Greetings and salutations, my addition to Gunpla worsens and I fall deeper down the rabbit hole every day. Anyway, I built up a Gouf unit. Here she is:

Her name is Elise. In my own crackpot headcanon/fanfiction lore, after Pacifica got blasted (literally) into the G-Witch continuity, she got inducted into the Shadow Wizard Money Gang (idk, I haven't finished watching G-Witch yet, I'm just enamored with the Demi-Trainers. And don't you worry, because I may be posting about a certain specialized Demi-Trainer ;3) to help make sure Gundam stays illegal. So this Gouf is a recreation by this special ops group because as far as Pacifica knew, it held its own against Gundam and won (Zeon peopaganda, you see). Elise is a noble woman (by which I mean she is a woman who is noble, not a noblewoman). She was specially chosen to pilot this Gouf reproduction since she's proficient at being able to perform complex tasks with both hands and the Gouf unit can use both hands for combat. The tinyorcenthusiast Gundam fanfic lore grows with each new Gunpla kit.

One of my coworkers has bad anxiety just like me (even linked to her ADHD) and my boss is making it worse handling it how he does. Their communication styles do not mesh, neither is wrong.

I just told my team lead he is going to give her a panic attack, and he's upset because he thinks he's being very reasonable. Maybe he is, idk bc it's just he said she said about their private conversations. I told him I just wanted to give him a heads up that she's not doing well, she's always afraid she'll get fired.

And so now I'm anxious that instead of making it better I've made it worse for her. I understand how she feels, because I've had the same anxiety and I also don't mesh well with his coaching style. I also understand why he's frustrated that he feels like he's being patient and teaching her.
