Next part finally! I'm not 100% happy with this but i was starting to feel burned out from repeatedly redoing certain parts ((lookin at that third page 👀👀)) y'all get some of my version of readers 'lore' ((i have snake trauma okay don't judge me 😤) and the prince finally speaks

The prince isn't being a jerk for the sake of being bad and evil, he's genuinely concerned! Demons aren't known for being kind to women and the pilgrims are rather infamous on top of that... Not a good mix in his eyes (even tho he's got it all wrong he's trying to give her a way out))

I really like the love potion trope with the dark twist. Where everyone sees the person as perfectly "fine," when on the inside, it's an obsessed torture mind flooding.

The Love Potioned victim is hardly a person anymore, just pure devotion and obsession. So our hero has to break the spell, now turning curse, to get the actual version of the person they love back. Even if that version of them don't share their feelings in return, because having a real person, is better than a lovesick shell.

I’d imagine that in the Tang Dynasty, you don’t really see people wear glasses. So I think Wukong would be curious about the small pieces of glass resting on Reader’s face. Might even be curious to test them out himself. Also, I’ve been sorta experimenting my own way to draw Sun Wukong…

If ya like LMK or Journey to the West or, Sun Wukong in general. This would be a great read, I like the characterization and they drew some character refs(like the clothes below)!! Which I like a lot too

I’m not sure why I think her with short hair, maybe it’s because people can’t see that’s she’s a woman unless they’re up close??

But I always like to think that the readers in any fics I read are buff and agile cause I’m like that as well. It takes out some of the plot and interactions. It’s just funny to think about lol

I made a monkey version of your reader! (Though you totally caught me the minute I asked for your favorite color combination)

The color combination was for the clothes. It took a while with the style of hanfu I decided to go with, though maybe I should have just made it a solid color hanfu ahahaha ٩(× ×)۶

I was gonna have the hair be exactly the same but I wanted to pay homage to your sona so I added little hair buns! (inspired by roses!) Hair color was color picked from one of your drawings haha. The twin tails in the back also curl around each other, but I couldn't show that in this pose. ʅ( °ヮ°)ʃ

From what I've seen from your ittw posts, your reader is more of an 'innocent' type so I went ham on the cuteness! Cute dress, cute hairstyle, innocent and cute-ass eyes!

Speaking of eyes, I was thinking your demon eye color would be blue! Entirely based off of the colors you gave me and nothing else. (Also blue is just REALLY pretty with auburn hair, like, seriously)

So I had this idea for my reader of where she’s disguises herself a concubine to infiltrate an emperor’s palace due to the emperor being a demon themselves. I don’t have the full details into it and I don’t own a JTTW book so im kinda relying on web research and imagination. Also, I wanted to draw reader in some Chinese wardrobe.
