Imagine doing everything by the book, living a lawful and faithful life, 24/7 every single year of your life just so you can go to heaven, and when you get there you find famous criminal Red Hood, the guy who has a crime list so big it could be printed on 1k pages double-sided font arial 12 and it would still lack paper, and he's not only on heaven, but on the premium version of it

Reliquary is a new word for me and had to look it up, I thought I meant like... a religious item. Like Hakwe, in this instance, maybe beat a Templar with an Andraste miniature or something.
he beat a templar to death with a medium sized gilded chest that contained a holy relic, in this case the jawbone of (allegedly) one of andraste’s disciples, yes

did anyone else have a "japan" unit in elementary school where you spent like a week learning about japan's geography, holidays, food, etc. or was my school just uniquely into that.

I saw another post debating whether kids should have access to the adult secrion of the library (the answer is yes), and in response I present this list of 'adult' books I took a random interest in at the age of twelve or thirteen
Physics for dummies
String theory for dummies
Quantum physics for dummies
Calculus for dummies (because there was calc in the quantum physics book)
Trigonometry for dummies (because I needed it as background info for the calculus)
Parents beware: given unrestricted library access, your child may attempt to learn calculus as a result of a special interest in theoretical physics - or chase some other special interest into the depths of the grown-up nonfiction section. I did not actually understand the calculus, or the trig either, and eventually got bored and gave up, but I did have fun with it for a while. And when I got to the point of being able to take classes in physics, trig, and calc, I wasn't scared of them.

you talking about kebab just reminded me of a german friend who adores döner kebab (i haven't talked to them in long long time but whenever we do talk they mention it at least five times)
the europeans yearn for Kebab ………….… we must remember to thank the people of turkey for all they have done for us 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ i hope you and your friend get to eat it together someday soon anon !!!! <3
i don’t really know why but kebab is so beloved in sweden…. there was an incident earlier this year(?) where people had been taken hostage and the kidnappers demanded helicopters to let them go, then they changed their mind and asked for 20 kebabpizzas 💀💀 hopefully they got them ?

If it does turn out Jenna Ortega is playing the daughter of Winona Ryder (Winona was 31 when Jenna was born...how did I think the age difference between them was greater than this plausible mother-daughter one), a thought even I did not have as I would have thought it too obvious a role --
I am going to have it in my head that Beetlejuice is the baby daddy regardless of anything canon ever says. (That is Charles Deetz's funeral they are at, and I choose to doubt the guy next to Lydia Deetz was the sperm donor.) Like technically the identity is not essential; and if absolutely necessary I would prefer it to be open-ended over any alternatives. But the absolute chaos that would unleash if that were the case is too great to resist for me. Though that I have shipped them my whole life is probably testimony to my having grown up first with the animated series as a nineties child. Before later in life watching the film realising Beetlejuice tried to pull a Count Olaf to Lydia's Violet Baudelaire in engineering their own 'marvellous marriage'. I still stand by it though wherein they are both adults.
(Also while the name "Astrid" has a different etymology, it reminds me of the Greek word for "star", which of course Betelgeuse is in the constellation of Orion. Seems significant in a franchise that puts even repeated emphasis on names. But I tend to think a lot on character names.)

concept: tiziano & squalo (who are doppio's surrogate parents in a way) get concerned when they hear about the fact that doppio (who is transmasc & afab) has a teenage daughter, because "you look so young, though..." and he's like "yeah it was just like that show, 16 and pregnant. it happens to the best of us......... and also the worst of us, apparently."
