonine or serine deposit.
In researches of trained and also inexperienced computer mice, Cardarine triggered fast jerk muscle mass fiber to convert to reduce shiver muscle mass fibers.
Where Cardarine or GW50515 becomes very intriguing is that PPARD activation enhanced mitochondrial biogenesis in the muscular tissue, which can remodel your muscle tissue!
At just 1mg daily for 3 weeks a medical test showed an ordinary gain of 1.21 kg in LBM which is nearly 1 pound of LBM weekly which is absolutely insane thinking about the moment frame and also the reality that they were not even training.
Unlike Ostarine, LGD-4033 does not seem to boost liver enzymes nonetheless like Ostarine it did adversely influence great cholesterol degrees.
As a result of this Cardarine is usually called an exercise mimetic as just workout could typically make these adjustments to your metabolism and also fiber composition.
The typical results from this are 7-10lbs of LBM, great rises in strength and little to lean loss.
The common dosage for efficiency improvement is 2-10mg each day for 4-8 weeks.
The survival of these pens in archaeological bones was tested utilizing a collection of 26 ovicaprid specimens from Domuztepe, a Neolithic website in south main Turkey. These markers were used to examine the osteological decision of 24 of the Domuztepe bones, and also figure out the types for 2 immature specimens. The collagen-peptide approach has benefits over various other non-morphological approaches of sheep/goat distinction as a result of the long-term survival of collagen over other biomolecules such as ancient DNA. The results likewise highlighted the issues in trusting one morphological standard, in this case on the distal radius, to compare sheep and also goat bones.

However, there was a reduction in healthcare facility admissions for heart failure for every person. Toni Weinschenk got his PhD in Immunology at the University of Tuebingen. He has actually created the innovation platform XPRESIDENT, which incorporates methods from peptidomics, genomics and immunology in order to locate unique and normally presented cancer cells antigens. The platform is commercialised by immatics biotechnologies, where Toni Weinschenk, likewise a co-founder of the business, is heading the medicine exploration team. Utilizing a hydrolysed healthy protein can help to lower GI and/or dermatological indications as the hydrolysed protein is not able to crosslink receptors on pole cells, consequently reducing degranulation and also release of histamine. Bradykinin is an inflammatory arbitrator as well as a vital regulatory authority of high blood pressure, kidney feature and also heart function, and additionally associated with swelling.
By customizing the amino acid series we can manage whether these peptides construct right into hydrogels made up of nanofibers or peptide nanotube frameworks. We have actually created our very own internal modern technology to allow for the post-folding labelling of tiny healthy proteins. This method, which uses a concealed cysteine moiety, can be utilized to present a fluorophore or PEG molecule birthing maleimide performance into the item after the disulfide bridges have been created. This approach has been put on a number of chemokine, enhance healthy protein and conotoxin targets. Almac has substantial experience in the conjugation of peptides to a variety of provider healthy proteins consisting of keyhole limpet hemocyanin, Ovalbumin, Bovine Lotion Albumin, and Human Product Albumin. Peptides are an expanding course of drugs, with buildings in between tiny particles and biologics. Insulin is a widely-used instance of an establised peptide-based therapy.
With half a century of experience and also subsidiaries in Switzerland, the USA, the UK and also Japan, Bachem is the partner of selection for the biotech and pharma sector worldwide. Over 20+ research studies have been published making use of the RALA system, varying from the fundamental design and also application of an efficient cell passing through peptide to make use of as a potential healing mRNA vaccination prospect. Variants around a hit molecule can be made by utilizing various enzymes as well as response schemes, consisting of further tailoring by oxidation of the heterocycles as well as decoration with prenyl groups.
The introduction of such a RNA replicase is extensively considered to mark the key point in the beginning of life. Study from Philipp Holliger's group in the LMB's PNAC Department has dropped new light on just how the RNA globe, and also its RNA replicase, may have very first come to be dependent on short proteins, starting the transition to our contemporary biology. This most current paper goes over how hydrolysed salmon peptides might change glycerine-- a nutritionally empty component-- in semi-moist animal treats delivering high dietary protein value as well as great palatability, together with other health and wellness advantages.
