Hi Sentient-Stove (can I call you Steve? 🐶🩵) What a cool question!

For @intrulogicalweek and @intrualityweek , I now primarily use Procreate for banners and images and such, and have used a word cloud generator at wordclouds.com for the colorful prompt clouds.

For the very first Intrulogical Week I ran back in 2021, @whatishappeningrightnow created the wonderful banner and countdown graphics.

I tend to source images from either Wikimedia (with the m) or Unslpash.

I can't claim any graphics credit for my work with @tsspromptmonth and @tss-storytime.

@typically-untypical has created all the awesome graphics for events like the Sleepy Bean Fanfic Café, The Sanders Sides Spring Clean, and Rare Gifts. They use Canva for that and we're sourced some images from Unslpash, as well.

We used a piccrew for the Managers posting.

For the last two years, @the-princey-pie has created all the wonderful graphics for the Big Bang event on @tss-storytime.

Events are one of my favorite things about this community, as it gives us so many chances to collaborate, exchange ideas, and work together to create fun stuff!

Free Choice (Roman)

Roman has an idea. Remus agrees, but his husband isn't amused.

"You're going to what?" Remus asked, staring at his twin with shock on his face.

"Hey, it'll be funny!" Roman replied, raising his hands defensively, "this is your kind of humour, isn't it?"

"You think that pretending to be-oh my fuck Ro, you're an idiot!"

"Rude."

"Fine, just-what exactly is your plan?" 

"Uh…" Roman hesitated.

Remus face palmed. "You don't have a plan? Now I have to see this! You have my full permission, Ro-Bro."

"Wait, actually?" Roman asked in disbelief.

"Sure. With one catch, you know me!"

"Oh God, what?"

"Let me film it?"

"You want to watch your husband and your brother make out? I knew your...tastes could be a little strange sometimes, but I didn’t think you’d be into that."

"Trust me, Ro, you won't make it that far."

Roman gasped dramatically. “Excuse you, I am an actor!”

“Yeah? And my husband’s a genius!” 

"Oh, whatever, he won’t suspect a thing. Promise you won't tell him beforehand?" 

Remus grinned. "Scouts honour."

"Remus, we're not twelve."

“Really? Well your mom would say differ-oomph-”

As Remus got back to his feet, Roman grinned.

This would be fun.

~a week later~

"Honey, I'm home!"

Logan peeked around the corner and smiled as his husband walked in the door. Something seemed off about him, but he decided to let it go for now.

"And how was your day, dear?" Logan asked, waiting for the normal reply full of dramatics.

"Oh, nothing special, just an average day." He shrugged, as Logan narrowed his eyes. His mind had begun to piece together what was happening, but he was curious how long this could be kept up for.

“Wonderful. Dinner should be ready soon, I hope you’re hungry.”

“Ooh, what are we having?”

“Chicken pot pie." They weren't, of course.  Remus hated the texture (he often described it as "nasty"), but if Logan's suspicions were correct, there would be no argument against his statement.

"Oh sweet! Love that stuff. Just like I love you," 'Remus' continued, as Logan grew more and more fed up. 

His 'husband' walked over, leaning forward to give Logan a kiss on the cheek. Logan accepted it, before quickly walking away.

'Remus' followed him, asking about his day. Logan responded with short answers, already sick of this game being played. 

He turned around, and 'Remus' tensed. Logan watched as he walked forward, 

"Well then," Logan said, exasperated. "Come here,"

Now 'Remus' looked hesitant, "...For what?"

"You know what for, now come here."

Gulping, 'Remus' walked forward, yelping as Logan grabbed his shoulders and moved him even closer.

Logan began to speak quietly. "Did you really think you could get away with this, dear? You think I wouldn't notice?"

He leaned in, and 'Remus' eagerly did as well. Just before making contact, Logan stopped. "Why are you here, Roman?"

