Writing Megbert is insane because Meg is always this snappy little shit and Wesker is just absolutely whipped within five minutes. Mans could be an immortal, omnipotent god, and as soon as Meg is in the picture he’s screwed.

Anyways. Fun fact I have finished three fics in the last six months and all of them were Megbert. I have written 60k words of Megbert. I can’t tell if this is a problem.

I reached 34k words today and finally hit the climax of the story. Now I do want to say that I do have an outline and a lot of the things that are going on within the story was planned but also a lot of it is just on the fly aka what I see in my head and it seems to be working out efficiently. 

The first part that I’m writing right now is actually a Christmas special within the world of my series and if there’s any word count left, I will definitely start on part three. I didn’t realize my “Christmas special” was this long but it makes sense now.

The first character listed is the "perspective character" (aka who's thoughts we see), and any characters listed after have major parts in the story. you've mentioned several times that you've had to rewrite parts of the pirate fic and that it takes a while so i was wondering, idk if you can actually calculate this, but how much you've written for this fic in total?

luckily for us, i don't delete anything. so all my failed attempts at this fic are still on the good ol' drive, and with a little maths all these files come up to a wonderful total of-

not counting the drafting i've written by hand in my notebook, or any notes I've made on my phone or anything. just the docs on my drive.

for comparison, the current wordcount of what I've managed to post is 21,487

(25,782 counting the words of the chapter i am currently working on)
