The Understudies, Season 1, Chapter 4

“Shouldn’t you be at school?”

“I-I’m here visiting dad, actually…” she said softly as she looked at Luthor. Number one held a teasing smile on his face as he watched her. The fresh faced nineteen-year-old rolled his eyes at her, and she smiled a little bit more, “you know, if you want me to visit you sometime, I wouldn’t say no”

“I would, but you’re a little far…it’s not like you’re back home,” she sighed, shrugging her shoulders. The smile fell off his face and he frowned, “you know…you don’t have to be all alone in your corner, number one. I get that you’re excited that you got the moon base situated, but you didn’t have to stay up here. If you came back home, visiting you would be a lot easier. You’ve been up here for a few years now.”

“Dad wanted it this way…”

“And you always loved being here…up in space…” she teased, “I don’t see much of a draw…you know…besides the guy in front of me.”

“I’m surprised he allowed you to come…”

“There were a few arguments…” she began, but quickly cut herself off. Luthor pulled Bri to his chest, and their lips came crashing together. She gasped against him, surprised at the outburst, and pushed him away, “Luthor…”

“Dad’s showing the rest of them the base…and what we still have to do to get it set in stone…I missed you. I missed seeing my girlfriend…” he mused, “I mean…that is…if you still want to be my girlfriend even after the talk dad had with you…”

Her eyes widened, “y-you know?”

“He asked me if I wanted to come home,” he admitted, nodding his head, “said that he knew that you and I…started talking in a way…you know…how more than a brother and sister should…”

“Luthor…”

“He approves of us being together,” he smiled, “he said that you could move up here with me…but that we’d have to talk about it fir-“

“I can’t move up here, Luthor!”

“Come on,” he urged, “you know dad has all but been pushing us together. If he didn’t want you to be up here too he would have never let you board that shuttle. What’s stopping us from being together? Dad’s okay with it!”

“On earth,” she reminded him, “I-I can’t just leave Earth behind to live on the moon with you…I-I’m studying to become a doctor. I-“

“You what?” he asked with a smile, cutting her off, “you have things other than your degree to work on? What’s on Earth for us, Bri? I’m telling you, it’s magical out here. It’s amazing. What reason could there be to keep us tethered down there?”

“M-maybe,” she uttered, not entirely sure that she should tell him about her son, “I-I have reasons why I can’t leave Earth, Luthor…maybe you should let the others work on the base if you’re serious about us…come back…let me introduce you to my world! Let me show you the sights I know dad hasn’t let you take the time to see.”

Luthor frowned, “you know I can’t, Bri…dad said that this mission is too important. I-I can’t just leave it up to the B-Squad. I mean…come on…”

She frowned, and nodded, taking a step away from him.

“Don’t be like that?” Luthor begged, “you came all the way up here…and I’m glad that you did…I-I missed you, Bri…”

“You can’t do everything by yourself, Luthor…”

“I’d have you, though…we could do it together. We could be the beginning of the Umbrella Academy the way that it should have been. Spaceboy. Invisigirl. The Light. Echo. And if you’re in, I’m sure we could convince the Elements to come back and once we get Dot cleaned up, she’d join. We could be a real team. I would still obviously be number 1, but y-“

“Luthor…no.”

Number one stopped speaking, his excitement over everything falling away as Bri spoke clearly.

“Wh-what do you mean, no?”

“I love you…but I’m not going to be part of the team, Luthor,” she said firmly, “I-I can’t do that. In a few days, when dad leaves…I’m going back with him…”

“S-so that’s it?” he asked sadly, “y-you’re just going to leave?”

“I wanted to see you…but I’m not meant to be a member of the team, Luthor. I-“

He sighed, and she stopped speaking. She walked back to him until their bodies were touching and leaned up. Luthor gave a heavy sigh, and leaned down, until their lips pressed together once more. Sadly, and slowly, his arms moved around her waist.

