i’m sure it’s been talked about but i just can’t get over how good of a line “set this place on fucking fire, carmy” is and how it’s taken to the extreme in the final episode of season one. do you let the whole place burn down? what happens if you let it burn? will you go along with it? or do you let the fire consume you so you can birth something from the ashes? blaze a fucking path for yourself. you know you can do it. there is self-destruction found in creation and creation in self-destruction. or something like that.
