Jikook Week 5 Complete ✔️(09-16/01/2024)

Their fifth week in the military is now complete. Jikook are nearing the end or have now completed basic training. It's time to celebrate this major milestone with a look back at this week in 2017.

The Wings Album including Blood, Sweat and Tears, was released the previous October 2016 and BTS had spent the last months of the year promoting it.

On 14th January they attended the Golden Disk Awards winning the Bonsang for Wings and the Global K-pop Artist Award.

This was also the show where BTS, EXO and Shinee were dancing to Rainism (3.44 min onwards) off stage and Jungkook was really getting into it. See 2.20 -2.30 mins of the video below for jikook antics and Jungkook athleticism.

The next day Jimin thanked everyone on Twitter.

Also this week on the 16th January BTS filmed the Idol Star Athletics Championship (ISAC) Games.

Jimin posted photos with all the members on BTS Twitter.

He also posted with JK saying, "Did you enjoy your meal? The lunch chicken is Jungkook I drew the dinner chicken"

This was the games where the audience called out that it was Jimin o'clock at 10.13 am.

Jungkook, JHope, RM and Suga came second in the 400 m relay.

Let's not mention Jin, Jimin and Tae's placement in the archery that year. Despite that I have to admit I am a sucker for Jimin with a bow.

Not sure if this was the last ISAC games they attended but ARMY legend goes that BTS were banned from the games due to their habit of spoiling content before it was released. I can't find any real evidence of that but maybe someone who was around at the time can shed more light on this.

Rebecca Ferguson on the relationship with Sweden - and Swedish film: "Give me a role" The criticism after the TV4 interview: "I don't want to fuck it up"

LONDON. Rebecca Ferguson, 40, has left Sweden and is taking Hollywood by storm.

But beyond the successes with "Dune", "Silo" and "Mission: impossible", she is careful to nurture the ties to her home country.

"I don't get that many Swedish offers, give me a role", says Rebecca Ferguson to Aftonbladet Nöje.

The Hollywood star is sitting in a suite at the five-star Rosewood Hotel in Holborn in central London. Here, the blockbuster "Dune: Part two" has occupied an entire floor for marketing and interviews ahead of the premiere date, which in Sweden is February 28.

Since a couple of years ago, London is also Rebecca Ferguson's hometown.

"I left Sweden, after covid I really moved", says the actress.

She grew up in Stockholm with a British mother and a Swedish father, went to Adolf Fredrik's music classes and broke through as a 15-year-old with the TV4 soap "Nya tider" where she had the lead role as Anna Gripenhielm. This in turn gave her a role in the American-Swedish drama series "Ocean Ave".

After she moved to Österlen in 2007 to be in the BBC's Wallander film "Sidetracked", she chose to stay in Simrishamn in Scania. There she met the filmmaker Richard Hobert, who gave her one of the main roles in the feature film "En enkel till Antibes", where she played opposite Sven-Bertil Taube, among other things. Then the international career really took off.

Wanted to start a colony Rebecca Ferguson played the main role of Elisabet Woodville in the BBC series "The white queen", for which she was Emmy nominated, Jenny Lind in the musical "The greatest showman" (2017) and the British spy Ilsa Faust in several "Mission: impossible" films. Criticism after interview The relationship with the home country suffered a thorn in connection with an interview with Efter fem on TV4 in April last year, where she did not want to speak Swedish and questioned reporter Nanna Martorell's English skills.

A storm of criticism followed and Rebecca Ferguson was noticed, among other things, by the Instagram account "Dyngbaggegalan", which celebrates uncomfortable moments from Swedish television.

Rebecca Ferguson has said that she was saddened when she heard about the criticism after the interview and said that she did not recognize herself. Almost a year after the interview, which was supposed to be about the film "Mission: impossible: dead reckoning", she brings up the incident herself - when Swedish "Dune" colleague Stellan Skarsgård, 72, comes forward.

"Stellan, I love him. That Swedish root is so important. That's why I was so sad about the interview that took place between me and Nanna. It became such a big deal", she says.

"I was misinformed, I had no idea who I was going to meet, only that I had an angry journalist who was pissed off. They asked if they should cut her out but I said "no, take her in, why is she so damn angry?" So I went in with the gas at the bottom - and met the world's most beautiful woman."

Is there something still gnawing at you?

"The reason I bring it up is that the Swedish relationship, for example to Stellan, when I speak Swedish, feels so important. It is enough for someone to speak Swedish and I feel a sense of calm."

