But, deep down, he is suffering more than you are. He'll try to laugh it off though. Mihya also buys you plushies that you can have on your bed. He says it might help you remind you of him (he also spritzes a bit of his cologne on them before giving it to you because he's sneaky like that). [W] Wildcard He actually likes listening to you yap about whatever it is you're currently reading or writing at the moment. He'll look at you the entire time and nod along. You know he's actually listening because he asks questions. Random thought, but you two have definitely done the ribbon-bicep trend before.

[X] XOXO I feel like he enjoys reading in his free time hence the reading glasses. Sometimes, when you're settled in and reading something, he'll sit down beside you and read along with his own book. You two just sit there together—appreciating each other's presence silently. Yeah, he has started reading A LOT more because of this. He really just wants you to feel that he's into the things you're into.

[Y] Yin & Yang You two are kind of opposites? Like I said, he's very aggressive when it comes to love while you're softer and more gentle. But it works out because you balance each other—leading the relationship at a moderate pace. However, you complement each other based on your "maintenance." ● Joao would be the type to draw you in with a quiet smirk and an easy laugh,. He’s confident in a way that feels natural, not arrogant, and his humor is more teasing than showy. He’d catch your gaze in a crowded room, hold it for a beat longer than necessary, and you’d know he’s fully aware of his effect.

● Joao seems like someone who could pair sneakers with a suit and still look like he walked off a magazine cover. He appreciates the finer things but doesn’t feel the need to flaunt them.

I just finished the Addicted/Calloway sisters series and I’m positively weeping.

While reading these books I really felt like I was going through a journey with all those characters and I couldn’t be more grateful for that because they taught me so much.

I will truly never forget the way they made me feel and how I learned to accept, love and care for the core six as if they were my friends. I’ve never experienced characters feeling so raw and real and that’s what makes these novels special. What they went through in terms of personal growth and emotional turmoil feels like something that any of us could live through in our lifetimes.

These are the kind of books that remind me why I love reading. We bottle up so much of our feelings to appease society’s standards that sometimes it feels like we’re becoming robots, so it’s nice to have a reminder that it’s ok to feel all sorts of emotions whenever and wherever we feel them and if someone tells us otherwise we bring out our inner Rose Calloway Cobalt.

Ultimately the most important value that these books want to transmit to the readers is that we should never be afraid to love and be loved because without this blazing force that drives human beings we would just be hollow shells.

His open mindedness helped me get more comfortable in my sexuality and I will never be more thankful to him for that.

- Daisy, I want to thank you because watching you go on your journey of finding your own voice and learning to speak your mind without being afraid of other people’s judgement was truly inspiring. Alexander Gabriel Claremont-Diaz can be described as a great many things. His heritage, which he takes pride in, is Mexican-American, and he loves both parts equally. He is funny. Loving. An amazing son, brother and friend. He’s someone who constantly strives toward over achieving and he doesn’t stop to think about it until he does exactly that. In everything. Everything that he has done, and still does. Alexander Gabriel Claremont-Diaz is also, first and foremost at this very moment in time, most well known for being the First Son of the United States of America, the youngest, and most definitely loudest, child of the first ever female President. In recent weeks, Alex has also come to the startling realisation that he could also add another thing to the list of all that he is. 

He could add that he is bisexual. 

As it turns out, all of those years in which Alex has been proudly proclaiming himself to be a Really Good Ally, reading up on various LGBTQ+ laws and history, attending several different pride events in different states and generally educating himself for the greater good of the world, he’s actually not been an ally at all. He has been bisexual all along.

Probably.

The thing is, he hasn’t actually really done anything with a man yet.

The thing is, Alex is totally nervous about it all. 