Roman's eyes widened, and he stumbled back away from Logan, before tripping over his own feet and landing on his butt with a loud oof.

"I-Logan! What do you mean? It is I, your loyal husband!" He stammered, desperately trying to maintain the 'illusion'.

"Uh huh, because my husband definitely speaks like that. Nice try, Roman, but I'm not fooled quite so easily."

Logan held out a hand, and helped Roman up. To spare his brother in law some dignity, he failed to mention the growing redness of his face.

"How long did you know?"

"Since you said you were looking forward to having chicken pot pie. Remus hates the stuff."

"Yeah, come on bro, you'd think you'd know at least that." Remus strolled out casually from within the closet, phone in hand, still recording. The other two stared at him, slack jawed.

"Wait-Re," Logan asked, "how the hell did you get in here? I watched Roman open the door, and it hadn't opened before that."

"Oh, you know." Remus shrugged, not elaborating further.

"Ookay then, let's get back to the topic at hand."

"And what exactly is the topic, Roman?"

"Uh…"

"Exactly. Now, what was it you were trying to accomplish?"

"Prank you by making you think I was Remus?" Roman asked hesitantly.

Logan raised an eyebrow, "And you seriously thought that would work?"

"What can I say, let a man dream a little!"

Logan pursed his lips. "Well, all I can say is I'm disappointed in both of you. Roman for thinking of this, because I presume it was your idea, and Remus for going along with it. Now Roman, if you wouldn't mind giving me and my actual husband some alone time."

'Roman' moved to go out the door before Logan stopped him. "I can tell that's you Remus, even if you two are dressed the same. Get back here."

Remus gulped, before trading places with his brother. After the actual Roman shut the door, Logan turned to face his husband.

"Well dear, are you ready for your punishment?"

(Spoiler: the punishment was making Remus clean their apartment top to bottom.)

Intrulogical Week 2021 10.3 - 10.9.21

Remus: I don't wanna post it.

Logan: Meus?

Remus: But this has been such an amazing event and so many people have posted such wonderful stories and art and videos and if I post it, then it's... then it's over.

Logan: Meus, whether or not you post it, today is October 10th. Based on our best understanding, time moves forward in a linear progression—albeit, in a relativistic linear fashion in which one individual's perception of time is heavily based on their relative speed through the universe, hence we tend to conceptualize time as space-time and—

Remus: /listening raptly with a huge smile/

Logan: /ahem/ Yes, well. As I was saying. Whether you post it or not, Intrulogical Week is, well. over.

Remus: But what if we had Intrulogical Month? Or Intrulogical Year? Or what if we just lived in a constant stream of ideas and images and words and sounds that were swirling in the wondrous and mad conceit of throwing together a stuffy, emotionally chained nerd and a wild, literally irrepressible fiend and somehow we not only make it work but make each of us better in the end?

Logan: Meus, that sounds more than satisfactory.

Remus: I wasn't really going to hold back that amazing card by @whatishappeningrightnow. I mean, c'mon... look at it! Shhh... nobody tell Lo Lo, but the mod, @edupunkn00b has even less self control than I have and will absolutely continue to reblog submissions on this account!

Logan: /from the other room/ Meus, what was that?

Remus: Hm? Oh, I was just wondering what you're writing for @pintrovertsweek2021, Lo Lo...

Logan: /whispering/ If I may. The only thing that I find more satisfying than Crofters is seeing Remus' face light up when there are new Intrulogical creations out there, so, please do not hesitate to continue to share your amazing creations.

Logan: This has been an amazing week and, I too, ffeeeeel, a sense of loss at its inevitable conclusion.

Interested in a Killer

@intrulogicalweek2021 Day 3| Crime

Summary: Remus is a detective chasing a serial killer... who he just can’t stop being intrigued with, from their kills and their complete lack of evidence left behind... then to their lips 

Warnings: Death, killings, blood _______________

Remus sighed looking over the whiteboard in front of him, some images and notes all over it. For his latest case. It was about a serial killer, they had killed about 6 people so far with little to no evidence… These 6 being connected was just a theory too because of the lack of evidence. Remus looked over a map of all the crime scenes, thinking. He put a string on it and shrugged, it kinda made an octagon…. One of his favorite shapes. But it was incomplete, there was an empty side. 

