Chicken Hub Grill. Chicken breast and baby scallops with roast potatoes and cauliflower in a creamy sauce. The sauce was nice and rich with a slight sweetness to it. I'm thinking it had a little Marsala in it but I couldn't tell. I'll have to ask the chef next time. 😉 Breast is usually not my choice cut, I prefer thigh as I think that breast tends to be a little bit dry. The chef however made it incredibly tender and juicy Thanks to my friends, Henry and Jenny for the recommendation.
