But I wish there was a way to have Taash embrace being multicultural like you can at the beginning of their quest. Being from multiple cultures shouldn't mean you have to choose either or. I wish you weren't forced to have them choose like that.

The scent of gasoline and smoke reaches to Hotch and Rossi, they both cover grimaced at the scent as they observe the place. It was an abandoned ship yard that was turned into a makeshift race track.

Hotch hated the smell and the environment.

He notices a few glances from the men and women surrounding the place, before some people actually realize what's happening and sneakily made a run for it. You weren't that far, you were leaning on your motorbike, your foot on the foot peg, and you were lazily holding on to your helmet with two fingers as you talked to your friends.

A breeze flew by, your hair flowing with the wind. You seemed to have no care what was going on around you.

"Y/N L/N?" Rossi spoke up as they both approached you, you turn around to face them with a raised eyebrow before they flashed their badges. "We're Agents Rossi and Hotchner."

Your friends looked at eachother before they stepped back, giving you space and leaving you behind witth the agents. You immediately clear your throat as you put your helmet on your motorbike.

"Well, shit." You scoffed as you crossed your arms as you exhaled. "You gonna drag me in for all kinds of exhibition of speed?" You roll your eyes at the two of the agents.

"Actually, you're associated with two of our victims, in fact, you were last seen with the both of them. And when we checked their belongings in their car, both had a photograph of you and said victims." Rossi explains as he puts his badge back in his pocket.

"A lot of people have a crush on me, it's a curse of being incredibly hot." You joke nonchalantly as you shrugged at his implication.

Hotch didn't even blink before he started to speak again, "You were cited for numerous cases of exhibition of speed last month."

You shrug your shoulders at his words, "So what? I've got fans and a rap sheet. You want a cookie for that discovery?"

Rossi's lips twitched as he sighed sharply, meanwhile Hotch's gaze never left you. You could feel the weight of his stare, and you would be lying if you said you weren't nervous or attracted to him.

"You run this circuit, you know who's dealing, who's fixed and who's angry, so I suggest you start talking." Hotch says as he maintains eye contact with you.

"I don't know who's killing people if that's what you're talking about, Agent." You sigh as you continued. "And i'm not really interested in helping you."

"We could charge you with obstruction of justice right now." He threatens, staring daggers right at you.

"Try me. I'll get bailed out by Kenzie and Jay anyway." You counter.

Rossi gave a humorless, quiet chuckle as he looked at Hotch. "She's not afraid, Hotch."

"She isn't because she thinks this is a game." He replies to Rossi.

"I don't think it's a game." You scoff as you corrected, "Look, I get that people that are affiliated with street racing are dying but have you thought about actually catching the fucking killer? You're wasting your time darling." You say as you turned around to grab and put on your helmet, nodding to your friends who were now retreating to their vehicles to follow you.

Hotch just nodded to Rossi before they retreat to the black SUV that was not far behind them and drive back to the local precinct. But before Hotch gets in the vehicle he glances at you one more time as you put on your helmet and race out of the area, the loud sound of you and your friends' engines slowly grows quiet.

A few hours go by, and you found yourself sitting in an interrogation room like you owned the place. Your feet were on top of the table, your head was looking up at the ceiling, staring like you were bored. Maybe because you are bored.

You maintain this position until you hear the door creaking open, your head now faced towards the door, and you see Hotch.

"Feet off the table." Hotch says as he sat down right in front of you.

"Wow, I certainly missed you too." You tease as you didn't bother to change the position of your feet.

"You ever think about cooperating?" he asks as he opens the folder he has in his hands.

You leaned back as you set your feet off of the table, "You ever think of asking nicely?"

He didn't look up from the file, "You're not here as a guest. Three people are dead and two of them were associated with you. You're wasting time."

"You invited me," you scoff before flashing him a small smirk, "Is this not a date?"

Finally, he looked at you, not with anger, but with annoyance. Yes he was annoyed but you expected him to be mad.

"Cut the act," he said. "Tell me why I shouldn't charge you with obstruction of justice?"

"Tell me why you haven't yet." You snap at him.

Hotch ignored your words, "Talk." He said.

You sigh in defeat as you shifted to a more comfortable position on your seat. "Theres a name." you disclosed.

"His alias is Trigger, but we don't know his real name. Never bothered telling us." You explain, "He automatically lost a race due to him getting caught by me, he was trying to sabotage my motorbike by trying to put the wrong type of oil in my engine and popping the tires. Nobody's seen him in months." You continued to elaborate your history with Trigger.

"But way before that, we were friends."

Hotch's brows twitched as he asked, "Has he threatened anyone?"

You sighed as you try to recall, before coming up with something. "Oh yeah, after he pulled that little stunt, with my motorbike, he was muttering on how he was gonna kill everyone." Hotch takes note of your words as he listens

"Tell me more about him." Hotch's hands were now together as he kept staring at you.

"He's unhinged," you muttered, "the type where he thinks revenge is some sort of power play.." you grimaced as you elaborated further.

"Help us find him," Hotch said. "Before another name ends up in the coroner's office."

You hesitated. Your mask slipped for the first time, and you hated it. You feared that you might get hurt, or worse— your friends get hurt.

Hotch notices the change in your behavior, "You don't strike me as someone who just stands by."

"Why do you care," you scoff "I'm not a victim."

"No, but you could be." He says with no hesitation,

Hotch leans back on his chair as he observes you.

"Are you profiling me, Agent Hotchner?" You ask as you raise an eyebrow.

"No, I'm just observing you." He comments on your assumption.

You scoff as you lean back in your chair, "All I know is that he lives in an apartment."

"Do you know the details?" He asks.

"I know the building, I just forgot the apartment number." Your fingers were now fidgeting with eachother as you disclosed more information, Hotch looks at you with a soft glint in his eyes.

"Thank you." He gave you the smallest smile— but hey, atleast it's better than nothing.

"Find the son of a bitch before he hurts me and my friends."

You were now standing. Standing in front of the pool of blood that belonged to your friends. Their dead bodies tied up and a gunshot wound to their head. Kenzie's laughter echoed in your ears, but you knew it was in your head.

You hear the sound of the doorknob behind you clicking, you immediately grab the crowbar that was near you, only for the door to reveal it was Hotch and a woman with black hair.