Remus quickly grabbed his jacket and notebook before leaving his office, he ran out going to where he suspected the next murder would take place. 

Remus got to the place looking around, it was a quite busy shopping area. He sat down on a bench pulling out his notebook, reading his notes. Honestly though… this murderer… he was… impressive. Remus just found their style interesting, they left so little behind… like a ghost. Remus sighed softly, smiling and looking over the area. 

People walked down the sidewalks, taking a walk or going to a store. Everyone walked with purpose. 

Remus got up from the bench walking down the sidewalk, looking around. He paused when he saw down one of the alleys… someone laying on the ground, still… lifeless. He looked down seeing blood slowly flowing out of the alleyway away from the body. Remus walked over and looked around before kneeling down looking over the body and the area surrounding, he pulled out his notebook quickly reading notes and looking at the body.

His killer…

Had been here. 

Remus quickly walked out of the alley looking around, “I know you’re here.” He said quietly looking around, watching all the people walking, trying to find the killer. 

Everyone looked the same, just walking. 

Remus sighed and looked back at the body, staring at it as he took notes. After he took all his notes he called the police to come to the scene. He stood there staring at the blood covering the ground and the body just laying there… right where he had expected…

Remus sat in his office compiling notes and putting up all the photos. He sighed staring at the map… an octagon. 

Where else could they possibly hit…. Unless… They were going to go to the center of the octagon. He stared quietly before getting up and grabbing his things, then quickly going out. Going to the center. 

Remus arrived and walked around looking at all the buildings around him, he was near an aquarium, and a library but wasn't an extremely traveled area, mostly tourists with the hotels surrounding…

Remus decided to walk into the library, he walked up and down aisles before getting to a door to the stairs, he took a deep breath looking around, making sure nobody was around, before opening the door and descending to the basement. He was dark… creepy… Remus walked down the hall looking at everything around he walked into one of the doors, the room was bright, light streaming in from a window off to the side. Remus grabbed a chair that was near the door, pulling it over to the window. He stood up on it to look out. 

It looked out into an alley but he could also clearly see the main square of the area he looked back at the alley and paused. 

A man was kneeling on the ground, slitting a person’s throat and adding several slashes to the neck after that… disguising the expertise. 

Remus put a hand over his mouth and watched the guy get up and walk out of the alleyway. He was his face and stared. 

The killer… he was handsome. He had jet black hair, bright blue eyes, glasses, and wore a black trench coat over whatever he had on. 

Remus quickly pulled out his notebook causing him to become off balance on the chair before falling to the ground, the chair crashing down with him. He laid on the ground and sighed softly pushing himself up and looking around for his notebook before looking back up at the window. 

Eyes stared back at him. 

Remus sat there staring at the killer, quietly watching him. 

But when he blinked the other was gone. He sighed, grabbing his stuff before getting up and leaving.

It had been two weeks, nothing else came up… the killer seemingly had stopped after the 9 were killed. Remus shook his head and walked down the street, walking back from a bar, it was late but he just didn’t have the energy to stay, he only had one drink while there. He looked down at the ground as he walked when suddenly someone grabbed his shoulder. Remus looked back before getting punched in the face. “Ow.” Remus said, stumbling away and looking at the person. Someone clearly drunk, looking for a fight. Remus put up his hands, “Hey, I’m not fighting you, let’s just take a deep breath.”

“Ha…. you should be lucky if you walk away alive.” The drunk guy scoffed.

Remus took a step back before hearing a cold, monotone voice. 

“You would have been lucky to walk away alive, if you didn’t hit him.” The voice said from behind the guy. 