Despite the fact that this is a somewhat recent realisation and character development - as he likes to put it - Alex is not stupid enough to genuinely believe that it’s something that hasn’t always been there, brewing away inside him, niggling away at him, trying to reach to the surface of his body or at least tapping on his brain with enough harshness to awaken that part of him. He played lacrosse in high school, for fuck sake. He has seen many a naked male form and actually enjoyed the look of it: all lean body and abs rock solid, forming a six pack. He even enjoys thighs, though that’s something that’s not really a shock to him. He’s always liked thighs. But now, he thinks about them more often, all hairy and large, big enough that his hand doesn’t have the span to cover it all, even with his fingers all splayed open. It turns him on. At the time, he was simply just appreciating a body, wishing that he could potentially look like that through pure grit and determination. Now that he does look like that - and probably even better, given that his body is not that of a high school aged boy, and hasn’t been for a long time, plus the years of workouts and knowing what is good for him now definitely showing - he realises that he was probably just wishing he could be with the boys he found himself looking at.

Hindsight is definitely twenty/twenty, Alex thinks. Looking back on it now, he definitely wishes that he could have worked out this side to himself sooner, because he could have been true to himself for years. Looking back on it now, knowing what he knows now, he recognises that there have absolutely been several men throughout his life that he had crushes on, even if he didn’t know it at the time.

I'll tell you a little about Her:

Min-Ji, a famous teenage singer star in the K-pop world, was born and raised in the vibrant city of Mount Rageous. From an early age, her exceptional voice and captivating charisma distinguished her among others. With each performance of hers, has managed to capture the attention of the general public, leaving everyone in awe of her innate talent and dazzling stage presence.

(His sexuality is pansexual. )

What sets Min-Ji apart from other artists is her ability to combine her incredible voice with amazing choreography. Her fluid movements and natural grace have left audiences breathless, making her a K-pop sensation. However, his growing fame has aroused some envy in Velvet, another young woman for whom he is somewhat jealous because Min-ji has a natural singing in her, in addition to the fact that Min was the replacement for the Twins when they committed a fraud just to May Velvet be Famous.

Min personality radiates joy, kindness, optimism, and contagious energy. She is a person who always sees the positive side of things and seeks to illuminate the lives of others with her music. My mother rejoiced more in my skill with the brush than in my skill with the sword. I never understood why... 

Forde’s father was the greatest paladin in Renais. His skill with the lance and spear were legendary, his chivalry unrivalled. An entire generation of knights looked up to him, striving to be a fraction of the man he was. 

So Forde was told. 

Forde’s father had a deep scar on his shoulder. He never told his sons where he’d received it, but a fellow soldier had. He gained it whilst serving the royal family to serve Renais - personally shielding the king from an attack.

So Forde was told. 

Forde’s father died for a noble cause. The most dangerous assassin in Magvel had made his way into Renais’ capital, dead set (no pun intended) on taking out the royal family. Forde’s father tracked him down single handedly - asking for help would alert the assassin of his mission. He killed the assassin, saving the king once more, but in doing so was mortally wounded. 

So Forde was told. 

Forde’s father loved his family. On his rare visits home he would carry Forde and Franz around, listening to all their stories with a smile. His smile. A great, beaming smile. He would ask his sons to smile, too. Tell them that as long as they smiled, he would be able to smile… 

Or at least, he probably did. Forde couldn’t really remember.

Forde was 11 when his father died, two years after his mother passed from illness. Yet he could remember her face far more clearly. She smiled, Forde was certain of that. She beamed as they cooked together. She grinned when they came home covered in mud. And whenever Forde showed her a drawing of his, she sparkled.

All these years later, he still got told he had his mother’s smile. 

It was that smile of hers that made him want to paint in the first place. To capture a fraction of her happiness on his page, that was what he wished for. When she died, he lost the desire to paint people altogether. That sparkle was gone.

From a young age, it was decided that Forde would become a paladin like his father. It seemed only natural - his talent with a sword was head and shoulders above most his age, it would be a waste not to join the army. Forde was happy with this. What else was he going to do? 

He rose through the ranks quickly, and was assigned to Prince Ephraim’s personal guard. (As much as he hates to admit it, it’s more thanks to Kyle than him. Kyle was always roping him into intense training sessions, mock battles, the like. Looking back, Forde needed this push.) 

Then, well, I’m sure you’ve heard of this part. In the year 803, Grado launched a surprise attack on Renais, and long story short there was a war. In one very strategically sound move, Ephraim decided to attack Fort Renvall with only four men. Princess Eirika’s group got involved, and it was here that Forde was reunited with his brother. 

