got inspired to make my own bingo of what's gonna happen the last five chapters
For the yuuji and megumi having a second moment, i imagine this time megumi gets to say something back to yuuji, maybe like "thank you for saving me" or something along those lines.
For the yuuta and maki implied, as long as he's still in gojo's body i dont think itll ever be canon :') but i do think itll atleast be implied in some way
For the gojo and geto mention, if they do i envision it being used to draw a parallel between them and yuuji and megumi, either that or they get mentioned alongside toji when and if megumi gets told about what happened in Hidden Inventory
For yuuji and/or megumi crying, ive always been someone who believed yuuji and megumi deserve a moment where they just fully sob and let out all that pent up grief (for megumi, i dont count 251 cause it never actually let him process it, im imagining more of a relieved cry)
For the megumi kills uruame one, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ let me be delusional

⚠️ JJK CHAPTER 251 SPOILERS
my emotions are all mixed up with this chapter, like there's so much going on
Maki has returned!! She struck Sukuna with her soul split katana
Yuta ate the last of Sukuna's fingers so that's how he was able to copy his slashing CT
Sukuna slashed everyone with his world cutting slash but they're okay
Yuji learned how to use blood manipulation CT from choso and used the supernova attack against sukuna when he spit blood in his face
there's a flashback where Yuji, Choso, and Hana are discussing how to separate Sukuna's soul from Megumi's body with the least amount of damage, with the help of Yuki's book and Hana's CT
and what's breaking my heart is that Yuji managed to reach Megumi in the abyss with his soul striking punch and calling out to him "wake up fushiguro!" but he has lost the will to live, saying he doesn't care anymore...
which probably means he's either gonna go to the dark side and his villain arc will begin (starting the merger with Tengen) or maybe he's gonna stay in the abyss? what's the alternative? YUJI PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! MEGUMI REMEMBER "SO START BY SAVING ME ITADORI" PLEASE IT'S NOT OVER!!
but really though, what can yuji even say to megumi at this point that could somehow inspire him to keep going on? (me hoping that yuji gives him the inspirational speech like todo have to him in Shibuya, give him the old "I don't regret saving you" speech or something, call him by his first name idk 🥲)
... but if Megumi does get a villain arc I can totally understand why and hell, I think I'll support him
we won't know what happens since there will be a break next week ugh my stomach is in knots
#jjk spoilers#bre's posts#itfs will break the stsg curse you'll see!! 🥹👍#I wrote this at around 3:30 am and left it in my drafts#itafushi

The Significance of River Jordan Water Spiritual, Historical, and Modern-Day Uses
The River Jordan water of immense historical and spiritual importance, has long captured the hearts and minds of countless people worldwide. Revered in many religious traditions, particularly Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, this river is synonymous with the sacred, symbolizing rebirth, purification, and the divine connection between humanity and the heavens.
In modern times, people continue to seek out the water from the River Jordan for its spiritual significance, often using it in religious ceremonies, baptisms, and rituals aimed at invoking purity and blessings. For centuries, its waters have inspired faith and reverence, transcending geographical boundaries. This blog explores the rich history of the River Jordan, its religious significance, modern uses, and how Babalaje Foods, a brand committed to quality and purity, has started offering the sacred water to individuals across the globe, bringing a touch of the holy into their everyday lives.
The Historical and Geographical Importance of the River Jordan
Geography of the River Jordan
The River Jordan stretches over 251 kilometers (156 miles), flowing from the Anti-Lebanon mountain range, through the Sea of Galilee, and finally ending in the Dead Sea. The river acts as a natural boundary, demarcating the land between Israel, Jordan, and the West Bank. Its geographical position places it at the center of many pivotal historical and religious events, making it one of the most significant bodies of water in the Middle East.
The River Jordan's life-giving waters support agriculture and settlements along its banks. Historically, the river provided sustenance and facilitated the growth of civilizations, with ancient cities and towns flourishing around it. Today, while the region faces challenges like water scarcity, the spiritual and symbolic power of the River Jordan remains undiminished.
The Role of the River Jordan in Religious Texts
The River Jordan holds profound significance in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. For Jews, the river symbolizes deliverance and the fulfillment of God's promises. One of the most notable stories in the Old Testament is the crossing of the River Jordan by the Israelites under Joshua's leadership, marking the end of their exodus from Egypt and their entry into the Promised Land.
In Christianity, the River Jordan is particularly significant as the site of Jesus Christ's baptism by John the Baptist. According to the Gospels, the heavens opened as Jesus emerged from the waters, and a voice from heaven declared Him the beloved Son of God. This moment, filled with spiritual symbolism, marked the beginning of Jesus' public ministry and continues to inspire Christians worldwide.
For Muslims, the River Jordan is a place of purification, and it holds importance in the broader context of Islamic traditions and teachings. The water from the River Jordan is often associated with cleansing and blessings, and its use is encouraged in various spiritual practices.
