Loved the new arcane episodes but I have one worry

And that’s the fact the new elements introduced haven’t been given proper time to breathe. Which is fine they still have a bunch of episodes.

But I feel it the most heavily with the new characters introduced, especially the little girl who’s with Jinx. I am usually very easily attached to kid characters of this nature, but I felt nothing for her. They’re already putting some emotional weight on her dynamic with Jinx but I litarly know nothing about her, what’s her name, why was she being chased, what’s she like, what’s her deal. We know nothing. And that’s fine, the show still has time, she is clearly supposed to be a parallel to powder. But I’m sad that when she had a emotional moment during the climax I felt NOTHING for her, because I just hadn’t been given anything to care about.

She feels so tagged onto what is a iconic ass combination of Sevika and Jinx united by their grief.

The other new characters have the same issue, like the enforcer guy and girl, but I feel like they’re supposed to be a bit more in the background so I’m fine with that, they serve their purpose.

Note: I am SO easy to attach myself to characters with minimal screen time, and kid characters, so the fact I feel nothing for this kid is odd.

Bethany's Bizarre Miraculous Reviews Episode 3-24: The Expulsion Episode (aka Ladybug)

Alright, for research purposes I decided to watch Volpina just to go back to season 1 and see if I was being too harsh on Marinette. The results I came to were that Marinette was partially motivated by Lila being a crappy person. But yeah. Big Lila episode. Big salt episode. I bet the expulsion portion's going to be gone through in no time flat.

Long-ass dinner table. Seriously, man. Do you want yourself and your son to be that not-even-metaphorically distant just so you can have the edge seats of your dinner table with too many goddamn seats? Do you ever have any big occasions where a bunch of people come over and have dinner these days that would put this table to use?

...Marinette's having another birthday party so soon? It's getting even harder for me to believe that thi-wait a minute! This is a flashback!

Lila just conveniently being in a building near where Marinette's birthday party is taking place.

I might've said this before, but the reason why I'm getting so into Miraculous in the first place is to write a fanfic where I enter the world of Miraculous as someone completely OP and suplex and utterly defeat Hawkmoth. I'll also be doing other work, such as breaking down the lovesquare and outing other evils in the Miraculous world such as Chloe's karen of a mother, and also Lila. Except instead of suplexing her, I'll have to get tricky. Psychological warfare. Lila is a smuggie and hates being called a liar, so I know she'll get fuming if you say she's bad at lying! Like, seriously. There are a thousand other pets Jagged Stone would be more likely to own than a kitten. Not to mention poking holes in her lies or busting out alibis or people that have a sixth sense for others' personalities!

I’m currently binging aot and I just got to where (spoilers) the female titan fucking are Eren (my poor baby is going through too much trauma already 😔) and I have theories (I’m also crying over all of team Levi dying, I rlly liked them especially Petra and that guy that kept on biting his tongue he was goofy)

I think Annie is the female titan… she’s blonde, has blue eyes, always has that calculated yet careless look, she didn’t join the scouts (the only one of the main group of cadets that didn’t and the only one we don’t know where she is) and she saw Eren transform into a titan

Also idk if this is unrelated but I’m noticing that after one human dies another titan shows up that looks sort of like said human :/ I noticed this mostly in the struggle for Trost and it might just be a coincidence

Also I would like to say that so far I haven’t gotten any spoilers despite aot being out for a while and a majority of my freinds watching it lol

when I was like 15, a drunk woman I didn’t know at a party who was smoking a cigarette on the porch started randomly opening up to me about her infertility journey and I told her how I was my parents rainbow baby after multiple miscarriages and fertility treatments said not to lose hope. she comforted me about being a strange kid without many friends my age (hence why I was at a party full of adults thrown by my uncle) and told me everything would work out eventually. the next time I saw her like 2 years later (small town, mutual friends) she was carrying her newborn. I think about that a lot. it’s easy to feel disconnected from people and but sometimes just talking to them and hearing their point of view and relating makes you feel less alone. even if you’re only each other’s company for a few moments.
