In the past I have written multiple stories for One Tree Hill (my first real fandom), Heroes, Gossip Girl, Veronica Mars & Glee. And I wrote one story apiece for X-Men, Twilight, Friday Night Lights, Lost, Grey’s Anatomy, Vampire Diaries & Haven.

Bellamy and Clarke are photographers with a large presence on Instagram. When they start posting pictures of the same places, their fans begin to think that they are rivals. What they don't know is that Bellamy and Clarke are dating and have been for years.

This fic was the first time I tried something a little different by using social media posts as part of the story—something I do quite frequently now lol. But also I think it was cute.

When you’ve lived for over 100 years you think that nothing can phase you, but Witcher Bellamy’s world is about to explode. What used to be a world where all that mattered was killing monsters for coin is now turned into a world caring about the wellbeing of others. Especially hers—no matter how much he fights it.

Clarke has spent almost two centuries in this world and she long ago stopped caring about most others. People are just there for her entertainment while she searches for a way to have the one thing that she cannot—a child. But what happens when suddenly there are people that she cares about? And when one of them is the most frustrating man she has ever met, she doesn’t know what to do with herself.

I loved The Witcher and I loved writing The 100 characters into my version of that world. And I adore fantasy and didn’t realize how much I enjoyed writing it until this fic. And it was my first Bellarke Big Bang so there’s that.

Octavia doesn’t like to think of herself as a possessive person or even a jealous person, but she knows that it’s jealousy that’s turning over and over in her stomach when Lincoln throws back his head, laughing at something that the blonde has just said.

Or the one where Octavia gets jealous and it leads to them fucking in an alleyway.

I was so nervous about this one because it was one of my first prompts for @t100fic-for-blm but also the first time that I’d written Linctavia as the main pairing. Now I write lots of prompts for them.

The Haunting of Kane Manor

When Roan offers Clarke and Bellamy a hundred grand to stay at a fake haunted house for a night for his new reality TV show, they jump at the chance. But what happens when it turns out to actually be haunted?

This was for @chopped100challenge‘s Horror event and I had never written anything in the horror genre before this. I adore horror movies so I knew I wanted to write for it, but was nervous about it at the same time.

How do you choose your titles?

Almost exclusively song lyrics. I put all of my creativity into writing the fic and can never think of a title so instead I use someone else’s words.

Do you outline?

Goodness yes. And by outline, I mean write a fic size outline. My outlines for my multichapters are 10k+. It’s a lot. But it makes it so much easier for me while I’m writing.

We are so excited that this fun little idea that we got from @chants-de-lune took off and was such a success (TWICE)! We had someone write their first ever fic for us this time, which is just insane, and we had so many creative and exciting fics that were a thrill to read. “You are bad news,” Dante says. Underneath the agreeable tone there is something bitter and curdling. Dante may have pulled the trigger that stopped Cage Wallace, but Clarke isn’t surprised that he blames them for it.

“The world is ending again,” Bellamy says.

“Unfortunate that it likes to do that,” Dante says. When he keeps painting, Clarke fantasizes about taking the paintbrush and stabbing him with it.

He doesn’t know how Monty feels. Only that it doesn’t seem to be a fraction of what he’s feeling. Or if it is, he hides it better.

Monty is quiet for a long time. “I guess,” he says at last, “I just figure… we do what we have to. And then… we have to keep moving. Keep living. Because otherwise, what was it all for?” He shrugs, though it feels like his shoulders are heavy with it. “I did what I did. You did what you did. Now we’re here.”

Here. Monty says it like it’s simple. We’re here. But Bellamy has never felt more lost.

Least planned of all though is the unlikely partnership she forms with Anya kom Trikru. Grounder Princess versus Sky People Princess. They form a tentative alliance after proving themselves to each other, but then that’s when things continue to derail. When Anya is shot, Clarke has to scramble to keep their tentative truce alive (as well as Anya), so that they can take on the mountain.

“Josephine?” Clarke asks aloud. Her throat feels scratchy, but her voice works. Everything comes rushing forward as her body heals and her mind snaps back into focus.

“Ah, just in time for a Sanctum sunset, my love,” Josephine croons towards Gabriel. The hand Clarke wanted to use to comfort Bellamy, reaches out for Gabriel’s arm instead. Her body pulls away from where she was sitting between Bellamy’s legs.

