@thatlesbeanjew tagged me a bit ago to share my lock and home screens for my phone. Is it maybe conceited to have something I drew as my lock screen? Don't care, it's animated and has teef and I still really like how it turned out
But the home screen is @andr0leda's awesome Darlin, the best Darlin, I do not KID when I say I will reblog it every time I see it drift past my dash
I think... I will tag @friendlyfirestarter @starrypawz @elemenepee and literally anyone who wants an excuse to show off their lock/home screen :3c

I'm moving tomorrow to a house! Still staying in the same city, but away from the touristy part, to a very quiet area. The beach is only a 10 minute drive away, and a 30 minute walk. We have much more space compared to the apartment, and a garden too! Our dog loves it! Haven't decorated my bedroom yet, I'll wait for until everything is in place. I'm already exhausted and sick of moving stuff today, but the biggest chunk aka furniture is tomorrow. So one last night in my bedroom I spent 4 years in~ Wish us luck!

aaaaaaaaaaaah I can’t believe it! Tomorrow I’m actually going on my first real vacation since the beginning of the pandemic, to Dubai and Abu Dhabi!
Didn’t really talk about it before, bc we need a negative test and I was so sure I would still be positive with remnant from when i was sick in december. But I did a sinus flush everyday for the past 2 weeks, apparently it helped?
But anyway, I’m so happy I can finally go on vacation again! I’ll keep it safe, long live FFP2 masks. Glad the UAE are pretty strict and require vaccination + negative tests

Scuba Diving in Khasab Musandam
Khasab Musandam is one of the world’s better locations for diving, a unique place, and is famous for its dynamic underwater topography and rich aquatic life, you can have encounters with a wide range of creatures. We offer daily dive trips to interesting dive sites all year round. Once the registration and fitting rental equipment process is completed, we will go to the certified diver and you’ll either group up with somebody as a buddy or join our dive guide to explore the place. The dive time is around 45-60 minutes, depending on the site structure. All dives are drift dives, meaning the boat follows us while diving with the current along the reef.
The corals between 2-10 meters in depth are absolutely beautiful and nothing to compare to. Thus, as those large rocks fell off the cliff gathering vibrant sponges and soft corals. This condition is appreciated not only by divers but also by nudibranchs and reef fish such as school of snappers and batfish, leopard shark, angelfish, etc, and of course the current around boulders pelagic fish. The sizes of blackfin barracudas around Salama, yellow tail barracudas around Musandam Island, and schools of jackfish in Abu Rashid are impressive.
We have over 40 dive sites in the area where we can choose ranging from beautiful corals gardens, impressive rocks overgrown with colorful sponges, and thrilling steep walls. Most of the dive sites have a depth of 20 and 30 meters. Some dive sites are even deeper. The best things you see however between 5 and 20 meters. The decision of where to go depends on the weather/sea conditions and the experience of the divers.
During the surface interval with some refreshments on the boat, we drive to a different location for the second dive of the day. We return to the Dive Center around 3 PM depending on the number of divers and distance to the dive sites. It will be one of the best diving experiences of your life

UK Unveils Future: Digital Justice System
Tumblr media
A comprehensive and aspirational vision for the future of the family and civil courts and tribunals as outlined by Lord Chancellor the Rt Hon. Alex Chalk KC MP. Thank you very much for coming, delighted to be here… It isn’t often that we manage to bring our civil, family, and tribunal jurisdictions – and their leaders – together under one roof, so it’s wonderful to see you all here today. It has been clear for some time that for those needing the protection and vindication of the law, the world has changed dramatically in the last 15-20 years. When I began in practice in Kieran Coonan KC’s common law set, most people would take their legal problems straight to a lawyer – and the first part of any conference with the client could involve explaining some relatively rudimentary issues about how the system works. What can courts do? What can’t they do? What is an injunction? And so on. Now, because of the internet, putative litigants can very often know, or appear to know, a great deal more. The problem is that information however faithfully collated may be confusing, conflicting – or even plain inaccurate. I have had constituents come to me presenting their understanding of a legal problem, only for me to discover that it is based on an entry summarising the law of New Zealand. This issue isn’t limited to the law. Earlier this year, as Minister for Defence Procurement, I stood in the Mojave desert alongside US, Australian, and British commanders observing a combined arms attack. Buzzing above were drones and sensors, from different nations, each feeding back information. What was striking was the universal agreement amongst the commanders, that the issue is not about acquiring data – the issue is making sense of it. Information overload is an acknowledged risk factor for those in a stressful battlefield context, not least because of the sheer amount of duplication. It is for litigants too. The confusion can be doubly damaging because when it comes to those seeking what they assume is their courtroom remedy to resolve a dispute or uphold their rights, very often the right advice is to steer well clear of litigation. And yet too often in the miasma of information, many miss out on mediation or arbitration. That means missing out on the mechanism that could help parents make arrangements for their children, or for their finances, without the acrimony and heartache that all too often accompanies contested litigation. So if the exam question is ‘How to vindicate rights in an age of big data?’ it’s no wonder that countries around the world are wasting no time in developing answers. In Estonia, chatbots help people to find court resources. The Canadian province of British Columbia runs an online civil tribunal. In Singapore