Cocktails for my VtM Chronicle: New Orleans by Night

Decided to make some drinks for the main coterie, hope y'all enjoy!

A White Rosemary Rose Coconut Cocktail for, Katherine Holloway played by @morbidoptimisim

2 oz. white rum

2 oz. unflavored coconut/almond milk

½ oz. Malibu

1 tsp. honey

A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

A few spritzes of Rosewater

Add 1 ounce of coconut/almond milk to your cocktail shaker with 1 tsp. of honey. Mix till honey is fairly dissolved. Add a few sprigs of rosemary and muddle in the coconut/almond milk. Add 1 more ounce of coconut/almond milk with 2 ounces of white rum and ½ ounce of Malibu with a handful of ice to your shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled glass and spritz with rosewater. Serve with a garnish of spray roses or rosemary.

A Spicy Rosemary Rhubarb Margarita for, Dolly Holloway also played by @morbidoptimisim

First you'll have to make some Rhubarb Simple Syrup

2 stalks rhubarb cut into 1-inch long pieces

1 oz. honey

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

Bring all of the rhubarb syrup ingredients to a boil in a small pot over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, or until the rhubarb has softened a bit. Pour the contents of the pot into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the syrup into a bowl and allow it to cool completely before covering it and placing in the refrigerator until chilled.

1 and 1/3 cup rhubarb syrup

2/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice

2 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary

1/2 teaspoon McCormick ancho chili powder

1/2 cup tequila

1 cup ice

1-inch piece of rhubarb to garnish (optional)

1 long sprigs of rosemary to garnish (optional)

Take your serving glasses and, holding them upside down, dip the rims 1/4 inch deep into a shallow bowl of water. Then dip them into a shallow plate filled with the sea salt so that the salt sticks to the rim of the glasses. Set the glasses aside right-side up. To prepare the margarita, blend together all of the ingredients in a blender until the desired consistency is reached, then pour into the serving glasses. Garnish the rim of each glass with a rhubarb wedge rolled in sea salt and lay a sprig of rosemary across the top of each margarita.

1 half lemon juice from fresh lemon

1.5 oz. Yuzu Sake

1.25 oz. Empress Gin

1 oz. Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu Tonic Water

1 dash lavender bitters

Dash of brew glitter (optional)

Cotton Candy to top

Mix Yuzu Sake, lemon juice, glitter (optional) and ice into a cocktail shaker then shake well. Add ice cubes to a glass and strain the shaker mixture into your glass. Add the Empress Gin (to make it turn pink!) Pour in tonic water (amount as desired to your taste preferences) and gently stir. Add 1 dash of lavender bitters. Top glass with cotton candy, careful to not get it wet.

First you'll have to make some Demerara Syrup

1 cup demerara or turbinado sugar

1 cup water

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature and transfer to a clean glass jar. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

1 oz. Overproof Rum

½ oz. Jamaican Rum

½ oz. Blackstrap Rum

1 ½ oz. Pineapple Juice

¾ oz. Cold-brew Concertrate

½ oz. Demerera syrup

Garnish with Grated Nutmeg

Combine all the ingredients (except the nutmeg) in a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a highball over crushed ice.

A Botanical Bee's Knees, for my character Iris

4 oz. strong chamomile tea, brewed & cooled

2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom vodka

3/4 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 oz. honey syrup

Garnish with lemon slices (optional)

Add the tea. vodka, lemon juice and honey into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with some lemon slices.

OC-TOBER DAY FIVE- RELATIONSHIPS

THEODOSIA 'THEO' REYNOLDS

Once again speaking about Theo and once again not finishing this forgive me one day ill finish these all separate <3. I think three of the largest cornerstone relationships in Theos life are their sire, Sacha (top right), their kind of girlfriend/soulmate/something deeply disturbing Iris (bottom), and Stewart their childe (top left sort of lol). I think Theo is a character shaped almost entirely by the people they have been surrounded by- by their own choice or otherwise.

Sedona Haley, a theater snob toreador who distantly knows Rai and loathes him. (The only character I’ve actually gotten to play)

Alix Raye, an acoustic guitar player and singer who was sired after Sedona even though she was planned and Sedona wasn’t. She’s very aware of Sedona and HATES her.

Iris Jericho, a mortal and Sedona’s stalker from the theater scene.