“Jo—,” Gabriel’s voice breaks as he reaches for her face. He cradles Clarke’s head between his large brown hands. He’s soft and gentle, holding her like she might dissolve into smoke.

“How the hell is this possible?” Bellamy’s voice is loud in her ear, right behind her. Clarke pulls away easily from the other man to look back at him.

That was all before Clarke left. Before Josephine Lightbourne decided she was a better fit to be the Supreme, and Octavia decided to runaway with her warlock boyfriend.

Bellamy decided to stay, take care of remaining girls who had nowhere else to go. They were all orphans after all, like him. It was hard, on his own. Especially considering the coven had no real leadership now. He had no powers. He was no one. Just somebody willing to take care of these girls. On his worst days, he’d remind himself that’s more than they’ve ever had before.

Nowadays, the place is a wasteland. The hallways empty, rooms untouched, furniture collecting dust. A ghost of what it used to be.

Nowadays, there’s less than two dozen girls around. Most of them dead, gone in hiding, or worse.

The last person he expected to show back up at their door was Clarke.

As he unlocked his car, he heard the familiar click of a gun cocking.

nova, part 1 (OC)

Everything in Nova Ahmed's life has taken time. It took years for her to realize her parents didn't give a shit about her. It took years for her to learn strategy and tactics and how to use a gun. It took years for the delinquents in the skybox to actually trust that she cared about them.

Then she finds out that the only people she can count on in the entire world are being sent on a suicide mission to Earth, and she should be lucky she's not getting floated for eavesdropping on the Council and is instead being sent with the prisoners.

Everything in Nova's life takes time- except when it takes a matter of minutes for it to irreperably change.

Remember Me (Murven Amnesia AU)

Raven wakes up in a hospital, with no memories at all. She can't remember anything about her life, not her best friends, not her own name, and most certainly not how she got in a car accident.

Murphy doesn't want to remember. He doesn't want to remember that he's the cause for Raven's accident, even if his friends insist he's not. It doesn't matter. He will always live with this, whether Raven starts to remember again or not.

Or, Raven gets amnesia, Murphy blames himself, and they fall in love (whether Murphy wants to or not).

Commenting on Fan Fiction

A friend of mine received this comment today on AO3: “Clexa has turned into bizzaro upside down world. Why can't I have one story with the Character I love? R.I.P original recipe Lexa. No other fandom works as hard as this one does to erase a strong female warrior from existence. Turning the Commander of the twelve clans into a weak weepy damsel in distress is disgraceful. But the constant trend of making Clarke and the Delinquents into super badasses seems to be a huge factor.” This is going to be my reply: (sorry for the essay!) Let me first start by saying your comments are somewhat correct. Yes this fandom does like to portray Lexa in a different light to that of The 100 TV show although there are a huge amount of stories where she is not. On the other side of that there are a huge amount of stories where Clarke is the "weak weepy damsel in distress" and as far as The 100 goes Clarke isn't that either. The 100 writers have never written either of these fictional characters as such. They have been written as equals both with strengths and weaknesses but within different but overlapping circumstances. However this is a fan FICTION site. People have loved these characters so much that it has INSPIRED them to write all types of VARIATIONS of these 2 FICTIONAL people. They have let their imaginations run wild and turn these characters into a multitude of wonderful different versions of themselves. After a very quick look at the quantity of The 100 stories I estimate there to be well over 50,000 Clarke & Lexa works. That doesn't include the Bellarke, Ranya, Linctavia etc. etc. etc. fandoms in which both Clarke and Lexa are included.

How boring would it be if we had 50,000 stories all of similar themes? All telling, in essence, the same story. The other thing you haven't considered is the effort, time, and love these talented people have put in to these stories for us. Yes that “us” includes you. I'm sure they all enjoy writing their fictions, and they can be a labour of love at times, but they don't write these things just for themselves. They write them for others to enjoy too. Do you think that that means they want to be criticised for an idea that they've put down on proverbial paper? Do you think that the few sentences you've written here aren't hurtful or insulting? You may not be blaming this author, or others directly, but you accuse none the less. What would this world be like if we all conformed to what one person thinks? To what THEY WANT? (Do any dictators spring to mind? Because they should!) Scary thought isn't it? Yes I understand that you are entitled to your opinion, as am I, but perhaps before you share that opinion you should consider how your words may effect the people reading them. I did a search and noticed that you haven’t written anything on AO3? Perhaps you should consider writing a Clexa story and see what response you get? Then perhaps YOU can "have one story with the character you love" in it.