there is a guided questionnaire on their courts service website to help people navigate the legal system, with an automated digital tool to help prepare documents. If users run into an issue, a service hub can help with in-person assistance. The UAE has set up the world’s first digital economy court in Dubai, specifically to resolve digital disputes. These are all important developments, and we no doubt have much we can learn from our friends and (let’s face it) competitors. But we should take quiet pride too in the fact that no other jurisdiction is taking such a holistic approach to digital justice, one that focuses both on the individual using the system and the organisations that make up that system. Nor has any other country established an Online Procedure Rule Committee to set standards and govern their digital justice system - in itself a genuine leap forward. So this is a really special moment. Today, with the Lady Chief Justice, Master of the Rolls, President of the Family Division, and Senior President of Tribunals, we set out a shared vision for the future - one that brings together the advances we’ve made over the years for the first time and charts a course for the future. This will be a Civil and Family Justice and Tribunals system where people will have the option to choose dispute resolution which is online from start to finish – with a seamless transition from one part of the system to the next. A system that tells litigants what they need to do and when, so they can make fully informed choices. It will provide better and earlier legal support by harnessing technology. Lawtech is already transforming our legal system – and we will build on that by exploring safe and appropriate uses of artificial intelligence. We’ll enable people to resolve their problems earlier dialling down conflict and reducing cost, through mediation or online dispute resolution. Where that isn’t successful, we’ll make it straightforward to take the next step of taking a case through the courts or tribunals. And we’ll do that by encouraging and building online and offline connections between different parts of the system – while making sure that people’s data is held and transferred safely. This modern, digital justice system will be underpinned and governed by the Online Procedure Rules Committee - the plumbing and the wiring of this new legal architecture. It marks the most important departure since the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules in 1999, an era where the internet was in its infancy, and where much of the technology we use today – blockchain, smart contracts, AI – seemed like science fiction. There have been other reforms since, of course, but, 24 years on, the creation of a Committee to set standards and governance for a truly end-to-end digital justice system is an historic moment. We hope these crucial data standards will be adopted by you, the organisations who deliver critical information, support, and dispute resolution services to the public. And we want as many of you as possible to join the conversation as the Committee develops those standards, as part of its sub-committees. I know Sir Geoffrey will talk in more detail about this later, and we’ll hear directly from Committee members about this vital work shortly. Of course, none of this innovation is happening from a standing start. It’s worth saying a few words about the context. Tech has proven itself our ally in the pursuit of justice for all, not least toward the work to digitise the court system through our court modernisation programme. More claims are being made digitally online, and more quickly too. Take our new digital services, which have been used over 2 million times, including 400,000 Online Civil Money claims resolved so far. Or the Official Injury Claim portal, which provides swift, simple access to justice for those in minor car accidents and has been used by over 635,000 users to date. And we can credibly be said to be at the leading edge of law tech globally – investing millions in LawtechUK to grow the sector and embrace innovations like AI. It matters for two reasons: the strength of our economy and the fairness of our society. On the former, it isn’t by good luck that English and Welsh common law is used as the basis for over a quarter of the world’s 320 legal jurisdictions. Or indeed that businesses worldwide choose our law to govern their contracts, and our courts to settle their disputes. It is because of design, and relentless modernisation to stay current. Those who stand still, in reality, fall behind. And the success of our justice system over the centuries has been characterised by its ability to evolve to meet the changing needs of our citizens, while never losing sight of its defining principles. The digital future I’ve set out today will make our courts more attractive and accessible to litigants overseas - reinforcing our world-leading reputation so that we can say with confidence that the best for this jurisdiction is yet to come. As for values, the fairness piece. A nation of laws must be one nation of laws, where access to legal remedies isn’t the preserve of those with the deepest pockets. So we will enshrine our values in our digital systems, not least that individuals – no matter who they are or whatever their means - should be able to vindicate their rights. These principles of fairness and equality under the law must apply as much to the small trader and the constructively dismissed supermarket employee, as they do the multinational behemoths. In doing so, we play our part in cementing and enhancing our contribution to the international rules-based order. So, I want to thank the Lady Chief Justice, and Master of the Rolls for their continued leadership and energy as we move forward with this bold vision. The undertaking is ambitious but that is a good thing. That ambition will best be fulfilled by working collegiately - with you, our judiciary, legal profession, dispute resolution, advice, and tech sectors. Your wealth of knowledge and expertise are essential, as we continue to iterate and evolve. But I feel sure you will be contributing to something very exciting indeed. Thank you once more for being here, I hope you enjoy the event.   Sources: THX News, Ministry of Justice & The Rt Hon Alex Chalk KC MP. Read the full article

