Powers of Darkness, in summary

Dracula has a weird Randian/Neitzcheian thing where he’ll go on and on about social darwinism and other unpleasant philosophies at the drop of a hat.

He also likes to upset Jonathan Thomas Harker by telling him unsolicited sexual anecdotes.

And conducting human sacrifices.

There’s a lady vampire who sort of serves and sort of rebels against Dracula and has an extensive backstory of her own.  And she’s still presumably there at the end because nobody killed her.  I can only assume she’s queen of the vampires now.

Lucy Lucia, need I remind you, sleepwalks because her father was promiscuous.

Dracula ropes lots of European nobles into his combination seance/human sacrifice parties.

Jack Seward goes crazy and dies after attending one of these; it’s not entirely clear if one led to the other, but I can only assume so.

At the end, after Van Helsing has killed Dracula, Quincey Morris goes to the police and says he did it.  They basically say “Yeah, after investigating his house as the scene of the crime, we found lots of evidence of human sacrifices, so why don’t you just go free and we’ll pretend this never happened.”