“We both know what this is, Luthor,” she whispered gently, “we’re both just filling time and space…but I can still stand to be on Earth…”

“Can we just forget all of it for a little while?” he whispered in response. She nodded and pulled away from him enough to take his hand. She looked down the hall to where his bedroom was.

“Just for a little while!”

“Stiff upper lip, Briana!” Reginald said firmly as Grace and Pogo unloaded a disfigured Luthor from the shuttle. Her heart raced, seeing him in such a state. She looked towards the others, who weren’t on gurneys.

The light was missing part of his skull, a beam having fallen on him, fracturing it, while trapping Luthor underneath. Echo had given her life to use a sonic blast in the contained area, which had ruptured everyone’s suits. By the time Luthor had gotten to her, she had passed, asphyxiating in space.

He’d used what little strength he’d had, getting the shuttle to make an emergency tour home. He’d grabbed them so that they could do a proper burial once back on Earth.

“Luthor…oh god…”

“PADDLES!” Reginald called.

You rushed with Grace, and grabbed the crash cart. He wasn’t breathing. There was not a pulse, but Reginald wasn’t going to give up. Not on number one.

“CLEAR!”

His body jolted, the electricity surging through his body once. Twice. Both attempts with no real effect. Reginald turned towards Pogo, “grab the serum.”

“Dad…”

“Do you want Luthor to die? Can you stand to lose another love?” he hissed, glaring at Bri. She shook her head, and Reginald handed the needle to her, “do what has to be done, Number 14.”

Bri felt a few tears sliding down her cheeks as she plunged the needle into Luthor’s chest and pressed the plunger down all the way.

The room fell into a deadly silence as Reginald looked at Luthor.

The monitor gave a slow, simple beep, before falling into a natural rhythm. Bri took a shuddering breath and dropped the needle to the floor.

“Good job, number 14.”

Bri bit her lip as she broke down beside his gurney, regretting the decision that she’d just made, knowing that it was going to change the second man that she’d allowed herself to love.

“Luthor…Luthor wake up!”

Luthor snapped awake, surprised to see Allison standing above his bed. He was quick to hide his ape-like form the best that he could under the blankets.

“What are you doing in my room?”

“You need to come quick…it-it’s mom.”

“Weren’t you the one that hated the idea of turning her off?”

Diego jumped, the voice of one of his siblings breaking him from his intimate last moments with his mother. He sneered when he realized who it was.

“Fuck off, Dani.”

She only smirked, “that’s a bit rude…saying something like that to the only person that came to check up on you. Bri went chasing after Luthor, and the rest of them went down to the basement to start searching the rest of the house together, to see if they could find Pogo…we all know how that chimp loved hiding away from conflict.”

“You should leave.”

“And miss the fun?” she smirked, “I wouldn’t miss this drama for anything…number one is half monkey like Pogo and Bri’s the one who did it…did you know that those two were dating before it? Right after Ben died. She disappeared for a year, then suddenly she’s seeing number one. I bet that’s the real reason you left, wasn’t it? Seeing her come to the house just to see Luthor and not you? Did she even look at you, Diego? Or did she just see through you until you couldn’t bear it anymore?”

“You’re a real bitch, you know that?”

“Maybe,” she shrugged, “but you didn’t say that I was wrong.”

“Well, you are.”

“I don’t think I am.”

“For your information, if you don’t happen to remember, because you ran off after Ben broke up with you, Luthor was in and out of space,” Diego growled, “he was setting up the moon base. After Ben died, he spent almost all of his time up there until the accident.”

“He came back when he was needed though,” she smirked, “I remember that much. The tabloids would always jump all over him whenever he came back. He always got a hero’s welcome…while you just got forgotten…like Klaus and Vanya.”

“I’m nothing like either of them.” She rolled her eyes at him, and he stood from his spot next to Grace, “I’m nothing like them, Danielle. Just like you’re nothing like your other sisters…both of them have hearts.”