Lastly, the writers of this book want to generate a trigger of admiration for the possible and also elegance of cyclic peptides, contrasting the rather disparaging touch reverberating along with their initial word stem peptós. Head-to-tail-, side chain-to-side chain-, and side chain-to-terminus-cyclization.34,35 Numerous loops are also on a regular basis found in peptides, e.g. a combination of a head-to-tail- and also a side chain-to-side chain-macrocycle. Thus the simplest homodetic macrocyclic peptide is a covalent circuit developed of at least 4 residues. Nonetheless, smaller sized (non-macro-) cyclic themes likewise take place including just a restricted variety of constricted bonds. Number 1.3 shows a few of one of the most basic and typical themes.34 Comparing these frameworks, it immediately becomes clear that each specific mode of cyclization can lead to a completely different geometry of the looped compound. Liquid-phase synthesis is a traditional strategy for the synthesis of peptides.

N2 - We define a method of separating and assessing a single collagen peptide able to compare lamb as well as goat bone collagen. Microflow can assist in https://poland.direct-peptides.com/ for a variety of analytes, yet the greatest benefit has been for peptides as well as healthy proteins. A DPhil student is required to discover the modern technology further to look for opportunities to improve antigen discussion in both antigen presenting cells and also target cells. little-t trauma
CW// health issues, death, suicide, homophobia, racism
Tumblr media
When I was little, I thought that “drama” and “trauma” were the same thing. Middle school drama consisted of which popular long-haired sk8er boy was scooping the boobs of which popular pubescent girl; whose secrets were exposed when someone was ousted from their friend group; which 8th graders were dating high school seniors. While, in my experience, these words can often describe each other--drama can be traumatic and vice versa--they mean two different things. However, looking back on my childhood as I got older, I realized the way I had used them interchangeably was, well, correct.
Whether it’s “Big-T Trauma” or “little-t trauma,” the psychological and physiological responses are the same. Big-T Trauma is an event that happens once but is extremely impactful all at one time, for example, death, assault, and attack, or witnessing an attack. These instances are often more accepted by wider society as stressful. Little-t trauma is by no means less traumatic. However, these recurring events are often invalidated and normalized by society; the burden is often shifted to the victim with the expectation that one should just “get over it.”  Examples of these include chronic bullying, racism, body-shaming, sexism, and other forms of everyday violence and discrimination. What determines whether we call it trauma in the first place is how we feel after the experience. The more frightened or helpless you feel, the more likely that this is trauma.
Having to let boys playfully “scoop” your boobs every day at school or risk social ostracization? Trauma. Having your deepest darkest secrets exposed at school? Trauma. Being ousted from your friend group? Trauma. Dating someone way too old for you? Trauma. Being the only Black kid at your school? Trauma. Trying to pass for straight? Trauma. Hiding your gender identity from everyone you know? Trauma. No one deserves that.
Minority Stress is a little-t trauma (in contrast to the big-T Trauma of a hate crime).  The term minority stress refers to the excess recurring stress to which individuals from stigmatized social categories are exposed as a result of their position as a social minority. This stress from alienation accumulates over time and results in both physiological and mental health issues.
How Trauma Affects the Body
Increased blood pressure: have you ever heard the expression “higher than a Black man’s blood pressure?” Some epidemiological studies have found that exposure to racial discrimination was positively related to elevated levels of blood pressure in Black people (1). Experiencing discrimination in a broad range of contexts can induce considerable stress.
Higher rates of chronic disease: Everyday discrimination is positively associated with coronary artery calcification (9),  diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, depression, cancer, and early death (12). Because of this, not only do POC (specifically Black people) experience worse health earlier, but this deterioration accumulates giving rise to higher cortisol levels and inflammation in racial, sexual, and gender minorities alike (13).
Poor sleep:  Black people are less likely than white people to have a decline in blood pressure during sleep, which is associated with increased risk for mortality and traumatic cardiovascular events like heart attacks (11).
Birthing mortality: The weathering hypothesis proposes that the health of Black women may begin to deteriorate in early adulthood as a physical consequence of cumulative socioeconomic disadvantage. This age the body via an increase in allostatic load, the physiological burden imposed by stress: norepinephrine, epinephrine, cortisol, and DHEA-S which gives rise to elevated blood pressure & cholesterol (14). During childbirth, these problems are correlated with higher rates of fetal/neonatal death and death of the birthing person as well as low birth weights and prematurely born babies.
Mental health and physical health are inextricably linked.
How Trauma Affects Us Socially & Emotionally
Psychological distress: Perceptions of discrimination are related to high levels of psychological distress, low levels of life satisfaction & happiness, depressive symptoms, poorer physical health (2), & cognitive impairment (10). Internalized racism is correlated with higher levels of alcohol use (3) while internalized homophobia correlates to higher levels of illicit drug use.