"Lower your weapon." Hotch says with a low and controlled tone as he slowly holsters his gun. You let go of the crowbar, the clanging noise echoed in the garage.

He approaches you slowly with concern, "Are you hurt?"

You snap out of your trance as you look at him, now processing everything. "Yeah." You spoke, your voice was hoarse and low.

Tears now prickle your eyes, "I was a few minutes late." You whisper to Hotch. He doesn't raise an eyebrow, but instead he listens.

"I was out grabbing food for them cause they wanted food— and then.." You sobbed, your hands make their way to your face to rub away the tears.

He doesn't say i'm sorry, cause he knows that you don't want it. "You're not safe here." He muttered to you.

You don't argue back, not this time. He guides you to the black SUV that they have and drive you to the local PD to put you in protective custody.

The drive to the PD wasn't loud, yet it wasn't quiet either. You were in the backseat as the woman who was sitting in the front seat, that you now identified as Prentiss was talking to Hotch.

The two of them escorts you to a room where it was closed and quiet, Prentiss left the two of you together after escorting you to the room.

"Do you think this is my fault?" You blurted as you sat down on the couch, your eyes lands on him.

"No." He answers as he observes you.

"I mean— I was the one that called him out, he hates me. He killed my friends, and people that knew me." You rambled.

"Your friends were killed by a psychopath that always had murder tendencies. You were simply just the trigger." He interrupts your rambling.

"So basically, my fault." You sigh. "Ironic how his name is trigger and I was his trigger." You tried to lighten the mood.

Your hands grip your knees, you hate how fragile you felt right now.

"I'm not built for this, I'm used to getting injured, but this?" you just chuckle, it wasn't a genuine one.

He sits on the chair next to the sofa you were sitting on. "You're stronger than you think."

You shook your head as you sniffled. "No. No, you don't know me."

"I feel like I'm starting to." He blurted, and this time there was something in his tone that catched you off guard. Soft, Honest, Warm.

You stare at him— You don't even realize it until a few seconds before you shook your head.

"We'll catch him." He assures.

You click your tongue, "Do you do this for everyone?" You ask.

He raised an eyebrow, "What?"

"You know, staying with a potential victim and engaging in small talk." You elaborate.

"Kind of." He shrugs as you chuckle at his answer.

"I thought you hated me." You blurted as you leab your back against the sofa.

"I never hated you." Hotch's expression shifts as he whispered to you.

You tilt your head at his words, "Really? Cause you were glaring daggers at me during the interview and our first meet."

"Interrogation habits." He stated as you hummed.

"Why is this happening to me?" You blurted once again.

Hotch doesn't answer, he just looks at you with sympathy.

"I'm so bad at expressing my feelings, sorry." You rub your eyes, trying to rub away the tears that was prickling your eyes.

"You don't need to be sorry. You've lost your friends in a gruesome way and you're still coping." He comforts you with his words. "Feel free to just.. let it all out."

You close your eyes as tears start rolling down your cheek, what you didn't expect was his hand landing on your cheek to rub your tears away. He mutters a sorry to you, not out of sympathy but because he touched you.

"I don't.. I don't wanna be alone." You murmur to Hotch.

"You're not." He paused before continuing, "You should sleep." You nod as you lay on your side on the couch, Hotch was just on the chair beside you.

As you drift in your sleep, you realize something terrifying. You trust him now.

Now get ready for my dr s3 notes, in no particular order of importance

- Right off the bat, I love love love Frak. We didn’t get to see his personality on full display in s2, and now that I know what he’s like I freaking love this guy. He’s kind of a dick, but not on purpose, more like in a teenager way. He really reminds me of the early season ninja, when they just said whatever tf they wanted, whenever. With Arin and Sora being pretty sweet most of the time, and Wyldfyre being a little pest but not actually saying anything controversial, I like that an overly opinionated guy got added into the mix.

- with that being said, I really didn’t expect Sora to be given a real love interest, but I don���t hate her and Frak as a possible pairing. Ik people interpreted her as a lesbian but idk pan Sora also works for me. Their dynamic is pretty fun. I like that Lloyd can’t pick up on the fact that they’re bonding and not actually full on arguing.

- PIXAL MY BELOVED IS BACK AND HER EYES ARE OOPY GOOPY AND HUGE!!!!!! WHY ARE THEY SO BIG, IS IT TO SEE HER DARLING HUSBAND WITH?

- Zane being goofy w/Pixal as soon as they reunited was what got me to tear up. That might sound weird but I love love, and their love means so much to me :[

- I didn’t know I needed and Lloyd and Pixal hug until they did it and now I need more Pixal hugs with her friends

- “Wow it’s awesome that Morro got his moment. He’s so epic and noble now, what a guy. I hope we see him again.”

- The second and only other time I cried was because of Arin and Sora’s friendship backstory, and when they hugged again for the first time in ages. God damn the writers didn’t have to make their dynamic and friendship that amazing but they did. They are the definition of platonic love, together until the end. While it’s sad that Sora left with Arin and Ras, it actually makes me so happy that she chose friendship.

- ^^ And now to add on. It was obvious from the start that Ras was lying about Arin’s parents. His non specificity about their deaths cemented it for me, and what shocked me the most wasn’t Jay’s reveal. What shocked me was that Jay instantly knew exactly who the ninja were talking about when they mentioned Arin’s parents. Is his memory really good? (It would be ironic, I know) but if Jay was really managing that many people, for like 7 ish years, the idea that he remembered these people who mean nothing to him right away is so Jay of him.

- NOW FOR JAY. He was really awesome as Rogue. Bro was kind of a beast. He took so many damn hits, yet he was suddenly “really hurt” the minute he was offered a warm and safe place to rest (🥲). I doubt his reluctance to go with the ninja was real and not an act. I think he’s genuinely sad and lost, and then these kind people showed up and he doesn’t know how to react without claiming it’s weird. I’m excited for him to learn to be vulnerable again. That was kind of his whole thing before, wasn’t it?

- I need to know what happened to Zane’s actual body. Is it in the suit? Is it under maintenance somewhere else? Like hello?!?! Imagine transferring bodies and being that chill w/it. It will for sure be addressed (I think)

- I really like that Kai and Nya got so many moments together. They deserve to be with each other, and annoy each other to death after being separated for so long.