“Funny you’re claiming that, when one of them has already fucked three of you. She wouldn’t dare touch Five because of Dot…but she’s managed to have sex with numbers one, four, and six…skipped right over you…makes me wonder why.”

Diego was quick to rush her, pinning her so hard against the far wall that the pictures behind her shook.

“S-sh-sh-shut your mouth, D-Danielle.”

“Awww. Maybe it was because of the stutter,” she teased. Diego slammed her against the wall again, and she quickly cupped his crotch, “maybe it was something to do with what you’re packing…are you tiny, Diego? Have a performance issue? Did your cock just not work?”

“SCREW YOU!”

Her eyes lit up, and she grabbed his face, pulling it towards her own. Their lips came crashing together in an angry kiss.

“I hate you,” he growled, angrily kissing her, but caught up in the feelings of being wanted by someone, “I fucking hate you.”

“Good…” she growled against his lips as her hands worked on undoing his pants. His cock sprang up against the leather outfit and he hissed when her hand worked around his length, “use that.”

“Fuck!” he gasped, his hips bucking upwards. She wrapped her legs around him, and his lithe fingers slipped her panties to the side as he slid into her without warning.

“Shit!” she hissed, surprised at the size of him, her nails digging into his shirt.

I’m so obsessed with BNHA cards here in Japan

This are the first batch of cards that I collected. There are 21 kinds of cards, but I only got 19 original ones, the rest are duplicates. I couldn’t get my hands on the other Todoroki card and other Midoriya card (; v ;)

BUT THERE’S A NEW BATCH OF CARDS FOR SALE AGAINNNNN

Thanks to my mom for telling me about the new batch (since I barely leave the house), I managed to buy 11 cards today and no duplicates YET :^) BRUHHHHH they are clear cardsssss, it looks so goooood, and there are 55 designs in this batch! Which means the whole 1-A class and other characters are definitely available this time! BKDK in the packaging looks so goooood too

Why So Jaded? Chapter 1

Ok, so forever ago, I wrote this story called Why So Jaded for the pairing of Synlet (Buddy “Syndrome” Pine/ Violet Parr) and when I originally wrote it- I got halfway through and lost my drive, inspiration and motivation and I gave it a really lack luster/shoddy ending just to finish it and move on to something else. Which I felt guilty over because the story had so much potential to be something amazing. But I didn’t know how to really wield it then. Well, fast forward several years (9 to be exact), and I’ve grown considerably as a writer. And guess what is getting a revamp? This. So to put this into a real setting, I’ve face casted the crew. Bottom right Aged Up Violet Par who is now 24. Middle redhead. (You will not believe what I’ve gone through to find the right face model for him) Bartholomew “Buddy” Pine, aged. 31. Blonde on the left. Phillip Sebastian. Aged 26.

Ten years after the events in the movies yet in a modern setting.

Violet Parr as Invisigirl, has since disappeared from the public eye several years ago. She became a protégé to none other than Mirage and has had an incredibly successful career still working for The Agency but working as a spy and agent behind the scenes and foiled more Villains than most Superheroes combined, all without anyone but The Agency ever knowing that she was the one who foiled them.

However Superhero Work has it's price- mentally, emotionally and most of all physically and now Invisigirl has to come out of the shadows and work one last job as a public handler for an Aristo-brat, genius, billionaire, playboy- Mr. Phillip Sebastian who has his own tricks and agenda and requests Invisigirl specifically. Which in turn- put's her back on the radar and put's her under an iron clad contract with not just The Agency but with Mr. Sebastian himself. And it's this one last job that will be the answer to all of Violet Parr's problems. After this, she can disappear for good and never, ever, be found again and live in peace and seclusion. However this job has it’s perks. A handsome asset, one hell of a paycheck and the bonus is that it puts her back into Metroville with her parents and the rest of her family who live just across town, still in suburbia. It's a three year contract and she is already a year in and everything is going perfectly.