Fatalism:  Understanding one's position as a victim of oppression, rather than lessening the degree of personal responsibility, diminishes feelings of self-efficacy. This leads to a fatalistic attitude that reduces coping effort in the face of adversity (4,5) and, in gay men, is correlated to increased risk of death by suicide.
Stereotype threat:  When someone is aware of the negative stereotypes that are applied to them, this creates expectations, anxieties, and reactions that can adversely affect social & psychological functioning (6). When a stigma of inferiority is activated for Black people in experimental conditions, exam performance worsens. Similarly, women who were told that they perform worse than men had lower exam scores than control groups (7). Stereotype threat can increase anxiety, reduce self-regulation, & impair decision-making processes and communication abilities (8).
Trauma makes it hard to trust others; it makes us want to self-isolate from friends and family, snap at loved ones more frequently, makes us more susceptible to disease and chronic flare-ups, and startle more easily. Traumatic experiences, especially ones we face daily and have little control over (microaggressions, anyone?), can lead to hopelessness and chronic mental illness. And while white cisgender heterosexuals have problems too, the problems that oppressed minority groups face have a much larger effect on their cardiovascular systems and overall health.
Discrimination and oppression are literally killing people. In a capitalist society where you are only as valuable as your economic or reproductive output (#tbt to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade), where women and minorities are barred access to equal healthcare, thus decreasing their values as workers, the cycle of poverty continues.
Ever wonder where the Angry Black Woman stereotype came from? Ever think that maybe her anger was justified?
While this article focuses on Black people and cishet white gay men, let's remember the overall message: experiencing oppression (external and internalized) causes mental and physical health problems that are NOT YOUR FAULT. These experiences are compounded at the intersections of our marginalized identities which further aggravates the tangible effects of systemic oppression. And guess what? You deserve fucking better.

Why Do Republicans Like Donald Trump
Tumblr media
We Need Somebody Who’ll Finally Get Tough On Foreign Policy
Why Do So Many Republicans Like Donald Trump?
Well, there’s no doubt that Trump talks a tough game when it comes to other countries â he sort of makes it sound like the world will just roll over in front of him, exposing its collective belly for him to scratch. You may remember when he insisted that he’d bring oil prices down by swearing at OPEC leaders back in 2011, when he was teasing a possible 2012 run. Here’s what he told a Las Vegas audience, as detailed by Mother Jones.
We have nobody in Washington that sits back and said, you’re not going to raise that f***ing price.
He also had a simple message for China, saying “listen you motherf****rs, we’re going to tax you 25 percent!” This is in keeping with the general level of seriousness he seems to apply to his prognostications â he also insists that if he’s elected, he’ll force the Mexican government to finance a border wall, and that’s still nowhere near the most antagonistic component of his far-right immigration plan.
If you’re the kind of person who wants some more strident red lines in international negotiations, say â to try to secure those ever-elusive “better deals” that some conservatives have been harping on lately â that’s fine, even if we might disagree. But be forewarned: what Trump’s putting out there is little more than presumptuous bombast, so don’t be shocked if that ridiculous wall idea never comes to fruition.
Why Do Trump Voters Believe His Lies It’s Not Because They’re Stupid
The cornerstones of President Trumps campaign were promises to appeal Obamacare and ban Muslims from the US. It took Trump less than 70 days to fail on both promises.
And yet, despite his epic fails, lies and incompetence, Trumps base supports him like theyre spanx and hes Marie Osmond. What explains this loyalty? Science has the answer.
Have a look at this puzzle.
Which drawing best illustrates the correct mechanics and structure of a bicycle?
How you answer will help explain the loyalty of Trump voters. Ill explain in just a bit. But first
What I wanted to know is WTF!?
How can two people look at President Trump and have such polar opposite observations? To find out, I conducted an experiment. I set up a fake account and joined more than 50 pro-Trump Facebook groups. I created a meme that said: What do you like about President Trump, then I shared it.
I got more than a thousand responses in 24 hours and the things people wrote most is that they like Trump because hes not a politician hes a real American not corrupted by Washington, and beholden to no one.
The next most common response was that Trump believes in God.
This was followed in near equal measure by Trump Loves America, he keeps his promises, that hes a good businessman, that he cant be bought, and that he tells the truth.
OK. So, one of them is true! Trump is not a politician. One could go either wayhis love for America.
I got nearly 700 responses.

More important, experts say, are the shifting demographics of those neighborhoods. “Suburbs are simply far more diverse than they used to be,” a FiveThirtyEight analysis explains. “Suburbs have also become increasingly well-educated, and that may actually better explain why so many suburbs and exurbs are turning blue.” Both communities of color and Americans with higher education tend to vote Democratic combine those factors and you have a recipe for major electoral shifts.