The Spiritual Significance of River Jordan Water
Baptism and Purification
One of the most widespread uses of water from the River Jordan is in baptism. For Christians, baptism is a sacred rite that symbolizes the washing away of sin, spiritual rebirth, and the commitment to follow Christ. The River Jordan, where Jesus was baptized, represents the ultimate source of spiritual cleansing. Pilgrims from around the world travel to its banks to be baptized in its waters, and those who cannot make the pilgrimage often seek out vials of the sacred water to use in baptisms and personal devotion.
For Jews, the River Jordan water has historically symbolized a new beginning. After wandering in the wilderness for 40 years, the Israelites' crossing of the river into the Promised Land marked the fulfillment of God's covenant and a fresh chapter in their history.
In Islam, water is generally viewed as a source of purification, both physically and spiritually. The use of River Jordan water for cleansing and spiritual rejuvenation aligns with Islamic teachings on purity, particularly in preparation for prayers and holy rituals.
Symbolism in Personal and Communal Rituals
The River Jordan's symbolic connection to renewal and spiritual awakening extends beyond traditional religious practices like baptism. Many people use the water in personal rituals aimed at seeking divine blessings, healing, or protection. The River Jordan water is often seen as a conduit between the earthly and the divine, and it is used in prayer ceremonies, home blessings, and even anointing.
Communal rituals involving the water from the River Jordan are also prevalent. Churches and religious communities around the world incorporate the water in liturgies, blessings, and sacraments, especially during Easter and other significant religious festivals. For these communities, the water serves as a tangible reminder of God's grace, protection, and love.
Modern-Day Uses of River Jordan Water
Bottling and Distribution of Sacred Water
With the growing demand for access to holy water, various companies and organizations have started bottling water from the River Jordan to distribute globally. This allows individuals who are unable to make the pilgrimage to Israel or Jordan to still experience the spiritual benefits of the water.
Babalaje Foods, known for its dedication to purity and quality, has taken a significant step in offering River Jordan water as part of their product line. Understanding the sacredness of this water, Babalaje Foods ensures that the water is carefully sourced, preserved, and bottled in a way that maintains its spiritual integrity. The availability of bottled River Jordan water allows people from various faiths and traditions to use it for personal and communal rituals, bringing a touch of the sacred into their homes and places of worship.
Healing and Protection
In addition to its religious significance, many people believe in the healing properties of water from the River Jordan. Throughout history, water has been associated with physical and spiritual healing, and the River Jordan is no exception. Whether used in prayer or applied to areas of illness, many individuals report a sense of peace, well-being, and even physical recovery when using the water.
The use of River Jordan water for protection is also widespread. Families and individuals often sprinkle the water in their homes, on doorways, or around personal belongings to invoke divine protection. The belief is that the water acts as a shield against negative energies, evil spirits, or harm, much like the water parted for the Israelites during their crossing into the Promised Land.
River Jordan Water in Global Religious Communities
Christian churches around the world often incorporate River Jordan water in their religious rites and rituals. Some use the water during sacraments like confirmation or baptism, while others use it to bless the congregation during important services. The water's deep connection to the life of Jesus Christ makes it a revered element in these ceremonies.
In Jewish and Muslim communities, while River Jordan water may not be as commonly used in formal rituals, it is still appreciated for its historical and spiritual significance. Individuals from these faiths often seek out the water for personal devotion, prayer, and reflection.

1525 7Sept24: Chapter 251
Storyline
Sometimes, you don't realize just how much you need an escape from reality until you see the stressors around you.
It's almost as if I need to try and keep my mind in the alternate universe just to be somewhat happy here in the Philippines. I wish it wasn't this way, but that's the sad reality.
I watch YouTube to get inspired on what direction or directions I should go. Starting the storyline around a carpenter shop. A carpenter shop would have a man who enjoys his craft but is a lonely man. This could lead to a woman needing a few things built for her bakery, which brings in a new character. Then I need to figure out the blacksmith, which leads to my eventual plan to have a farm land layout, which allows me to have a small settlement and build a house for these people to live in.
So yeah, I suppose the idea is to eventually build enough dioramas that equal out to a small settlement village. With this idea, I will be able to create content for my Instagram, have a side story for my Mastodon account (xxx-rated) and who knows maybe I'll create a Facebook page dedicated... but honestly Facebook would be to much, but a YouTube wouldn't be bad? I suppose doing the YouTube would be more of the Viktor voice over story telling of what is going on. Plenty of stuff to think about but to get there I have to get working on the Carpenter shop.

Play Date
Summary: Hanma wants to play with Mitsuya but the latter begs to differ.
