A brisk wind blew the hair from your face as you hurried up the stone steps of the Keep. You glanced over your shoulder at the young man still wailing, even as he departed from the main gate.
"I am going to kill them both." You seethed to yourself, the guards in front of the oaken doors quickly stepping to the side with low bows, eager to not get in the way of your building wrath.
As you strode down the marbled hallways, you could already hear the shouting.
You daughter, hands on her hips, was practically screaming at her father, her white hair in tangles falling about her slender shoulders. "I cannot believe you!! This is the fifth time! Mother!" She saw you enter the room, tearing her blazing lilac gaze away from Aemond to look tearfully at you. "Another of my suitors frightened near to death! At this rate I will die alone and unmarried!"
"Better that than chained to a man who will make your life miserable." Aemond intoned, Aegon nodded from where he was perched atop the table behind your little family.
"What has happened?" Your son, barely past his tenth birthday, entered the room after you, tugging on your skirts. "Has father scared off another of Shaera's suitors?"
"He almost killed him!" Your daughter pointed an accusing finger at Aemond's chest. "Uncle Aegon lured him into the dragon pit, and they threatened to set him aflame."
"Wicked!" Your son grinned with delight.
"Shut up Aerys." Shaera was crying in earnest now.
You walked to her, your arms open wide and she sunk gratefully into your embrace. You glared at the two Targaryen men over her shoulder as you hugged your distraught daughter. "There had better be a good explanation for this."
Aegon took a deep sip of wine as Aemond sighed heavily, wrapping an arm around Aerys' shoulders as the boy sidled next to his father. Aegon was the one to break the heavy silence. "We did not threaten to burn anyone alive, Shaera."
"There were words said that we overheard, that settled uneasily with both of us." Aemond agreed, nodding to his brother, his lilac eye flitting from the back of his daughter's silver head to your face. "We took the boy to the dragon pit and introduced him to Sunfyre and Dreamfyre, and told him what would happen should he make good on his words."
"I will not ask you to expound upon it here." You shook your head even as Aegon opened his mouth to explain, stroking Shaera's hair gently. "Shae." You took her face in your hands, wiping away the tears. "Go to your father and make peace."
You shot Aemond a meaningful look as your daughter turned toward him. His gaze softened as he watched her approach, even though her arms were folded tight across her chest. "I am sorry I yelled at you, Kepa."
Aemond reached out, prying her arms loose and holding both her hands in his own. Aegon watched with mild interest, still sipping on his wine. Aerys moved to you, reaching for your hand, watching as Aemond placed a kiss to Shaera's knuckles. "You are worthy of a man who will not shrink in fear at the sight of a dragon."
"Was he very frightened? He said you threatened to kill him."
"A lie."
"His trousers were also wet." Shae tried to suppress a giggle. Her eyes, exactly matching the color of her father's own eye, sparkled up at him.
Aemond nodded solemnly. "He soiled himself."
They chuckled together, Aerys beside you positively cackled, even Aegon gave an appreciative snort.
"You are the blood of the dragon." Aemond continued, his face serious once more. "Above all, you are my daughter and will receive only the best in all things, including those who are allowed to court you."
"Not one person has been good enough though." Shae said hopelessly.
"There will be someone who you fall in love with, daughter." You said, smiling and walking up to where she stood, placing a hand around her waist. "Do not be in such a rush to grow up." You placed a kiss on her temple, she did not pull away.
Aegon watched this exchange with a curiously sour expression on his face, seeming to take a sudden disliking to his drink. "A lovely sentiment for those who have a choice in their futures." His voice was flat as he got up from the table, striding to the door. "Let me know if you need further assistance with troublesome youths, brother." He spoke without turning back, exiting the room, leaving just the four of you there.
Aemond's eye lingered on where his brother had disappeared, a frown tugging his curved lips.
"Father, can we practice sword fighting now?" Aerys piped up, straining on his tip toes to get his dad's attention.
"Yes of course, my son." Aemond allowed Aerys to take his hand and enthusiastically pull him in the direction of the training yard.
"Tis time for you to clean up and get ready for your harp lessons." You squeezed Shae's shoulder, earning a watery smile from the girl. "Don't be disheartened, my jewel. I will talk to him tonight."
"Thank you, mom." She gave you a hug, smelling of lilac and candlewax, before departing for her rooms.
You straightened your skirts, running your hands along the green velvet fabric. It was the fifth time Aemond had sent one of Shaera's suitors scurrying from King's Landing, tail between their legs. You would have to speak to him in private later, but for now you decided to watch him train your young son. Aerys' favorite activity, and something Shae had also begun. At her insistence, Aemond had started showing her the basics of sword fighting. Something that made you proud yet simultaneously worried.
The dull thunk of wooden swords striking each other met your ears as you entered the grey courtyard. The sky above threatened rain, but no droplets fell as your husband and son practiced.
"Keep your feet shoulder-width apart." Aemond was instructing, glancing up to grace you with a smile as you leaned against the railing. "I've told you too many times, Aerys. Do not lean forward, keep your balance over your belly button."
"I'm trying." Aerys complained, sounding a bit too whiny for your taste.
"Don't whine." Both you and Aemond spoke at the same time, he gave you a roguish grin as you chuckled. Aerys sighed, thwacking his wooden sword against Aemond's in annoyance.