And there’s no indication that shift is reversing. Recent polling from Harvard’s Kennedy School shows Biden dominating the suburbs, where 6 in 10 voters view the president favorably. Biden and Democrats’ lead in suburbs is such an existential threat to the GOP that Georgia Republicans have collapsed into infighting over how suburbs once represented by then-House Speaker Newt Gingrich are now reliably Democratic bulwarks.
The Call for American Renewal is also hoping to recapture the support of women who have been fleeing the GOP since Trump’s first campaign. That may be harder than they think, too. Though it’s possible the group could restore some of the ground Trump lost to women, who went nearly 6-in-10 for Biden, Republicans have been losing women voters for years.
Mild dissatisfaction with Trump isnt the same as political courage. Most prominent Republicans have publicly aligned with Trump even as voter support erodes.
Poll Results Are Fake Unless Theyre Good Trump Says
During his speech at the Dallas convention Sunday night, Trump said he only would have believed the results of CPACs straw poll if they were his favor, Business Insider reported.
Now, if its bad, I just say its fake, the former president told the crowd, reported Insider. If its good, I say thats the most accurate poll, perhaps ever.
In the past, Trump has decried similar things he doesnt like as false, like referring to unfavorable media coverage as fake news.
A Large Share Of Republicans Want Trump To Remain Head Of The Party Cnbc Survey Shows
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A CNBC survey conducted in the days before former President Donald Trump‘s impeachment trial finds a large share of Republicans want him to remain head of their party, but a majority of Americans want him out of politics.
The CNBC All-America Economic Survey shows 54% of Americans want Trump “to remove himself from politics entirely.” That was the sentiment of 81% of Democrats and 47% of Independents, but only 26% of Republicans.
When it comes to Republicans, 74% want him to stay active in some way, including 48% who want him to remain head of the Republican Party, 11% who want him to start a third party, and 12% who say he should remain active in politics but not as head of any party.
“If we’re talking about Donald Trump’s future, at the moment, the survey shows he still has this strong core support within his own party who really want him to continue to be their leader,” said Jay Campbell, a partner with Hart Research and the Democratic pollster for the survey.
But Micah Roberts, the survey’s Republican pollster, and a partner with Public Opinion Strategies, emphasized the change from when Trump was president. Polls before the election regularly showed Trump with GOP approval ratings around 90%, meaning at least some Republicans have defected from Trump.
Republicans Cant Understand Democrats
Only one in four Republican voters felt that most or almost all Democratic voters sincerely believed they were voting in the best interests of the country.  Rather, many Republicans told us that Democratic voters were brainwashed by the propaganda of the mainstream media, or voting solely in their self-interest to preserve undeserved welfare and food stamp benefits.
We asked every Republican in the sample to do their best to imagine that they were a Democrat and sincerely believed that the Democratic Party was best for the country.  We asked them to explain their support for the Democratic Party as an actual Democratic voter might.  For example, a 64-year-old strong Republican man from Illinois surmised that Democrats want to help the poor, save Social Security, and tax the rich.
But most had trouble looking at the world through Democratic eyes. Typical was a a 59-year-old Floridian who wrote I dont want to work and I want cradle to grave assistance. In other words, Mommy! Indeed, roughly one in six Republican voters answered in the persona of a Democratic voter who is motivated free college, free health care, free welfare, and so on.  They see Democrats as voting in order to get free stuff without having to work for it was extremely common roughly one in six Republican voters used the word free in the their answers, whereas no real Democratic voters in our sample answered this way.
Trumps Role As Republican Party Leader Is Becoming Stronger
This weekends CPAC straw poll results showed that Trumps popularity along with DeSantis in the Republican Party has grown in the last six months, according to Forbes.
In February, only 55% of attendees of a similar CPAC event in Orlando, Florida, said they wanted Trump to lead the ticket in 2024, Forbes reported.
If Trump stayed in political retirement, or at least stayed off the presidential primary ballot in 2024, DeSantis lead the poll with 43% attending Republicans choosing him in Februarys hypothetical presidential primary.

He Appeals To Rural Voters
More than any other group, Americas rural people have been disempowered and abandoned due to the policies pushed by urban elites. Theyve seen their jobs evaporate and their local culture obliterated, only to be replaced by a Walmart and McDonalds in every town. They also realize that most of the media and academia see them as ignorant and backwards and laughable. instead, Trump treats them with respect. If you look at an electoral map of 2016, Clinton won all the urban areas and Trump won all of the rural ones. Thats because he was the first politician in memory who didnt sneer at them.