Codename Cupid: Chapter 3
Previous: Love at First Algorithm
Tumblr media
Pairing: Kim Seokjin X OFC
Genre: Light Angst, Secret AgentAU, AgentAU, Light College AU
Rating: PG13
Word Count: 1.8k
Warnings: None
Summary: Kim Seokjin and Lee Euna are flirting the line between classmates and crushing, will he return her feelings?
Daddy’s Favorite & the First Date
Fall, Junior Year
Lee Euna is the youngest heiress to Lee Enterprises, one of the largest conglomerates in the history of economics. Heralded as one of the leading forces in banking and stock trades, it has banks all over the world catering to the highest cliental, princes and princesses, kings and queens all lined up to put their worth, jewels and all, in the vaults of Lee. Their smaller subsidiaries managed the trading of stocks, networking in millions of dollars for various clients who inhabited a lesser tier of society but strived to reach the upper echelon. Generational wealth, for the Lee’s and their clients, made their work heavily guarded and secretive. Getting hired by them was near impossible, and once you were in, death was the only way out.
It was a misconception that Euna had little to live up to, as her parents favorite and owner of the highest IQ out of her four siblings, she was set to become CEO, while her siblings were relegated to chairman of the board, and heads of philanthropy. The titles suited her siblings fine. Dae-Seong loved bossing around the members of the board, encouraging frivolity and billable hours while scheduling grueling development that often-bored members to tears. He ruled with an iron fist, what he said went, that is unless the CEO had a differing opinion, and then, both out of spite and seniority, Dae-Seong fell in line with what their father wanted. Dae-Seong didn’t care for the familial atmosphere their father had run Lee Enterprises with, and favored a cold regimented environment that was almost impossible to work in. Dae-Seong always said that the best blooms came from the hardest earth. Whether or not that was proven, he didn’t care, at LeeEnterprises, he would make it so.
Jun-Seo and Kwan-Min loved running the philanthropy branch of the Enterprise. They, like their father and mother, adored a good party and held several charity balls each year. Together, they raised hundreds of millions for a variety of causes that Euna barely paid attention to. The food was always exquisite, the drinks plentiful, the glimmer of the party always outshining the family feud that erupted hours before guests showed up, and the scandals that would be whispered about the morning after. Though the scandals never tarnished the reputations of Jun-Seo and Kwan-Min, they certainly provided a necessary indulgence to all the attendees.
Kwan-Min, the second oldest, was thrilled with her role in Lee Enterprises. She and Jun-Seo were heralded as visionaries, doling out millions of dollars every year to causes that ranged from climate justice to underfunded schools, and cancer research. They were responsible for funding some of the most progressive movements, as well as backing lobbyists for liberal, bordering on socialist, legislation. They dedicated an afternoon a week, usually Thursdays, to spend their time scouring the internet for new charities to donate money to. This was the heart of their jobs, finding niche organizations that were struggling, food pantries in rural towns or women’s shelters in battered parts of the city, that sustained their other work and lessened the blow of the billions in their bank accounts.
It was hard to be known as a large corporation benefiting from tax breaks while subsequently funding social movements. The family never discussed the dichotomy of their predicament, instead choosing to let their actions speak for themselves.
Anyone could donate thousands to St. Jude.
Only the Lee’s could donate a hundred million.
While Kwan-Min found satisfaction in donating to negligible organizations, Jun-Seo found bliss in hounding friends and acquaintances for money. A natural salesman, he strived on the pressure he created for himself. Nothing was ever good enough, or enough period. He was always wanting more. More money to give away, more money to spend on vacations and lavish trips, more alcohol, more clothes, everything in excess. His work, and Kwan-Min’s, was regularly overlooked by both their parents, Dae-Seong and Euna. The good they did was always outshined by the amount that Euna and Dae-Seong pulled into the business, the new dignitaries transferring their funds, the latest piece of the Queen’s jewelry put into one of their vaults. They’d always played the role of second fiddle, and as years went by, no matter their accomplishments, they were never held in the same esteem as Euna and god forbid, Dae-Seong.
If Jun-Seo and Kwan-Min were relegated to the B-Team, Euna was first off the bench for the A-Team. Every Lee child attended college, but none went to the most elite universities with the most widely renowned business program, with guarantees to intern anywhere they wanted, except Euna. Her older siblings watched as she rose through the ranks, mastering the cello, classic ballet and calculus by the time she was thirteen. They watched, with pride and in horror, as she crunched numbers in her spare time, pirouetted across the most elegant stages and slung her bow delicately against the strings of her hand made instrument. It was clear from an early age that Euna was the best of the four of them.
In fits of anger, Dae-Seong would chide that their parents had hit it out of the park with him and kept trying until they got another diamond. If fate had been on their side, Euna would’ve been second, and if the gods really favored them, she would’ve been a boy. He routinely failed to acknowledge his other siblings, whom he owed a great deal of gratitude. It was their work that kept the paparazzi and critics at bay, their work that allowed him to go on benders and run his corporate torture seminars. Their good PR paid for his mistakes, with change left over.
Dae-Seong specialized in breeding discontent, of taunting his siblings, bullying them, forcing them against each other. Euna had recognized this side of him from the time she could identify his actions weren’t full of love, but malintent. The announcement that she would train to be the next CEO had sent Dae into a blind rage, which he quickly turned into a bender in the most elusive clubs. They didn’t hear from him for a week, and when he returned, their father had lashed out at him before sending Dae to a ‘conference’ for a month. The siblings knew what had happened. The belt had come off the wall, and Dae, though grown, had succumbed to his father. Dae was sent to a ‘conference’ every two years or so, when his behavior and attitude became so unkempt that Mr. & Mrs. Lee felt they had no other option than sending him away for a month to sleep, reset, relax and most importantly, detox.
There was something so pathetic about Dae-Seong’s ability to break bad and as punishment, spend a month being massaged and covered in salt scrubs.
Euna was relieved when her parents let her move away for university and elated when Mr. & Mrs. Lee took it one step further and sent her, each summer, to work at various branches of Lee Enterprises. A summer in Seoul, a winter break in London, summer in Manhattan, another winter in London, a stop in the UAE, followed by tours of the Cayman Islands and a summer in Rio. Euna was grateful for her time away from her family and absorbed everything she was learning. She didn’t just have to prove Dae-Seong wrong, she had to prove her parents right, show that her genius wasn’t due in part to her rookie status, that her prowess and instincts weren’t dismissible as beginners’ luck.
Spending winter and summer breaks at various branches, Euna let her work speak for her. She learned how to manipulate to make a sale, how to aggregate data in order to create an accurate projection of stock trades, to look at holdings of dignitaries and suggest how they could diversify their portfolios. The more she worked, the better she became. The harder she worked, the easier it was to pretend she didn’t know anything. Euna was in for the long haul, and that meant manipulating her persona to mystify and baffle the masses. A woman in power was a threat, and she would be damned if she let the company and the world take that from her.
She had watched Kwan-Min and their mother being dehumanized in the media, in board meetings, at the hands of her father and Dae-Seong. When they gave too much of themselves, the world readily ate it up, devouring them whole. As a girl, Euna watched Kwan-Min change from intelligent and driven to flirty and ditzy. She watched her sister, who she idolized in secret, disappear into the mold their father had crafted. Euna wondered how long it would be before she had to adapt a highly manicured image? A version of herself in complete juxtaposition of her ingrained personality?
It was this turmoil, this paradox, that threw Seokjin after their first meeting. She was nothing like he’d read or seen in their years at university or in the news. Though he hadn’t paid much attention to her and would admit he knew nothing about her besides the obvious, he was constantly being surprised.
“Did you check the latest model and run the analysis?” Euna asked on a Thursday some weeks into their project.
“Yeah, and it looks like, if Dr. Cho opens the market next class period, we’re going to see a major boom,” Seokjin answered. He’d been working on looking at Euna more, particularly when she spoke to him, and she found it all the more endearing.
         “How major?” She asked.
“Multi-millionaires by end of week,” Seokjin informed her.
“Good, what’s going to ruin it?” Euna set her pen down and stared at Seokjin. His lips were pouted, bangs sweeping in front of his glasses. He was beautiful.
“If some major political event happens in the next four days, or if something happens in China,”
“Ah, China,” Euna said rolling her eyes. “Always have to look out for the Chinese.”
“The American market is fairly stable, but it’s the US,”
“So, hold your breath and pray it’ll be okay?” Euna chuckled, a sound Seokjin had never heard. He laughed in response. “You have a great laugh.”
“Oh, thank you,” Jin looked back at his computer. “You know, we’ll only have to monitor the project for a few more weeks.”
“Seokjin, are you trying to tell me you’ll miss me?” Euna inquired.
“Maybe, maybe I’m trying to ask if you want to hang out, maybe get a drink or coffee outside of work hours,” Seokjin shrugged, his blasé attitude ignited something within Euna. For the months they had been working together, she’d tried and failed to get him to ask her out. His disinterest in her, in anything about her, drove her crazy. He didn’t ask questions, he didn’t inquire about work or god forbid her family, or other classes she was taking, even her friends. She could have anything in the world, and yet, this man, out of reach.
         “I’d like that,” She responded.
“Cool, how about coffee, this Sunday?” Jin suggested.
“I can’t Sunday, family obligations,” Euna cursed her family for what felt like the millionth time.
“Tuesday, instead of working,” Jin compromised.
“Will the numbers wait?” Euna was partially joking, which Seokjin caught immediately.
“They’re fictional numbers,” Jin reminded her.
         “It’s a date,” Euna replied.