They trained for about half an hour, quite enough time for Aerys to pick up several more tips from his father on footwork and arm movements.
"You are a quick learner." Aemond tousled the boy's curly hair affectionately causing Aerys to wrinkle his nose, giggling as he tried to push his dad's hand off.
"Now, off to dragon riding training trēsy. I will join you before long." Aemond looked up at you again. "I have a feeling your mother wants to speak with me."
You smiled at Aerys as he waved cheerily to you, walking away with bouncing strides in the direction of the dragon pit where his small dragon, Parthnax, waited. Aemond climbed the stone steps to where you waited, removing his leather gloves and stroking a large hand along your arm before interlocking his fingers with your own. "Yes, my lady?" His mischievous smile grew a little as you pulled him to walk with you back into the Keep.
"What happened today with that young man?" You asked. "He seemed a fine match for Shaera."
Aemond sighed, choosing his words carefully as his thumb stroked your knuckle. "Aegon and I overheard him boasting to his young friends of his imminent marriage to our daughter, Y/N. With the vulgar words he used, the boy is lucky he isn't charcoal right now."
"What did he say?"
"I will not repeat it."
Your steps faltered, you glanced sidelong at Aemond's face, his jaw was set, and his eye was staring coldly ahead. It must have been something truly vile for him to be so upset. You squeezed his hand gently. "You did well, then. But for the sake of our daughter, I must ask you to be less condemning to those suitors who have not spoken ill of her."
"I am the image of lenience."
"Aemond. This is the fifth time you've chased a boy away from her after they've known each other barely a week."
He sighed softly, remaining silent as the two of you walked together through the torchlit hallways. As you rounded a corner, you saw Shaera standing in front of a young man with shoulder-length auburn hair, deep in conversation.
You felt Aemond stiffen beside you, his hand breaking away as it instinctively went to the pommel of his sword.
Shaera noticed the two of you, her face falling slightly as her lilac eyes flicked to her father. "Dad, mom..."
"Shae." You greeted, your brow furrowing. "Did your lessons run short? Who is this?"
"This is Oliver." The young man bowed low as you approached.
"An honor to meet you, I only just arrived at King's Landing and got myself quite turned around. Luckily Shaera rescued me, and we've been discussing the upcoming tourney that I will be jousting in."
You noticed the coat of arms adorning Oliver's breastplate, but it was Aemond who spoke up first. "Mormont, is it?"
"Yes, your highness." Oliver Mormont bowed again, lower this time. "Might I take the liberty of expressing what an honor it is to meet you, as well as your lady wife." His light brown eyes smiled at you before he turned his attention back to Aemond.
Shaera beamed at him.
Aemond noticed her obvious admiration, his smile a little forced as he nodded at Oliver. "It is always a pleasure to host our friends from the North."
"I've invited Oliver to dinner tonight!" Shae said brightly, not seeing how Aemond's eye narrowed slightly as he looked at her. No, her attention was only upon the handsome youth standing tall beside her.
"We would be glad for you to join us!" You spoke before Aemond could, locking your arm with your husband's. "Now, Shae, you have harp lessons to get to."
Shae's cheeks flushed as Oliver kissed the back of her hand, bowing in farewell. "Until tonight, my lady."
"Tonight then." She nodded, looking bereaved as she watched him leave.
You could have propped Aemond up against a wall he was so tense, you gave his arm a reassuring squeeze. Shae looked hesitantly from him to you before hurrying away toward her class.
"I am going to put bars on her door and window." Aemond muttered, watching her go.
"You will do no such thing, Aemond."
"Dinner?"
"Yes, tonight in fact. He seems like a nice young man from a good house as well."
"They all seem like 'nice young men' to begin with."
You turned to face your husband, cradling his angular jaw in your hands. "My dearest love. You are correct in wanting to shelter her from the many horrible men who infest this world." You leaned in, brushing your lips along his mouth, feeling his muscles slowly begin to relax against you. "However, she will have to experience life one way or another. All we can do is our best to guide her."
"I worry for her, Y/N." Aemond kissed you gently, pressing his forehead to yours.
"As do I. But we cannot keep her all to ourselves forever." You traced your fingers across his cheek, your breaths mingling. "She is the blood of the dragon, and we must allow her to spread her wings and fly."

Rhys’ Diarrhea Disaster
(This is a fictional desperation story)
Rhys was a performer at the local Renaissance Fair and this year they gone all out, managing to book it on a vast estate of some wealthy history buff who’d recreated a medieval castle, complete with a most and a garden maze. Rhys, a good-looking young man in his twenties with green eyes and blond hair had been tasked with acting as a noble seneschal, greeting guests and introducing other performers. It was easy enough and fun, and he got to wear a cool recreation of a 16th century outfit, old fashion shoes complete with white tights, short black and gold pantaloons and a tight fitting matching doublet with puffy sleeves and a feathered cape. The clothing was tight and hard to get in, and even harder to get out of, but not particularly uncomfortable.
Rhys, thus toon his break in his get-up, slipping into the back of one of the vendors and grabbed for himself a turkey leg. He joined a few other guys in chowing down, before it was time for him to back work.