Characters: Hanma Shuji & Mitsuya Takashi
(A/N: Inspired by chapter 251 and the Play Date song of Melanie Martinez. No thoughts. Head empty. Hanma x Mitsuya brainrot because of that one goddamn panel that Wakui had teased us. Me and my dirty shipping ass is at it again. I don’t own anything from the franchise. Respective ownership belongs to Ken Wakui for this wonderful manga and Melanie Martinez for this catchy song).
You call me on the telephone, you feel so far away
You tell me to come over, there's some games you want to play
I'm walking to your house, nobody's home
Just me and you and you and me alone
“Seems like the battle’s getting to a certain point.” Mikey drawled out in a lackadaisical voice as he gazed around at the ongoing fight beneath the high platform that he’s sitting on.
“I’ll leave it to you, Hanma.” Mikey gave a sideways glance to Hanma who appeared behind him.
A manic grin appeared on Hanma’s face as he pulled down the mask from his face. “…Okay.”
His gaze lingered for a few more seconds at the silver haired man with the dragon tattoo showing on the other side of his head.
This was going to be fun.
We're just playing hide and seek
It's getting hard to breathe under the sheets with you
I don't want to play no games
I'm tired of always chasing, chasing after you
The fight still ongoing between the two gangs but it was now in favor with Toman as several members of the Kantou Manji laid down on the ground unceremoniously.
“Chifuyu!” Hakkai greeted enthusiastically despite the bruises on his face and body.
“You did great Sendou!” Mitsuya smiled triumphantly at them.
Chifuyu grinned widely in response as he slung Akkun’s body into his right shoulder.
“Somehow I did it.” Akkun beamed at them in victory despite being exhausted beside Chifuyu.
However, their moment of brief respite and tranquil was shattered when a familiar voice and presence came into view in front of them.
“Yo, the survivors of death.” Hanma greeted them with a lazy grin on his face.
“…Hanma.” Mitsuya narrowed his eyes at him as his lips curled up in disgust.
“Play with me too!” Hanma shot him a playful wink which made his hackles rose.
I don't give a fuck about you anyways
Whoever said I gave a shit 'bout you?
You never share your toys or communicate
I guess I'm just a play date to you
“You bastard! How dare you talk to Taka-chan like that?” Hakkai growled menacingly at Hanma.
“Ohohoho. Now don’t get mad at me. I just wanna play with you guys for a bit. It’s not that bad right?” Hanma crooned out in delight.
Mitsuya tried to intervene and placed a hand on Hakkai’s shoulder to stop him from doing anything reckless. “Easy there Hakkai. Don’t let his words rile you up. Y’know how dirty and underhanded Hanma can be.” He glared daggers at Hanma’s direction.
Hanma feigned a hurt feeling at his words. “Awww… why you gotta be like that Taka-chan? I think it’s very lucky of me to face the other legendary twin dragon don’t y’think so?” He shot him a devious smirk as his words dropped in a sweet yet mocking voice.
“You—.”
“Hakkai.” Mitsuya cut him off in a simple yet deadly voice.
Hakkai paused and blinked at him. “Taka-chan?”
“Stand back. I’ll face him.”
“W-what…?”
“You heard me. I won’t be repeating myself.” Mitsuya replied darkly as he quickly charged towards Hanma’s direction and swung a fist at him to which Hanma took on the defense and put both of his arms securely on his face to block his attack.
We're just playing hide and seek
It's getting hard to breathe under the sheets with you
I don't want to play no games
I'm tired of always chasing, chasing after you
“You’re a one feisty dragon aint’cha? Kinda like it. Compared to your other half who’s a bit uptight and no fun.” Hanma chuckled lightly as he tried to clock him on the jaw as a response.
Mitsuya reacted quickly and stepped away, growling lightly at him.
“Don’t you fucking dare bring him up on this fight you asshole!” Mitsuya tried to give him a roundhouse kick to which Hanma easily dodged it and retaliated by swinging his fist right into the other side of his face that had Mitsuya stumbling back into the ground.
Hanma didn’t waste his time as he quickly pinned Mitsuya into the ground and his golden irises locked against his lavender orbs intently that made the other freeze in his spot and hitched his breath.
“You’re like a seraphic yet feral cat y’know? It makes you more intriguing in my eyes.” Hanma said lowly as his voice dropped into an octave.
A shiver ran down Mitsuya’s spine at his proximity and the hot breeze of his breath fanning against his skin.
What the actual fuck?
“Damn you to hell. Let me go you bastard.” Mitsuya hissed as he tried to knee him in vain. Hanma quickly pull away and let him go.
“Continue to entertain me Taka-chan. Maybe you’ll get a reward right after this fight as one of the survivors.” He smiled silkily at him.
A part of Mitsuya had malfunctioned at that unnecessary attention and bedroom eyes alone.
