The party is still in full swing and Avery is not doing well. Be it the alcohol and medications disagreeing with each other or something else.

She’s in bad enough shape that Dee leads her into a side room away from the party. It gets bad enough that Dee leaves to call Avery’s chauffeur before princess carrying her to the car

I need her to be so flustered and dumbfounded with how easily Dee picks her up and carries her to the car. She's not used to someone babying her and tucking her into bed.