The guy looked back and made a whimpering sound then fell to the ground. 

Remus starred in surprise, watching the guy fall to the ground before looking up… it was him. Remus smiled slightly. “You followed me?”

“You are technically the one following me.”

“I… well.”

“You’re interested in my crimes? Or me?” The guy asked, walking closer. 

“Both… you’re intriguing.��

“Why? Because I leave no evidence? Though you still managed to figure things out without any. I’d say you were the impressive one.”

“Remus.”

“What?” He asked, tilting his head. 

“My name is Remus.”

“Alright, Remus, you may refer to me as Logan.”

“You trust me with your name?” Remus asked, shocked looking into Logan’s eyes in confusion. 

“Well I know nobody believes you and the murders being connected, they all thought of you as crazy?”

“Thought? They still think of me as crazy.” Remus scoffed. 

“They can’t think currently.” Logan sighed looking to the side. 

Remus stared at Logan, “you killed them?”

“Think of it as something you later owe me for.”

“Could I owe you a kiss?” Remus asked before putting a hand over his mouth stopping himself… that wasn’t meant to come out that way… Yeah this guy was handsome. But he didn’t mean to say that. 

Logan stepped forward putting a hand on Remus’ chin, “I guess you could owe me a kiss.” He said and moved Remus’ hand from his mouth before leaning in and kissing him. 

Remus gasped, kissing back. He didn’t know why he was doing this, this guy was a murderer… but also… he couldn’t help but find him interesting.

day 3: crime

Warnings: law enforcement/ police, lots of curseing, vague sex joke, murder mention, being framed for crimes, illegal shit, idk its v short

“You are an absolute idiot” Remus grinned wickedly, “I know!!! ’s my job sweet heart” the detective sighed. “Mr. Kingsley may I remind you that this is an interrogation. Not a date” Remus glared at his partner, his partner glared right back. 

Fuck, Lo was good at this.

Remus Kingsly was a lot of things, an anarchist, anti-military, an artist, other things that did’t start with the letter a. But a criminal was pushing it.

He didn't have a great track record with the police, but he never actually committed the crimes he was arrested for. And he was never caught for the crimes he did commit. 

So this was new. 

Being framed for murder was new. Having a detective boyfriend who loved and trusted you enough to ignore a shit ton of evidence and help you break out of custody was new. Living in a detainment center was new. But Remus was flexible, in more ways than one. 

Logan sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose and pushed himself away from the table. “I’ll be right back and when I am you better not have done anything stupid Kingsly” 

Remus gave him a solute, “you got it boss”, he said solemnly. Logan seemed satisfied. And the second Logan was out of the room Remus did something stupid. Or... pretended to. 

He glanced around the room, checking for cameras he knew were there. He nodded to himself and reached his cuffed hands towards the paper coffee cup. 

Taped to the bottom was a key. Fuck yeah.

Using his fingernail Remus popped off the plastic lid. He glanced around again and spit in the cup. He put the lid back on, simultaneously ripping off the key, and put the cup back in its spot.

He subtly slipped the key into his pocket and waited for Logan to get back. 

The rest of the interrogation went flawlessly. Remus was insufferable and gave absolutely no useful information. Logan rolled his eyes and acted like a tired detective on their last day. The footage would be useless when Remus escaped. 

At exactly 10:21 pm Remus unlocked his cell. He walked with confidence through the halls and out the front door. Not one person spared him a second glance, sometimes Remus even impressed himself.

Logan was waiting for him in a car, behind the looming building. He was reading a thick book and jumped when Remus rapped on the window. 

“Fancy seeing you here” Logan rolled his eyes. “Just get in you idiot” Remus grinned “ ’s my job, sweet heart”  

This time Logan flushed at the pet name. Remus got in and Logan started up the car. “By the way this is the last time I’m breaking you out of prison” Remus laughed. “I hope so! Though who knows maybe I’ll start a career as a criminal” 

“No!” Logan smacked him in the arm, “you never let me have any fun” Remus wined. 