But he decided to kill that emotion right away. “Go entertain yourself asshole. I won’t let you treat this fight like it’s some game to you.” He retorted sharply.
He needed to put Hanma into his rightful place anyway.
You know I give a fuck about you everyday
Guess it's time that I tell you the truth
If I share my toys, will you let me stay?
Don't want to leave this play date with you
(A/N: Mitsuya’s milkshake brings all the pretty, bad boys into his yard. First, the Haitani brothers. Ran smirking at him after the damn fight. Then, Hanma teasing and flirting with him in that one panel. My God Wakui. You’re feeding the fandom with these delicious shipping materials once again and I couldn’t resist to make a short one shot about them. But can’t blame these gorgeous mfs to flirt and tease him because Mitsuya is our handsome, perfect boy in the franchise and it’s hard to resist his charms. So, what’s the ship called anyone? Because I’m boarding on this ship).

How far can Season 5 get?
With Episode 101 pulling a little sneaky and jumping ahead 23 chapters, let’s see how far Season 5 can reasonably get (assuming they don’t rearrange things even further).
I’ve provided 3 guesses on what could happen.
No real manga spoilers, I just mention arc names and vague plot points that makes very little sense without context
*All guesses are rough estimates. It’s possible certain chapters will be split between episodes
The Safe Guess
(Meaning the most logical way to divide thing without trying to overly cram chapters into the episodes)
Episode 99 - 214, 215, 216
Episode 100 - 217, 218, 219 (only the Todoroki and Bakugo parts)
Episode 101 - 241, 242
Episode 102 - 218, 219 (only the villain parts), 220
Episode 103 - 221, 222
Episode 104 - 223, 224
Episode 105 - 225, 226
Episode 106 - 227, 228
Episode 107 - 229, 230
Episode 108 - 231, 232, 233
Episode 109 - 234, 235, 236, 237*
Episode 110 - 238, 239, 240
Episode 111 - 243, 244, 245
Episode 112 - 246, 247
Episode 113 - 248, 249
*I know this seems like a lot of chapters but 236 is very visual so I can’t imagine it taking too much time to adapt
This ending (chapter 249) seems pretty plausible, but looking at past season finales I don’t know if this is how they would actually end it.
In the least spoilery way I can describe this, 249 ends with Endeavour thinking about how he failed his family. Past seasons usually end on a bit of an uplifting message of how the kids will be super great in the future, so I’m not sure if they would end on such a somber note (unless, of course, they find a way to put an uplifting speech somewhere in there, kind of like they did in Season 4).
However, if they really cram the Endeavour Agency arc...
Episode 111 - 243, 244, 245
Episode 112 - 246, 247, 248
Episode 113 - 249, 250, 251, 252
Then they can actually finish this arc in 3 episodes. While this seems optimistic, it’s actually supported by the Pro Hero Arc.
Pro Hero was 10 chapters and “four” episodes, but really it was three because I don’t count the post credit scene in Episode 89 as a whole episode.
On the other hand, Endeavour Agency has 12 chapters, two of which will be shifted to episode 101. This means the entire arc could technically be fit into 4 episodes if they rushed.
Also, regarding the ending, chapter 252 could easily add an inspirational speech by Deku like “Endeavour is working so hard, and we will too.” It ends on a slightly more positive note than chapter 249
An Alternate Approach...
... Would be to rush the MVA arc just a little bit
Episode 99 - 214, 215, 216
Episode 100 - 217, 218, 219 (only the Todoroki and Bakugo parts)
Episode 101 - 241, 242
Episode 102 - 218, 219 (only the villain parts), 220
Episode 103 - 221, 222
Episode 104 - 223, 224, 225**
Episode 105 - 226, 227, 228
Episode 106 - 229, 230
Episode 107 - 231, 232, 233
Episode 108 - 234, 235, 236, 237
Episode 109 - 238, 239, 240
Episode 110 - 243, 244, 245
Episode 111 - 246, 247
Episode 112 - 248, 249
Episode 113 - 250, 251, 252
**The change here is that Toga’s adventure would be split between 2 episodes. I think the JT Arc has proven that they are willing to do this, since most of the matches got split between multiple episodes.
Anyways guys these are all just guesses. For all we know they could pull a big sneaky by putting the entire Endeavour Agency Arc first! (I highly doubt that though, since they show the effects of MVA several times throughout that arc) or they could divide things way differently than I guessed. It’s all just for fun, anyways.
