no you know what? i’m also beyond pissed they went the “she has to chose between two guys” route. i’m alright with keeley not ending up with either of them but did they really have to regress roy and jamie’s arcs like that? to the point where they got into a physical fight over a woman after they had this heart-to-heart about how grateful they were for each other and how proud roy was of jamie and his growth?

So, I'm a custodian. I believe I've mentioned this before. I'm an overnight custodian at a university; I go in after classes are done to clean classrooms back up for the next day. Yeah? Yeah.

So I'm a custodian, goin about my daily dos. An at some point I sweep up what I think is prolly just some little square of cardboard from some packaging or another. Random piece of trash, y'know? Don't think nothing of it.

Continue on, running through classrooms. At some point my dust pan starts getting a bit full, so I dump it off in my trash barrel and keep on keepin on. Two more classrooms down and I go to dump one of those mini bins you usually see in classrooms into my big barrel.

I swear to god, this episode starts with Perry on a date with a Catholic priest. They're having a quiet dinner, just the two of them, candlelight and violin music and the priest is explaining why the Italian language is so romantic to Perry. Of course it gets interrupted by a phone call from the police, but, plot twist!, they need the help of the priest, not Perry!

The priest is a major character throughout the rest of the episode. How Perry knows him is never explained, which is odd. Usually characters like this are introduced as old friends or clients, sometimes an old Navy buddy, but always an explanation of some sort. But there never is one for this guy, they were just having dinner together and then he managed to pull Perry into a murder investigation.