- For the people who got sidelined a lot- Wyldfyre and Cole - here is why I don’t mind it too much:

- Wyldfyre was given a boyfriend, and while they like each other a lot, I did think they needed more development. And development is what they’re getting. I also liked seeing Wyldfyre apply her lessons with Kai about remaining calm(ish) when things are looking bad.

- Cole, on the other hand, was nowhere to be seen for most of the first half of s3. Why do I not care too much? Because they’re really trying to hammer in the fact that Cole is a family man now, with a responsibility to his husband (yes husband) and his kids. That’s my interpretation, and now I need the writers to commit to a lostshipping kiss :]

- “Well I think that wraps everything up. I’m glad that boss dragon was defeated, so anyways- Oh, is that Morro again? Cool, maybe he’ll get to see the ninja or- wait what’s happe- THAT DRAGON ATE MORRO? He FucKinG ATe hIM WHAT TJE FUCK YOU CANT END IT LIKE TJAT-“

Mercury Aspecting Sun - Your voice is authoritative and you love to flex on people with your loud appeal. However, your voice being the centre of attention (usually) can create an atmosphere where you're very controlling of the conversation. This is not so bad because others do like to listen to you, but the problem is others may not always feel heard. You are gifted at speaking, and gaining recognition from that, but a good conversation isn't formed from a fkn monologue, or outwitting the other, its about conversing - not speaking AT someone. But you speak clearly and its easy for others to call you smart Mercury Aspecting Moon - Nervous speakers who's tone is so dependent on how they are feeling, you literally have to give them a pat on the back to get a coherent answer out of them. These people are very thoughtful, but since they have been thinking about what they want to say for so long, they find themselves stuttering, and word vomiting; because they want to be careful with what they say hence the overthinking tendencies. They speak softly and it can make others relax around them. But people like to ask them to speak up a lot, so not so relaxing for them I guess Mercury Aspecting Venus - Pretty voices, and they always say the right thing. People love to talk to them cause they have a very receptive ear, but also a willingness to share their own ideas, and this duality makes it so others cannot help but be completely enamoured by their talking. They can sell water to a well, a fire to a lighter, a Samsung to a Apple store; they really can convince you anything just because you got lost in their language.

Mercury Aspecting Mars - Harsher voices that love to get aggressive on da mic. They love to swear but more than that, they love to talk shit, and well they are good at it because they don't really put so much thought into what they are saying, they just say it. And others have to remind these natives that they said some fucked up shit, and that they should calm down lol. But they perform very well in arguments, and its because they thrive in da art of da comeback Mercury Aspecting Jupiter - Naturally bold in what they say, and always have something interesting to talk about, and they are interesting, but they are always in the mood to teach you something and its kinda exhausting. Jim carry has this conjunct and well he is interesting... But he is also always trying to teach you something, but unfortunately for him we don't really care we just want him to make us laugh. And I guess thats why this combo can be a little unfortunate, because most people feel educated enough and don't want to be further educated. They so badly want to teach others, but unfortunately for them its a hard thing to teach in tongues > people learn from experience more, and they'd rather be the master of their own destiny (not owe it to yoi) > ik ur trying to help but you have to understand we are a stubborn species Mercury Aspecting Saturn - They speak with so much nonchalance, and its a great way to make others listen to them; because they acting like the answer is simple. But it's actually because they >think< they figured out all the possible answers; since they have studied/researched a lot just so they feel some semblance of control on the topic. And if they don't speak on a subject, its because they don't know the answer, and this decisiveness in when and when not to speak makes others respect their opinion more often than not.

Mercury Aspecting Uranus - You guys jump from subject to subject with such little foresight of what the fuck was happening in the conversation, I frankly get a headache talking to you. You are def interesting to talk to, but your lack of direction in communication, can get on my nerves and I hate your lack of care about it. You talk about anything under the sun, and this makes you someone almost perfect to speak to. Until the other person realizes the conversation as a whole was utterly meaningless. But these guys lowkey geniuses and their voices are 'unique' Mercury Aspecting Neptune - These people are um. hard to say. they really go all over the place. I've seen these natives go from speaking like a retard > to a professor > to barking like a dog > then speaking like the president; and its just a normal conversation for them. I think its because they pick up on the energy of what the conversation needs most and they shapeshift into whatever that need is; so you really don't know what your gonna get. You really can never can tell what they are going to say next, and they are a master at confusing yo brain. Also high-key the best person to talk about life with; very sensitive and genuine when need to be. Mercury Aspecting Pluto - These guys love to get deep n emotionally invest in any conversation they can. They have extremely piercing minds, and cannot be bothered talking about a 'nothing', so they always probe your brain, and swerve the conversation into something deeply uncomfortable for the both of you. Hey its more interesting than a boring conversation, and well if they never brought it up, lets be honest; you never would have thought about it in the unique perspective that they gave you. Also they are so blunt and forceful, you literally have to stop everything because of the audacity of what the fuck came out they mouth. They speak intensely and put all focus onto you/subject at hand, its low key uncomfortable; but always interesting

Their Dynamic :

Their dynamic is ... interesting from each side. I will make each member's pov on the relationship to make it easier for me and you all hopefully!

I don't think they all got together at the same time. Ronin dated Angel first, Misaki joined after some time (probably a long time) and at the very last member to join was V. it was messy, but I'll share my reasons for this vision later.

(I feel like I'm writing an essay omg, this is too messy I'M SORRY)

Ronin : He is, I would believe, one of the leading people in the relationship, it is, of course, equal, but Ronin would still take the lead more often than not. He'd be the one to plant the seed of this polycule.

Angel : In a way she's the second leading power in this relationship, not even because she's the person who Ronin dated first, but because she is the one to keep everything as calm as possible (especially between V and Ronin) she's also the pretty girl with her two scary dog privileges and one silly cat

Misaki : They're a thrill giver, chaotic peace keeper, troublemaker and the one to give date ideas for the most part. She is, surprisingly, the most chaotic of them all, Ronin may be a deranged guy, but Misaki is THE silliest and most chaotic assassin this world ever had. They also are the most active when it comes to call and messages, dms, group chat, Misaki has it all covered with their messages or random pictures.

V : He made sure to do some serious research on poly relationships and made sure that him and his partners made a list of rules and boundaries that they'd like to keep in the relationship so it's not too messy.