I for one am grateful for these people who spend precious time out of their days writing so that WE may get to laugh, cry, get horny, scream, get anxious along with all the other emotions, feelings and thoughts that these stories may induce in us. All for free I might add! I may not always like the way characters are portrayed or how the story is written but I still appreciate these people and the effort they make for anyone who wishes to read what they have written. Perhaps you should pause before commenting next time and think about what it is you want to say and ask yourself is it appropriate?

P.S. Maybe it might be worth you doing a better search on AO3 for the fics you are obviously going to enjoy. Their search tools are pretty good and I’m sure you can find enough to occupy yourself with, without feeling the need to make unnecessary comments on those stories that you won’t. Oh and just a thought... perhaps other fandoms haven’t diversified their characters so much because they aren’t as passionate about, or maybe obsessed with or as infatuated as we Clexa/Bellarke/The 100 fans are? Just something to ponder on... P.P.S. Yes I know I have replied anonymously but I have some input in to some stories (which I do not write, only help out with) and my name is linked to them and I will not have anyone upset, angered or discouraged because people choose to comment without thinking about the consequences of their actions.

I’m currently participating in the @t100fic-for-blm initiative, and I am working through those prompts in the order I’ve received them. I appreciate all of you guys being patient (especially with my WIPs that have taken a backseat for the initiative), and I’m excited for what’s coming down the pipeline! At the moment, I am not accepting new prompts until I can work through this list. <3

Would you choose the end of war and suffering in your own lifetime if it meant the end of every other universe, too—including ones where you, your friends, and your family are happy and at peace?

Or, the S7 finale rewrite where Clarke experiences some of these other lifetimes and makes the ultimate choice of whether or not the end of suffering in her own reality is worth sacrificing infinite others where things might have gone differently.

An angsty fic collab where different writers from the Bellarke fandom write different chapters as part of an overarching story. Each intro is written by me, as well as the first chapter, last chapter, and a few sprinkled in the middle. Follow @wreck-jroth-club for updates!

But Clarke Griffin has never been normal.

It comes with the territory of being the daughter of two renowned spies for the CIA. Clarke had been raised to speak seven languages and be able to change her entire appearance with nothing but a pair of nail clippers and some shoe polish. She wasn't built for normal.

Against all odds, Steve Doucette fell in love with Bellamy Blake. And Bellamy fell for him, too. But once they start rebuilding back on Earth after the "the last war” and transcendence turns out to be a myth, Steve starts to realize exactly what Bellamy meant in the cave when he said Octavia and Clarke were the most important people in his life.

As he gets to know the blonde, he can see the deep connection that exists between her and Bellamy. They are part of each other’s souls, and Steve can’t help but admire the way they are together. He’s not going to stand in the way of their relationship, whatever it is — after all, he was raised believing you could love more than one person equally. He knows Bell loves him, and he’s okay with the knowledge that Bellamy loves Clarke, too. But just because he understands why his boyfriend loves her doesn’t mean he has plans to fall in love with her himself.

Then again, you know what they say about well-laid plans.

Throughout the fic, both sides will start to understand the other a little more and learn how to coexist without sacrificing their livelihoods or their integrity.

Since joining the BLM initiative, my focus has shifted away from WIP updates and toward completing prompts as they come in. To be honest, I was not expecting to receive as many prompts as I have (which is amazing on so many levels), so I apologize for how long it’s been since some of my fics have been updated.

I appreciate you all being patient, but here are the WIPs I swear I haven’t abandoned! If anyone wants to prompt chapter updates for the BLM initiative, that will help get these on the prios list sooner. But otherwise, these bad boys will still get done. Albeit more slowly.

If you’ve made it to the end of this long-ass update post, I commend you. lol But hopefully for those of you wondering when certain things will be published or what upcoming fics you can expect from me, this provides some clarity!

You may have noticed I took off the expected publish dates. I’m trying like hell to stick to a schedule, but I can’t make any promises and I hated letting anyone down if something didn’t get published on the expected date.