★ Well done Salman Khan”: Single screen exhibitors react to Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai’s hybrid release announcement!
Apr 23, 2021  The industry, trade and moviegoers were left surprised with the sudden announcement that Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai, the much awaited film of Salman Khan, would release in cinemas on Eid. However, it’ll also simultaneously arrive on Zee’s pay-per-view platform, ZeePlex. It’s the first time something of this sort is being attempted. Ideally, a massy movie like Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai is best enjoyed in cinemas but due to the never-ending second wave of Coronavirus, it seems that the makers had to make this decision.
Shariq Patel, Chief Business Officer, Zee Studios says, “Wherever theatres are operational in India, our film will release. And internationally, cinemas are anyway open. So wherever theatres are functional, we’ll follow the theatrical windowing of that particular country.” In other words, internationally, the film will release only in cinemas, provided theatres are functioning in that region. In India, it’ll have a hybrid release.
He justifies this move by stating, “Internationally, Warner Bros has been following this practice. Last year, we experimented with just a PVOD (premium video on demand) release of Khaali Peeli. We shortened the theatrical window of Suraj Pe Mangal Bhariand Solo Brathuke So Better. We need to adapt to the existing market scenario. One has to understand that a lot of money has been invested. So one can’t keep waiting for the ideal scenario to arise. The pandemic and the resulting restrictions have been going on for a year now and there’s no end in sight. So, the point is that we have to evolve, find a solution to a given situation.”
Trade Speak Trade analyst Taran Adarsh says, “The producers did the right thing. Since it’s a Salman Khan film, the costs are huge. And it’s a film which was supposed to release one year ago. Imagine the interest he must have incurred due to this delay. He has all the money in the world, I am not denying that. But every film has an economic baggage. How long can you hold on?”
He adds, “As for the exhibitors, they were hoping that Salman Khan will bail them out. As I have always said, he is the pied piper of Bollywood. His films, irrespective of the merit, command a terrific initial. Now a hybrid release announcement comes as a jolt for them. It’s going to take some time for them to absorb the reality.”
He also feels that in these sensitive times, cinema is the last thing on people’s mind, “On social media, 99% discussions are only about Covid-19. Cinema doesn’t even feature anywhere as priority. So it’s a wait and watch situation right now. We don’t know how it’s going to pan out.”
Girish Johar, producer and film business analyst, however, is more critical of this development, “This scenario has to be seen through various perspectives. Definitely, it’s a big blow for cinemas. We have already lost around 1000 screens to Covid-19 last year. And now Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai, which is like a crucial oxygen cylinder, has gone away on digital. So it’s sure to affect the health of the exhibition sector.”
He says he fails to understand how someone of the stature of Salman can opt for such a model and adds, “If you are an individual producer in need of cash flow, then one can understand if one opts for such a model. After all, the interest adds to the budget with each passing month.” He also feels that the stars have been unfair to the theatres, which made them so popular in the first place. He emphasizes, “These actors, in their 30 or 35 year old careers went to various theatres to promote their films. Kuch actors ne toh ticket window pe tickets bhi bechi hai, for promotions. Pichle ek-dedh saal mein cinemas bandh kya hue, inhone toh tweet bhi nahi kiya for helpingthis sector. It’s the cinema that made you. They should have been a little considerate about them.”
He further tells why the PVOD release is not ideal, “From infrastructure perspective, it is not the right move. It’ll stop the growth of multiplex screens. Also, OTT is an urban market and mostly patronized by viewers of 10-12 cities. Toh Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai log ZeePlex pe Delhi aur Mumbai mein dekhenge ya Ichalkaranji mein dekhenge? Obviously, it’ll be the former. And Mumbai and Delhi were the top revenue generating centres for most films. As for audiences in smaller towns, they’ll access the film through Telegram or other pirated means.”
“How long can you keep waiting?” We then asked the exhibitors on their reaction to this development. While the representatives of multiplex chains were unavailable, the single-screen cinema owners shared their views to this writer. Surprisingly, till now, they have always been against a big, feature films releasing anywhere else other than the cinemas first. This time, their viewpoint has slightly altered.
Vishek Chauhan, owner of Roopbani Cinema in Bihar, says, “It’s high time they took this step and no one is to blame here. How long can you keep waiting? It’s a crisis situation for everyone. It’s not like cinemas hi marr rahe hai. Sab marr rahe hai. Everyone is suffering. Zee has paid around Rs. 230 crores. How long can they hold their investment?”
Akshaye Rathi, film exhibitor and distributor, adds, “Given the scenario given in the country right now, the decision is quite practical. I don’t expect a significant number of cinemas to be even allowed to open by May 13. It’s an interesting experiment and I truly hope that the Indian consumers rise to the occasion and actually pay per view rather than hacking the movie through piracy.”
He continues, “As an exhibitor, however, I would have loved it had the movie’s release plans been delayed a bit and was brought to the theatres when things were coming close to normal. Now that the vaccination drive is getting accelerated, I am sure that day isn’t too far out that cases would reduce. Fingers crossed and here’s wishing the team luck.”
Raj Bansal agrees with Akshaye Rathi as he states, “If they really wanted to come in a big way in theatres, they should have waited for two months.”
Question mark over its domestic box office performance However, due to the rise in cases, one wonders how many cinemas will be open in India by May 13. Also, prime markets like Mumbai, Delhi etc. might still be shut. In such a scenario, one wonders what the domestic box office of Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai would look like. Vishek Chauhan minces no words as he tells, “Theatre India mein kahan khule hai? Jo bhi khule hue hai, woh naam ke khule hue hain. The way cases are rising exponentially, cinemas will be lucky to be operating by Diwali in this country. The current crisis is unprecedented.”
He also feels that it’s a long way to go for cinemas to reopen. He explains, “First, you need the cases to go down and for people to feel confident to roam around. Then the government should feel confident to open cinemas. Then, theatre owners should feel that it’s viable to resume operations. Lastly, producers should feel that it’s a good time to release their films. Yeh hote hote aisa na ho ki phir se saal nikal jaaye.”
Raj Bansal tells, “Half of cinema theatres in India might be shut during Eid. May 13 is just three weeks away. I doubt if we can open up looking at the lockdowns that are happening in several places. The election rallies and kumbh mela have led to the increase in cases majorly. We can’t afford to do the same during Eid by opening up cinemas.” Even Akshaye Rathi is in agreement that theatres in most regions will still be shut during May 13.
Vishek Chauhan, then, tries to understand the rationale behind this move, “Salman and Zee must have got slightly bolstered since UK cinemas will resume operations from May 11. The USA market, meanwhile, is fully recovering. UAE is perfectly fine while Australia and New Zealand is alive and kicking. So the domestic losses they’ll face, they’ll make up from overseas markets to some extent. Domestic box office, meanwhile, will be zero. Kahan release karenge? The government might refuse to open cinemas for this film, fearing that it’ll lead to crowding.”
‘Radhe’ model to become the norm? Like Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai, there are several big ticket films awaiting release. The question is whether these films would also follow suit and opt for a hybrid release. Shariq Patel says, “I am fairly certain. A lot of films have been held on for so long. No producer has the capacity to hold on to their film for such a long period. However, equilibrium will be reached once the situation is back to normal. But when that normal situation would arise is something that no one knows. Today, we are in April 2021 and it’s worse than the circumstances in April 2020.”
Vishek Chauhan also has a similar point of view, “Other makers should follow suit. How long will they wait for? And we cinema owners are in no position to dictate terms to them. But one thing is proven that when cinemas are open, theatres are the best place to release a film. Theatres will be back and theatres will be the main medium to release films.”
Akshaye Rathi however disagrees, “I think a lot of filmmakers would observe what actually happens to Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai in terms of its PVOD release. India as a market has traditionally not succeeded too well with the pay-per-view model. Having said that, this is the biggest film to take this route. If it succeeds, then maybe a few more producers might consider it. So I think that it’s a wait-and-watch scenario. Personally I don’t expect too many people to take up this model yet.”
Raj Bansal adds, “It’s too early to decide. We have to wait and see how Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai performs, and also how much it affects theatrical business. If the box office gets impacted, then the Multiplex Association of India might now allow such hybrid release. However, since 15 months will pass without any major film, the MAI might allow this model for a few films initially.”