“Greetings lords and ladies,” said Rhys with bravado as the latest wave of guests arrived. It was the afternoon and the sun was beating down on him, but it was one of the popular times. “Prepare thyself for feats most great and glorious, as ye King’s tournament draw near,” Rhys said, much to the delight of a family as he point to a mom where to find the jousting field. He was directing another guest to the exhibit on dungeon equipment when suddenly Rhys felt a low grumble in his stomach. He wrinkled his nose, confused. He had just eaten, he couldn’t be hungry. In fact he felt really full. Then he stiffened as a cramp struck him.
Rhys let out a low moan as he held his stomach, bending over. BBBRRBBPT! A short hot fart blasted out of Rhys. A guy walking by dressed like a jester laughed at him. Rhys’ face went red. His stomach growled again. He didn’t need to eat, he needed—PPPBRTRRT!—Uh— to expel something. A lot of something. Rhys groaned as his guts twisted and churned beneath the tight fabric of the doublet. God, he needed to take a dump, right this minute!
BBBRRRT! Rhys cradled his stomach, doubling over as another hot fart escaped him. This was loud, booming a it came out. People started to notice the costumed nobleman wasn’t looking quite so noble. But Rhys had just finished his break and he knew his boss would blow a gasket if he took another. BBBRRTNBBBPPPRTT! Oh that was a big one. He should think about anything having to blow! PPrRRT! Not to mention he was suppose to be staying in character
“Greetings lords and—“ Rhys grabbed his stomach again as another cramp struck him like a hammer. It felt like a battering ram of shot had just slammed into his asshole and he wasn’t sure how long he could hold it back. His knees felt wobbly as he bent at the middle, more farts attacks hitting him, each growing louder and louder.
“eEEEW!” Yelled a boy covering his nose and pointing at Rhys. “He’s stinky!”

Rhys shifted uncomfortably. His stomach roiled he felt bloated and gassy against the tight fit of his doublet, and refusing to budge it press’s into his bubbling guys forcing out a series of farts.
“Oh man,” Rhys muttered, “that turkey leg really isn’t agreeing with me.” He pressed his legs together, but it was no use. He was going to shit, and it was up to him on if that was in a toilet or his pants. “Screw it!” He gasped, and made a mad dash into the fair, bee-lining for the outhouses— Port-A-Potties decorated to look medieval— but was greeted a long line of other desperate fair goers. A line of other men who had eaten the turkey legs were clamoring for a spot, the sound of wet explosions disgustingly loud and clear to Rhys.

Rhys whimpered as he held his stomach, shifting again and again in the line. Next to him another man let out a short gasp of relief and began pissing himself right then and there. The sight of the ever growing wet stain on the man’s shorts seem to have a reactionary effect on Rhys’ bladder which suddenly felt twice full.
BBBRRPPPBBBTTSHSWT!
Rhys grabbed his ass through the short pantaloons as another fart burst out of him, turning alarming wet at the end. He clenched his cheeks. “Oh God, there is no way I’m gonna make it!” Rhys groaned as he looked at the outhouses. He need somewhere else to go. He turned, desperately scanning for anything. His eyes focused on the maze. It looked most empty.
Rhys, one hand planted on his round ass and the other pressed between his legs and gripping his crotch ran across the commons and into the maze, stumbling through the many twist and turns, farting with each step. He finally came to a stop in a secluded corner as another cramp hit him and he doubled over.
“fuck it!” Rhys gasped as he resolved to pop a squat in the maze. He looked down at the pantaloons and began to work on the laces that went up the front against the bulge of his pulsing crotch. He moved as fast as he could, but there were so many, and the laces were done so tight. Panic started to set in as he tried to move faster. But the laces wouldn’t budge and the battering ram of hot loose shit was ready to breathe through.
“No! No, no, no, come on!” Rhys begged as he tried in vain to tug down the pantaloons of the white tights as his stomach chained like an angry volcano. “Please— please don’t make me shit myself!” He shook and squirmed, but it was no use as the battering ram of shit slammed against his hole and broke through.
“Aahhh… can’t hold it! AaaaAAHH!” Rhys moaned as a a thick wet turd the size of a soft ball burst through his hole and into his white tights. He gasped as the tights were instantly stained a muddy brown, the stench so thick it made him gag. And it was only the begging. He left out another moan as, the gates broken through, a tidal wave of soft diarrhea poured out of him in an uncontrollable burst into his pantaloons. It quickly filled them, Rhys left doubled over as he lost complete control of his bowls, soiling his costume. As he continued shitting himself , Rhys’ bladder too gave in. His eyes fluttered as he began peeing his pants, flooding the front as a golden waterfall fell over his fingers, frozen where they were still on his laces, streaming down his thigh and legs, mixing with the mudslide going down the back of his tights.

Rhys whimpered as his pantaloons were filled, till his ass was swimming in the tidal wave of diarrhea, which came out in explosive blasts that Rhys helpless. The smell was toxic, the raw sewage his body was producing horribly rip as it started to mush up his back and onto his doublet as his guts bubbled and forced out more rancid fart into the growing mess. Rhys fell to his hands and knees, landing the massive puddle of his own shit and piss.
He breathed heavily as the diarrhea pouring out of him slowed. His entire outfit was ruined. His tights soaked, his shoes flooded with still hit urine sewage. He let out a small sob at his embarrassment, though despite it all a part of him was happy to have the release, though his gut still felt funny.