"Was extremely rude" Rebecca Ferguson is worried that the interview has given the Swedes a wrong image of her as an expatriate Hollywood diva.

"The only thing I needed to know was that Nanna is okay, because I was extremely rude to her. I called her, we had the world's conversation and now she gets any interview she wants," she says.

"But I don't want that role in Sweden. Sweden is the archipelago, semlor, Värmdö and my dad, Vasastan and Rörstrandsgatan – I don't want to fuck it up."

In addition to "Dune: Part two", this year Rebecca Ferguson is also currently in theaters with "Mission: impossible - dead reckoning part two". At the same time, she is recording the second season of the TV series "Silo".

Opens for Swedish film But despite a burgeoning Hollywood career, she keeps the door open to making Swedish films.

"It is not important in that way that I have to do culture in Sweden, but give me a script that is great, give me a role. I don't get that many offers so that would be great," she says.

In an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian in October 2019, the star said that "I don't get recognized and that suits me". According to Rebecca Ferguson, very little has changed on that front in the last five years - despite the fact that her CV has been significantly replenished.

""It's pretty cool when you're at a premiere, like with "Dune", and it's like a rock concert: thousands of people screaming when Timothée and Austin - and also me - come in. It has created such a large following, she says.

"Mission" was probably also a bit like that, with Tom. It's on a whole other level. I can imagine that many people in this film need security personnel when they are out and about. But I can only go where I want and do what I want."

Doesn't want to be seen as a diva Rebecca Ferguson estimates that four to five people a day come to her.

"They take a picture, you give them a small hug or a high-five, and move on," she says.

"There is probably a part of me that wishes I also needed to be snuck out of a restaurant from the back way, because there are so many people out there who just love me. It is the ego. But the sane part of me thanks God that I can go wherever I want with my children, my husband and my friends."

The same applies when she comes home to Sweden - which she is happy about.

"Sweden is somehow my soul. I wouldn't like to come to Sweden and it would have been the world's damned "hoppla". That's why I think I brought up this interview with Nanna again, that it hurts me that so many people saw a side of me that I'm not, which is a diva."

"I'm filming "Silo" season two so I've only had to jump in now, it was no from my production company Apple because they needed to finish. Considering the strike (in Hollywood), we were behind in the filming. And I have had such FOMO. That show changed the race of an iconic character to make him black, turned Alucard THE iconic character bisexual, Carmile and her posy that used to be “The daughters of Dracula” became an army of radical feminist set on world domination and Saifa went from a minor secondary character to a kick ass Main fighter and strong independent woman.

It was one of the wokest shit ever to come out that year, and everyone fucking loved it. No one complained about Isac turning black, nor alucard having sex with a man nor Carmile leading an army of lesbians. Everyone loved it, because it was a fucking good show. That’s all it takes, to be good and then no one will have the balls to cry out about forced diversity. The only way they can use it for anti woke propaganda is if the show sucks, so the only way to answer to that is to say that yes, the show fucking sucks, but not because of diversity.

Learn to admit that it sucks, recognize why it sucks, and then tell them that if they believe is because of diversity and not the other thousand reasons, call them out as the idiots they are.

Cyberbiosecurity 101: protecting life sciences in the digital age - CyberTalk

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

In May of 2017, the life sciences industry contended with the WannaCry campaign, one of the most widespread and destructive cyber attacks in history. It rapidly propagated across networks, encrypting data and systems; leaving organizations crippled and desperate.

Some life sciences groups permanently lost intellectual property or data. Others were forced to halt production of certain drugs and vaccines. The combination of costly system downtime and ransom demands left a few enterprises financially insolvent.

Why life sciences? Cyber criminals perceive life sciences as an attractive target due to the intellectual property available on computer systems. Ninety-five percent of all cyber attacks in the life sciences sector center around intellectual property (IP).

For the life science sector, WannaCry served as a cyber security wake-up call. However, not every organization took adequate action and the threat landscape has grown more perilous in the years since.

Here’s what to know about preventing and defending against cyberbiosecurity threats:

Addressing the challenge

First, know where the problems are. Conduct a thorough risk assessment – one that’s specific to your organization’s unique network environment. Identify critical assets, including intellectual property, research data and other proprietary information. Implement layered defenses to mitigate risks. These include firewalls, intrusion detection systems and endpoint detection systems.

But that alone isn’t enough. Be sure to train your employees effectively. Provide education around cyber threats, including social engineering. Develop a cyber security-conscious culture, where everyone understands the importance of safeguarding information. Provide regular supplemental training to address evolving threats.