Poly Dynamic :

I think they could be a form of Vee but with four people? The Vee actually being on Ronin's and V's ends, in a scenario where we look at V as well the canon V who hates Ronin's guts, but still cares for the rest of the server it would make sense that he wouldn't want to date Ronin, but would want to date Angel and Misaki while accepting that they still would want to date Ronin because they love him.

But. In the scenerio where V starts to feel something towards Ronin and they actually are a ... square so to speak, they could be a Non-Hierarchical Polyamory. They don't need to live together, do everything as a four and spend all day every day together, but when it comes to important decisions and plans they make them together.

Who Joined When and Why?

Ronin and Angel started dating, he needed someone to heal his heartache after the loss of Ther, and Angel being his friend before and also needing someone after all the terrible men in her life and not feeling threatened by Ronin (by him being a man following toxic masculinity and wanting power over her) was the perfect person for that. They are each others reasons to live in a way, learned and healed a lot.

Misaki joined Rangel first. It was a few months after they joined the server. They charmed Ronin and Angel and she also fell for the two. Though at the start Misaki was very oblivious and didn't realise that they were actually dating, they only realised it when Ronin called them his partner and it became a new joke from Ronin for the next weeks.

V was the last and most reluctant to join, one of the main reasons was Ronin's obvious presence in the relationship, the second main reason was his lack of understanding in poly relationships and experience in any kind of relationships that are romantic. His main reason(s) for joining was Misaki or/and Angel being in the relationship and him being too in love to give up on his feelings even if he had to bear Ronin's presence.

Some More Headcanons :

Misaki crocheted them all little keychains with their symbols, so they have an aorta, a tooth and a green heart, Ronin has a wing, a cat and a snake, V has a skull, heart-shaped glasses and a rifle, and Angel has a crowbar, a dagger and a star.

V sponsors himself, Angel and Ronin a flight to Japan to visit Misaki every now and again, sometimes he sends them a plane ticket to Elysium so they all can spend together in real life. He just wants all of them to be able to spend time together without forcing anyone to use their money when they might be in a taught spot (looks at Misaki)

Angel now has 3 people having a "selfie for self care" pact with her instead of 1 and 3 people who explain in their own ways that Finian isn't treating her well and that she should take care of it and that saving herself is not a bad thing.

V had long battles when he entered the relationship, dating a cannibal even if her kills were for similar reasons to his was conflicting. He also got a chance to observe Ronin more and learn more about him when he opened up, though it did not change his opinions about the nature of his kills (at least the innocents)

Ronin is never alone for Christmas, they all hang around V's place and just spend time in a way that won't be too Christian festive, but just a day for them to enjoy their company in their own way.

Hey Lucifer, i'm sorry I am telling you this since ik you and Al are close, but that's exactly why i'm telling you this...

As you know, Al used to be in birdie drama spaces, and he still is, but just under an alt.

Remember the borderline 12 drama? Al made that happen to see how the public would react since he is planning bigger things. He wants to see how fast your "fans" will turn on you, and he wanted to see how many would defend you. He knew doing the borderline 12 thing would get you in trouble, he even was surprised with how well it went considering YOU posted it when he actually wanted to post it on his account and mention you drew it.

I know this since i'm also in birder drama servers, but I just think Al is taking it too far...

He is truly playing the long game and trying to solidify your trust within him so that those leaks that are happening cannot be traced back to him. Al has truly formed an attachment to you, but not in a good way.

That borderline 12 drama was also to test your loyalty to him and it worked since you believed that he meant no harm when all he truly did mean was to harm you. You may think Al is genuine and would never, but just try to analyze a few of his messages pertaining to birder drama.... that's all i'm going to allude to because I don't want him to know who i am. I don't want him to doxx me.

I will say, Al does share a lot of interests with you and he does find you fun to be around, but that's because he sees you as a toy instead of a person.

Just- please be careful with Al, he is betraying you behind closed doors and PLEASE don't listen to him when he says all the anon's are lying, they are just scared of him finding out because right now he is really favored in birdie drama spaces since he infiltrated you so well.

hi! i love reading the discussions you have about twilight. i was wondering, what do you think Bella’s career would be if she cared enough to have one? ik Stephanie said teacher, but that seems really ooc for Bella tbh. can’t see her wanting to be a housewife for long either, especially when recipe grows up and leaves. i could see her as a writer maybe, though im not sure about the type of books she’d write (vampire romance ?? 😭). also maybe something with book stores or libraries. teaching seems like an extroverted job, and she’s the opposite of that.

You're right that SM said that Bella had planned to become a teacher. She said that her mother's career was the one thing Bella admired about Renee, but that Bella wanted to teach older kids, so like high school. But I agree with you that doesn't really seem like a Bella thing to do. Bella doesn't even like high school students while she IS one herself, I don't see her enjoying that kind of work at all.

Although to be fair I know lots of people who sort of had a vague idea about "becoming a teacher" because they didn't know what else to do with their area of interest (in this case, Bella's love of reading) but then when they took their first education classes in college they were like "yikes, nope, not for me." So this might have happened to Bella eventually.

I definitely feel like the bookstore idea is more her speed. She's actually pretty organized and practical so I think she could run a small business no problem, and she does seem to take some pleasure in keeping things running even though she shouldn't have had to do so on behalf of her parents. It would probably be more fun and rewarding for her when it's a choice. Could totally see her dabbling in writing on the side but feeling like "oh it's not any good" given her self-esteem issues, but eventually a friend (Jacob? Angela? maybe even Mike or Jess but I don't feel like she'd trust them enough to show them her writing) would encourage her to try and publish.

Now if this is all happening in a world where she did marry Edward and become a vampire, then the Cullen money would make this bookstore thing super easy, barely an inconvenience. Edward would just buy the cutest bookstore and have Bella take over, but it would feel kind of hollow, like she's just "playing bookstore" because she didn't have to try. And of course Edward would get her books published under a fake name and . . . you know, maybe that's how Twilight exists in the first place.