Rhys was finally able to strip out of his soiled clothes, wiping himself off as best he could. He was left entirely in the nude expect for his hat, which he held over his privates as he made his way through the maze. He figured everyone would be watching for the joust, so he could make a quick dash to the employee’s tent and grab his civilian cloths and book it. And he might have made it too.
But just as Rhys was reaching the maze entrance, not a soul in sight, he was hit with a second wave of explosive diarrhea. He let out a sharp, embarrassed gasp as he felt his bowels loose and he froze. Instinctively he grabbed the hat he’d been using to cover himself and placed it beneath him as he squatted. “Oh god, not an Again — UUaghhhAaaAAHH!”
BBBBRRRSSPLLAAATTT!
Rhys moaned loudly, his cheeks red as his ass erupted like a poop volcano beneath him into his hat. He gasped and groaned as wave after wave of explosive diarrhea blasted out of him hot as lava and disgustingly thick, filling the poor unfortunately hat till it was overflowing.
It was in the middle of this, Rhys shitting uncontrollably, emptying his bowels into his own hat when the joust ended and everyone came flooding back into the the commons. Suddenly all eyes were set squarely on Rhys and his diarrhea disaster.

You were bored, very bored. Your husband had been tending to some nobles under his guise with mimic veil. You knew that this was important for him but you hadn't thoroughly spent time with your own husband in the last 2 weeks. You needed him. Even if it meant just being near him.
As you wandered into the grand hall where your husband was speaking with his guests, he briefly turned and nodded to you mid-sentence before acting as if you were just passing through. You knew he was unsure about affection in front of others, even under his guise with mimic veil. Yet, the act of dismissal felt like a stab to the chest.
Oh you'd show him.
The moment you found a pause in their conversation you came close to Morgott, snaking your arms around his right arm and smiling up at him. He had to bite his tongue just to restrain his voice as a shaky sigh left him.
"Beloved, you were not planning to introduce me to your guests?"
Morgott finally met your eyes and a pang of guilt twisted in his gut like a dull blade. You looked so dejected and he silently cursed himself for being the cause of your upset.
"Apologies, my queen... I did tell thee I wouldst be quite busy with mine work today... 'Tis not a meeting of pleasantries"
The eyes you gave him should have been banned from existence. he wanted nothing more than to steal you away, beg for more of your touch, remove the damn veil for the one person who found him beautiful... He had to rip his mind out of the spiral it was entering when he imagined you running your fingers along his tail and shuddered.
You stuck your lower lip out into a pout and turned toward the two nobles he had been speaking with. You didn't know what they were or would talk about but you knew you wanted to be by your husband's side and not wait to just sleep next to him that night.
"Gentlemen, you would not mind if I remained in your company? See, my husband is quite stubborn-"
You giggled as Morgott quickly shushed you, earning a hearty chuckle from the older man out of the two guests. The man nodded, fidgeting with the band on his ring finger.
"We do not mind, nothing of our conversation is of much import to thyself." The man offered a knowing look to you and nodded to your husband as if beckoning him to continue speaking. You watched as Morgott continued conversing after glancing at you briefly. You looked absolutely lovestruck as if you'd never been in so deep before, and it was true.
As you watched your husband speak, you reveled at the way he shuddered whenever your hand circled his back or your fingers traced the skin of his arm. He nearly drew blood from his lip when you traced circles over his lower back and tail bone with your finger.
The nobles could not have left a moment sooner. The instant they were out of sight, Morgott let out a pitiful whine at your tantalizing touch, his brow furrowing before he turned and grabbed your wrists to keep your hands off of him.
"Thou art playing a dangerous game, my queen"
You offered him a mischievous grin and big doe eyes. The way he shifted his gaze briefly away from you made you want to grab him and shove your lips into his... But you restrained yourself from doing so. You'd show him...
"Revenge for ignoring me"
you hummed the words and suddenly reached up and wrapped your fingers around the veil over the crown of his skull. He made no move to stop you as you removed his guise and tossed mimic veil into a chair sitting under a painting in the hall. The moment his horns were visible you reached to stroke the one above his brow and smirked as he whimpered and gasped under your gentle touch, his tail lashing and swishing behind him as his eyes fluttered.
"I- Was not- hff... I was not ignoring thee-"
A sound bordering a moan escaped his lips when your fingers found the base of his horn and his voice became a pitiful whine.
"I was simply- b-busy"
He stuttered and could not help but give into the heavy feeling in his eyes, shutting them as he leaned into your touch like a dog getting pet.
"You didn't make time for me!"
You huffed and pulled your hand away from him... gods you were going to drive him mad... He practically allowed a beg to slip past his lips and beckon you to touch him again but his thoughts were quickly silenced as you grabbed him by the cloak and pressed your gentle lips into his, smiling. He returned the tender kiss, breathing ragged as he brushed his hand through your hair and held it there until you pulled away just barely to speak. His eye studied yours with admiration.
"Gods you're so stubborn..."
You silenced him with a quick kiss before he could protest then continued speaking, brushing a wiry strand of silver hair out of his face and smiling.
"But you're my stubborn king..."