How To Create Your Retirement Invest Successfully
How to create your retirement invest successfully. Wouldn't you like financial freedom? Of course, you would, with a reasonable financial investment for your retirement. But your meagre pension won’t do it for you, will it? No, I thought not.
And have you, like me, procrastinated for far too long about will I, or won’t I, should I take the risk? But can you create your retirement invest successfully?
Well if you stay safe, and don’t act there won’t be any risk you tell yourself. Investing in something to enable you to relax and look forward to your pending retirement is risky?
I know, because I’ve been there with my other half with the longest finger, so I know all the ins and outs of this conundrum.
Creating our retirement invest successfully was a bit frightening, was his cry. What if it wasn't successful? It’s aggravating, stressful and makes your blood boil right?
I know, I know, hindsight is a wonderful thing and we made the decision just in time, I’m so happy to say. Doesn’t have to be a huge amount we discovered finally.
But enough to put a spring in your step, and such a great feeling of satisfaction and pure joy. The wellbeing you’ll

Know that when you retire you’ll have the means to travel, take up a hobby that you love and not have to consider the expense. Eat-in restaurants you can afford when you fancy.

10 Crazy Things Gen X,Y, and Z Have Accomplished
1. Have made sites like Google and Wikipedia widely accepted  They are not academically accepted, but considering in the 4th grade (2000-2001) the school librarian told our class “Google is useful but it will never replace a library for finding information!” I think we’ve come pretty far...
2. Have flipped retail on its head It was originally “They who had the most physical stores was the leader” but thanks to the rise of online shopping, physical store locations are now taught to be a unnecessary cost and has caused a number of franchise giants to tumble
3. Have Integrated Technology Into Daily Life In the fifth grade (2001-2002) I wrote a letter to my local MP explaining how computers could be used to save trees by saving paper, as well as give students less weight to carry with textbooks and such, and could raise accuracy in spelling and math. The response I got was that it was a nice idea, but computers were so complicated and expensive that we probably wouldn’t see this for another 30-40 years. Here we are less than 20 years later and look how far we’ve come! Side story: In the second grade (1997-1998) we were given basic calculators for $15 to learn how to use them and were told that while they were powerful, they were too expensive so we shouldn’t get used to them as the day would never come where we could just have a calculator on us at all times.
4. We Have Survived and Established Ourselves During The Great Recession The 2008 housing market crash has been bad.... We are STILL suffering from it... Companies over 100 years old have gone bankrupt... whole countries have gone bankrupt! The entire concepts of business that have been taught were flipped on its head. The great recession has been reported as being at least twice as severe as the 80′s recession and closer to the great depression from an economic standpoint. Yet here we are. If we can’t afford our own house, we’ll share one. If we can’t get a job we’ll make one. If we can’t afford things we’ll make our own. This generation is far from a comfortable one... I sometimes tear up thinking about how my “wild dream” is one day having a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all to myself... and how greedy I feel if I say a laundry room to myself would also be nice.... but we’re surviving! This economy is a mess with people clinging to what little they have until they die and we’re still moving forward. That is crazy.
5. We Are So Educated, We Have Made Degrees Commonplace Have you ever wondered why job requirements are so crazy? Like “Entry Level Job: Must have masters degree and 8 years experience!” It’s because of supply and demand.... So many people have university degrees, that the value of a degree on its own has bottomed out.... Yes this makes it a pain to get any kind of job.... and is INCREDIBLY rough on those without degrees... but think of how crazy that is!! How many times in history have so educated?? We may not have the value appreciated by other jobs, but think of how much we can do and understand that people before us never could! Information is power. Wisdom is steering. Understanding is direction. Just think of what we’re capable of?
6. We Have Changed Media Forever Think about how many areas of education has changed. Television has lost its monopoly due to streaming services, youtube, and livestream services. The concept of “Celebrity” has changed with social media celebrities. We’ve seen the rise of consoles with the fall of PC games, and the fall of consoles with the subsequent rise of PC games. Digital media, indie games, web comics, flash animations, deviantArt, Tumblr.... All of these things had never existed before. As a kid I used to spend hours trying to draw comics on dot matrix printer paper because I wanted to be a newspaper cartoonist when I grew up... Now with webcomics and online news, the whole industry has been flipped upsidedown. It is both incredibly accessible and incredibly difficult to stand out.
7. We Have Made The World More International I know people in Japan, Sweden, Norway, England, India, Africa, UAE, China, Australia, Holland, America, Mexico, and more places.... In fact I probably know these people more than I know the people who live on my street! The world has become incredibly international. Business has changed as you can work in real time with someone halfway around the world. Friendships have changed, as you can comfort and encourage people you’ve never met in real life. Science and History has changed, because countries that originally could only compare notes once every so often, now do so in real time, and we can see and talk about the variances between what we’ve grown up knowing.
8. We Have Changed Priorities From “The Most Stuff” to “The Most Experiences.” From “Financial Security” to “Mental Stability.” From “The Most Fame” to “The Most Impact.” The rise of arts. The rise of casual familiarity. The desire to learn. All of these priorities have changed as our generation has grown.
9. We Have Shaken Franchise Culture Franchises owned the world. The Ma and Pa shop had fallen to the names such as Walmart, Target, McDonalds, Wendy’s, etc. While franchises still exist, they seem to really be a shell of who they once were. Some franchises have even taken on the business strategy of “We will survive until I retire.” with no thoughts of what will be left afterwards. Meanwhile freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups, and online services have grown exponentially. They may not have the most money and power (yet) but there has been a change that has occured. One of which the results have yet to be fully seen.
10. We Continue to Grow Our generation puts up with a LOT. Our unemployment/underemployment rate is massive (though this is usually brushed over with statistics). The lives we’ve worked 20-some years for seems to crumble away from us. We’re forced to live 4-8 people per house due to the ridiculous prices of housing. We often work numerous jobs just to earn enough to get by. We get blamed for being entitled, lazy, and killing industries like fabric softener. (Wish I was kidding on that).... And yet we still live.... We adapt... We apply what we’ve learned.
We can’t afford hotels, so we go AirBnB. We can’t afford designer clothes so we go to Etsy or Amazon. We can’t get funding for medical conditions or emergencies so we help each other through GoFundMe, Patreon, or more... We are tenacious. We are adaptive. We don’t give up!
It’s easy to feel like we’re powerless in this world. We don’t have much money. The news stations rail on us all the time as the world’s biggest mistake. We’re forced to work jobs we don’t want for pay that barely keeps us going... It’s easy to feel powerless, weak, forgotten.... But look back on what we’ve done... this is just a small portion, I’m sure you can think of more! These are the things the history books will remember. These are the things our children and grandchildren will one day ask us about.
We Are World Shakers!

