A few weeks ago I was told I was either recovering from a cracked knee or I had arthritis in my knee. It has been since confirmed I do have arthritis in my knee. However prior to my diagnosis the pain at night sometimes was unbearable keeping me up throughout the night. However my every day mobility exercises that can sometimes last after two hours every day both morning and night and even during the night seem to be paying off as I only have minimal discomfort in my knee. While I possibly should’ve left a days rest to do the exercises I did today I probably should’ve left out the Coremaster because I was a little bit all over the place. While it’s my look like the Coremaster was touching the ground not once did the side actually touch the ground. The other mistake was not doing the single arm hangs with a 10kg weight before I did the 20 kg hang. In one of the videos you seen me doing my every day squats. The aim is to eventually be able to get my body more towards my back being at right angles to my legs. I was also training fasted. Ainda sobre exercícios físicos realizados em bases estáveis versus instáveis, apresento a comparação entre o exercício supino reto sobre o banco, sobre a bola Suíça e bola Suíça + BOSU. Os princípios sobre bases estáveis ou instáveis são os mesmos apresentados no post sobre agachamento, então vou direto ao ponto. Norwood et al. (2007) compararam 4 situações de exercício supino reto (imagens) e verificaram maior ativação da musculatura estabilizadora à medida que se aumentava a instabilidade, nesse caso, nas fig.1b, fig.1c e fig.1d., respectivamente. Entretanto, esses mesmos autores e Zemková et al. (2014) relatam que tal execução do supino em base instável, assim como o agachamento, teriam benefícios somente para o equilíbrio, propriocepção e ativação muscular do tronco e, quando se tem como objetivo o aumento de força e potência, exercícios em bases estáveis seriam recomendados. #power #musclehypertrophy #instabilitytraining #teamtrainningplusbrain #bosu

My idea of a workout is when you’ve finished you feel absolutely knackered. Combining the core master with Weights it took me six sets of 10 reps before I decided to lower the dumbbell weight from 10 kg to 3 kg because my forearms were so very sore but also I wanted to push my feet backwards to a plank position. Sometimes I believe Food manufacturers put colourful comfort foods because they want to profit off our weaknesses albeit likely shorten any chances of longevity. A bad for me dietary wise created a night out of hell my continuous nervous cough my wife wanted to divorce me. At 2am I ate 3 stems of organic celery; its alkalinity combined with sleeping tablet Nytol (I try not to take) helped alleviate symptoms. Woke up at 7.15 a little groggy but began day with my every morning formulae of a litre of lemon, cider vinegar & Jiagulan tea. Digressing back to fitness The day before I found out about my knee fracture I would certainly not done 1️⃣ My sports masseuse whom I saw after my workout said this is definitely not good for your knee. I saw an Instagrammer whom in her 70’s did without weight 10KG weight vest so I decided to try same with weight vest. 2️⃣Kneeling on 1 swiss exercise ball to destabilise the core that has not been properly inflated is hard enough; 2 of different sizes even harder. 3️⃣Reversing the balls this is tougher still to kneel and balance upon using maximum core strength. 4️⃣ Pushup on my exercise ball my feet on a block another very challenging exercise. 5️⃣ If I thought hanging by my knees 2 c I long I could hold onto a 5kg dumbell with both hands I must have been crazy to try with a 10kg dumbbell 6️⃣ I lasted 2 reps; had a spotter just as well losing my knee after 2 reps. 7️⃣ Doing a successful Turkish getup holding a 10KG weight unaware of the impact on my injured knee. 8️⃣ & 9️⃣ I demonstrate L-Sit hangs & bear grip strength on leaning pillars part of building structure @leevalleythleticscentre where I also have my massage. 🔟 A favourite of mine that I hope my strength & conditioning coach @barrysigrist of @productionphysiotherapy agrees does not impact my injured knee. #strengthandconditioning #weightedhangs #beargrip #gorillagrip #turkishgetup #instabilitytraining #exerciseball #alkalinebenefits #invertedweightedsitups #hardcoreexercise #smashingit #mindbodyspirit #dontdothis #jiagulantea #spotter (at Enfield, Enfield, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn4lq46o0kL/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

As far as I’m concerned the most challenging of #thecoremaster exercises is being able to hold onto the The CoreMaster with one’s hands while lifting one foot off the ground. You can see how unstable I am yet this is the best I have done so far. This must be one of the most challenging instability exercises I know of.