Until- Bartholomew aka “Buddy” Pine decides to try his hand at corporate espionage. His target? Phillip Sebastian. Which complicates- everything- for one Miss. Violet Parr. What’s a girl to do?

Why So Jaded?

Chapter 1

Buddy Pine tried to take a calming breath as he continued to work the safe, inside was gold and jewels and other precious things he could care less about. But in the far corner, in an unassuming box would be the nanochip to end all nanochips. It would give IRize all the edge it would ever need on the market. But the more he fought with this stupid safe combination biometric lock, the more frustrated he felt. The biometrics? Easy to fake and duplicate- it was basically a cake walk for him but getting the right three numbers on the combination? Ironically, almost impossible it seemed. It shouldn't be this difficult. But it was. He had built an empire in his relatively short lifetime of just 31 years on this earth and he was on his way to building a second that would dwarf the first. But a damn combination safe lock? It was practically laughing in his face and taunting his defeat at him and he was ready to bash it with his head or just laser the damn thing open and he was so focused on opening it, he didn't notice how the hairs on his arms and neck suddenly rose up to stand on end but the chill down his spine finally pulled him out of his hyper focus which gave him pause.

"I figured I would find you here," Invisigirl accused only a second later as she dropped her invisibility as she leaned her back against the wall next to the safe and casually folded her arms in front of her, watching him closely while putting on an air of amused disinterest as Buddy nearly jumped out of his skin and had a heart attack before he took a moment to realize what was happening and who exactly had snuck up on him before he recognized his new companion.

"You shouldn't sneak up on people like that Invisigirl ," Buddy chastised as he stopped for a moment, seeing if she was going to stop him or arrest him or something. Meanwhile Invisigirl was impressed he seemed to know who she was. Most assumed she was another super. But he didn’t. He seemed to know exactly who she was. Interesting.

In a decade or so she had gone from tween to fully realized Super but she wasn't always walking in her parent's footsteps. In fact very few people even knew where she really stood on the Superhero/Villain or even antihero line mostly because she never did any press or appearances. She had no merch, no public presence and other than foiling a few public villains, she liked to keep her work all behind the scenes and very secretive, if not quite clandestine. She was more of a secret agent and a spy than a superhero and in reality she had done countless jobs without the villains even realizing she was ever involved at all and the few who did realize who had foiled them, rarely got to live long enough to tell anyone who had taken them down, but word had still come out, whispered among closest of allies on both sides. Enough to build a dangerous and lethal reputation among Supers and Villains and even antiheroes alike. It was like she was a ghost most of the time.

Besides, she wasn't even supposed to be here, she was supposed to be half a world away with him, her employer and Buddy’s real competition and target, but who was sadly, one of many competitors. Only about a year ago, there was a paparazzi picture that popped up of her as an assistant of her current employer and it was the first time she had shown up on any radar in the last several years. And it had been an old colleague that had even brought it to Buddy's attention and his jaw had dropped when he realized who she was and ever since Buddy had noticed she got closer and closer to her boss to the point it was rumored that she was his right hand woman if not one woman security detail even though her employer was still guarded by a full security team. A rumor also sprang up that she was also his steady girlfriend because she was his shadow and he never went anywhere without her and coincidentally, it was also the same man who owned the safe he was trying to crack and who had become Buddy’s number 1 rival after his fall from grace a decade earlier. Buddy would have to fire his trackers, they were completely useless now.