ok! I have talked about our search for a temple for awhile on here and how it is STRESSING ME OUT and we visited one tonight that I think is a winner! They had a pizza and popsicles event with a ton of games and art supplies for kids, and a few of my friends who are temple shopping came, and it was just really fun! All the staff and clergy made it a point to come introduce themselves to us, which was really nice, and I just got a good vibe. I am used to FANCY synagogues and this is not fancy but also like, I hate jappy highland park! I won't ever make a single friend at one of the fancy ones. Know thyself! As we were leaving adam was talking to a dad whose kids go to our school, and the mom came over and we started talking and she was like, JOIN HERE, RELIGIOUS SCHOOL IS FREE WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP! Honestly, that's a huge selling point! dues are PRICEY! And her little boy will be in joe's class so they can be buddies!
Anyway I guess we found a temple. All I want at this point is a place where I can make friends, I don't even care that much about the clergy. And I think this works!

and then during their ‘fall’ when Trinity is programmed and deeply asleep, it’s Neo who cannot forget the memories they’ve had, the life that they lived — it’s him who must awaken Her.

Hawaii Pt. II theory/analysis
Hawaii Pt. II is one of my favorite albums of all time, so I just wanted to share my interpretation of the story, broken down song by song.
Introduction to the snow:
This song pretty much just serves as the beginning of the album. There’s not much to it, although the lyric “you’ll live forever tonight” is possibly talking about the idea of a time loop, where Stella and Simon will never die permanently. Keep this idea in mind for later, as it is a large part of my theory.
Isle unto thyself:
This song introduces us to Stella and Simon, the two main characters. I believe that it takes place on the boat the two are on, sailing to Hawaii. The lyric “Blinding, shining star” may be talking about Stella, as in Stella Octangula. The Stella Octangula, or Stellated Octahedron is a shape resembling a star, and typically paired with Stella the character. Simon is “blinded” by her, because from this point on, the album becomes about their relationship and how it falls apart. “It was the night we had to part \ We were afraid to miss the start \ What did it matter? \ Why would it matter?” I believe this line is about how on this “night” (the time the two fell in love) the two fell in love and were torn apart. Simon wonders if it matters, possibly because “missing the start” wouldn’t change the course of the story. Additionally, he may be talking about how nothing before their relationship mattered to him, because he didn’t have anything before their relationship. By that I mean (sorry if this part sounds weird, I haven’t slept in a while) Simon and Stella don’t exist outside of the storyline around their love. Again, I think the two are in a time loop (more on that later), and therefore whatever they had before is nothing compared to the repeating eternity that is their tragic love. There’s more in this song, but for the sake of time/ my sanity I’ll just skip to the line “Gone not forgotten \ long but forgotten, old lore” I believe that this references the full storyline, and how Simon knows what’s going to happen at the end. It may be “gone”, but it’s not forgotten as long as he’s alive. “Sudden invincible flowing, a river \ Clearer than all thou might view with thine eyes” is talking about when Simon realizes what’s going to happen to him and Stella. The river (a vision of time?) is “invincible” because it is eternal and cannot be destroyed. The last part of the song is Simon musing about why Hawaii was created, why Stella’s killer (more on that later) got away, life as a whole, and, most importantly, why Simon and Stella were “revived”. I think that Hawaii pt. II centers around a repeating storyline, where Simon and Stella are revived at the end (more about this in “Time Machine”). This also means that because this storyline has already happened before, it’s a “part II” to the previous repetition. Bear with me here, but I think that this means that the album is not only Part II, but it’s also it’s own Part I, which I think is pretty cool.
Black Rainbows:
This song is a bit more confusing. There are many different parts (colors listed in Hawaiian, chanting, main vocals), which make it a bit hard to follow. Anyway, I believe that the “rainbows” that Stella references in the line “Do we remember? Connected rainbows” are actually the previous storylines. She’s telling Simon to “connect” them, and realize what happens. This is reinforced with the line “I draw the rainbows, you draw them near \ and lo, the hues arrange to show \ it’s perfectly clear” This is not only drawing upon the idea that the “rainbows” are the timeline, but also showing that they both have different storylines, albeit similar. That’s why the rainbows are “near” rather than “connected”. Going back to the earlier line “we know the joy beyond above has been here awhile” is talking about the “heaven” referenced in “Space Station Level 7”. It has “been here awhile” because it is eternal, just like the story.
White Ball:
“White Ball” is a romantic song. It shows Stella and Simon falling in love into “such impossible bliss” There is a lot about the repeating time loop and later story though, with lines like “fate decides, how these columns align” talking about how their lives are decided by fate rather than themselves, and “circles in space \ round the already dead” referencing the fact that since their story is only going to end in both of their deaths, they are theoretically “already dead”. “Today is renewed, is reborn \ each day, I am new, I am yours” talks about how Stella and Simon are repeating and “renewing” their relationship and its tragic end. After this, they decide to continue on with their relationship, “taking passionate steps” into love.
Murders:
This song switches perspectives for the most part. It centers around Stella’s killer, who was in the forest where Simon and Stella were picnicking. The murderer found Stella. This might be going out on a limb, but the “fountain of infinite mirror” that the killer was looking for was Stella and Simon themselves, because when becoming part of their story, the killer would eternalize himself as well. The line “tree falling, no one would hear” talks about how no one was able to prove that Simon didn’t kill Stella, because no one “heard” her “fall”. Keep in mind that I’m just summarizing this song, and there are many more interesting lyrics that play a role in the story as well. After the instrumental part, we switch back to Simon’s perspective. He laments that his efforts to stop the inevitable storyline were “for nothing at all”.