Hes Nationalist Rather Than Globalist
Why Do People Act Like Black Conservatives Don’t Exist? | NBC News
He realizes that the ex-factory worker in Ohio lost his job because it was sent to Malaysia. He knows that some banker in Brussels is more interested in increasing his stock portfolio than whether doing so will render huge swaths of the American heartland jobless and pill-addicted. He cares more about what a homeowner in Iowa thinks about him than what some sneering cosmopolite at a Parisian cocktail party thinks.
Emboldened ‘unchanged’ Trump Looks To Re
Across the party as a whole, an NBC News poll released late last month found, a majority of Republicans considered themselves supporters of the GOP, compared to just 44 percent who supported Trump above all, the first time that has been the case since July 2019.
But mild dissatisfaction with Trump isn’t the same as political courage. Most prominent Republicans have publicly aligned with Trump even as voter support erodes, and they’re buckled in for the long haul. That creates the opening for more traditional Republicans to toy with forming a new party but it’s a slim one.
Why Does Donald Trump Still Seem To Hold Sway Over The Republican Party
Why after leading the Republican Party during a period when it lost its majority in the US House of Representatives and the Senate and its power in the White House does former president Donald Trump still seem to hold the Grand Old Party of Lincoln and Reagan in his thrall?
For US politics watchers, who on the weekend watched on as 43 Republican senators voted to acquit Trump of an act of reckless incitement played out in front of the cameras, that is the $64,000 question.
Or rather, it’s the 74,222,593-vote question.
That is the record number of Americans who voted for Donald Trump last November more than has been cast for any previous president. Unfortunately for them, an even greater number 81,281,502 voted for his rival, now-President Joe Biden.
As much as anything else, those numbers sum up the quandary Republicans find themselves in.
They have lost the popular vote in seven of the last eight presidential elections, and only remain competitive because older white voters, who tend to be more likely to support conservative candidates, also tend to vote in greater numbers in a non-compulsory electoral system.
Those same voters are also the most likely to cast a ballot in next year’s house and senate primaries, and the next midterm elections in November 2022 which will again determine who holds power in congress. They are the voters who initially flocked to Donald Trump.
All The Republicans Who Wont Support Trump
Numerous top G.O.P. officials have said publicly or privately that they will not be backing the presidents re-election. Some have even endorsed Joe Biden. Heres a look at where they all stand.
Follow our latest coverage of the Biden vs. Trump 2020 election here.
As November draws nearer, some current and former Republican officials have begun to break ranks with the rest of their party, saying in public and private conversations that they will not support President Trump in his re-election. A number have even said that they will be voting for his Democratic opponent, Joseph R. Biden Jr.
As Mr. Trumps political standing has slipped, fueled by his failures in handling the coronavirus pandemic and by the economic recession, some Republicans have found it easier to publicly renounce their backing.
Here is a running list of those who have said they will support Mr. Biden in the fall, those who simply wont support Mr. Trump, and those who have hinted they may not back the president.
List Of Republicans Who Opposed The Donald Trump 2016 Presidential Campaign

This is a list of Republicans and conservatives who announced their opposition to the election of Donald Trump, the 2016 Republican Party nominee and eventual winner of the election, as the President of the United States. It also includes former Republicans who left the party due to their opposition to Trump and as well as Republicans who endorsed a different candidate. It includes Republican presidential primary election candidates that announced opposition to Trump as the nominee. Some of the Republicans on this list threw their support to Trump after he won the presidential election, while many of them continue to oppose Trump. Offices listed are those held at the time of the 2016 election.
Why Do Evangelical Christians Love Trump
To many, it seems hypocritical that Christians who have long touted family values could rally around a thrice-married man who was accused by several women of sexual assault.
White evangelical support for Donald Trump has long puzzled observers. To many, it seems hypocritical that Christians who have long touted family values could rally around a thrice-married man who was accused by several women of sexual assault. Scholars have commented on his crassness, defined by historian Walter G. Moss as a lack refinement, tact, sensitivity, taste or delicacy. Others have observed how he has broken rules of civil political engagement.
But in my research on evangelical masculinity, I have found that Trumps leadership style aligns closely with a rugged ideal of Christian manhood championed by evangelicals for more than half a century.
As I show in my book Jesus and John Wayne: How White Evangelicals Corrupted a Faith and Fractured a Nation, conservative evangelicals embraced the ideal of a masculine protector in the 1960s and 1970s in order to confront the perceived threats of communism and feminism.