“Ha-ha-ha. I just broke you out of prison, you can’t be mean to me” 

“I do what I want. I’m a criminal ya know”

“Yeah yeah, how about you just shut up and kiss me Mr. Kingsley” 

“Thought you’d never ask”

#5 A Story Idea I've Had But Will Never Write

I hesitate to say never write, but I have some very tragic ideas about the Happily Ever After Universe. There is one where Joy, Remus, and Janus are the only survivors of the extended family after a major apocalypse. I've actually written a bit of it (it's eight-year-old Joy's POV and she can't figure out why only Uncle Remus can see and hear Uncle Lo, or why Papa cried when Uncle Remus shaved his mustache.)

Writing is how I get the ideas out of my head so they stop haunting me.

#13 How Much Planning Do I Do Before Writing?

The most planning I did was for Side by Side in the Mindscape which culminated in my Do Us Any Harm 2021 Big Bang and the conclusion, A Little Bit of Love. It incorporated Shackled and Curiosity Freed plus Analogical Week stories, The Serpent and His Muse (Dukeceit Week), Servatis a Curiositas (Loceit Week), and Overture, written for @tsspromptmonth's May Flowers event.

It's my most complicated universe and one of my only canonverse stories.

This varies immensely. A lot of stories just start flowing out, but I will write outlines for Big Bang stories (mainly so I have something to give the artist as I'm still writing.) I typically plan out the theme of the chapters and name them ahead of time.

I almost always have the ending in mind and then I write toward that, but exactly how we get there (the early Intruloceit in Overruled was a surprise) can change as I write.

For the stories that are based on prompts for events like Revisions (New Year, Old Tropes), Matchr (Intrulogical Week 2021), Variation on a Sin (Seven Deadly Sins Intrulogical Week 2022), Beside Me (Dukexiety Week 2021), Dee (Anxceit Week 2021), Overruled (Loceit Week 2023), I plan the major events by chapter and then just write.

I had that same plan for The Uses of Adversity (originally planned as a seven-chapter Logince Week 2022 story but Roman and Logan had other ideas and pushed it to 21 chapters over a year and a half.)

Intrulogical Week: Day One (AU)

Dance studio au

I was going to wait for the morning to post, but I’m very impatient, so here we are!

Logan could tell immediately that something was wrong. 

Usually, Remus' entrance into the studio consisted of loud comments, boisterous laughter, and multiple reprimands from teachers to quiet down. Today though, he entered the studio quietly, barely even saying hello to anyone, as the teachers looked at him, concerned. Logan couldn't blame them. His best friend was always friendly, sometimes in an extreme way. 

Remus could be quiet, of course. On days he was enamoured with a new project, or on days when his intrusive thoughts became too much, he would become quiet and reserved. Logan knew his friend, and knew that today was not from the former. But also, it didn't feel like the latter either. This was new. This was unknown. And Logan did not like the unknown.

"Re? Are you alright?"

He had asked during their first break, after a class where he had observed his friend being unfocused, spaced out, and with that same strange silence. Remus turned to face him slowly, before shaking his head slightly, as if trying to clear his head.

"Oh, I'm just peachy, nerdy wolverine. Like the peach emoji. Ass-olutely fantastic."

Logan gave him an unimpressed look.

"Try again."

"Really eager for those juicy details, huh? If you must know, I broke up with Jan today."

Logan's expression softened as he looked at his friend, whose eyes refused to meet his.

"Oh, Rem. May I hug you?"

At his friends nod, Logan walked towards him, and slowly wrapped his arms around the other. After a moment, Remus hugged back, gripping Logan tightly.

Eventually, Remus let go, and Logan let his arms fall. They stood there for a moment, Remus still not meeting Logan's eyes, but he could see the start of tears forming.