Space Station Level 7:

I believe that this song is from Stella’s perspective, after she has died. The first lyrics I want to look at are “Leaving the Earth behind is impossible for us to do \ We soon depart from the so called Heaven” I believe that this lyric is referencing the fact that because of the time loop, Stella can never truly “leave earth”, at least not for long. Additionally, she and Simon will have to leave “heaven” at some point, so the clock can reset and they can return to the beginning. “Heaven (A place full of lies)” is probably about how Stella and Simon don’t see each other in heaven, meaning that they don’t get the bliss associated with heaven. It could also be talking about how heaven is not the eternal place it was promised to be, because Stella and Simon will have to return to earth. “Reach that one bright light \ Lift off and you'll live forever tonight” Is about how if Stella can reach earth again, she’ll continue to repeat the time loop. Of course, she always does manage it, and the storyline of the album repeats itself.
The Mind Electric:
This song is about Simon after he’s been arrested for the murder of Stella. Simon already is going a bit insane before the song begins, and the entire song seems like a story being pieced together after the event. The song plays fully backwards before beginning, adding to the confusion. The first background part is pretty much just things about thoughts and other random stuff, which makes it seem like the singer is confused or shaken up mentally. There’s dialogue from the judge, telling Simon to “tell the whole truth” and similar judge things. This is pretty typical for a court procedure, so we won’t go too in depth to what happens here. Then, Simon pleads insanity. I believe that Simon is not guilty, and that there was a different killer. The whole time loop/murdered girlfriend thing is enough to cause this in a person in my opinion, so Simon pleading insanity doesn’t mean he did it. The judge sends him to “the infirmary”, presumably some kind of mental ward. Simon’s mental state degrades even more, with his “towers crumbling down”. This part of the song is more energetic than the rest of the song so far, and the music video uses flashing lights to symbolize insanity and electric shock. The song calms down, as Simon’s thoughts “deliver him and carry him away”. I believe that this symbolizes him going fully insane, as his very thoughts remove him from who he once was. After some samples from different audios (I believe “Murders” is one of them), Simon is electrocuted. (This part slaps really hard ngl) These lyrics are fairly self explanatory. The next part I want to talk about is the “see how the serfs work the ground \ and they give it all they’ve got \ and they give it all they’ve got \ and you give it all you’ve got, till you’re down” This might actually be Simon’s brain showing him the past iterations of himself. They do what’s expected of them in the story, until they die, just like the current Simon will. The final part of the song seems like multiple different musings combined into one, showing us how messed up Simon’s brain is post-electroshock “therapy”.
Labyrinth:
At this point, Simon’s mind is in pieces. He could very well be in the mental ward, or he could have been freed. He’s stuck in a “maze”, which I believe is his own mind playing tricks on him. Stella sings to him, eluding him. He is imagining this, and blaming her for creating the “maze” in his mind. Stella’s lyric “Let the maze of my design carry you on” is in reference to this, along with the fact that it is “carrying [Simon] on” through the story. Without the desire to see Stella again, there wouldn’t be any more of a story. Most of the rap part could be analyzed more in depth, but it’s pretty much just Simon wanting to escape and rambling on about it as if he’d just been electrocuted. That’s pretty much the whole song. (guess which song’s my least favorite) There is also the idea that Simon is trying to break out of the time loop, which could work with the themes of escape and Stella “flying away”. He’s lost so much of his mind that time itself feels like a maze, and he’s just trying to find an “escape” so that he can be with Stella. This of course leads into the next song, where he tries to find a way to be with her again.
Time Machine:
This song is about Simon wanting to reverse time after the traumatic experience he’s had. He reminisces about his time with Stella, “Thinking of the way I used to spend my time \ I can see that I have overpaid” but also that he spent too much time trying to undo things. This song is incredibly important to my theory, because it shows Simon actually resetting the clock and bringing himself and Stella back to experience all of Hawaii pt II again, with the hope that things will be different. This is especially true with lines like “rather than regret the old \ I can live it back the other way”. The line “free-floating temporally” is talking about how he’s pretty much just out there in time, not really moving because he can’t escape the time loop. “I avoid the messiness of misery \ playing in dimension number 4” is about how Simon can’t be too miserable about all that has happened, instead he’s broken space-time itself to be with his liver eternally, practically in another dimension. “Live the dream with a time machine, you’ve been waiting forever” speaks about how Simon has been going through the plot “forever”, and that the time machine (or just some weird time mechanic) has caused him to be able to “live the dream”, even if just temporarily. Simon “awaits for all eternity” to have more time with Stella. The line “fleeting in this mode of making memories” is about how being able to create memories is fleeting for Simon, because soon he’ll forget them all and restart. Of course, he learns of his fate early on, but he doesn’t have the exact memories.
Stranded Lullaby:
This song takes place before time has reset. I believe it’s still after “Time Machine” though, and that Simon is much more calm in this song because he’s figures out how to see Stella again, and now he’s just waiting. I think that Simon dies in this song, and that he’s “lost at sea” metaphorically, or in his mind. This might be confusing, but… Simon lives on Hawaii. He’s only alive on the island, so him dying is being “at sea” to him. His life is tied to the island, so his death is the “sea”. Still, he’s in the sea while Stella’s in heaven, so the two cannot be together. Simon’s just thinking about the sea for most of this song, which if we think of the sea as a metaphor for death, is kind of poetic. He will never get to truly escape the time loop and die, just like he will never get to leave Hawaii.
