Hello! I haven’t done one of these in so long, so my matchup coordination might be a little off.

But given all the things you described about yourself, I’ve decided to match you with Akaashi Keiji!

Your clothing descriptions and fashion stuff really gave me sort of cottagecore/vintage vibes! I’m not sure if I’m close with that, but I’ve attached some outfits that your description made me think of! In my head, this is also the aesthetic that I can definitely imagine Akaashi matching with as well.

Seeing as you also mentioned how you’ve come out of your shell as of recent, I can see him as the type of person who’d help someone he’s close to feel comfortable (i.e., the way he treats Bokuto, but in your case, he won’t be cradling your ego lol). what I mean by this is, with him being relatively quiet and not too outspoken himself, he’d probably take the initiative in making sure you don’t feel overwhelmed or forced to change yourself around others.

In terms of personality, the first thing that caught my eye was obviously your interest in a sport which would be something I think would resonate with him, even if it’s not the same sport. As a person, Akaashi is relatively reserved and pretty soft-spoken. I think that a quiet can translate into having interests which aren’t as ‘out there’(not in all cases though). What I mean is that your interests, some of which are things like baking and plants(/gardening?) are things that can be considered more intimate hobbies, and things that the two of you could do together.

I could imagine the two of you at home on a rainy fall afternoon, baking something together; maybe some apple cinnamon muffins? You might even bond over what I can assume could be your shared fashion sense! based off the outfits we’ve seen Akaashi in, I feel like he’d also go for more of a comfort-casual look.

In the case that you’re into gardening – as you mentioned that you have lots of plants; I could also imagine the two of you going to a large botanical garden together – the types that you can walk around in and take cute photos.

He’d point to a flower and tell you how much it reminds him of you.

“Those are beautiful” He’d say, pointing to tree of acacia flowers. You nod in agreement as you step closer to take a sniff, smelling the faint scent of honey. Hearing the snap of a photo from behind, you turn around to see him holding his phone out facing you.

“What’re you doing?” You questioned

“Just taking a new photo for my lockscreen”. He replied, sliding his phone into his coat.

Hes the type of person to ���show, not tell’ and so you suspected a hidden motive behind his actions. Once you got home, with a quick search online you were stunned.

Hello! Just curious, but what does an INTJ, like yourself, think of feminism?

Is it necessary or unnecessary?

Necessary when there’s injustice. Unnecessary when there’s nothing going on but they try to find the tiniest fault and starts arguing for no reason.

It’s like advocacy for the rights of pets. Protecting animals is fine, but commenting on every YouTube videos what the person innocently does in the video is ‘unhealthy’ for the cat, is truly annoying and unnecessary e.g. when someone posts a video where they feed hot dogs to their cats - “hot dog contains so much salt it’s unhealthy!” when in fact it’s not a problem at all. 

So it’s not a question of whether the thing we fight for is necessary or not, it’s the question of how we fight for it. 

The manner most people fight for it, is really unnecessary, stupid and annoying. It’s by being triggered by almost everything possible. Sometimes the ‘problem’ they’re triggered with doesn’t even happen to them. It’s almost like their whole life revolves around waking up, going on some random Pinterest/Tumblr posts, finding the tiniest fault and writing up a bitter comment. Then go to sleep and repeat the same thing they did yesterday.

The proper manner in my opinion:

Only talk about it when the problem is relevant/important. ‘Wearing pads made by men’ is not a problem. Don’t make up problems. Examples of important problems - women are harder to get promoted/hired. 

Be an academic instead, write a comprehensive article with references, statistics and everything rather than a triggered comment somewhere on the internet. An academic article can be cited and be used as official reference especially for legislative change. Parliament doesn’t refer to YouTube comments, Tumblr posts nor Pinterest comments. The latter hold no value. 

Remember, it’s not a fandom and it’s not a part of your identity. Don’t present yourself to the world as someone that fights for x, y and z e.g. putting it as your lockscreen wallpaper, social media description etc.. Just be natural (by omitting all that). Otherwise, you’re nothing but a useless keyboard warrior with an identity crisis. 

Conclusion There’s no problem with fighting for rights, whether belonging to men, women or animals. The real problem lies in how we fight for it. Always use the proper manner.