It was a shock, seeing Franz after so long - he’d gotten taller, for a start. But in the way he carried himself, the way he rode, the way he fought. He was still training, and unconfident in himself, but Forde could see it. There was a passion that Forde had only seen in one man before, the same drive to serve his country that kept their father away from home. 

It was a drive Forde no longer had. 

If he’d ever had it in the first place. 

And then the rest of the war happened. Forde was given a Knight Crest on the journey from Grado’s capital to Jehanna - y’know, that desert nation? Great terrain for a paladin? Then they were in Rausten. Then they were in Darkling Woods. Then they fought a massive demon and that was that. 

Looking back, it wasn’t the fighting he thought about, nor his accomplishments as a paladin. It was the connections he’d made, the smiles around the campfire when he told a stupid story, the sighs when he fell asleep when he wasn’t meant to, the amazement when people he’d known for years found out about his passion for art. 

When the war ended, Forde asked for a holiday. About a week in, he decided he wasn’t going back. He was going to be a full-time painter. (Well, maybe not full-time. Just a few hours a day?) 

He didn’t know where his parents were now, but he hoped they were enjoying a peaceful retirement together. He hoped his father would smile down on him. He knew his mother was.

What do I want to have achieved by the end of the summer?

Let's see.... A lot of money invested into my filmmaking equipment to make several horror films and stories before the world ends; a lot of photoshoots, and I'm talking pin-up, 1950's inspired photoshoots, horror inspired shoots... Getting back into modeling entirely. Specifically with a great expensive photographer, ideally the one I worked with on that music cover album a while back.

Not to mention successfully making connections for a good online talk show, modeling, making short films with other actors and actresses, and overall going to galas and fun luxury events!

I want ideally 8 beautiful high quality portraits done of myself that are unique and awe-inspiring that I have to show off to my future generations to come, a few solid flings that set me up for life, and some amazing connections indeed!

And a lot of completed scripts that are in my hands AND grant me all the benefits I desire! And a few reels, acting AND producing and directing all under my belt!

What gifts do I want this summer?

Tennis necklace. Tennis bracelet. Sapphire earrings. Emerald ring and matching earrings. Frankly, a nice collection of any sort of expensive gemstones I like, any time, always.

An expensive and exquisite car, specifically a low rider car, but that's if I am also taught to drive! Specifically one that looks like a sexier version of a 1950's convertible.

An entire film set and studio in my name, in the exact image and ideal way. Plenty of expensive film cameras, high end microphones, lighting and more, and money to invest in all the films I want to produce for myself and have my portfolio jumpstarted.

Not to mention any subscriptions to things like Costco, any high end vitamins and food programs, DoorDash, and a consistent natural hairstylist who knows how to handle african 4c hair. I want luscious hair regardless of the texture, long and healthy!

Well paid, fridge full, having a grand ol' time with each other. Even a personal credit card, to buy as many things for myself in life as I would desire!

I have a music video concept? Consider the photographers and videographers met with and the outfits bought. I have a song? Consider the producers and mixers met with and scheduled into my system. i want to learn to sing or play piano? Here's my instructor, world reknown, and autistic, so he will be patient with me.

I want to know how it feels to have an exquisite shopping experience with a glass of champagne for free, and a nice shiny ring on my hand that I bought at a store and can 1000% enjoy for life.

And if I really wanted to go insane if I had the money.... Rare items. Rare unique jewelry. Crossbred flowers and succulents, and crossbred fruit trees. Show me you love me, make an apple and mango crossbreed that I can have for years and enjoy sustenance off of.

Any social scenes I wish to join, and what for?

Filmmaking networking scenes. I am meeting celebrities and having a fun time as a socialite who is praised for her intellect and wisdom around the film industry. Who can mentor and teach me things. I collaborate with them, and have a fantastic time bonding with them and enhancing scripts even more.

Also collaborating with high profile musicians, who also help me and my friends produce music together and get more well connected in the industry. Event makers, to actually make my city a lot more together, and throw events that raise money for the local schools and the underground art scene to help people flourish. Also befriending other luxury young women with girlfriends could be very nice! The goal getters, the high achievers, the ones who strive for the most out of life, always!

