Mars Hill Bible Church Offices - Grandville, MI

Por causa dos desafios impostos pela pandemia COVID-19, o projeto Mars Hill mudou muitas vezes. Os orçamentos também afetaram as fases e o escopo do trabalho. Essencialmente, o escopo do projeto teve que ser dividido em duas fases.

A remodelação da Fase 1 incluiu a remodelação de um mezanino para os novos escritórios da igreja, reconfigurando as salas de aula do ensino médio para a pré-escola, reconfigurando os espaços pré-escolares para bebês (creche) e criando uma separação completa do lado da Escola Pública de Grandville do prédio.

Os antigos escritórios eram separados por um corredor de shopping e o   design atualizado tem todos os funcionários no mesmo espaço pela primeira vez em muitos anos. Enquanto há  não foi  espaço suficiente para dar a todos os gabinetes, eles concordaram em todos têm escritórios cubículo com escritórios Private Hotel estar disponível para  baseadas em projetos  necessidades e estudos.  

A remodelação do escritório do mezanino incluiu novas janelas e vistas para o exterior. Eles também criaram um grande deck externo à direita do lounge e da área de descanso. O escritório inclui uma lareira, vários espaços de reuniões, uma quebra de cozinha sala,  e  novos banheiros.  

Os detalhes que realmente apreciamos no novo escritório do mezanino incluem a reutilização do revestimento de cedro recuperado da demolição do primeiro andar, a lareira, o plano de iluminação e luminárias, a parede curva e os bancos fora da área de recepção e o mobiliário atencioso fornecido por West Michigan Office Interiors.

A Fase 1 também incluiu a adaptação do exterior do edifício para criar uma entrada mais atraente para funcionários e visitantes. Fase  2incluirá a remodelação das salas de aula do ensino fundamental e pré-escolar e das áreas dos corredores.