Thanks for reading! Hope you found this interesting

now we know your opinions abt victuri, but what about the other pairing, otayuri?
their sequence was very cute, not gonna lie and you know I am indeed a huge fan of “I’m so good at approaching a cat” ships, but this was like ep 10 out of 12.
like once again I can see good potential in some couples and get why ppl think they can be good together, but I can’t get mega invested in a couple bc of a couple scenes, especially when I don’t know anything about one of the characters. just like as I see potential in some ships, but can easily drop if they don’t have any development at all.
it just always amazes me, I don’t know how some do it and what is the reasoning for this, but I’ve seen it a lot in many popular fandoms like bnha, haikyuu and free! too, when some pick some character that appeared like two times during the whole story or did basically nothing, but there are ppl who are like “fuuuuck he’s my absolute fave in bnha” and I’m like sitting there like “ah, and the pivotal point in this was the shot of his right pinky in ep 17 and his background shot in chapter 251 of the manga?”. lol well, I’m exagerating here, but you know what I mean.
like how I saw a comment under the new free! trailer that was “you have no idea how happy I am about the fact that I’d get to see kisumi again”.. like I like kisumi, but he’s not even a full on character there tbh, he’s mostly a comedic relief. but you see, as they say “there are a great many opinions in this world... (the end of this tho “and a good half of them are professed by people who have never been in trouble” lmao). like some are gonna watch the last chapter of free! for kisumi, to each their own.
like I’ve seen ppl making amvs about nash from knb and a chocolate commercial and I’m like “I wish I could get inspiration that easy”, bc I’m sitting here like with a giant list of things I want in a ship and characters that’d make me open sony vegas lol
some think the best ship is a ship you have almost no canonical material about. and yes, I know the song “in canon they have never met, but I don’t care, I ship it”, and I've seen ships whose some scenes I find cute and think “yeah, it could’ve been great if it was explored”, but I’ll just watch it and move on, that’s all. I do not get how you can get SOOOOOO invested into smth that doesn’t really exist with the characters who weren’t even explored.
so with characters like otabek like from these 10 minutes he was in the anime and the tiny “madness” comic, you can only go so far in predicting what kind of person he is. so where ppl get this asdfghjhgfds this suddenly got me inspired to write a 100K fic about them, it’s truly fascinating to me. I just don’t think really it counts as a fic about THEM per se, it’s much closer to the yuri/original character. all that they gave you is a guy who wanted to be friends with yuri supposedly for the fact that he’s purposeful and inspiring which is great and amazing start for a good ship, totally get him, but then I don’t know him.
like once again in fanfiction you can do technically whatever you want, but it’s just funny to me like when ppl are writing fics about some characters who they don’t know nothing about, I’m like.. why not just write an original book and sell it instead, I mean, bc it’s basically your character already, for real. just change the name and make some money instead lolz. like some fanfiction is more of a just fiction really, bc there are some fics, you can really just change names and you won’t even get who it was supposed to be.
I do kinda have different type of ships: those I find cute, but sometimes tend to even forget about them after watching smth (so basically whatever, but I enjoyed it while watching tho), then ships I liked enough that they made me want to vid them; then if I want to do a manip vid about a ship, I like them a lot; if I vid them more than once, I’m probably in love with them xD And if it’s stuff like my harurin playlist that contains 15 vids and wangxian 13, that’s probably means I’m obsessed lmao. that’s all.
so otayuri goes to the 1st category to me, I guess, I enjoyed their couple interactions, yes, it’s a good start for ship, yes, do they have enough stuff to make me care a lot? unfortunatly, no. they did for sure make this episode pleasant to watch tho for me, not gonna lie xD for a moment I was like “yeah, yeah, okay continue pls”, but then I was like “ah, I forgot, that its not about it and it’s like second to the last episode” lmao

New legislation and source book
ROLE
Determination of authentic works of the New Testament
The first half of the Christian Bible is a Jewish book dating back to a long time before Christ, as Christians believe it to be written by inspiration from God. He never doubted the authenticity of this book. It took a long time for the list of compositions of biblical answers to be determined.
The early Christians had two grounds of faith. The first premise was the written Jewish scripture and the second premise, the evidence and teaching of the disciples of Jesus. This education was not initially available in writing. Because Jesus ordered his disciples not to script their teaching, but to preach it. How and when this oral education was written is not very clear. Many attempted to present a biography of Jesus (Deuteronomy 1, 1), but the church considered the four chapters of Jesus' biography to be authentic in the second century AD. Their origin is the primary teaching of the disciples of Jesus, but each book has its own specific purpose and the author's personal impression on it is also clear. Based on the ancient tradition, their authors are considered to be Matthew, Markus, Lucus and Yohan respectively. Concerning the creation of Saint MarKus, it is unanimously believed that it is first of all, written probably around 65 AD. Some scholars consider the creation of the books of Saint Matthew and Saint Lucas as early as 70 CE and some scholars around 80 CE. It is possible that Sant Yohan's work has been written around 95 AD.
The letters of Saint Paul are mentioned in many early Christian writings of the second century. On the basis of this, it can be concluded that a collection of these letters must have been in vogue in the first century AD, ie only a short time after their creation. The composition of these letters is unanimously considered from 51 AD to 67 AD. Christian literature of the late second century mentions the authenticity of apostles. This book was considered to be the latter part of the gospel of Saint Lucas. The creation time of both is the same.