How would I look with the dates I have?

Vivaciously sexy; either long beautiful braids, or a nice Pamela Anderson style wig. Think of Megan thee Stallion's current wig for her tour, for context. But if I wanna spice it up, a colored white or pink wig if I meet a man in the wild who wants to strike up conversation could be fun. There's always someone looking for a dream girl.

I would go for a siren look. Yet, clean girl. Clear beautiful healthy shiny skin, that's borderline reflective as a Hajime Sorayama painting, and full colorful yet natural glossy tinter lips, with eye catching eyes. An amazing pin-up figure that makes jaws drop, but enough to cover it and look effortlessly good. Loose enough to show I'm a lady, but tight enough to show I'm a woman.

Not trying to seem overly conservative or classy, but not trying to make people think I'm an escort. The perfect fashion balance of someone with money and confidence who walks into any room, in any outfit, and looks exquisite either way.

All of this is claimed to be mine this summer, and so it shall be.

2. Who wakes up early/Who sleeps in late?

Miss ma'am is definitely the later sleeper lmao. She does not understand the point in getting up at the ass crack of dawn like her boyfriend but does appreciate that it means that she often gets breakfast in bed on the weekends (followed by dessert of course 😈)

Boba has always been an early riser by necessity and habit, but now he enjoys waking up early and enjoying the warm intimacy of his princess sleeping next to him. The way she seeks him out even in her sleep positively melts his heart 🥺

7. How often do they say “I love you”?

Due to the fact that Boba doesn't feel as comfortable expressing his emotions verbally, library princess doesn't say it as often as she would normally because she doesn't want him to feel pressured to say it back. In tender moments or times Boba needs reassurance, however, she will whisper her love to him as many times as he needs to hear it.

Boba wishes he could more easily verbally tell his princess how much he loves her even though she tells him that the way he cares for her says it all for him. Also he'd rather die than admit it but he's tried practicing saying it in the mirror to get more comfortable doing it 😭

15. What songs remind you of their relationship?

I really need to sort through my Ex Libris playlist and post it but for the dramatic angsty choice for how Boba feels, there's Angel by the Weeknd (don't @ me about the Weeknd I know I'm basic 🙈). But for the more upbeat, joyful way Boba makes his princess feel there's Heaven is a Place on Earth by Belinda Carlisle

27. How do they say “I love you” non-verbally?

Lawd where do I even begin with this one sdfjsljflsk because there are so many ways 🥺

Boba shows his love rather than says it so the ways he communicates his love for his princess is endless: filling up her car's gas tank and adding air to her tires before she wakes up on the weekends, walking on the car/road side of the sidewalk, and watching her favorite show with her even though he has no idea what any of it means (and if were up to him, all her bills would be paid and she'd worry about nothing except being happy but he respects her desire to be independent).

Princess puts flowers in his home and office to brighten the space, reserves new research materials she thinks he would find interesting/useful, and forces him to slow down and take care of himself instead of pushing himself all the time (for example, enticing him into a hot bath after a long week by sauntering into his home study with nothing on but a smile).

Another very important way the two of them communicate their love is through their time in the bedroom. Exploring their BDSM relationship builds and reaffirms their trust and allows them to physically and verbally show their love for each other in new ways as they strive to make each other feel amazing. It also allows them to be their most vulnerable selves in a safe and loving environment.

Boba can cook but he's used to being more utilitarian with his meals while princess is all about saucing it up to make a meal fun. She likes to cook and enjoys making them a home-cooked meal on the weekends (not in the least because it drives Boba wild to see her all domestic in the kitchen 🤭)

Boba is not all practicality when it comes to meals, though. He makes a killer breakfast because quote "breakfast is important 😏" (iykyk hehe) and because it's another way he can spoil his beloved.

They haven't seriously talked about it yet in their relationship as far as the Ex Libris story itself goes, but neither of them are opposed to children one way or another but hoo boy does that breeding kink jump out of Boba sometimes sksksksksk

Okay - so I have set myself an aim to at least have a portrait drawn for each of my Elder Scrolls OCs. I have started drawing them over this weekend, and am going to gradually get them neatened out, coloured, etc....