Dream Sweet In Sea Major:
In this song, we start with the beginning tune of “Introduction to the Snow” repeated. The lyric “alone at the edge of a universe, humming a tune” starts to make more sense now. Simon is at the “end” of the Hawaii pt. II universe (also the beginning due to the time loop). I believe that in this song, Simon and Stella reunite in death. They “go together in flight”, which could be talking about their return to the story, but it’s more likely to be talking about them leaving earth and being together in heaven. Their relationship is taking place both “now and never”, because they may be together presently, but they will always be separated, so their love is also “never” going to last. The line “Believe me darling, the stars were made for falling” might be about Simon and Stella’s fall from heaven, and therefore return to earth. This is also seen in “it feels like flying, but maybe we’re dying” because Stella and Simon are “dying” so that they can be reborn in the next iteration of the story. If this makes sense, the people they are at the moment, in heaven, are returning back to life and therefore dying, along with their memories. The lyric “inline before the show began to be where I am” is possibly in reference to how the album’s story is repeating, because Simon is “in line” for the “show” before he new it. The line “to know we are beyond a bow \ and lo, the hues arrange to show it’s perfectly clear” could be about two things: a bow in theater, like a curtain call, or it could be about a rainbow. If it’s about a stage bow, it shows that they are “beyond a bow” and how the story continues on after the final bow. It could also be about the rainbows in “Black Rainbows”, because the two are beyond what they remembered from the previous iterations. I believe that the lyrics “you look quite divine tonight \ here among these vibrant lights \ pure delights surround us as we sail \ signed, yours truly, the whale” are about Simon seeing Stella again for the first time, on the boat sailing to Hawaii in “Island to Thyself”. (Simon being the “whale”. This may be in reference to his theorized last name, “Whayle”) This is because one of the next lines is “now that existence is in the wake \ let’s see what we can make”. This is talking about how their existence is a consequence of the previous storyline, and that they’re about to go through the whole thing again. The line “at last eternal through the past” is talking about how their story is eternal, and has gone on through the past iterations. It will also continue to go on, eternally, cycling forever. The final verse has a return to Hawaii (“Bye, Hi, sigh, Hawaii”, “bye, hi” showing Simon and Stella having to leave Hawaii in death and return when they are reborn).
Summary:
Simon Whayle and Stella Octangula are two lovers, doomed to love, fall apart, and die for all eternity. They meet and journey to Hawaii, where they discover their future fate. Someone kills Stella when the two are picnicking in the forest. Simon is taken to court for Stella’s murder, and he pleads insanity. After going more insane from electroshock “therapy”, Simon reverses the clock, sending the story back to the beginning. He dies soon after, and revives with Stella to experience it all again.

Fargo: Operation Eagle's Nest
Theory in collaboration with @thefutureiswhat. SPOILERS ahead. We're down to the wire, so let's talk about this fictional Ronald Reagan movie, introduced in season 2. Young Molly Solverson watches it on TV; Peggy watches it in the cabin; and Ronald Reagan talks about it to Lou. A French couple, Marie and Pierre, hide from a Nazi in a basement. The Nazi starts a fire to smoke them out. Pierre is going to act as a shield for Marie, but Reagan's character arrives to save the day, shooting the Nazi and apparently killing him.
PIERRE: If we stay here, we burn in our own little hell. As Reagan and the couple escape, the Nazi wakes up and follows them. We are left to wonder about the outcome. Even Reagan himself doesn't recall. "I remember back in '42, America just joined the war. I was working on, uh... 'Operation Eagle's Nest' for Paramount. I got dropped behind enemy lines trying to rescue Jimmy Whitmore and Laraine Day from this SS commando. Bob Stack was on loan from Selznick. That Nazi bastard had us cornered. We were done for, but in the end, with a little American ingenuity, we managed to, uh...Oh, no. No, no, wait a minute. Um... Come to think of it, I don't think we made it out of that one. Or did we? Oh, shit, I can't remember. Well, either way, it was a fine picture." In season 5, as Wayne enters his home after Dot has been kidnapped, we hear on the TV that "Operation Eagle's Nest" will be starting. In "The Tender Trap," Vivian Dugger and his pals leave the strip club talking about France. "You're gonna get in trouble, man. Then move to France. The French, buddy? No. You're, like... The French would like me better than you." Later in the episode, Lorraine mentions Vivian's son starting at Notre Dame, which is French for "Our Lady." Does the uncertain outcome of "Operation Eagle's Nest" foreshadow a similar scenario in "Bisquik"? Will we see Roy apparently killed, only to have him appear alive in prison? Will Reagan's uncertainty about the ending of the film parallel our uncertainty about the ending of season 5, calling into question "the true truth"? We've had references to "Rashomon" in "Linda," and to the short story "The Lady, or the Tiger?" In episode 5.5. Both have ambiguous endings. We've also had Nazi references, with Odin questioning whether Roy is Hitler at the Reichstag or Hitler in the bunker, where he committed suicide. Erwin Rommel, another Nazi mentioned this season, also committed suicide, and it was coerced. He was given a choice. Stand trial for being complicit in trying to kill Hitler, which would drag his family through the mud and end in certain conviction and death; or commit suicide, being hailed as a war hero and leaving his family untouched. He chose suicide. So I wonder if Lorraine will offer Roy a similar deal, writing a check to ensure that Roy's children will not be "futureless," if he agrees to eat Munch's sins, perhaps in the form of biscuits so laden with 500 years' worth of sins that they are toxic. And maybe, somehow, the story will be that Roy died a hero, a martyr to his right-wing cause. A Rommel deal. LORRAINE: You tuck your kids in at night, never telling them that they're-they're in the cage, too, because, when you die, your debts become theirs. "Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down..."