By the beginning of the third century AD, the following writings had been accepted as part of the Christian scripture: four biographies of Christ, apostles, thirteen letters of the saint Paul, and the first letter of the saint John. Some other compositions were not widely accepted, yet widely believed to be authentic. They are the letters to the Hebrews, the second letter to Saint Peter, the letter of Saint Jacob and the letter of Saint Eudus. In the West, the epistle to the Hebrews and in the East the Book of Lent was not accepted as part of the Scriptures for a long time, but in the fourth century all the works of the present New Testament were accepted as authentic lists.
In another epistle to the Corinthians (3, 14), the saint Paul called the Jewish scripture an "ancient law". On the basis of this, the first half of the Jewish Bible, ie, the Christian Bible and its latter began to be known as the Old and New Testament respectively.
Introduction to the creations of the New Testament
Before the translation of each composition in the presented book, the syllabus of its content is presented. Here a brief introduction of all its compositions and their authors is being given.
1. Four gospels
The basic language of the latter part of the Christian Bible is Greek. Its first four texts are called the Gospels (ie the good news or the Gospel), because they contain the good news of the salvation of mankind announced by Jesus. The four describe the biography of Jesus and his teachings and his original subject is also one. That is, Jesus of Nazareth is the promised Messiah of the Jewish Scriptures.
The Gospel of Saint Matthew is placed first in the latter part of the Bible, as it was especially devoted to the early church. Saint Matthew was inspired. He is named Levi in the Gospels of Markus and Lucas. This gospel has been written for Jewish readers and its purpose is to prove that everything that is said about Christ in the Jewish Scriptures is fulfilled in Jesus. In addition to the Gospel of Saint Markus, the author had more written material, which in some way was also with Saint Lucas; Because there is a literal analogy at many places in the Gospels of Saint Matthew and Saint Lucas. The structure of Saint Matthew's Gospel is very much according to Saint Markus, but the first two chapters give details of Jesus' birth and migration to Egypt. In addition, Saint Matthew has given special emphasis on the teaching of Jesus and compiled it in five relatively detailed speeches. Chapters 5–6; 10; 13; 18 and 24-251 |
The Gospel of Saint Markus is the most concise and the oldest. Mark was a resident of Jerusalem. The Christian community of Jerusalem often gathered in their mother's house (Acts 12, 12). He was probably initiated by Saint Paes, because Saint Petrus calls him his son (First letter of Saint Petrus: 5, 13). According to an ancient tradition, he lived with Saint Peter and the main basis of his creation is the doctrine of Saint Peter. The main purpose of Saint Markus's gospel is to present Jesus Christ as the almighty son of God. He emphasizes less on Jesus' teachings, more on his miracles. The outline of his work is as follows - Initially, the people of Galilee greet Jesus with enthusiasm, but he soon becomes indifferent; Because she does not understand Jesus' spiritual messiahship. Seeing this, Jesus travels outside of Galilea and trains his disciples. He then enters Jerusalem as the Messiah, is crucified and resurrected after dying as a result of growing opposition from Jewish leaders.
Saint Lucas was a Gentile. According to an ancient tradition, he was a resident of Antioch and has described the establishment of a Christian congregation in this city (Acts 11: 19-26 1. He was a physician. (Epistle to the Colossians: 4, 14)) and became a Christian. After the saints were his companions in Paul's second and third preaching trips (Acts 15, 36-2038). He traveled with the saint Paul to Rome and accompanied them there during his imprisonment (Acts 27) , 1–28, 31). Another point of the New Testament suggests that he was still with them at the time of Saint Paul's second imprisonment in Rome (AD 67). (Second Epistle to Timothy: 4, 11). While writing the biography of Jesus, Lucas had the Gospel of Saint Markus and some written material available to Matthew as well. In addition to this he had collected much more, as he himself says at the beginning of his creation. Their aim is: to present a systematic description of the biography of Jesus Christ to the Su-Jewish Christians, so that they "know that the teaching we have received is true" (Luke 1, 4). Let's leave things Which cannot be easily understood by non-Jews or is of little importance to them. Saint Lucas knows that Jesus is the most talked about Christ in the Jewish Scriptures, but he emphasizes that Jesus has come to pave the way for salvation for all mankind. They specifically portray Jesus' kindness to sinners and his sympathy with the poor. The structure of his creation is such that the message of liberation comes from heaven. (Chapters 1, 2; These also describe Jesus' childhood); Yohan Baptista announces his arrival (Chapter 3); Jesus preaches it first in Galilea (chapters 4, 9) and later in the rest of Palestine, moving to Jerusalem (chapters 10, 19, most of which is the content of Saint Lucas), and ultimately the work of salvation ends in Jerusalem ( Chapter 19, 24).