2 Factors that Can Work in Favor of Any App to Get the Most Eyeballs
The number of downloads for mobile apps has increased astronomically over the past decade. After the introduction of the iPhone, things started to change for the better, and after the introduction of smartphones from Samsung and other leading brands, the competition started to heat up. Nowadays, mobile apps are one of the hottest fields for programmers as they are challenged every day to come up with a new idea that can click with the target market.
Mobile apps related to social media, games, multimedia and messaging are the apps that are downloaded the most. Businesses starting their ventures think about how to make the most of this aspect as an app can be really beneficial for them.
Check out the following two factors that can work for you in coming out on top with a great strategy.
1. Local Optimization
One great advantage that mobile apps offer to businesses is that they can be downloaded from anywhere in the world and can be used easily. But don't think that the entire world is your marketplace as you need to select a target market for your product. That's why local optimization for your app will work wonders for you. This is so because, in this way, you will be able to better target the audience, which is genuinely interested in your product.
For example, if you are based in Dubai, then you must optimize the app according to the local lecture. Even if you are planning to launch the app globally, information for the users in the Arabic language and thinking about the culture will make the local audience understand the app better. Business owners think that their audience can easily use Google Translate to know everything about their app or even the information available on their website. But it is wise to offer Information in the local language.
A simple word in English can be translated into Arabic for a great effect. Think about how you can get the attention of your target audience through this way. You never know which little information you provide. It can work in your favor and offer your audience something valuable. This can increase the engagement for your app and make it worthwhile to the audience.
Remember that there is an unlimited option for everyone to choose from both Google Play and the app store. The product that you are selling is also being sold by thousands of other companies online. That's where our unique app will make the work easier to attract your potential customers. Get help from a mobile app development company Dubai for the best results in your favor.
2. Apt Time to Launch your App
After all the odd efforts you've put in when you are ready to be launched, the launch's timing is critical to success. Many of my readers would be amazed to hear that because, for most of us, the launch is not that important. It is all about getting the numbers that count. But they forget one important aspect here: the launch's timing can offer great results to them. Let me explain my point of view.
Think about a soft drink being launched in the Winter season. The chances of it getting its target audience, like young children, will be diminished considerably as in countries with cold weather, it will not work. For countries with hot weather like the UAE, summer is the ideal time. So, for an app for such a soft drink, it must be launched just before the drink’s launch to increase the anticipation for it.
Businesses need to be wary about how to make an app that can work instantly. Because other marketing tactics need to be considered alongside the launch, the app's success will lessen the burden so that the other aspects can easily be taken care of. Holiday periods like Eid and New Year can also work for most businesses as people in festive mood want to try out new consumer products, and what better way to enjoy the food with a fizzy drink.
Over to you
Asserting that you can add something valuable to this blog, I want to ask a question that is bothering you; please speak up. For any feedback too, please use the comments section below.

Jet Ski Jumeirah Beach
Truth be told, many of the best beach locations on the planet happen to be located in Dubai, UAE.
Typically the beautiful white sands of Dubai’s seashore will astonish tourists, since most people probably wouldn’t consider that this type of natural wonder could really exist inside of the Middle East. The magnificent waters of Dubai beaches cover several kilometres along the beautiful coastline. The beaches are used virtually all year aside from the sizzling hot Dubai summer months (July — September) where the temperature of the water is often rather unpleasant as external temperatures may easily get to 48 C (118 F).
Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Road (a major road in Dubai) runs beside a long strip of Dubai’s coast, where you can find an array of wonderful open beaches located between hotel resorts in addition to private beach clubs. A lot of the hotel beaches also provide a diverse assortment of water sports activities particularly paragliding, jet skiing, windsurfing, and deep-sea fishing.
Holiday-makers really need to be conscious that if traveling to beach locations inside Dubai, usual beach-wear is acceptable yet once away from the beachfront and out in general public, modest clothes is required (i.e. covered knees and shoulders). It is not abnormal to discover Arabic Muslim females swimming in the seas sporting full swim costumes to cover their complete bodies in modesty as required by their own Muslim lifestyle.
Some of the best Dubai beach locations are:
1. Al Mamzar Beach Park: A large spot of approximately 100 hectares. This particular beach park offers picnic areas, swimming pools, as well as a good deal of green grassy spots. This is truly a terrific place for family enjoyment. Just like a lot of Dubai beach parks, this particular one is available to women and youngsters only on Wednesdays.
2. Creekside Park: The Creekside Park is situated in close proximity to the famous Dubai creek. It is really an excellent choice for business travellers and families as well. It features mini-golf, fishing jetties, and furthermore a lush botanical garden which happens to be home to over 250 varieties of flowers and plant life.
3. The Jet Ski Jumeirah Beach and Beach Park: A crystal-clear and wonderful beach front with superb views of the Burj Al Arab. This particular beach covers roughly 12 hectares, and is one of the most favored Dubai beach places. Featuring foods stalls, picnic tables, and children’s play spots, the Jumeirah Beach Park is really a good selection for families and singles. On-duty lifeguards keep watch of swimmers, and the presence of shower services and dressing rooms are available for guests.
Next time that you are deciding on a beach getaway then simply look no further than Dubai in the UAE. Its central location to various other well-known holiday destinations furthermore makes it a terrific stopover for tourists looking for some beach-side rest and relaxation.

Self-isolating, self-invigilating.
Panic requires time. But are we actually panicking?
For a month now, I have been on exile from everything I could call familiar: my home country, my Rome, my Europe. Amongst the Covid-19 panic, I read a short story about a very similar situation, but amongst the shared state of anti-panic.
Tumblr media
J. G. Ballard’s Having a Wonderful Time (1978) is a bizarre story of a happy exile. A group of British people finds themselves in a situation where their holidays, which initially were extended due to unforeseen circumstances and flight cancellations, become a permanent exile. People on the holiday island have everything taken away from them: their jobs, dreams, families. However, as they are given some basic forms of entertainment, a constant distraction, they forget about the tragedy of their situation. They do not think beyond the closest future, which is a set of pleasures. Only Richard, one of several characters, and the husband of the protagonist Diana, is indeed the one who tries to rebel and dies as a consequence. But his attempt and failure and death are meaningless for the community of empty pleasure.
One would like to believe that when people are oppressed, meaning that their freedom is taken away from them, they would rebel. They would fight for a better world, right? Not necessarily. Ballard’s text highlights the most basic mechanisms of social manipulation that might lead to mass control and loss of any individuality, empathy, spirituality, or even what could be said to define humanity. Ballard’s text is, mostly, about distraction and time.