Believing that the feminist rejection of macho masculinity left the nation in peril, conservative white evangelicals promoted a testosterone-fueled vision of Christian manhood. In their view, America needed strong men to defend Christian America on the battlefields of Vietnam and to reassert order on the home front.
Why it Matters
How I Do My Work
The Baffling Continued Support For Donald Trump Explained
Donald Trump has, by almost any measure, been the worst president in U.S. history, or at least within the memory of people living in 2020. But for some reason, he has remained popular with a sizable segment of Americans. While Joe Biden defeated him in the presidential election, 74 million Americans voted for Trump, and a large percentage of Republicans, like Trump himself, are denying that he actually lost the election. So why do Trumps diehard fans stay that way?
Yes, hes made some people happy with his tax cuts and appointments of right-wing judges, and he is beloved by white supremacists and conspiracy theorists, but he has downplayed a pandemic that has taken the lives of more than 276,000 Americans and caused an economic crash. One would think his personal style, bullying, and insults would alienate many people. Yet his approval ratings have remained stable at around 40 percent for most of his presidency, and the 40 percent cant all be fringe elements. What could possibly account for the continued unwavering support of Trump loyalists?
I think that there are a number of things at play, crosscurrents, if you will, said JoDee Winterhof, senior vice president for policy and political affairs at the Human Rights Campaign.
Winterhof likewise said she observed a decline in enthusiasm among voters who were counting on Trump for positive change and agreed that Biden was better positioned than Clinton among voters overall.
Opinionwe Want To Hear What You Think Please Submit A Letter To The Editor
The history of American third parties doesn’t offer much hope. Last year, Libertarian presidential candidate Jo Jorgensen garnered just 1.2 percent of the vote in a typical third-party showing. In fact, no third-party candidate has achieved a double-digit popular vote total since Ross Perot in 1992, and data trends indicate that popular support for third parties has been in steady decline since then.
And even if the GOP 2.0 secures a marquee name like former Ohio Gov. John Kasich or Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah to champion its message, the role would likely be as a political spoiler rather than a serious candidate: Even former President Theodore Roosevelt, at the time one of the most popular figures in American culture, barely surpassed a quarter of the popular vote and garnered just 88 electoral votes in an iconic third-party campaign in 1912. No one on the Call for American Renewal bench commands anything near Roosevelt’s profile and platform.
That hasn’t stopped disaffected Republicans from setting their sights on fence-sitting “Biden Republicans” mostly suburban moderates who broke with Trump but remain aligned with GOP ideas like small government that have gone extinct in the post-Trump GOP. Those voters were largely responsible for Trump’s upset victory against Hillary Clinton in 2016, while Biden returned formerly right-leaning suburbs to the Democratic column to help power his 2020 win.
Taking The Perspective Of Others Proved To Be Really Hard
Why LGBTQ Republicans Hate The Party’s Platform But Like Donald Trump
The divide in the United States is wide, and one indication of that is how difficult our question proved for many thoughtful citizens. A 77-year-old Republican woman from Pennsylvania was typical of the voters who struggled with this question, telling us, This is really hard for me to even try to think like a devilcrat!, I am sorry but I in all honesty cannot answer this question. I cannot even wrap my mind around any reason they would be good for this country.
Similarly, a 53-year-old Republican from Virginia said, I honestly cannot even pretend to be a Democrat and try to come up with anything positive at all, but, I guess they would vote Democrat because they are illegal immigrants and they are promised many benefits to voting for that party. Also, just to follow what others are doing. And third would be just because they hate Trump so much. The picture she paints of the typical Democratic voter being an immigrant, who goes along with their party or simply hates Trump will seem like a strange caricature to most Democratic voters. But her answer seems to lack the animus of many.
Democrats struggled just as much as Republicans. A 33-year-old woman from California told said, i really am going to have a hard time doing this but then offered that Republicans are morally right as in values, going to protect us from terrorest and immigrants, going to create jobs.
He Says He Wants To Make America Great Again
Aided by global finance and a compliant press, Americas middle and working classes have been sold down the river. Nearly all of the manufacturing jobs have been shipped overseas, and what jobs remain here have seen their wages pushed down due to unrestrained immigration. America, once the shining light of the world, became a country ashamed of itself and that felt obligated to apologize to the rest of the world for being more successful than other countries. Something is deeply wrong when someone feels obligated to apologize for winningafter all, you never see that in sports. Trump wants to return us to a better time when people bragged about being American instead of apologizing for it
What Americans Really Think
Social scientists and psychologists believe that people subscribe to conspiracy theories for the simple reason that these theories often tend to validate their views of the world. Republicans believe all kinds of things about President Obama, and many liberals believe similar theories about President George W. Bush.