Libraries are also a good option! I am myself a librarian so I speak with some authority on this, haha. I think Bella would do great with some of the behind-the-scenes work like cataloging (which was my previous job) or collection development (Selecting and Buying the stuff, which is my current job) or maybe even shelving books, but she'd HATE the more customer-facing stuff like programming, circulation, reference. At my library even those of us with behind-the-scenes jobs do have some time on the service desks helping patrons, and as an introvert it's not my favorite but most library jobs start there. Almost everyone I know got their foot in the door of the library with some part time circulation desk job and then worked up to something better and I don't know if Bella makes it past that hurdle. The library is about being there for the community and meeting THEIR needs; a bookstore she could set up to her own tastes.

okok obx4 part 2 spoilers !!!! like major so don’t read this until after you’ve finished or are okay with spoilers but it won’t make sense for you i don’t think.

i need to rant here bc no one i know has finished it.

i feel like this season , despite having some amazing moments, was just a bit lacklustre in a lot of areas. the relationships seems off and i feel like there was a massive disconnect between part 1 and 2. im going to go into more detail below.

so the things i really enjoyed:

- episode 6 had some of the best cinematography i’ve seen in a tv show in fucking ages! they way they included everyone’s reactions in the court scene whilst still focusing on jj was incredible. and then the scenes following that where the riot took place was so amazingly done i loved it

- i LOVED that we finally got to see jj actually let loose the way they described him in all the previous seasons. like we’ve obviously seen him act out and let loose but the raw emotions that jj produced was insane. he went full loose cannon and i for one fucking loved it.

- i really did appreciate the rafe and sarah reunion and i enjoyed seeing rafes character development (at the hands of sofia might i add). to see how she was the only one bringing him food on the boat and the small smiles they shared before the actual reunion, like when her and jb told pope and cleo about their pregnancy and she smiled at rafe. loved it.

- knowing that kie and her parents are at least on speaking terms made me really happy! and seeing her dad stand up for jj with the cops made my heart smile. they could finally see that just bc they might not like kies friends does not mean they aren’t amazing people that have so much care and love for each other.

- i am intrigued to see how they all deal with their grief and how the revenge plot pans out. i think there is going to be some emotional turmoil between jb and kie bc i have the feeling that jb holds kie partly accountable for jj’s death and i’m interested to see how they work through that.

okok now onto my anger with this season bc there’s a lot of it…

- we will start with the obvious here… jj. look i know there is so much speculation and assumptions surrounding rudy leaving or being written off the show and i’m not going to comment on that for the most part bc we will never know the truth. BUT i do think they didnt handle it the best either way. jj hated being alone and for the pouges to bury him in the desert… idk doesnt feel right. (yes ik logistically how could they bring him back to the obx? idk they have done more fucked up shit)

- the disconnect between part 1 and 2 was STRONG for me at least. it just felt really separated and like we just got over some major plot points in the characters between the two. like jj was having a major identity crisis and then we just kinda moved on. and i know is a pretty fast paced show especially with the amount of moving around they do but like huh?

- (this is a big one for me so strap in) THE RELATIONSHIPS OMG! they felt so off this season as a whole. and i don’t just mean romantically. i know it was to kinda set up jj’s death but the way all of the pogues had this significant drift between them and jj just felt odd and not like them. romantically speaking, jiara was lacking majorly. you’re telling me they had barely any physical interaction but they are meant to be together? it just didn’t feel right. if you’re with someone, especially someone you’ve known for as long as they’ve known each other, even with being less physical people, you’re going to hug and kiss and hold on to that person when they are dying or injured or even just going through everything jj was. didn’t like it. wanted more jiara scenes ( especially seeing them alone and how they interact when it’s just them. THE PREGNANCY TROPE? REALLY? after sarah was so visibly uncomfortable when jb brought it up previously… and i know it’s common when you lose a character you fill it with someone else but like what the fuck. it’s rushed and it’s so cliché. and it’s predictable. even without jj making that comment about naming their kid jj, it’s obvious they are going to honour him with that. cleo and pope are gorgeous and amazing and i love them. my only complaint is i want more cleo. she’s too stunning to not have more screen time. I WANT CLEO BACKSTORY IN DETAIL PLEASE.

- despite the feature episode and the part 2 episode being longer it still felt kinda rushed and like they were just skimming over things quickly. like i wanted some dialogue between jj and gr**f about luke and the abuse jj experienced but oh well ig. (i’m upset)

anyway, im kinda bummed with this whole season. i will watch season 5 but i’m not going to be anywhere near as excited. jj was such an integral part of the show for everyone but for me he really tied things together. the interactions all of the pogues had with him really made it so enjoyable and kept the lighthearted, teenager thing alive for me. like without him it’s gonna be hard to remember that they are still young adults that just want to have fun and live their lives to the fullest.

Hii! Just another rant about obx. I wanna share my predictions about season 5 and what I think they’re gonna do

Chase Stokes (John B) mentioned that season 5 will be their best one, which it could be but I think for a lot of viewers just the fact that JJ won’t be there at all might ruin the season if yk what I mean.

And now to my predictions

1. I think season 5 will be Kiara’s season, with the way season 4 ended it’s obvious she’s gonna lash out and go through a lot. She’s gonna need to deal with grief and her revenge era might be a bit brutal 😊

Also maybe she will be somehow related to the treasure? Or just connected slightly. Like season 1 we had John B, season 2 it was Pope. Season 3 now- idk I guess Sarah but Kie also had a bigger role, like when that dude kidnapped her and then she got sent off to that camp but that’s it, then her plot line was about Jiara, and season 4 was obv JJ.

And since we’re talking about JJ, y’all.. ik it’s hard but he’s not coming back 😭 obx is not supernatural, a wish won’t bring him back to life. Like I don’t think JJ will crawl out of sand.

I generally love the idea of Kie finally having her main character moments and just making her more important to the story.

2. We will get Riara. And I definitely don’t mean that in a romantic way because that’s not happening! Madison (the actress of Kie) hates Riara 😭 but I think we will see them as duo and just get more of those tension scenes that we got so far. I feel like that might be a way the writers will try to “replace” Jiara. Jiara was a huge ad for the show and lately so has been Riara.

I feel like almost eveyone loves the tension between those two and the writers know that. Also Rafe breaking up with Sofia- yea they’re definitely building up to some sort of storyline with Kiara and Rafe. The amount of people obsessed with Riara is insane and obv they have to give us something so..

Riara s5 is pretty much guaranteed.

3. I wanna talk about Sarah and John B- obviously a huge plot line will be their child. I don’t know if the child will be born at the end or during season 5. How I see it, I’m leaning more toward the end but we’ll see.

There’s not much else that can really happen with them. John b will also be in a revenge era since his best friend was killed and Sarah will definitely get closer with Rafe, that hug they shared was so cute and needed but otherwise I really don’t know! I doubt they’ll kill them off. I was thinking that the way John B narrates obx maybe that’s him in the future telling his child about their story? That would make sense honestly.