"Actually you technically sneaked up on me, I've been here the whole time, and that thing you do with your tongue when you're really concentrating is kinda cute," Invisigirl countered in dry sarcasm with an air of teasing as she examined her gloves, looking for imperfections even though she had carefully crafted her look so that even in the smallest details, she was immaculate. Even her suit had changed. Instead of the traditional red and black of her family, she was in holographic black with sheens and shimmers of the colors of the rainbow with ultraviolet accents and even his eyes could see the brilliant nano armor built into the ethereal fabric that looked remarkably like snake scales. It had been Edna's greatest creation yet and Violet wore it like a second skin. Her long black hair was straightened and even her hair had a super glossy silky sheen as it laid over her shoulder since she had swept it to lay there. She had been growing it out so that it would hit the small of her back and top of her butt when she wore it down, accentuating her gorgeous hourglass figure. While her mother had been bottom heavy and her father had been top heavy. She was perfectly balanced between the two and if anything, ideally and beautifully balanced and proportional, if not dangerously curvy herself and was now a stunning beauty in and out of her suit apparently. Her thick long eyelashes delicately fluttered as she blinked and the wicked curve to her grin was as disarming as her big gorgeous doe eyes in that deep but brilliant shade of violet- that Buddy felt he could get lost in for millennia. But her eyes had many years ago- lost their innocence but gained a sense of worldliness, wisdom and discernment as she looked from her glove back over to his face with a serene if not expectant look on her coquettish features. If Buddy didn't know of her prior, he would think she was the real thief in this situation, if not his competition to get into the safe. And her relaxed posture was clearly non threatening even though he could discern everything about her was in fact, a threat .

But Buddy took her banter and her posture as a sign that she wasn't going to stop him so he continued working the dial, trying to crack the safe and they were silent for a moment as she made no motion that would suggest she was leaving anytime soon as she appeared to settle in and the only sounds to be heard was their breathing. Invisigirl's was calm and even, while Buddy's betrayed just how worked up he was over this combination part of the lock.

"You know, I never thought you would ever be the kind of guy who would do his own dirty work, I thought with this kind of thing you usually used a variety of accomplices, if not some little device or machine, what happened? Your safe cracker device is broken? " Invisigirl instigated as she gave his work a dismissive glance before her eyes traveled up his hands to his arms to the rest of him. Gone was his old suit and eccentric hair style. He was simply wearing black tactical gear and his hair was much shorter, slicked back and still handsome as her eyes took notes of his extensive scarring that even she could see he had been trying to fix with lots plastic surgery so he looked more or less like himself as she refolded her arms loosely under her chest and instead appreciated the painting on the adjacent wall, the glass covering the priceless art giving her the perspective she wanted so that she could look like she was appreciating the art instead of actively watching him as she waited for him to figure out that safe combination as she mentally wondered if she should just open the safe herself to save him this excruciating ordeal because the guy was clearly getting even more flustered now that he had an audience which she thought was telling.

"As a matter of fact, it is. But if you want a job done right, you do it yourself." Buddy managed to answer as he tried to focus on the task at hand as he noticed that answer gave her wicked grin a deeper curve.

"It sounds like you haven't tried to crack a safe in your life, are you even trying to crack it or are you trying to break the locking mechanism by zeroing in on all of those false contact points or will you keep twisting that thing until your fingers fall off?" Invisigirl further instigated as her boredom began to tax her patience. He was supposed to still be a genius. He should have had it by now. She knew she was being distracting but this was bordering on ludicrousy.

"I don't suppose you know the combination?" Buddy drawled, getting annoyed and frustrated with himself that he was getting so flustered by her distracting and alluring presence, let alone the damn lock.

"Of course I do, the combination is your birthday, the creator is a big fan of yours, perhaps one of your biggest, but I'm sure if you simply asked him for the nanochip, he would have given it to you rather than you going through all this trouble of stealing it from him," Invisigirl answered.

"I didn't know your boyfriend was the sharing type," Buddy quipped as he turned the dial with now deft fingers, opening it now with ease. Invisigirl snorted a laugh and shook her head.

"Well at least my cover is intact," she alluded as she pushed off the wall and stretched a bit- bringing her arm over her head and stretching her shoulders and neck. "By the way it's the box on the left, not the right," She added as she began to walk away, flipping her hair off of her shoulder to her back as a cascade of soft silky black hair began to hang down her back as she gave him one last look over her shoulder to make sure he actually got the nanochip and nothing else.