These are the ones which I have started so far! Aelia, Drissa, Florian, Elyse, and Thea.

I have a long list of the rest to work on before I can so much as start on colours or anything though!! At least five more Dragonborn characters (Siriane, Iduna, Aevra, Ivetta, and Maewynne), and six straight up OCs (Elyse's parents Ingja and Edwyn, and the Whiterun Guard Foursome Ingrida, Barknir, Sorik and Fjora-)

I'll give more details about these five under the cut though, because I can😊

Aelia

Imperial Hero of Kvatch who ends up mantling Sheogorath after the Oblivion Crisis is ended. She finds herself in the Shivering Isles after driving herself away from everyone through her grief, including her own child, which had her acting volatile and hostile towards those who wanted to help her. She does, however, have a sweet spot for flowers and butterflies, and always felt calmer around them.

Drissa

Known as a Hero of Kvatch alongside Florian, though is less visible in the spotlight than he is and that suited her just fine, because the spotlight had already shunned her. She doesn't join the Blades, and instead tries to find her place in the world, find a place where she belongs. She thought that she had already done that, when she earned herself the title of Grand Champion of the Arena through defeating the Grey Prince, but after getting framed for murder she finds herself with nothing once more. But don't worry - once she gets her revenge, a shrouded hand reaches out with an offer she couldn't possibly refuse. A family of her own.

She's blunt and prefers to respond to things with her hammer, but once someone breaks through the tough exterior, she's a bit more open. But only a bit. She doesn't know when she'll lose everything again, after all.

Florian Livius

Hero of Kvatch alongside Drissa, and is the more visible of the pair - quite ironic, given that he starts out as a thief in the Thieves Guild. Not a good one, mind you, as he had doyens sighing at the mere mention of his name with how often they had to clear bounties on his head, but on the days where he wasn't caught, he could bring in a fair amount of coin and that was the only thing stopping him from being kicked out.

After getting arrested and placed in the same cell as Drissa, then being a witness to the Emperor's final request and final moments, he had a moment where his mind faltered because for once, somebody actually believed in him - even if that somebody had just been killed before his eyes. The Emperor trusted him to get that task done. And after meeting Martin, and watching how he took the changes in stride... Florian made his mind up there and then that he would change his ways and be a better person because of Martin. For him, even.

He cut his ties with the Thieves Guild, and threw himself headfirst into his new responsibilities as a Blade, and to his amazement, realised that his reputation had flipped just like a coin - where once he was a criminal, he was now a hero. He strives to help others realise that they can do the same.

Elyse Verne

Dragonborn who takes pride in her mixed Breton and Nord heritage, so much so that she decides to venture north from where she spent her teenage and young adult years in Chorrol to Skyrim, to see the land that her mother, Ingja, would speak so fondly of. Obviously, she gets caught up at the border ambush, and sets forth the events which lead to her discovering that she is Dragonborn.

Rather than taking the advice of the Jarl of Whiterun and visiting the Greybeards, she instead tries to find her own way of understanding what she was by going to the place where her parents met - Winterhold. She spends six months doing her research at the college whilst avoiding her uncle in the city, unaware that she had very much caught the eye of the Thalmor through her very specific research topics. After six months and a lot of drama unfolding in Winterhold, she finally takes Balgruuf's advice... and almost exactly a year later, she defeats Alduin in Sovngarde. During this time, she made herself a home in Whiterun, and found that if there was anyone to put her trust in, it was the people of Whiterun hold and its Jarl.

Little over a year and a half after that, during which she defeats Miraak, Elyse finds herself slowly being dragged into the civil war taking place in Skyrim, but not with regard to the fighting, instead because of all the politics and her status. That worries not just her, but Balgruuf too, especially given that she doesn't agree with or want to be involved in the war, same as him. And those two happen to get very close in their solidarity...