“For both liberals and conservatives, for everybody, there’s just this tendency to want to believe things that fit our worldview as we believe it,” said Joanne Miller, a political scientist the University of Minnesota and one of the authors of the new study. “Both liberals and conservatives are subject to that. It’s a human tendency to want to believe what we believe.”
In particular, conspiracy theories offer a simple explanation, with an identifiable villain, for the complicated reality of modern politics. That simplicity is appealing.
Miller and her collaborators — Christina Farhart and Colorado State University’s Kyle Saunders — used data from surveys of Americans who were asked whether they thought statements about politicians and public figures were true.
A few conspiracy theories were on the list. Four were designed to suss out conservative respondents:
that Obama was born outside the United States;
that his health-care reform established “death panels;”
that global warming was a hoax
and that Saddam Hussein was involved in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
There were four more theories for the other side:
Why Do Republicans Continue To Support Trump Despite Years Of Scandal
It was late September last year when a whistleblower complaint revealed that President Trump had tried to force the Ukrainian government to investigate Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Within moments the scandal captured headlines. What followed was months of back and forth as Republicans supported the president while the Democrats used their political capital to get him impeached.
But this was not the first time   or the last time  the president was caught in the middle of a scandal. Since the impeachment trial that followed the Ukraine incident, episodes from The New York Times uncovering unsavory details from President Trumps tax returns, to his questionable dismissal of multiple Inspectors General, to his refusal to clearly condemn white supremacists have all sparked widespread media attention and partisan fighting in 2020.
Although with his polls dropping, some Republicans may finally be distancing themselves from the President, the question has been regularly asked the past four years: why do the Republicans continue to support the President despite these troubling charges being leveled at him? And, what is it that the Democrats stand to gain from repeated allegations?
In addition to demonstrating how polarization accelerates scandals, the paper also found that:
Republicans Think Democrats Always Cheat
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Republican strategy has several sources of motivation, but the most important is a widely shared belief that Democrats in large cities i.e., racial minorities engage in systematic vote fraud, election after election. We win because of our ideas, we lose elections because they cheat us, insisted Senator Lindsey Graham on Fox News last night. The Bush administration pursued phantasmal vote fraud allegations, firing prosecutors for failing to uncover evidence of the schemes Republicans insisted were happening under their noses. In 2008, even a Republican as civic-minded as John McCain accused ACORN, a voter-registration group, of maybe perpetrating one of the greatest frauds in voter history in this country, maybe destroying the fabric of democracy.
The persistent failure to produce evidence of mass-scale vote fraud has not discouraged Republicans from believing in its existence. The failure to expose it merely proves how well-hidden the conspiracy is. Republicans may despair of their chances of proving Trumps vote-fraud charges in open court, but many of them believe his wild lies reflect a deeper truth.

W. A. MOZART (1756-1791)
PIANO CONCERTO N.26 CORONATION K.537 IN D MAJOR
ALLEGRO
Piano Concerto N.26 "Coronation" in D Major https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYq7iEBdseY
The piano concerto was one of the last Mozart's piano concertos, and one of only two that he wrote in the last five years of his life after the sequence of twelve masterpieces composed between 1784 and 1786, Mozart produced twenty-seven piano concertos, the first was written when he was only eleven and the last appeared less than a year before his death. The name of the composition is given after Mozart was performing the concerto on the same day the coronation of the new Holy Roman Emperor was being held in the city of Dresden, three years after the composition of the piece. On April 14, 1789, at the court of Prince Karl Lichnowsky After a travel to Frankfurt where the coronation of Leopold II took place, Mozart and his brother in law, a violinist, performed for the second time the concerto, but without any good financial results, the concerto was not performed again. Of all Mozart's piano concertos this is the only one that the solo part is not entirely of his own composition, the notes of the left hand in the second movement are missing but yet had been filled by an unknown hand and they had been accepted by all later editions. The concerto has been tagged as one of the more progressive and revolutionary pieces of all Mozart's works, the concerto was written on the lasts five years of Mozart's life. The published score, which appeared after the composer's death, has a piano part filled in by someone other than Mozart possibly the publisher Andre (the autograph manuscript with his very sketchy solo part is now in the Pierpont Morgan Library in New York).
