UPS Airlines, a major American cargo airline based in Louisville, Kentucky, is among the world’s largest in terms of traffic volume. The history of its parent company, United Parcel Service (UPS), in the air cargo industry dates back to 1929 when it began transporting parcels as baggage on commercial flights. This service ceased in 1931 due to the Great Depression, but in the 1950s, UPS reentered the air travel market with its Blue Label Air service, offering two-day coast-to-coast delivery. UPS Airlines was formally established in 1988 as a subsidiary of UPS.

Currently, UPS Airlines operates flights to 815 destinations worldwide, utilizing the "hub-and-spoke" system. Its primary hub is Worldport at Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville. The airline also maintains several international hubs, including two in North America, two in Europe, three in China, one in Malaysia, and one in the Philippines.

The active fleet of UPS Airlines comprises 291 aircraft, including 43 Boeing 747F aircraft, 13 of which are 747-400F models.

Back in March 2012, an air crew with 3-101st Aviation Regiment, 159th Combat Aviation Brigade, spins up its AH-64D Apache helicopter to conduct an aerial gunnery on the range at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The 159th CAB was inactivated in 2015 and 3-101st AVN reflagged as 2-17th Air Cavalry Squadron and aligned with 101st CAB.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the flagship airline of the Netherlands with headquarters in Amsterdam and the main hub at Schiphol Airport. Founded in 1919, KLM is the oldest operating airline in the world.

The company serves more than 145 destinations worldwide, including 92 European cities and 70 intercontinental routes. KLM's fleet includes more than 110 aircraft, including 31 wide-body long-haul aircraft of the Boeing 777 family, sixteen of which are represented by the 777-300ER model.

KLM received its first "Tripleseven" aircraft in October 2003. It was a Boeing 777-200ER with registration PH-BQA. Five years later, in February 2008, the company began operating the next model of this family, the Boeing 777-300ER. These aircraft have become an integral part of long-haul transportation, allowing KLM to maintain its global network. Some of its key destinations include Buenos Aires, Singapore, Tokyo, Santiago de Chile and Denpasar.

KLM has a tradition of giving its aircraft proper names. All of its Boeing 777-200ERs are named after UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Epidaurus, Chichen Itza or Mount Kilimanjaro. The only exception to this rule is the very first 777 – it is named Albert Plesman, in honor of the Dutch aviation pioneer, the first administrator, and then the director of KLM. The Boeing 777-300ERs planes are named after national parks of global importance, such as De Hoge Veluve and Tierra del Fuego. The hero of our poster is named "Kaziranga", after the national park in Assam, India, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985.

Currently, KLM's Boeing 777 fleet plays a key role in delivering passengers to many destinations around the world. To date, the airline has not decommissioned any aircraft of this family. But their change is just around the corner. Starting in 2026, deliveries of the new Airbus A350-900 and then the A350-1000 are expected, which will gradually replace the "Tripleseven" 200 series.