Saint Yohan was the son of Zebedee and Salomi and brother of Saint Jacob. They were apostles and beloved disciples of Jesus. He probably left Palestine in 69–70 AD and came to the city of Ephesus in Asia Minor. It is very likely that he died in 98-99 AD. The basics of other gospels are also found in his gospel; Such as the evidence of Yohan Baptista, the miracles and discourses in Christ, his suffering and resurrection; But Saint Yohan understands that his readers are familiar with other gospels. This is the reason why they often leave the material given in them and narrate new events. During his time, misconceptions about the tank Jesus began to prevail. Therefore, the purpose of Saint John is to prove that Jesus is the son of God. He is the second person of the Trinity God: "The Word took up the body and dwelt among us" (1, 14) He is a human being and also a God; He has atoned for the sins of humans and has given them new life. Keeping this objective in view, he describes relatively few incidents, but tries to clarify their deeper meaning. After describing the miracles of the loaves, they present Jesus' speech about the 'Bread of Heaven'. Before giving vision to Jesus, he says: "I am the light of the world" and before reviving Lazarus: "I am the resurrection and the life" (11, 25). Another feature of this gospel is that the place of most of the events mentioned in it is Judea and Jerusalem.
2. Inspired
In the fifth book, Apostle-Charit of the new legislation, the early spread of Christianity is presented. After the establishment of Christian buds in Jerusalem and Palestine in the first half, there is a description of the conversion of non-Jews and the first preaching of the Saint Paul. At the end of it, a description of the First Christian General Assembly of Jerusalem is given. The purpose of the General Assembly was to resolve the problems that arose as a result of non-Jews becoming Christians. The main protagonist of this first half is Sant Petrus.
In the latter, the author only charred the saintly Paul and presented him as the chief evangelist in the Roman Empire. The reader can see the brief topic-information of the inspired book on page 183 of this book. S na rnima
3. Letter
Saint Paul, after the Lord Jesus Christ, is the most important personality of the New Testament. Paul used to persecute Christians first, but after the sight of Jesus near Damascus, he became a follower of Christianity at the age of twenty-five, and among Jews and non-Jews, Damascus, Antioch, Price Asia Minor, Macedonia, Greece, Rome And after the first imprisonment of Rome, he also successfully propagated Christianity in Spain. History testifies that Christianity soon gained an important place in the Roman Empire. The credit for this should mainly be given to Saint Paul. According to an ancient tradition, Saint Paul died at the age of fifty-five, at the end of the second imprisonment of Rome.
Paul's letters reveal that the motive of his tireless hard work was the exclusive devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ. He says: "For me there is life — Christ, and death — the full realization of them. But if I live, I can work hard, so I don't understand what to choose. I am drawn to both sides. I So I want to walk and live with Christ - it is certainly best; but it is more beneficial for you to be present in my body "(Epistle to Philippians: 1, 22-24). The third feature of Paul's personality, apart from devotion and sermons, is his fundamental concern about Christianity. He has been influencing the Christian devotees for centuries. It is not an exaggeration to say that the creations of Saint John and Saint Paul are the foundation of Christian theology.
The composition of Saint Paul's letters is as follows. First of all, in the year 51 AD, there are two letters to the Thessalonians, which were written in Corinth. In the period between five and six years later, two letters were written to the Corinthians and letters to the Philippians, Galatians and Romans. It is quite possible that he had written letters to the Colossians, the Ephs, and Philemon during the first imprisonment of Rome. The three remaining epistles in his name are known among the experts, though all Christians consider him to be an authentic part of the New Testament. It is possible that the first letter to Timayi and the letter to Titus were written after the first imprisonment of Saint Paul in Rome, and the second letter to Timothy should be the time of the second imprisonment in Rome. Still, other scholars on the basis of style believe that the role of the clerk in the composition of these three letters is more important and he has added parts from his side.
The creation of a letter to the Hebrews probably led to the death of Saint Paul. The epilogue bears resemblance to the style of Saint Paul, but the remaining portions are written by another person based on the thoughts of Saint Paul.
Saint Jacob's letter is certainly ancient, but its author is unknown. The letter has been in existence since ancient times in the name of Saint Jacob, president of the Jerusalem church, at the time of Jesus and at the time of the first Christian General Assembly. It is more probable that it was composed around the year 80, based on the discourses of Saint Jacob.
Saint Petrus died in AD 64 (67) AD. He wrote his first letter to the Jews aided by Silvanus a few years before his death (5, 12) (1, 1) scattered in Asia Minor. The second letter that is prevalent in his name was probably composed in the third decade of the second century AD, and it first started to prevail in the congregation of Alexandria. In it, as part of the scripture, the saint is the charade of Paul's letters. 3, 15–16) and parts of it are based on the letter of Saint Eudus. According to Eusebius (4th century AD), Saint Markus preached Christianity in Alexandria. Saint Markus was an associate of Saint Petrus (De. Introduction to Saint Markus above). Hence, the teaching of Saint Peter in Alexandria must have been practiced in the traditional form and from this the author made his letter known as Saint Peter.
