Steph and Bruce things-

Bruce once said- “when I die I want you to be the one who lowers me into the grave so you can let me down one last time” and dick gaped at him in horror, jason exploded into laughter, and steph glared at him before giving him a high five

Steph ends every argument with him with “i won this argument” even if she- especially if she very clearly did not

When she gets injured Bruce forces her to stay at the manor. Its the only time he is permitted to actually parent her because she is injured and needs to recover, but thats not to say she doesn't break into the cave and annoy him during work and force him to take her with him everywhere

Steph has all the codes and keys for everything in Wayne Manor/Batcave, but still breaks in everytime she comes over. It drives Bruce insane

When bruce gets injured shes one of the kids who sits at his side the whole time, especially if its because of her or its a big injury(dick is usually the other one)

When he gets sick she forces him to sit on the couch with her all day and folds him into a burrito blanket and eat junk food and slightly burnt soup with bread and watch trashy tv

When she gets sick bruce wraps her in a blanket burrito that she actually cannot escape from and takes her everywhere with him, just carting around his technically not daughter who is forced to be there and take the medicine he gives her and food and everything because shes wrapped in a straight jacket blanket

He picks her up from school and will have the most embarrassing songs ever playing, or will call out something awful like “is that the boy you have a shrine of in your room?”

Will lecture her in front of her friends

Steph changes all his contacts frequently so he always has to spend some time deciphering who it is based on what she called them, or he just starts every conversation with “who is this?”

She once forced him to come to a concert with her and buy matching t-shirts and merch and whenever shes feeling down he wears the shirt as like.. Solidarity and it makes her feel better

Every year for her birthday or christmas or something he sends her a bat symbol, either in purple or black or some other color and every year on his birthday she actually wears it for one day and lets him “claim” her as a bat

She was the first one to visit the League and gave everyone whiplash and made Batman actually break composure

Bruce will actively go on the patrol route she goes on and throw water or like snacks at her while screaming “Hydrate or diedrate!!!” and it is common to see a screaming Spoiler sprint away from Batman across rooftops

They have a snowball fight every year and she recruits every batkid to help

When shes on her period bruce “grounds her” from patrol and forces her to accept his mother henning just once a month. Steph doesn't actually mind. 

Steph gives him actually useful dating advice

Since shes not actually his daughter she lacks the baggage of being his child and tells him when hes messed up and he and Babs have like meetings with him to explain what hes done wrong with his kids and how to fix it/be better. Dick is also sometimes involved in these meetings when he is not the offended party

I often think abt the dock goodbye in season 5 in the episode before the finale. Like when Ed and Oswald got into a fight bc Oswald went to go save Gotham instead of run.

I think abt it bc can you imagine getting into a fight with the ex you reconciled with abt saving the city so when says goodbye and that he’s gonna miss you. So you naturally exchange the same thing because you really were gonna miss him. Only to find out he was actually talking abt the dog he named after you.

The fucking dog. Like Ed fr thought he was confessing his love a second time to get it right this time, only for Oswald to ruin it with a single sentence of clarification.

It’s peak comedy. I miss when TV had funny little fruits.

On the topic of top!chilchuck. My fave hc rn is that something about Laios just...brings out something entirely different in Chilchuck. A lot of his lovers were surprised initially when realizing that he tops (toxic beliefs about half-foots, typical 🙄) and he haa been for the most part a prettg measured partner in the past. Maybe even utilitarian but kind enough. But with Laios? Its the first time Chilchuck really feels the desire to bite, to mark, to make his lover desperate and messy. Something about having Laios under him, all weepy eyed and mewling just sets his teeth on edge. He can't help but push the poor boy to his limits.

I see Chilchuck as someone who treats sex like it's a job; he's attentive and his lovers never feel neglected or dissatisfied, but he's a bit detached from it and focused more on his partner than himself. His wife fucking hated it lmao

Laios though. . . Something about Laios just brings out the nastiest bits of Chilchuck, things he's buried deep. He's mean with Laios in ways he never even thought he was capable of, but something about Laios is just BEGGING for him to be left bruised and crying, flooded with a mix of pain and pleasure. Laios is always so calm and confident, some nasty part of Chilchuck wants to be the person who shatters that confidence, the only person who can affect Laios in the same way that monsters do. He digs his teeth in hard enough to draw blood, slaps hard enough to leave the skin red everywhere possible, degrades Laios in every way imaginable and makes him beg for more.

It keeps escalating too and Laios loves every single moment of it. It's harsh and intense and brings him out of his own head in ways he can never manage to do on his own. When the bites and scratches Chilchuck leaves on him are too distracting in the dungeon, Laios gets Falin to heal them with her knowing little smile while Chilchuck frowns at them from across the camp.

Chilchuck tries to sleep with other people after he starts hooking up with Laios, between dungeon excursions, but it's. . . boring. He's always left with an itch under his skin that doesn't settle until he has Laios on his knees or underneath him. Laios is also completely oblivious to the effect he has on this man and Chilchuck would like it to stay that way, thank you very much.

People against piracy fail to realize that no, I can’t just ‘buy it.’ They stopped making DVDs and Blu-Rays. They’re barely offering digital copies for download. I am not spending money I could use for food or bills to pay for a subscription service just so I can always have access to a beloved piece of media. Especially not when the service will remove media on a whim without concern for how the loss of access to that piece will make its artistic conservation nigh impossible.

For example, I recently learned that Disney+ had an original film called Crater. It’s scifi, family friendly, and seems cool - I would love to buy it as a holiday gift for my little brother! But: it’s exclusive to D+ and THEY REMOVED IT LITERALLY MONTHS AFTER ITS RELEASE.

The ONLY way I can directly access this film is through piracy. The ONLY available ‘copies’ of this film are hosted on piracy websites. Disney will NEVER release it in theaters, or as something to buy, and it may NEVER return to the streaming service. It will be LOST because we aren’t allowed to purchase it for personal viewing. If I can’t pay to own it, I won’t pay for the privilege of losing it when corporate decides to put it in a vault.

So yes, I’m going to pirate and support piracy.
