I spoke to an old IRL friend, who's sadly an Anti, and the conversation left me feeling quite a few things:

Antis do believe they're superior to you, in some way. Be it because they consider themselves the "morally better ones", or the "healthiest ones", or the "smarter ones". There's this feeling that they do or say the shit they say because they treat you as though you don't understand, like you disagreeing it's because of being "in denial".

Antis don't think using your trauma against you as an argument is bad. They see it as more of a reason that you should agree with them, because if you didn't have that trauma, you'd "think the way they think". A.k.a., they think that trauma makes you less intelligent, or less capable of critical thought.

They project A LOT. They are the ones unable to trust their own judgement, they are the ones who have weak morals and ideals and would crumble if they were in an environment that wasn't sanitized and questionable. And they either think everyone is that way, or are so far up their own asses they can't accept that it's a 'them problem'.