"Wait a minute, you're just going to let me get away with this?" He asked incredulously.

"Yeah, it's not my fault you broke in on my vacation when I'm supposed to be in.. Barcelona? Or is it Madrid? Is that where your goons think I am? By the way, you need to get new ones, they don't blend in at all and their loyalty is flimsy at best, they report their tabs that they keep on you to him before they ever report thier tabs on him to you because his pockets are deeper than yours and who doesn't like to collect at least two paychecks for the same work?" Invisigirl divulged as she continued to lazily saunter away, her hips swaying in a near hypnotizing rhythm that had almost completely distracted Buddy from the safe altogether.

Buddy narrowed his eyes at the contents of the safe, it would be something he would deal with later. "Wait, so he's not your boyfriend?" Buddy inquired as he stowed the nanochip safely away and locked the safe up again before catching up to her and walking beside her for a bit.

Invisigirl gave him a side glance. "Not even close, he has a thing for the thin, ballerina- runway model types, uses them faster than Kleenex," Invisigirl answered flippantly with a waive of her delicate and slender fingers before turning a corner and opening a door to an office and walking over to the window, opening it and getting ready to jump out.

"You're jumping?" Buddy inquired knowing that his exit route was eerily similar.

"Again. Not even close," Invisigirl practically laughed as she tapped on the device in her ear, a sliding door to a small hovercraft opened right in front of them as the outline of it began to warp the view around it as it moved closer to her. "You didn't think I'm the only thing capable of disappearing did you? I would offer you a ride but, something tells me you already have one, see you around Syndrome," Invisigirl bid him with a mock salute as she gracefully hopped from the window sill to the waiting door and into the aircraft.

"Hey, haven't you heard? Syndrome died, like a decade ago, he got pulled into a jet turbine. Horrible painful death. He ain't coming back from the dead." He called after her which made her pause and turn to look at him curiously.

"Did he? Well in that case. Good riddance to him then, the world's a much better place without him." She called back before the door closed and vanished completely again. The only evidence that it was gone was a stiffer than normal breeze. Buddy could just barely hear it fly away and felt his stomach collect a few butterflies as a smile bloomed on his face. A jaded Invisigirl was a sexy Invisigirl and she knew it. Color him intrigued, if not quite impressed as he wondered if he was one of the first to ever get to see her in action and live to tell about it.

I'm in love with how you write Hagakure and her parents' physicalities. Do you have any more Hagakure hc or invisibility angst?

Sure!

- I mentioned it briefly in Butterfly, but Hagakure got several red ink marks around her body while staying in the hospital. These are basic things like outlining her fingers and mouth. Invisibility was actually one of the first quirks to appear and it still fairly common, so there are standardized procedures for things like medical treatment.

- Hagakure hates styling her hair. It’s not even that people can’t see it, she just doesn’t care for the process. She once dyed it in middle school, but then people could see how messy and uncombed it often was. Nowadays, her hair is a short, minimum effort length.

- A common accessory of invisible people are glasses frames so that people know where to look them in the eyes. In some countries, such glasses qualify as quirk support items and can be covered by insurance. Hagakure prefers hats for others to get the general space of her face, her mother would rather use eyeliner for the same effect, and her father just needs real glasses to see.

- Despite invisibility being a common quirk, it comes in several different forms. There are passive (Hagakure) forms as well as active forms that can choose whether or not to be invisible. Some have light refractive skin, some project what’s behind them in front of them, and some erase their presence from the minds of onlookers.

- People with invisibility are popular as fashion models as a way to keep the attention on the clothes. Similarly, invisible people are often employed on film and TV sets to help with practical effect unseen. Part of Hagakure’s motivation to be a hero is to prove that someone invisible can still have a presence in the public eye.

Not Invisible to Me

"Wow! Your powers are so cool!"

It wasn't the first time Violet had heard it. Plenty of people had said, "Invisigirl has such cool powers!" or "Invisibility and force fields!? That's awesome!"