newyorkercartoons A cartoon by @rozchast, from 2010.
If I were to come to go back home tomorrow, I would become a subject to a self-Selfie-invigilation.
As everyone who comes back from abroad, I would need to stay home for 14 days, and prove my self-isolation/quarantine by taking selfies whenever a special app tells me too. "People in quarantine have a choice: either receive unexpected visits from the police, or download this app," said Karol Manys, Digital Ministry spokesman, as cited in cbsnews (yes, we do have “Digital Ministry.” How fancy isn’t it?). I would need to download an app, and then have 20 minutes to take a selfie each time after I receive an SMS/App notification to do so. Otherwise, police might come to check up if I am not breaking the rules of quarantine.
I wonder, why would they need my selfies if the app already has a geolocation system. Additionally, based on a recent low, all telecommunication companies are required to provide data about users’ as a tool to fight Covid-19 more successfully, like Vadafone in Great Britan and Deutsche Telekom in Germany already do. They do not need to take selfies of the users though. So why I would have to?
The app itself is not groundbreaking. More advanced apps have been already launched in Singapore and South Korea, where they are able to track what people one is physically contacting and from what distance, and also making sure that people on quarantine don’t break the rules. In UAE, one has to fill in a permit to leave a house that is digitally glued to the user’s phone, checking the GPS location and duration of being outside. Why would I have to take selfies?
Because it’s also about fancy-sounding facial recognition technology, and that’s what sounds to me too much like Chinese social security plan.
The app gives the possibility to request medical aid or any kind of assistance, food delivery of psychological consultation etc., which is quite nice. What is not nice is that it is not clear how the app actually works, there is no source code accessible, its company apparently “does not sell the app to track consumer behaviors, as the app is only used to analyze the consumer environment and its basic focus is of interior usage in businesses and institutions.” The app also seems to be far from perfect, as hundreds of users reported errors in its GPS-location technology and the selfie-notifications. The app is active for 14 days, but the collected data (including the questionable amount of my selfies used for facial recognition) are kept for six years by several institutions and the company which created the app. Six years? Really? Like I wasn’t already objectified enough by having my representation scrambled and dismembered by all CCTV cameras, cookies, Facebook and Google and Amazon algorithms. Maybe I am panicking too much, but there is something obnoxious about being ordered to take selfies.
Aren’t we all getting distracted from serious problems by weird apps, weirder news, new Instagram filters, new tik-tok videos, or by providing us with a media spectacle like super bowl (in the ‘past’ meaning before March 2020)?

The knowledge competition of visualizing more dubious data in a more dubious way (not like I don’t trust a Ministry which is a part of a government that employed hundreds of trolls to disseminate misinformation on social media and repetitively has been breaking the Constitution, which researchers at Oxford recently studied), in delivering more numbers, more graphs, more yoga ads which reprimand me yet again for not doing yoga.
Shouldn’t we all be really panicking?

Dear god the 'shippers' in the Magnum fandom are driving me mad. They're like rabid little zombies! I'm cool with Higgins. I'm even okay with the idea of Magnum and Higgins getting together, in like season 10 or so. But if we don't get a third season it'll be because the shippers are messing with the writer's heads and I just wanna drop kick some sense into them all! (Sorry, this is the only place I know where I can vent and not get jumped on for not loving 'teh Miggy' Urgh.
Ha! You’ve come to the right place. I realize that half of what I don’t like about her character is that her ‘badass self’ doesn’t have to change - but why does it always have to be at the expense of others? Like Batman doesn’t become less awesome because Wonder Woman is on the screen. The ‘ship wars’ ultimately destroyed Arrow - and those fans went after real life people and made their lives a living hell (just look up what they did to poor Katie Cassidy) or harped on Stephen Amell getting together with Emily Rickards off screen (despite Stephen being happily married to someone else), or how JohnLock shippers almost made Martin Freeman quit because of the atrocious things being said to his real life wife. I’m not sure why people feel the need to get shitty to one another personally over a fictional character, but...holy shit. Being goddamn psychos about it does nothing but push others further from liking a show (never mind the character). You want to endear me to Higgins? Come up with a plausible/non-romantic reason she’s as two faced as a double sided coin when it comes to interacting with Magnum. She’s lost a fiance? Boo-hoo. Magnum and his best friends were sold out to a terrorist organization who imprisoned and tortured them for over a year and a half, then she tried to kill him and possibly had a hand in the death of one of his best friends and he still manages to have compassion. Her mother had dementia? Wah wah. TC’s father has blown him off at every turn after spending TC’s younger years in prison after his mom up and left them, and ohhhhh looookkk....he’s STILL A HUMAN TEDDY BEAR. Rick was raised by ORGANIZED CRIME MEMBERS. HE WAS A SNIPER. Not just a sniper, but a SCOUT SNIPER. He had a more personal look than most when it came to combat, and guess what. Not only does he still volunteer to help build houses for disabled veterans, help his employees at every turn, his besties, but also manages to still be a cheerleader for everything that his friends accomplish. Is it fair to compare tragedies? No. But at the same time, they’re just making her look like she’s the one who lets every little thing be an excuse to be an ass - and then pout when she doesn’t get her way. Like...are the rabid shippers mad when we don’t like that because that’s the part they identify with?
I also really wonder if there’s multiple writing teams. Because like Blood Brothers was straight up showing how they didn’t actually need her. And for anyone that actually knows how life rafts work, they kinda made her look extra dramatic trying to be relevant. Fun fact: nobody actually wants to have to do complex satellite recon and math to figure out where a life raft is, that’s why they have GPS installed. So that could’ve been all of 30 seconds - “I found the GPS transponder, it washed ashore on the island here.” She also comes off as either 1) especially heartless or 2) the writers confirm that she had absolutely nothing to do with anything in the Middle East during her time as an MI6 agent beyond rubbing elbows with diplomats. As soon as she says “we break the law for life or death”, anyone who has ever dealt with the shit show that is Afghanistan/Taliban knows she hasn’t got a clue - illegally fleeing Afghanistan is the only way out of it. And if Ahmed was returned to the Taliban, he would be lucky to be forced into the Taliban. It is much more likely that someone who is seen as friendly towards the West will be horrifically tortured and publicly executed (probably filmed too). And like throwback to the second episode of season 1 - she speaks Arabic. Arabic has like a million little offshoots and dialects and that’s what makes it interesting but also really difficult for translators (or you know, spies) to learn it well enough to blend. Typically though, Arabic is primarily spoken in countries we’re not in direct conflict with - like the UAE and as she mentioned Saudi Arabia (even if she got the prince’s name wrong, we’ll just assume that was a writer error). Which means her relations were diplomatic, not combat, so she has approximately no leg to stand on when throwing around ‘you should do it legally or not at all’ since in reality no, you cannot have a history of being a foreign spy and come retire here in the US, but also - rich, white, female of a country that if she ever gets deported back to isn’t going to behead her on YouTube after torturing her in a public square to serve as a reminder to others who think they could have a chance....well. You can draw your own conclusions on that one.
Anyway.
On that note, I actually am really trying to make the character understandable, at least in fanfic, but damn. It’s a goddamn mountain, lemme tell you.