4. Pope and Cleo umm so. I honestly am not as interested in their story line and it’s interesting because I have no idea what they will do with them.

I think Pope might be kind of more cold in season 5- as we know he shot a person right in the head, and he was so scared about that. Also he lost JJ- his best friend and they want to send him to the military. Dude is not doing the best! 💀

Cleo.. I don’t know she’s such a complicated character, she went through a lot in her life but I doubt they’ll really expand her character in season 5.

5. Rafe!!!! His character development this season was insane. In my opinion he should stick with the pogues but I wouldn’t be surprised if he somehow betrayed them. That’s Rafe- he’s not a good person but I wouldn’t say he’s necessarily bad..

Like I already said in obx 5 there will be Rafe and Kie duo, and more of Sarah and Rafe for sure. But maybe he will connect with the other pogues too.

I just don’t want the development to be thrown away, I hope they make him stick with the pogues.

6. And now finally the ending/possible deaths.

The characters who in my opinions are most in danger are: Kiara and Rafe

Especially Kiara.. here’s the thing, since JJ is dead and she already went through the whole group 😭 what can her ending actually be? Like ok she could just end up alone with her friends, her family but in my opinion her death would make sense. She would be with JJ and I think in general it is a good end for her.

Rafe like i mentioned is a complicated character, it would be so easy for the writers to just kill him off at the end. But I would be honestly so mad!!! Like no JJ and no Rafe 😭. Yeah I don’t want them to do that but at the same time, I think there’s definitely a possibility.

Sarah and John B definitely safe in my opinion.

Cleo and Pope- now I don’t know, I think they’re safe. Maybe Cleo.. but still I don’t think so.

my thoughts about episode 4 yayyy

but it’s just me rambling about Jax for half of it. I love him 💞💞

Okay SO I do wonder if the tennis scene at the beginning is foreshadowing or smth. In ‘POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE!” there was that one stadium looking asset (at least to me) and episode four was presumably the last one teased in that short. Maybe episode 5 was actually the one with that asset in it, or maybe it was the one used for the kinger rodeo picture and I’m just reading way too far into it. Anyway I think it’s really nice how they all interacted in the beginning. Even if we have reasonable suspicion that Ragatha secretly doesn’t really like her fellow circus members, I like how Ragatha sticks up for gangle. And also yells at Jax like you go girl! The Zooble and gangle interaction was also really nice, even though it ultimately ended bad Zooble still tried to help her and neither of them were mad when that happened. They were just like “oh, that didn’t work! Oh well!” And moved on and I just think that’s cute bc even though gangle could so easily blame Zooble for all that happened with the new mask, she didn’t. This episode was different in a sense where the mundane setting looped around to being interesting because of how much they just let it be normal, most of them just treated it like a normal job. Aside from Jax and Ragatha. And gangle in a way.

Jax didn’t really treat it like a normal job because 1. Gangle was the manager 2. It isn’t to him. Because he’s like the #2 “this is all fake as fuck”-er right behind Zooble who’s not on this list because they weren’t being rude about it. Gangle didn’t really and is in the Jax yapping section because it’s related to him and that’s because. You don’t try to hypnotize your employees. That’d be like illegal maybe. Knowing America nowadays it probably isn’t 😿

Anyway haha about that scene. Favorite scene 10/10 mentally ill over it. Why? Short answer: Jax suffers

that reminds me of how Zooble said that Caine is only nice to the humans because he likes them. Jax hasn’t really given him much of a reason to like him so maybe Caine did this as that “punishment” gangle was talking about for throwing Ragatha in the deep fryer or as I just mentioned, a punishment in general.

OR gangle just really hates Jax which I mean okay?? I have friends that have acted exactly like him what is this ❌❌. In all seriousness gangles sensitive so I actually do understand why she hates him so much, so her just deciding to do that wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility

I like how the “reevaluation” kind of actually did something. He’s a little nicer (if you squint), his irises stay smaller for the rest of the episode which is an obvious sign of distress, and they only get bigger when he walks out of the building. Which is also when he’s not near anybody. So ‘safe’ maybe.

• LOVES annoying Craig. She likes annoying everyone in general but Craig the most because he hardly gets mad at anything so it's like a challenge for her and its way more satisfying when she makes him angry. His biggest pet peeve is when she steals Tweek's attention away when he's over. She actually likes Tweek because he'll usually play dolls with her or make her cupcakes but she likes it WAY more seeing Craig suffer from having his boyfriend's time taken away by a freaking middle schooler.

• Tweek got her interested in musicals which led to be a major DCOM fan. Her favorite series is Descendants, she knows all the songs, all the lore, all the dance moves, every single LINE OF ALL 3 MOVIES (yes I said three she hates the fourth one, the fourth one isn't canon). Mal was her gay awakening, she even got bangs and dyed some of her hair magenta.

• Tricia is one size up from Karen so she gives her old clothes to her or anything that’s in a color she doesn’t like.

• Cartman is actually on good terms with Karen, Ike, Tricia and Firkle. He babysat Tricia once for the money when Craig and Tweek went on a vacation with Craig's parents. They actually got along really well because she's essentially him before he went to the psych ward. (Scott Tenorman Must Die kind of energy). This led to him asking to look after her again and then later letting her invite the other kids over his house. They all hang out like a little family, its adorable (their brothers fucking hate it)

• She really admires Cartman because of how evil he is. She wants to reach his level of hatefulness and loves how he pretty much operates solely on what he wants. When they hang out, they usually cyberbully kids on Roblox together or he teaches her something really dangerous or really petty. This can range from him showing her how to dox someone or him "accidently" showing her how to make crystal meth (he's a horrible influence on her but she was already a bitch before they met so nobody really cares).

• She's not old enough to be medically classified as such but Craig believes she's a sociopath. She's incredibly manipulative, selfish, acts on most of her impulses and she only feels empathy for her brother (sometimes) and Karen. Everyone else gets sympathy at best and straight up physical bullying at worst. She also just generally hates people due to not having many real friends as a child. The few who did come around only liked her because she was popular for having a famous brother.