But this was the first time a fellow super had fawned over them.

Bunny Boy is what Metroville had taken to calling him, for his powerful jumps and kicks, and the obvious bunny ears on his costume. He had seemed embarrassed by the nickname, but hadn't fought it.

But he was also amazing. He held such power in his slight frame. With a single kick, Bunny Boy had ended an explosive onslaught by the bombastic villain, Bomb Voyage.

A swipe of his leg had completely negated the explosion and minimized collateral damage while simultaneously subduing the villain. That lone kick had gained Bunny Boy plenty of popularity throught the city.

After Invisigirls theme song was released in ‘66, she took it upon herself to avoid Winston for as long as possible because she knew he’d start singing it in front of her.

The next time she saw him since then was on the red carpet at the opening of the New Urbem Museum of Superheroes. Before she could vanish, he spotted her and began to belt out her theme.

PITCH:

Ms. Incredible & InvisiGirl

What is it — a spin-off series/reboot of The Incredibles (2004) with both Holly Hunter and Sarah Vowell reprising their roles as Helen and Violet.

PREMISE:

Gloomy, shy and socially withdrawn Violet Parr can't believe this. Due to her parents having to leave on business for an unspecified time, she's forced to stay with her Aunt Helen who she hasn't seen since she was little and Helen is now looking forward to spending time with her with her niece and get to know her better but unfortunately her niece has little to no interest in it. It's then that Violet begins having strange dreams/visions of a girl in a tight one-piece red suit with an orange "belt", black boots, gloves, and mask, a black crutch, and an insignia of a yellow "i" skulking around the shadows of the city, fighting crime and cleaning up the streets. It turns out to her complete and utter shock and horror that the girl.... is her. Discovering that the suit has given her invisibility and force field powers, Violet's "secret" that she didn't even know she had is almost instantly found out by Helen who goes full force in locking Violet down in order to protect her. However despite her intervention, everything takes yet another twist and turn on both their ends as Violet and Helen are dragged into a deadly plot to take out every remaining superhero there is by a sadistic femme fatale villainess while coming into deep conflict with the NSA as the two are now wanted for impersonating supers. Now the two have to don their suits and fight against the odds to survive as they both come into their own and have to decide whether or not they'd actually want to be heroes.

Notes/Trivia/Details:

• The series will be done in the exact same slick and noir look and aesthetic of the first film rather than the lackluster look of the second but in a way that feels like a proper updated way and version of it.

• There will be a few homages and call-backs here and there spread out to the first film with some more subtle and others more obvious like the famous ass scene as you see here.

• The reason why I changed Helen and Violet to aunt and niece is because it was a way to make their characters feel fresh and interesting again along with a new and distinctive dynamic.

• What won't be revealed until the last scene in the series finale is that Violet's parents (one of which is Helen's older sister) are actually NSA agents whose "business" they had to attend was a top secret mission in Russia that would play a part in the series.

• What will be throughout the series is that Helen and Violet will have their bumbling, screw-up, boobish moments to show that the two of them aren't perfect and top it off, to show that they're new at this.

• What will be exciting is the villain-later turned-antihero Miss Robin, a wicked and ruthless woman with shifting abilities that eventually turns over to help Violet and Helen. She will be heavily influenced by Eris from DreamWorks' Sinbad with the following actresses I'm considering for the role:

Michelle Pfeiffer, Stephanie Young, Nicole Sullivan, Idina Menzel, Eva Green, Sarah Michelle Gellar and maybe even Holly Hunter.

• There will be a couple of easter eggs and references that heavily imply a shared universe, this is for actual world-building. It's to show that there's much more to this world than what's going on with Violet, Helen and Robin.

• Other characters that will be in it are new and the following - two comic book store employees that turn out to be big help for our leads, Violet's snobby popular rival who is actually more intelligent than she looks and a police officer that develops abilities of his own.

• The show will be about three seasons with a total of 65 episodes.
