Isn't Moag nowdays ruled by Phyrexians?

Probably not? When Yawgmoth died, all the OG Phyrexians fell down like Battle Droids.

Also, Old Phyrexia didn’t do that kind of thing. They would 100% conquer and strip mine a plane if it had valuable resources, but compleation was for Phyrexians. Their invasion of Dominaria was because they thought it already belonged to them, it was a homecoming, and also Yawgmoth was insane.