Beyond that, ensure that your organization’s software developers use secure coding practices. Regularly patch and update software to address vulnerabilities.

Develop and test incident response (IR) plans that are specific to cyberbiosecurity/incidents in the life sciences sector. As goes for any IR plans, establish communication channels, delegate roles and clarify responsibilities, all of which will hasten the response in the event of a breach. Practice tabletop exercises to simulate real-world scenarios.

Leverage threat intelligence and information sharing efforts. Participate in Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) or working groups that are focused on cyberbiosecurity. This will enable your organization to learn from peers and to exchange tactics. Your organization may also wish to collaborate on joint prevention and defense initiatives.

Cyber and physical system integration

Another aspect of the cyberbiosecurity situation to consider is reliance on cyber-physical systems. These types of systems integrate cyber-based control mechanisms into physical infrastructure. Examples include building automation systems and certain types of data collection and analysis instruments.

To protect these systems, ensure that your organization limits physical access to critical infrastructure and the toggles that control infrastructure functions. In addition, consider installing surveillance cameras and monitor access points.

Further, ahead of acquiring new cyber-physical technology, assess the security practices of the vendors who are providing the equipment. Ensure that vendors follow cyber security best practices.

Hyunjin (Hangul: 현진; Katakana: ヒョンジン; Hanja: 黄铉辰) was born on March 20, 2000 (age 23) in Seoul, South Korea. He is a main dancer, rapper and visual[7] of the group Stray Kids. 

Personal Life

Hyunjin was born on March 20, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. He grew up with a pet dog, Kkomi. As a kid, he visited Las Vegas[8], where he used his English name, Sam.[9]

On November 15, 2018, he took the suneung exam.[10]

He graduated from the School of Performing Arts (SOPA) on February 15, 2019.[11]

He is currently enrolled at the Global Cyber University, studying Practical English.

Career

Predebut

While he was on a shopping trip with his mother during middle school, Hyunjin was scouted by JYP Entertainment to become a trainee. He then joined JYPE without any skill and trained for two years.[12] As a rookie, he got interested in dancing by watching the senior trainees performing on stage, and practiced more by studying various types of dance at the School of Performing Arts (SOPA).[13]

His individual picture and name were officially revealed by the company on October 12, 2017 at noon, for his participation in the upcoming survival show Stray Kids.[14] He was introduced with the roles "Rap" and "Dance". On the final episode of the show on December 19, 2017, it was confirmed that Hyunjin would debut with the boy group Stray Kids.

On March 26, 2018, Hyunjin debuted with the mini album I am NOT as the main dancer and lead rapper of Stray Kids.[15]

On February 16, 2019 he became a fixed MC on Show! Music Core.

In December 2019, he joined KBS' group-project BBANGBBANGZ along Yoon Sanha, Choi Bomin and Lee Daehwi.

On December 21, 2022, Hyunjin participated in writing and composing his original solo song "Love Untold" for the best album SKZ-REPLAY.

Si tine putin si inspirarea aerului ca sa tii mintea ta si sa afli locul inimii, unde obisnuiesc sa se gaseasca toate puterile sufletesti. Mai intai vei afla un intuneric gros, de nestrabatut. Dar staruind si facand acest lucru noaptea si ziua vei afla, o minune, o fericire negraita!

Metoda rugăciunii isihaste dezvoltată de Nichifor Monahul este a doua în ordinea vechimii. Nicodim Aghioritul o numește în Filocalia greacă: Cuvânt despre trezvie și  despre paza inimii

Iata un fragment din procedeul care conform lui Nichifor Monahul de la Muntele Atos ”duce repede la nepatimire si la vederea lui Dumnmezeu”:

Sfantul Maxim vorbeste si el de aceasta nemiscare a mintii, dupa ce a parasit toate reprezentarile, conceptele si intelesurile. Sfantul Isac Sirul spune “Tot ce e rugaciune inceteaza si sufletul se roaga in afara de rugaciune”. “Aceasta e linistea absoluta (isihia). “Natura ramane fara miscare, fara actiune, fara memoria lucrurilor pamantesti.” Aceasta este ‘”tacerea mintii” care e superioara rugaciunii. “Este starea veacului viitor” cand sfintii, avand mintea scufundata in Duhul lui Dumnezeu, nu mai sunt in rugaciune, sau mai bine zis ei se scufunda uimiti, in slava care-i umple de bucurie.”

10 Reasons to ship Vmin

Most of the fandom already agree that Vmin are best friends and soulmates, but personally I see no reason as to why Vmin can’t be shipped romantically. You can view all these points as platonic of course, but this post is mostly to show the reasons why Jimin and Taehyung, in my opinion, are not only compatible as best friends but also in a romantic sense.