• Laura and Thomas are very neglectful parents and usually just leave Tricia alone with Craig since he's always been "old enough" to babysit her. Because of that, she spent more time with Craig and he just usually ignores her unless she does something dangerous or forces him to pay attention to her. When her antics to get attention began to stop working she just started getting things herself by yelling at him or hitting him. Being nice has never worked for Tricia unless she's dealing with someone sensitive like Karen.

• She knows right from wrong and knows not to treat people she cares about poorly she just hasn't seen a lot of examples of genuine kindness that isn't responded to negatively and therefore thinks being a selfish annoying bitch who uses violence to get her way is the only way she can be. Also she's just kind of evil, she was born being kind of mean there's no escaping it.

• Listens to Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande and Chapell Roan

• Craig bullies her for listening to "basic white girl" music and she just calls him a fag for listening to Artic Monkeys

• Punches Ike in the shoulder for fun.

• Stole Red's katana and brought it to school one time for Show and Tell (Ike found out and made her give it back before the principal saw it)

• Tried to drink one of her dads' beers once to impress Karen but had to spit it out because it tasted disgusting.

• Genuinely has no respect for Ike. She doesn’t care for men in general but specifically dislikes Ike because he's a nerd. She only tolerates him for Karen's sake and because he lets her copy his notes. But she goes out her way to insult or belittle him just for fun. She was somewhat impressed though when she found out he's a knight but she will never ever admit it.

• Heavily supports when Karen starts having crash outs because she crashes out at literally anything. And it's not just yelling like Karen does. Yelling is the least she will do. Tricia is weirdly strong for a freshman, she breaks things. Or injures people. She is constantly hyped up for no reason and it makes her stronger.

• Steals her mom's Benadryl and uses it to get "high". She doesn’t actually get high she just hallucinates a bit and gets really tired she usually passes out.

I have a few asks that want to know about my opinions on specific ships, so I thought that maybe I could just drop a bunch of quick takes all at once. under the cut are basic tier lists in which I rank ships featuring the prophecy 7!

none of what I've written here is very detailed so I don't think anything here even counts as ship hate, but forewarning you might see a ship you like sorted into a tier that says "I don't like it" at worst?

a preface - some of you guys might already know this but I almost exclusively envision and depict pjo characters as adults in their 20s (I'm aware that several of these characters died as kids), so just bear in mind that I'm not conceiving "age" as an issue in any potential pairings here - because I grew up with the books and now I just automatically think of all of them as being my own age as if they've all grown up with me. ik that just doesn't compute for some people but that truly is just the way I think about things, so you kinda have to take it or leave it \o/

lastly, I'm 100% a multishipper and I can be pretty open to a lot of things, so even if you see that I've placed something in a lower tier it doesn't necessarily mean that I genuinely couldn't ever like it, and it certainly doesn't mean that I dislike people who do. like I promise I just don't care this is all very unserious to me lol

notes: see I do find valdangelo compelling but only if it addresses leo's very negative attitude toward nico throughout hoo. what I've noticed is that some (not all) valdangelo fans insist that that was ooc all along and that leo getting with nico is something that obviously ought to have happened considering that they were the 2 big outsiders on the argo. and I really don't agree with any of that tbh (and to me that speaks to something of a "pairing the squares" attitude, as well as a fandom tendency to coddle leo and insist he's never done anything bad, which is definitely not true), but I like the idea of leo coming to understand that he unfairly pre-judged nico and learning that there's actually a lot to like about him <3 I think that's a lot better (and makes for a more interesting ship!) than just ignoring his judgmental behavior as if it never happened

but funnily now that I think about it the valdangelo that I find even more compelling is leo/bianca lol. there's something interesting about an eldest daughter who's agonizing to run away from being an eldest daughter and a guy who's been running from everything for his entire life. I think they would make each other worse. but in a good way (or at least in a way that makes for an interesting story)

piper:

notes: piper/beckendorf sounds interesting now that I think about it. and luke is only placed where he is because it would be cool for piper to join the titan army and later stab him with katoptris

I don't have the spoons to yap about the potential of pipethan but it boils down to: I think piper goes really well with stoic personality types, and there's also something interesting about love and revenge, both born from intensely passionate emotions that can do so much harm to the self as well as the recipient. also they would be really good exes

notes: long time bayetea followers already know that it's hard for me to enjoy jason ships in a canon setting (although as I posted not that long ago, I'm kind of compelled by the thought of jasiper breaking up and then getting back together after like 5...... maybe 10 years of being separated lol) so this entire list is me more or less playing pretend, I don't actually enjoy jason with anyone really unless it's some kind of au

So, first thing first,

We're gonna call these version of dieter as the rich dieter and and happy dieter (boring and cringe ik)

You can already tell from their expression that each of them is different from the og dieter right

idk if I write this all right or not, but happy dieter is a version where he literally planned the killing of his parents by himself. Like genuinely he planned how he gonna do it, where and when with full consciousness, where the og dieter only can thought about it without being able to do it, since he KNEW very well the consequences of doing it.

But oh well, in the end, the og dieter actually killed them by accident.

The small difference that make them different from the other is how they feel after doing it.

Og dieter tried to run away and hide for a quite a long time. That's where he starting to develop a serious anxiety and paranoia. Until now.

Meanwhile, the happy dieter of course didn't feel bad or regret anything. I mean, he planned it all by himself what did you expect.

Now, for the rich dieter, his lore is the same as the other version. More specifically the happy dieter. So instead of feeling bad after planning and did killed his parents, he successfully blame it all on someone, that dieter knew they got a beef with his parents.

Something like, 'i-its them! They always shit talking and hate my parents! It's definitely them!!' is probably what he said to the police.

Rich dieter also far more smarter than the other two. That's why he succeed in that guilt trip.

I'm not saying the happy and og dieter isn't smart ok. Those two is literally on the top 3 in the class, but rich dieter is always on the top 1 in class while the other two is on top 2 or 3.

TLDR ;

- Happy dieter did it because he's sick of his parents behavior that always telling him to be the number 1 in class.

- Og dieter also hate his parents for forcing him to be the number 1 but he's a pussy and didn't wanna killed them but the voices said fuck it we ball and boom, double kill.

- Rich dieter is also sick of them because even after what he achieved all this time, his parents still wanting more more and more. Plus he's the 'money-is-everything' type of person.

NOW, for the last question, how the rich dieter and happy dieter act towards Whitney/ other PCs,

Rich dieter didn't actually go to the doltown since he didn't found guilty. But if he did meet Whitney/ other PCs it would be pretty interesting to me.

