- hat has a glass orb dangly thing that has glowing gold liquid in it. Chongyun sometimes uses it as a light source in the mines.

- his gold shirt pattern is just the gold decor on his actual outfit! You can see I just stole the designs off their clothes. :3

- He’s a witch studying the magic of Mistria!

Chongyun:

- borrows Xingqiu’s hat when it’s too sunny outside

- his white clothes get dirty quickly from the mines or other physical work

I have a group of friends who're a perfect gradient of Minecraft Experience from "hasn't played since they added coral" to "seasoned Botania expert", and we all decided we wanted to play with a basic server together. I'm actually a bit of an enthusiast so I decided to make us a personal modpack tailored to what each of us tends to like in video games.

I've made crummy mish-mashes of different mods before, but this time I'm doing a LOT to add compat. Conflict name resource packs, crafttweaker scripts, I'm even running Expanded Nametags and adding stuff myself so I can minimize how much time they spend having to check a wiki.

It's not like I'm actually making compat mods or anything, since I don't know Java. But it's honest work

honestly possible! i cant remember now but i had a moment where i was very fixated on the biology of ice planet worms and how i could keep them as a primary source of food without giving everyone ammonia poisoning... i think i settled for a made up digestible antifreeze protein in the end but swarms of worms being heralded by the stench of piss in the air is still my favorite ice planet au concept