10 BEST THINGS TO DO WHILE IN DUBAI CITY TOUR
They state that in case you believe money can't buy fulfillment you should plan to Dubai City Tour. Millionaire is hiring a personal photographer to travel around the world with him for FREE | Daily Mail Online
Tumblr media
An Australian millionaire is offering one lucky person the chance to be his full time personal photographer - and he'll pay them $55,000 a year for the honour.
Matthew Lepre, who is the founder of Ecom Warrior Academy, is searching for a photo taker to travel across Europe and the United States with him, uploading photos of the 27-year-old to social media.
'During the past year alone I have managed to grow my business while travelling to UAE, Indonesia, USA, NZ, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland and Thailand and up until now, have relied on my best friend to be there to take photos on his phone,' Mr Lepre told FEMAIL.
'My business has now expanded rapidly and I need my mate, Mitch, to be there to work in other areas so I'm now putting the open call out to the world for someone to be there to fill this role.'
Matthew Lepre, who makes $120,000 a month from four successful e-commerce stores, is looking to hire a personal photographer for $55,000 a year
Matthew Lepre, who is the founder of Ecomm Warrior Academy, is searching for a dedicated photo taker to travel across Europe and the United States with him
The employee will need to have a valid passport, be able to travel at a moment's notice and have an eye for the perfect picture.
“While I'm based in Sydney, my life has become pretty hectic,' Mr Lepre continued.
'Just a few weeks ago I was asked by a leading TV station in Milan to come for an interview so had to drop everything and hop on a plane and travel across the other side of the world three days later.
'The selected person for this role would need to be flexible with their life and be able to join me too, on my crazy schedule that could take me anywhere, anytime.'
All flights and accommodation abroad would be covered by Mr Lepre, but the photographer will be expected to have their own professional gear.
Former fashion student Tyanna De Assis, who is based in Sydney, was selected to me Mr Lepre's personal assistant in September
'It's crazy. I am still in shock and wonder how they even came past my CV,' Ms De Assis told News.com.au at the time
Tyanna (pictured) was chosen for the role after Mr Lepre considered 70,000 applications
Earlier this year Mr Lepre put out a similar call for a personal assistant, who would be given $52,000 (base rate) a year with similar luxury travel on the cards.
The entrepreneur, who makes $120,000 a month from four successful e-commerce stores, sifted through 70,000 applications before hiring former fashion student Tyanna De Assis.
'It's crazy. I am still in shock and wonder how they even came past my CV,' Ms De Assis told News.com.au in October.
She applied for the job by sending her resume and cover letter across in an email, writing 'Most entertaining PA you will ever have' in the subject line.
Naturally it caught Mr Lepre's attention and he decided to offer her a phone interview, before cementing her position in his company in September.
'Tyanna has experience working for CEOs and directors and is knowledgeable about social media,' Mr Lepre said
Tyanna has spent much of her life working in public relations and as an office manager, so is used to penciling in appointments and speaking to clients across continents
'Tyanna has experience working for CEOs and directors and is knowledgeable about social media. She is a perfectionist which is perfect for this role and is detail and task-oriented,' Mr Lepre said of his new assistant.
She has spent much of her life working in public relations and as an office manager, so is used to penciling in appointments and speaking to clients across continents.
Being the same age as her boss also makes communication easier.
'The bonus is we don't get sick of each other - sometimes we have to sit together for nine hours straight - we're both scatter brains, we jump from one thing to the next, but it works because I am very OCD and I make sure I get everything down,' she told the publication.
In April Mr Lepre told FEMAIL he had received thousands of interested emails from potential employees, with 75 per cent of them coming from women
What did Mr Lepre want from a PA?
* A down to earth person that wants the job to learn and not so much for the lifestyle.
* This isn't a 9-5 job. I am not looking for someone who wants regular office hours. The role involves a lot of travelling and therefore normal office hours don't really apply. However, there are the perks of days off in amazing countries.
* Great at thinking on their feet while on the go. Often days when we are travelling require lots of tasks to be done at once - from confirming travel arrangements to finalising coaching meetings that I have with my clients via Skype - life on the road never stops.
In April Mr Lepre told FEMAIL he had received thousands of interested emails from potential employees, with 75 per cent of them coming from women.
From what he could tell many of the job hunters were millennials (aged between 23 and 37), with the majority being women from Australia, followed by the United States, UK, Italy, South America and Asia.
'A lot of people who are applying say in their application that they are working the 9-5 rat race and want to escape corporate life and are ready to bring the skills they have learnt to this role, while travelling the world with me,' he said.
When the job title was first announced Mr Lepre explained how the $52,000 salary his personal assistant would receive was just the beginning.
'A lot of people who are applying say in their application that they are working the 9-5 rat race and want to escape corporate life and are ready to bring the skills they have learnt to this role, while travelling the world with me,' he said
When the job title was first announced earlier this year Mr Lepre explained how the $52,000 salary his personal assistant would receive was just the beginning
Mr Lepre is an e-commerce mastermind - who makes a cool $120,000 a month - and he says business couldn't be better
'Salary will be based on the person's experience but the base rate is in addition to travel and accommodation expenses. Health insurance benefits are paid for by me separately,' he said.
The businessman is proof that taking risks can pay off; at 23 he dropped out of uni because he wanted to make it on his own.
Mr Lepre is at the top of his game because of his incredible work ethic.
'I do a lot of work every day but I operate on a philosophy of work hard, play harder,' he said.
In the past year, Matthew Lepre has spent his time exploring Japan, Dubai, Hawaii
Living the life: Although Mr Lepre looks as if he's casually relaxing in yet another exotic location, he's always working hard to drum up new business
'They would have to be someone who works hard but is also fun and spontaneous.'
He is currently in Sydney working on a new training program to show people how they can make six figures from home - just like he does.
Despite his wealth Mr Lepre will never forget where he came from, explaining that being raised by a single mother in Sydney's Western suburbs meant he grew up relying on meal drops from The Salvation Army in his youth.
'Life is always about giving back to those less fortunate than you and I am always thankful to those who supported my mum and I during the dark days when times were tough financially,' he said.
You can learn more about Matthew Lepre's work by visiting his website or sign up to be his photographer here.