You see, rich dieter developed a quite serious superiority complex. So it would be fucking annoying to talk to him since he would always say something that belittle others, and LOTS of sarcasm

So, people have this weird assumption that because of Bono’s appearance, he would act in “strange” ways. They think he’ll act like a freak, basically. When in canon, Bono is reserved, and wants to be perceived in a very specific way.

When Bono speaks, he does so meaningfully. Otherwise, he won’t say anything at all. His vocabulary is purposefully elegant; and he carries himself with grace in battle. His speech is very interesting when you consider the language he’s speaking is likely not his first one. He had to learn all these words and phrases so he could speak this way. I think about it a lot.

Likely, Bono feels the need to act and speak a certain way as to uphold his dead tribe’s honor. He clearly holds a lot of respect and pride for his tribe in the way he talks about them. They weren’t treated like people when they got taken off their own land and murdered; He would never want himself, and by extension his tribe, to be perceived as nothing again.

Because of this, he’s carful about the way others see him. This is probably another reason why we barley see him talk. WHICH IS WHY. HE WOULD NOT BEING GOING AROUND ACTING FOOLISH. No he is not chasing little kids around and making them cry for no reason. He will literally ONLY SPEAK if there’s a good reason, tell me why he would ever go out of his way to do some shit like that. He would not be harassing people, again, he has no reason to. He’s not “the gremlin character” just because of his appearance … plus kortopi is right there .. but you know what he is?

i also feel like there's so much in the movie that gives us a way to characterize him so i have a lot of thoughts, some stick closer to canon and others are just vibe-based, ig? if that makes sense

idk if these count as headcanons, i feel like they do bc i have a lot of thoughts on him

have to immediately mention the "a special bond between a father and his first son" line, i love any excuse to give a character daddy issues 😭so maybe i'm projecting, but i can definitely see that relationship being strained and maybe a competitive relationship with his siblings, especially Richie

i'm not saying that this means he didn't want to kill!! between the cut stuff about their mom and the way Anika died, the urge had BEEN there lmao, and i think it actually would have added to any competition with Richie

like maybe growing up Ethan felt jealous of Richie in a way bc he had this outlet for exploring gory things bc of his interest in horror movies, but that's just not how Ethan's family saw him and not something he was particularly drawn to

or maybe he liked the movies and tried to bond with Richie over them when he was younger just to have that thrown in his face (siblings are such gatekeepers sometimes😭 Richie gives me mean vibes so i feel like he'd be the worst about it)

i feel like growing up he didn't have many close friends, like the jokes about being a virgin were obviously more about his romantic life but i think it kind of hints at him not being super socialized, and he dropped everything pretty quickly to just join a random college in NYC

ik Quinn did the same thing, but she seemed to click/adapt a lot quicker socially, like she was closer to the girls than Ethan and she was dating

besides the way Ethan switched up and became a Chad hater,, i could see that stemming from hating that kind of person, like maybe in high school he struggled bc of guys like Chad and that's where that aggression came from

this one is a bit more of a stretch, but going with the assumption that he had some kind of rivalry with Richie, i could see Ethan seeing Chad as competition bc of how easy college and pulling girls was for him

anyway!! that's a general psychological break down! let's get into more presumptuous/friendship/romantic relationship thoughts!!

i can see him being relatively used to having crushes on people/generally thinking someone's attractive so he wouldn't go totally feral over just liking someone

i think this is his most noticeable romantic difference from other ghostfaces i've written (cough, billy and stu, cough) bc i read him as having more psychopathic tendencies than sociopathic ones

BUT the second that that's reciprocated in anyway some switch flips in his head

like he's probably used to being an outsider in friend groups and feeling relatively disposable, so if you were to make a point of calling him a best friend or picking him over anyone else even in a small way,, poor guy wouldn't know what to do with himself

like that would take his crush to the next level and suddenly Ethan's like 'well ig i have to do whatever to ensure their happiness for the rest of time now'

it's not his fault :( it's just bc he's not used to having anyone pick him first

would probably be less inclined to follow through/have murder-y thoughts while being caught up in some kind of crush/relationship,, at least at first bc i can see him being content/distracted

but i see one exception with that:

i could see Ethan being super prone to jealousy and not even being aware of it until he really started to have a crush on someone/dating them

like before when people he liked would either blow him off or date other people he'd be like that's life, but with the only person that's ever made him feel irreplaceable?

he's not having it!! suddenly, he's imagining what it'd be like to brutally murder anyone that flirts with you/hints at liking you

not saying he'd act on it every time he felt jealous, but he'd think about it!!

would definitely be pouty though, trying to act cold bc he's mad at the other person and is trying not hold it against you but then he starts to wonder if he imagined your connection and if you've been stringing him along

but the second you make it clear that it's still him, Ethan's snapping out of it and is immediately all heart eyes

actually a vicious cycle because every time you "pick" him he just starts to feel even fonder for you and then that makes him more upset when someone else tries to come between you two and then you "pick" him again, so it keeps adding to itself lol

kind of random but i feel like he's closest to Quinn in his family, like yes they still might have competed a little but it wasn't that son vs son thing, so it wasn't as tense

if he had a crush i feel like he'd eventually tell Quinn about it, at first casually like 'omg y/n just showed me this song, that new perfume you got is similar to hers, ik we're here to avenge our brother but y/n needs help with her econ homework so let's reschedule the plotting session'

and then one day he's like 'i think i like y/n' and Quinn's like 'no way!! really🙄?!😒' and then she's instantly giving him all the dating advice even if the timing is terrible bc she's a real one and her brother never likes anyone!! let him hook up with someone for once!

i feel like after the ghostface thing starts his ego would switch up, like the adrenaline and confidence of knowing what he's doing and getting away with this would make him act different

nothing that you could quite put your finger on, but he'd be a little touchier, maybe care less about hiding clingy tendencies

his dad's sudden influx of approval would probably also make him feel more like a man, y'know, so he'd be able to accept/get you liking him more bc of that

despite the aggressive undertones that i've focused on here i actually feel like he'd be such a cutie while pining/dating someone

like he'd go out of his way to remember things about you, would want to ghostface anyone that upset you, definitely would give 'my girl is mad at me, i hope i die' before you're even officially dating

he's a whole puppy once you have him, but will still be happy to stab ppl