The story revolves around a young man, believed to be 17, called Simon. His name is never stated but it is mentioned in the demos to the album.
He sails to Hawaii, referring to the album name. His reason for sailing there isn’t clear but, we can assume it's part of his job as a sailor or because he wanted to start a new chapter to his life.
There he meets a woman. Her name is never stated. They both fall madly in love and are happy. Until, Simon’s beloved gets murdered in a forest during a date. The reason for the murder is not known but, we do know that she goes to heaven (obviously but there is a whole song based on it-).
Simon is blamed for the murder and is put on trial. He tries to plead insanity in hopes of being let off easy but, this only makes things worse. He is sent to an asylum to treat his “insanity”. They treat him with electro shock therapy. This truly drives him insane and his memories are all jumbled up.
He is scared and feels like he’s trapped in a labyrinth that he cannot escape. He revisits his memories and wishes he could go back in time to be with his lover.
He is finally let out of the asylum, freeing him of his torture. He seems to have forgotten about the death of his lover and sails off to sea to find her.
Mentally unstable and unprepared, he becomes lost at sea. He misses his lover so dearly, he hopes they can meet again. We finally get to Dream Sweet in Sea Major. He mistakes the voice of a siren for the voice of his lover and crashes his boat and drowns.
He sings about how lovely his lover is going to look and how much time they’ll spend together in one of the sections of the song. In another section, Simon is finally reunited with his lover in heaven and they sing goodbye to the audience. The final section of the song (the instrumental after Bye, Hi. Sigh, Hawaii.) is a bit hard to understand but, I believe that it means that this “happy ending” isn’t as happy after all.
Simon did end up with his lover but, he experienced the death of his true love, torture, insanity, loneliness, and finally, death.
Every major point of this album is also pinpointed to a song. “Introduction to the Snow”, “Isle Unto Thyself”, and “Black Rainbows” set the scene for our story by introducing the characters and location.
Simon falling in love is connected to “White Ball".
“Murders” shows his lover being murdered and “Space Station Level 7” representing his lover going to heaven.
Him being put on trial and being condemned to the infirmary is pinpointed to "The Mind Electric". “Labyrinth” showing his desire to escape and “Time Machine” showing his desire to go back in time.
Finally, “Stranded Lullaby” shows how desperate Simon is to find his lover and how lonely he is and “Dream Sweet in Sea Major” shows Simon’s death and him finally reuniting with his lover."

I know that this album came out 11 years ago but hawaii pt 2 has a choakhold on me.
Im sorry for anyone who follows me for qsmp
Also TW for murder and mentions of electroshock therapy
ANYWAY.
I have a theory.
So the song Isle unto thyself always seemed weird to me... It never progressed the story like the other songs seemed to. Like- Black Rainbows introduced the love interest, Dream Sweet in Sea Major talks of the protagonist atoning for sins, and Murders is well... About the murder of the love interest.
But what about Isle unto thyself?
Well it's about the protagonist dying and being resurrected. In the song, it talks about being a “victim of magic Apollo, catching my breath as I bled on the ground” he was killed, either by suffocation or a stab. In the same song the protagonist asks “why did we deserve to be revived?” meaning he gets a second chance at life. (this may be why the word heaven is repeated in space station level 7)
So who killed him? Why does it matter? Well let me take a step back for a moment. In Dream Sweet in Sea Major, you can hear the line “We will be atoning at last eternal through the past above a blinding star” It makes sense, referring to how the album is just a cycle repeating itself, the characters being punished in (presumably) hell by this. However it always seemed weird that they used the pronoun ‘We’ instead of I or He referring to the protagonist being tortured, but We seems to suggest that the protagonist and his lover are both suffering.
Why would she be suffering though? She had done nothing wrong.
Except she did.
She killed the protagonist in Isle unto Thyself, and when he didn’t die, he went and romanced her, only to lure her into being killed. The protagonist is arrested and he uses his schizophrenia as a scapegoat (he does still have it, it just isn't why he killed his lover) he is then taken to the asylum and put through electroshock therapy, eventually dying and starting the cycle again.
Basically here is the timeline
-the cycle starts
-protagonist is killed by lover
-protagonist either survives or is brought back
-protagonist and lover get into a relationship
-protagonist lures lover to a forest and kills her
-protagionist is arrested and passes his mental illness off as the reason he killed lover
-protagonist gets electroshock therapy
-protagonist is put in an asylum where he starts to loose his grasp on reality
-protagonist joins lover as he dies
-cycle resets
