"Why and how on earth would you help me?" He sneers, eyes hesitant to trust me but there's a sense of hope to his voice that would go unheard if I didn't know him as well as I do.

"Thor put one of those electrical gadgets on your back." He pauses, eyes thinning as he studies me before he raises his hand to his back, checking himself until he stumbles across the pronged electronic. He pulls it off of him and throws it onto the floor, looking between it and me with a stunned look on his face.

"I-" He cuts himself off with an honest, shocked laugh. "Why would you tell me this?" I have no idea, it must have something to do with my not so subtle attraction towards you and raging hormones.

"I don't know Loki, truly." I sigh, running a hand down my face as he looks back at one of the ships that I'm guessing he wishes to steal. "You should be allowed to move on and have a happy life, separate from Thor. He can't expect you to change if he doesn't give you the chance." His shoulders droop briefly at my confession and the normal tension that typically swarms around us is squashed by an open, mutual realization.
