This Sunday come in and partake in our 6-week postpartum Strong Mom Series. Six classes not to “bounce back,” but to learn how to navigate your postpartum body and adjust to motherhood; for the first time, or once again. So many changes happen to our bodies during pregnancy, lots of moving, shifting and stretching. You Deadlift laundry, you Farmer Carry grocery bags, school bags and little ones and you Press boxes, bins and babies overhead; we train for life. Learn how to prioritize your time of healing, restore a compromised core and postural strength along with nutrition and mindset. Adjust movements according to how your body is responding to postpartum exercise at the moment and in the upcoming months/years! Learning to manage our systemic and orthopedic health is most important for long term health! The series starts this Sunday, January 6 at 11:00 a.m., for 6 weeks here at Crossfit Everlasting.
