Afternoon tea at Raddison Red review♦️ This was an Itison deal in the Sky Bar of Raddison Red. For £37, it was afternoon tea + an Eden Mill Love gin for two. The views are excellent, even on a dull Glasgow day and it has a really nice vibe. The food was delicious and different to your standard afternoon tea, including bao buns and maple doughnuts with bacon. For sweets there was prosecco jelly, a mini red velvet and a strawberry milkshake. That being said, the portions were really small and none of us felt satisfied afterwards. I don’t like the gin on offer, so my friend had mine and I opted for a Prosecco. While the staff are very welcoming and friendly, service is slow and it took almost 25 minutes from arriving to be served our first drink despite there being lots of staff and few customers. Overall, I would maybe pop in for a drink if I wanted to take in the views and wasn’t in a rush.