Physical intimacy

Now I know all the members have this together, and that Jimin and Taehyung in particular are very affectionate people. However, together Vmin truly has some great cute moments and they like to touch a lot. Jimin flings himself across the universe to land in Taehyung’s lap while Taehyung can’t help but to compare hand sizes every chance he gets. The general affection between them is obvious.

They want to be together

Whether it is them on shows happy about being on the same team or their claims of growing old together, there is no denying that Vmin love being together. On shows they rarely end on the same team, unless they get to pick teams themselves. And they try to do that a lot! They even have separation issues as we have seen multiple times, not the least on BV1 or during ISAC.

No one else understands

Jimin and Taehyung are close, and both chose the other as the one person to talk to when they are sad or frustrated. When talking about Taehyung’s letter Jimin several times says that he doesn’t think anyone else will understand why Taehyung cried. This is a testament to the mutual understanding they have of each other. They are the type of people that talk about everything and have a deeper bond because of it. 

Number 1 fan

They constantly hype each other and praise the other for basically everything they do. Not only do they give compliments, but they also provide comfort and care. One example is Taehyung often talking about Jimin’s health and how he needs to take care of himself. Another is Jimin’s subtle way of reassuring Taehyung, for example like he did when they got “fortunes” and Taehyung’s was kind of bad. Jimin immediately started to say how he doesn’t believe in these things. Another example is when he bought a dreamcatcher for Tae when he had a nightmare. They are both extremely attentive and caring towards each other.

A gravitational pull

No matter if they are next to each other or further away, Jimin and Taehyung tend to end up orbiting each other. They usually keep track of where the other one is, and if possible also moves closer to them. This is especially obvious when looking at BTS during more “free” events, such as award shows, ISAC or behind the scenes. They also mirror each other a lot, meaning they are doing things at the same time. This is common between people with a close bond that spend a lot of time together.

The Third wheel-effect

There are multiple examples of what happens when Vmin are together. They end up in their own little world, and often don’t even notice the other members or people around them. It doesn’t matter if they sit together or apart, they still somehow always manage to find each other. There are even several examples of them alienating ARMY during fanmeetings because they are so wrapped up in each other.

In your head there is only me

Almost a direct quote by Jimin about what Taehyung thinks about him, but very true. Both of them, but particularly Taehyung, can’t seem to shut up about the other. It can be compliments but also just simple mentions or offhanded comments. This is why it’s hard to find a vlive where Taehyung doesn’t mention Jimin. They honestly can’t stop talking about each other. From Taehyung we even have “Can I go back to talking about Jimin now?”

He’s mine

Both Jimin and Taehyung have a slight possessive streak when it comes to each other. Taehyung constantly wants everyone to know that he knows Jimin the best and is closest to him. Meanwhile Jimin has straight out admitted that he gets jealous when Tae hangs out with other people, a trait that Taehyung finds cute.

Soulmates

Vmin have a few exclusive labels that they call each other, and soulmate is of course the most intimate you can have. Many times Jimin and Taehyung have shown just how important they are to each other, and also makes clear that their relationship stands out in comparison to others. On top of this we know that Taehyung and Jimin sometimes flare up against each other, even on screen. This is also a testament to how close they are, in short they are very natural around each other. They are each other’s closest person. To quote Taehyung: ”I only have you.” Even the other members acknowledge that Jimin and Taehyung are the closest and calls them soulmates. 

On- and off-screen

Vmin are not fanservice, and their soft moments that we get to see are just one small fraction of how they act around each other. I want you to consider this, in BV2 when Taehyung learned he was going to write Jimin’s letter, he asks if the letter will be read out loud. This means that the beautiful letter we got to see is most likely to some extent a censured version. We also hear a lot of behind the scenes moments that even shocks staff because they seem so intimate between the two of them. Not to mention all the videos and photos they take together or of each other that we never get to see. They are often very private with their relationship. We know they spend a lot of time together, because they talk about it, but we don’t always get to see it.

Basically Jimin and Taehyung have a very special bond, and their relationship is something we only see glimpses of. True soulmates. I could make several posts of each and every category and more, but you get the idea.

So this was my list, and I wanted to post it for a few reasons. First, because despite everything Vmin is somehow still an underrated ship. Second, because I simply want to express how much I cherish Vmin and their relationship. Third, because Vmin are not “dead” or “less close” and I don’t know why people seem to insist on it.