Thea

Dragonborn who is a proud member of the Companions, though admittedly not as keen on being Harbinger. Of all of them, she found herself closest to Vilkas, and that closeness led to him being the only one to notice that she was not a fan of her title - even if she repeatedly kept saying out loud that Vilkas was a better fit than her.

The two of them gradually built up a system of mutual assistance, where she could tell when he needed help and vice versa, and it helped her with getting more comfortable in her role. Much of her part was helping him as he went through struggles with his lycanthropy until he felt ready to go to Ysgramor's Tomb, and even during that, she remained by his side even as Hircine lashed out against them both. She never mentioned to him that Hircine ended up punishing her for her involvement in cleansing both him and Kodlak of their wolf spirits though, resulting in her being plagued with nightmares of the hunting grounds and losing control of herself periodically when shifted.

Seeing each other through their troubles made their bonds incredibly strong, and they were the firmest of friends - even if one of them happened to be a werewolf.

She didn't really know when the two of them started being a couple though. They never really discussed it - it just sort of... happened. They gradually found themselves spending more and more time at her house in The Pale, just north of Whiterun, than in Jorrvaskr... and before they knew it, they were married and had a family of their own. Poor uncle Farkas was constantly travelling between the two places just to play with their children.

Interview With a Writer

Rating/Warning: Angst, mature content, pregnancy, some reader’s thoughts may be a little aggressive to the topic of pregnancy, spiteful reader, smut.

So, when did you being writing?

I started when I was 15. My first platform was on wattpad and my first fandom was The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. Most of it is archived now, but it was such a good time.

Where did the plot for Gold and Silver, my new colors come from?

Soooo, I always liked to create strong female readers and OCs that make men work to have them. I was coming across a lot of stories with Aemond where he’s always the dom, who has control over the whole situation, and don’t get me wrong, I love Dom!Aemond, but I also like the prospect of seeing him fight for something he wants and reveal his weaknesses.  

I wanted to write to this reader who was a little mouse frightened by creation, what she received from her parents, but who gets tired of receiving such indifference from her husband and the people around her, and starts confronting these situations.

Did you already have the entire story planned out from the beginning? 

Would you believe it was supposed to be a one shot?

I’m serious. It had been a long time since I wrote fics with more than one chapter and concluded them, so I thought of summarizing it all in a one shot and just leaving the rest to people’s imagination, but then I saw the potential of the idea and thought–Why fucking not? I knew where I wanted to go, but I never had a defined plot, so it was an adventure every chapter.

I really wanted them to end well, I never thought about leaving them fighting or that the reader wouldn’t forgive him. I think the story got exactly where I wanted it and that’s very gratifying!

Was there anything in specific that inspired your Reader portrayal?

I don’t think so, I just think my influence is from all the strong characters I’ve ever read, especially from asoiaf, who have a more solid and less restrained posture. The Dornish are my greatest inspirations. Meria Martell? Queen shit. Arianne? Love her. Aliandra? Nymeria? Please 💙

Can you explain your interpretation of Aemond. What drives him? Why is he the way he is in G&S?

He’s a mix between Fire & Blood and House of the Dragon, but mostly show.

He knows about his duty of get married and have a family, but it’s hard for him to expose his vulnerability and let you into his life and mind; he just can’t be a good husband for fear of being rejected mainly because of his appearance. He knows he’s neglecting the reader, he knows it’s wrong, but he thinks it’s the best way not to get hurt, until when the announcement of his pregnancy is made he tries to remedy things so as not to be a flawed father, but then it’s the reader’s turn to push him away and he really hates it, so the whole drama begins.

Do you feel your Reader complements Aemond well?

Difficult question. I don’t think they’re perfect for each other, but they strive for it. The reader imagines the insecurities that her husband may have and tries to comfort him about it, while Aemond knows his wife’s dissatisfaction with a woman’s position and although he has not gone through it, he tries to soften the situation and understand it.

I think this is the core of their relationship, trying to understand what’s going on with your partner so that the relationship works.

Will there be a sequel? Or another WIP you would like to share?

Not a sequel, but maybe a one shot with Naerys as a kid and her protective daddy 💙 I am also working on a one shot with dark!vampire Aemond.
