General Appearance: Despite her large and headstrong personality, Swanhild is kind of... short. Well, truly she’s of average height. She’s not as short as her mother, but she’s definitely smaller than her brother and her father. But Swanhild did inherit her mother’s wild beauty in spades. She has wavy blue hair that is normally held back in a ponytail that admittingly looks... kind of messy. Like, stray curls off-shoot everywhere no matter what. She swears that she doesn’t do it on purpose. But it does make a great compliment to her violet eyes. Normally, she is seen in cavalier armor, which -- as per tradition of an aspiring Holy Knight -- is mostly all white, save for a dark blue cape that she wears. Truly, watch the young knight in motion. She is as beautiful as she is formidable.

Personality: The elder members of House Chalphy tend to call her the second coming of her namesake, her grandmother. Swanhild is bold and headstrong, unafraid to step forward and fight for her beliefs. She, much like her father before her, lives by the code of chivalry, and takes great pride in trying to become a knight. Whether her determination stems from who her parents are, or whether or not she tries to make up for the fact that she has Minor Baldur blood ( and minor loptyr but shh we don’t talk about that -- ), or that she’s just that passionate about her dreams, Swanhild is a true cult of personality. Her presence is large despite her small frame and people know it. On the funnier side of the spectrum, she’s often the subject of light teasing though in times of levity. Such a fierce warrior in battle can turn into such a flustered mess when her brother playfully pokes her sides. ( ‘Seliph, you know I’m ticklish there what the h e  l l --’ ) That’s not to say that Swanhild herself does not have a mischievous side, oh no. Her cheerful deposition outside of battle is a great partner to her cheekiness. Friends and siblings beware.

Special Talents: Actual Queen of Horseback right here. Swanhild loves horses, and she has a knack for caring for them. When she was younger, she used to sneak into the stables and try to take Sleipnir out to gallop around the fields of Chalphy. It didn’t always work out in her favor -- both Sleipnir and Swanhild are stubborn souls, which causes them to butt heads more often than not. But really, she is able to do things that help ease his... tendencies so that he’s easier to ride at times, and the two hit it off despite them butting heads. Sigurd is so proud, but also lowkey a little jealous because it took him and Sleipnir how long to get along and he just warms up to his daughter like???? ( wat is with dis devil horse in baldur’s name -- ) He’ll never admit that though, a father’s pride greatly overshadows minor pettiness. Swanhild does eventually get a horse of her own though! A lovely and gentle mare that she named Fridr. She’s mostly white, with a few gray spots upon her hind legs and has a grayish-mane. She spoils her, honestly. She loves that horse. She often tells her mother that Fridr reminds her of her in a way. Deirdre finds that flattering ‘cause she’s seen her a number of times.

Who they like better: She loves both of her parents! Trust me, she’ll curl like a cat in her mother’s lap in a heartbeat. But really, she’s a daddy’s girl. Without a shadow of a doubt. He’s the whole reason that she wants to become a knight herself. And if by the off chance that Seliph doesn’t become a Holy Knight himself? Sign her up.

Who they take after more: She’s like a mix of her father and her aunt Ethlyn honestly. Has a strong sense of justice, very protective of her loved ones, has the stubborn determination of both of them.
