Summary: Kagome and Inuyasha end up as roommates, but it quickly becomes apparent that there are ... difficulties living with each other. When a friends comment makes them both realize what their anger was hiding, what happens when sparks begin to fly during a fight?

Summary: “Is it truly that simple?” Kikyo remarked. She crossed her long legs and gazed at Kagome’s shoulder, where the light pink fabric snagged on the bamboo stalk behind them. Kagome managed a shrug. “I don’t know how it ever worked in real life. I’ve only read about them in books. In those, well...the knight would sorta grab the princess’s hand, kiss it, and declare his knighthood. And that would be it.” She paused, chopsticks hovering over her half finished bowl of soba. “I’m sure it’s more complicated than that, but...I don’t know. There’s something nice about simplicity.” “I see,” was all Kikyo said. She reached for Kagome’s hand, cradling it in her own. Her touch was cold, yet gentle, like collapsing in the soft hug of a winter snowdrift. She brought Kagome’s hand to her lips and kissed it. “Like this, then?” “Y-yes...” she murmured. Her chopsticks fell somewhere to the ground beside her. “Something...something like that.”

Summary: Midoriko was called by two representatives from the dilapidated Qilin house to marry the Lord of the house, with a set of keys as her wedding gift. Curiosity took over Midoriko when she encountered a red-haired stranger at her wedding leading her to explore the mansion's mysteries with that said set of keys.

So surprise! For @inu-spiration Halloween reverse bang I work with the amazing @mrfeenysmustache on this chilling feminine horror tale!, I could go easily for a Middle Ages AU, but instead, I want to challenge myself to write a genre that I never did, as I was obsessed with listening to or watching playthroughs of Bluebeard's Bride; which you play as the new wife of Bluebeard which you explored the house with chilling horrors or frightening servants, figuring the truth about her new husband.

I am super proud I worked on this story, despite that I am not a horror writing genre myself (I dabble a little from time to time), and I am so glad that I took that plunge though I have some scares for myself. To dive into my dark inner demons to narrate a tale of strength and grit from us women despite bleak situations.

A huge shoutout to @witchygirl99 for helping me to beta this project despite that technology did not agree with us and being so game for this project.

Summary: A yokai attack leads to an encounter that shakes the InuTachi to the core, and sends Kagome and Inuyasha on a race for her life.

Here is my entry for the reversebang! @kalcia did an AMAZING piece, and I was so excited to be able to write something to go with it. The fic is completed and will be updated throughout the day!

Summary:

Kagome had seen the light in the distance all her life. When she finally sets out to discover its source, she gets more than she bargained for. A trapped hanyou, a seemingly unbreakable curse, and a strange connection.

And at least two people want her dead.

Isn't it romantic?