Remus slumped into a chair, while Logan sat in the chair beside him. There was one thing Logan wanted to know, after all, he was always curious about these sorts of things.

"If I may ask, why did you end your relationship with Janus? You two seemed very happy together."

"I don't even know why! Everything was fine and then all of a sudden, the feelings I had for them were gone, and I didn't want to hurt Jan even more by leading them on. But now...did I make the right decision?”

Logan was quiet for a moment, contemplating his best friend’s question. Remus watched him, just the slightest bit of fear in his eyes.

“I believe you did what was best for you both. Is it ideal? Of course not. But how you’re feeling is perfectly valid, and I agree, it would have been even more detrimental to your relationship had you hidden those feelings.”

“Really?”

“Would I lie to you?”

Remus grinned, grabbing Logan and hugging him tightly. 

“Thank you, Lo.” he whispered quietly, before letting go.

Logan straightened his back, fixing his posture. “Of course, all in a day's work.”

They stood there for a moment, before loud noises could be heard from the hallway, and a stream of students flooded into the break room, just after getting out of class. The two looked at each other, small smiles on each of their faces.

“Guess we better get going to class then, huh nerd?” Remus said, a grin growing on his face as he looked at his best friend.

“Of course, Remus.”

As they went through their next class, Logan observed how Remus seemed slightly more himself. He smiled more, talked and joked around more, and the unfocused look in his eye had eased slightly. He wasn’t perfect, but he was alright.

And alright was all he could ask for.

An Experiment of Kissing

Summary: Logan is conducting an experiment involving kisses, so he asks Remus to meet up with him

Note: So this was inspired by an AU I'm working on where Logan kisses everyone for science _______________________

It was an experiment just an experiment, it was for science…. 

Logan knew Remus for a while now, he was comfortable enough with him. So he decided that Remus was his next subject for the experiment. 

Logan took a deep breath adjusting his tie and walked over to Remus, he had earlier texted him to meet up with him in a reserved room of their nearby library. Logan opened the room door smiling seeing Remus inside. 

Remus sat inside the light grey room, it was small and had a long table with a few chairs, it was mostly meant to be used as a room for studying. He wasn’t completely sure yet why Logan invited him, but he was highly curious.

Remus jumped up when he saw Logan, “Hello! So, you asked me to a private room. How scandalous~. But really… what's up?” Remus asked, smiling. 

Logan walked over to Remus and smiled, pulling out his phone and texting Remus.

- Can I kiss you?

- For science, of course. It’s an experiment

Logan blushed as the texts sent and watched for Remus’ reaction. 

Remus blushed a bit and nodded before looking at Logan, “You know I was joking when saying this was scandalous. But… yeah, we could kiss.”

Logan smiled, taking out a notebook and putting it down on the room’s table. He pulled out a pen and wrote Remus’ name at the top of the page before looking at him and nodding.

Remus smiled, stepping forward, cautiously leaning closer. 

Logan leaned closer, kissing him. 

Remus instantly kisses back with passion and wraps his arms around logan. He kept Logan close as he kissed him.

Logan pulled away after a moment and chuckled softly, blushing bright red. 

Remus grinned, “Well? How was it? Was it good?”

Logan nodded, blushing more. 

Remus smiled, putting a hand on Logan's chin just tilting it towards him to look him in his eyes. “Your silence says it all.” He whispered teasingly. 

Logan shook his head pulling away then sitting down at the table writing down notes about the kiss and remus. 

Remus sat down on the table, “Tell me if you ever have any other experiments you need me to participate in, I definitely think this one was good.”

Logan laughed, nodding in a way that told Remus he would. Logan finished his notes and closed his notebook then stood up. Logan pulled out his phone and texted Remus.

- Thank you for participating

- I will see you later on

Remus nodded and winked, “See ya later my silent nerd.”

Logan nodded and left quickly, trying to hide as his blush grew darker.