S t r u c t u r e Balance as the essence needed between the harmony and melody so that the structure is depending mainly on melodic succession, exampled with the opening ritornello, measure 32, that has long transitional athematic passages or phrases, in measures 56-59, that also are dividing one section from another or they come after a cadence, this is to mark the time until the next theme arrives giving the theme great character and to embellish until the melody comes again. These parts are usually left to the soloist for his musical expansion but here are given by the orchestra in the first state to kind of undo the structure.   Mozart is putting away rhythmic and harmonic structure to put tension for the use of an explosive and dynamic virtuoso of the solo part, measures 193, 194 and 195. These are the characteristics of early piano concertos of the Romantic Era, where melodic structure and the dependence on form to create tension are the characteristics of the early romantic style.   While the classic concerto was carefully balanced in its harmonic structure and shaped by the careful deployment of thematic material, the romantic concerto aims above all to project the themes. Therefore it is possible to suggest that k.537 has the style of the romantic period concertos.
The E x p o s i t i o n is based on the ritornello principle, (it became rondo form in the Classical period) within the sonata principle, ABA form. The opening is made by the tutti in the tonic D Major, solo joins in measure 81, and the opening material is repeated bringing to a double exposition. The two expositions are differing thematically one another. The second exposition, usually adds complete new material and sometimes omit some of the themes that were presented on the first exposition. The piano makes its first appearance with a decorated version of the main theme rather than with a new idea of its own. The first-movement ritornello presents all of the material to be heard in the movement except for the beginning of the secondary theme, measure 127, reserved for the soloist that with chromatic touches makes passes to the minor mode. The concerto first movement is structured in the ritornello form as follows: Opening ritornello in tonic finishing with a perfect cadence in tonic.   First solo starting in the tonic key and moving to the dominant key, A Major, measure 162, which is finishing with a trill on its dominant seventh. Short orchestral ritornello in the dominant key, measures 171 and finishing with a perfect cadence in the dominant. The fantasy section with modulations of the soloist and the orchestra, and ending on the dominant and switch to emphasize the return to the tonic. The themes are developed and recapitulated, the d e v e l o p m e n t of themes is presented by the soloist. The recapitulation brings together both, the soloist and orchestra, compared to the opening where they were separate. Harmonic succession of the development, in measure 226, is starting in a minor-F major- g minor- a minor- b minor- B major, lyric, dynamic and very fast, the mood here is of progression and embellishment. At the end of the recapitulation we can see a peak of virtuosi made by the orchestra (and pauses on the 2nd inversion of the tonic triad) this is the sign for the cadenza, for its style and for the accuracy of the musical text.
R e c a p i t u l a t i o n starts at measure 282, the key is D major, all the material here is together to give us the resolution with a reprise of the opening material. Like the first solo, this section builds up to a climactic dominant seventh trill (in the tonic key). The final ritornello also with a cadenza. This model, despite of not being a binary form, examines the sonata principle. In the first solo section, the music always moves to the dominant and a new theme is heard at this point, but after the tonally unstable fantasy section, all themes are recapitulated in the tonic. Topoi, music topics                                     The expressive quality of the composition is presented the use of different topics, Mozart liked to use topics as a plot of an opera or an idea for a tale or drama. Topics help to narrate a story and with the help of the expressiveness that these give to a composition we can make a connection or an analysis from another point of view. Topoi also relates to form some topoi are usually presented in the beginning of a piece and other at the closing sections. Topoi give profile to the structure. The combination of the topoi might give us rise to a kind of plot something like a coherent verbal narrative that is stimulated by both the types of topics and the nature of their disposition.                                              Number of topics used in the piano concerto no26, can go as follow:                                                                              Fanfare arpeggiated melodic configurations that create a degree of harmonic stasis and fanfare gestures lead frequently to a cadence, measures 200-213.                                                            Fantasy solo virtuoso parts of the piano, measures 89-97 and measures 296-307.                                                                        Mixture of Bourree and March, measures 5 to 8, the bourree has a short upbeat and an articulation after the third beat of the measure, the march is used in many first movements especially in concertos, measures 1-13.                                                          Brilliant style, rapid passages for virtuoso display or intense feeling. The piano solo 2nd exposition on measures 106- 111, passages of only 1 measure in length, here is present the idea of give and take, only between both hands of the piano.              Pastorale and sensitive empfinsamkeit style, measures 308-318, second theme of the piano.                                                              Storm and stress, driving rhythms, full texture, minor mode harmonies, chromaticism, sharp dissonances, measures 143-150, 183-190 and 352-359.