Its a date!!!

day 1: au! (band)

Warnings: nothing really, clubs, curseing, and one sex joke. 

Word count: 712

Logan fidgeted uncomfortably in his chair. The room around him was filled with the excited chatter of the vast audience, people were crowded into every corner and consumed everything with their presence.

Roman loved it. Logan did not. 

He would much prefer to curl up in front of his ancient heater with a book and some tea. Not jostle about some stupid concert. 

He was only here because Roman was an absolute dolt and had decided he couldn’t go to a god damn show by himself. The band was called the Dark Sides, a stupid name in Logan’s opinion, but Roman was convinced they were the best. 

Mostly because he was simping (vocab word) over the bass guitarist, Janus Lyre.

Logan didn’t care much about the crush, emotions were not his forte, but it was a free ticket and he did like their music. Besides his friend Virgil was the drummer and Logan felt a little guilty for never having been to a show. 

The shiny lights flicked on, filling the room with flecks of green and gold light. Logan was so distracted by the points of light he nearly jumped out of his skin when the first cord resonated around them. 

Roman grinned at him and grabbed his arm, leaning over and pointing at the four figures on the stage. He said something about Janus, but Logan wasn’t listening.

The most beautiful person he had ever seen was leaning into the mic. 

Logan grabbed his friend’s arm right back, “Who’s that!” he yelled. Roman looked at him weirdly, “Remus? That’s my brother” Logan let go of his arm and stared at the stage. Hearts practically formed in his eyes as he watch the enthusiastic singer perform. 

“Holy shit” Roman whispered, “this was a great idea”

The show was fantastic. Logan did not dance, but he did thoroughly enjoy the music and no one judged him for staring at Remus the entire time.

During a break in the music Roman yanked him backstage, much to Logan's horror, ranting about how beautiful Janus was. Janus was great, but Logan was a little wrapped up in the lead singer to pay attention. Though he was glad his friend had fun. 

“Oh, Logan! You came” Virgil said happily, giving him a gentle hug. “I did, you all were very good.”

Vigil grinned and gestured to the band members behind him, Roman was laughing with Janus and Remus was arguing with a short man clad in blue and grey. “I’m sure you know Janus, but that’s Remus, our lead singer, and our manager, Patton. They don’t get along, but they’re both very talented” 

Logan nodded, “I could tell.” Virgil opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by an indignant shout, Remus threw his hands up and turned away, making eye contact with Logan. 

In an instant, Remus’ entire demeanor changed. 

He sauntered towards them ridiculously, prompting an amused smile from Logan. “Heeellllooo there” he said, leaning against a chair lamely. 

“Hello, I am Logan Croft. Remus Amor I presume” Remus nodded and shook his hand, “you do presume” Virgil scoffed, “I’ll let you two chat”

“Sooooo, come here often” Logan blinked, why was the beautiful man still talking to him. Why was the beautiful man flirting with him!? “Uh- no, I’m with your brother” Remus’ face fell. “he didn’t want to go see his uh, his crush alone.” Remus’ face regained its joy, Logan might have cried if it hadn’t. 

“Yeah, he’s a fucking idiot. But you seem to be very smart… fascinating” Remus looked thoughtful. Logan thought he might explode under Remus’ gaze.

”I would absolutely love to get to know the inner workings of Logan Croft” Logan flushed, thinking of a bit more than cognitive workings “how about this, coffee day after tomorrow just you and me” Remus asked, a hint of worry graced his features. 

Logan nodded quickly, “sounds good” Remus smiled, oh god that smile, “Wonderful! It’s a date!!” he cried, clapping his hands excitedly. 

“Oop, it’s showtime! See you later Lo” Remus said, grabbing Logan's hand and kissing it quickly, before he could chicken out. “Yah, later. I was nice to meet you” the flustered man said. 

Logan held his hand to his chest long after Remus disappeared. Roman was bound to make fun of him but Logan didn’t really care. He had a date.