The author of the first letter of Saint John calls himself an eyewitness of Jesus' life (De 1, 1-8; 4, 14), so the ancient tradition considers him to be integral to the unanimously inspired Saint John. There is no consensus regarding the second and third letters, yet it is quite possible that their author is the same inspired saint. The composition of these three letters is believed to be before 90 CE.
The letter of Saint Eudus was probably composed in the year 85 AD. Its author is unknown, although this letter was prevalent since ancient times in the name of Jesus, the saint of Eudus. :
4. The author of the book of light is the author of the book of light, he calls himself a Yohan and a prophet, but nowhere does he claim to be an apostle John. In the second century AD, most of the churches considered its author to be integral to the saint Yohan, the author of the fourth gospel. Nevertheless, from the very beginning some churches rejected this integrality and to this day Christian experts differ in its relationship. Some experts are of the opinion that the epistle-text is not written by the inspired saint Yohan, but by the apostle-resident disciples. Some other experts elaborate on this, saying that the Gospel of Saint John was also composed in this way. Whatever it is, it is unanimously accepted that Prakashana - the creation of the book is the last decade of the first century AD. The futuristic visuals of the book of light are to be seen as a systematic description of the end of the world. The purpose of its various symbolic scenes is the presentation of the defeat of the forces of evil at the end of the world, the justice of the world and the glorification of Christ and his church.

mary, asriel & xaphania: the triple symbolism of john milton’s satan figure
We discussed recently in the discord server about how Mary, Xaphania and Asriel are all symbols/metaphors/examples of Satan in Paradise Lost and it really has been nagging me because it’s beautiful in many ways, so I’m gonna rant about that today. I will stretch this to the limit though, be warned, plus feel free to add your thoughts to this mess (i have too much free time on weekends). Under the cut because it is long and it’s also very incoherent, might I add.
Pullman himself can’t seem to settle on who is the actual Satan figure, he goes for Asriel or Xaphania, mostly: Asriel is the metaphorical one, Xaphania is quite the literal (being the figure of the Angel who Rebelled against God, which is Lucifer). Mary isn’t that obvious, but she represents the Serpent, which in the Bible is another one of Satan’s multiple forms.
Asriel, by being the most illusive of them all, is the representation of secrecy and ultimate indignation, a man wrong by the Church. Like the Fallen Angels in the original story, his demise is cause by his Lust, for like the Angels he has watched a daughter of men (Marisa) and fell in love. He was stripped of what made him who he was (his wealth and influence, as opposed to the Angels cast out, who were stripped of their holiness and their higher rank). He fights for freedom, of course, but he is motivated, essentially, by revenge.
Mary is knowledgeable and curious; her role in the story is to play the Serpent, like with Adam and Eve. In the Bible, we are taught that Eve is tempted by the Serpent to take on the forbidden fruit: that simple gesture is both about Greed and Gluttony (or so the Bible tries to teach); however, the Serpent is not offering the fruit as a means of property or food, she offers it as an object to receive Knowledge from. And this is Mary. She is the Scientist and the figure of Experience, she values knowledge and wisdom, and she passes those on to Lyra and Will, and also the Mulefa. The Angels from the original story had a vast array of knowledge that were spread through humankind once they fell (most of their knowledge is considered demonic or evil by the original story, as if they were meant to spread bad things to humans, but you know how it is)
Xaphania is the literal figure of the Rebel Angel. Satan, before being cast out for his disobedience, was an angel and a highly regarded one. Some stories speak that Lucifer refused to acknowledge humanity as equals to angels and fought God because of it, some say that the angels that watched over humanity fell in love with human women (how very straight of them!) and were cast out because of the sin of Lust. The point is that Lucifer was loved the most by God, and was considered to be the most beautiful of the angels. One way or the other, he was cast out for defiance; Xaphania, upon discovering the truth, confronted the Authority and was exiled from the Kingdom of Heaven. She represents the ultimate figure of a warrior, depending on how you read it, she could be the sin of Wrath or Envy.
Pullman opens the first book with a passage from Paradise Lost by John Milton (a poem that essentially inspired the whole book) and something that stood out to me recently is this:
(...) Into this wild Abyss the wary Fiend/ Stood on the brink of Hell and looked a while,/ Pondering his voyage... (Paradise Lost, John Milton)
This is easily my favourite part of the excerpt and Pullman doesn’t use the last lines: “for no narrow frith/ He had to cross.”, but I want to talk about it all the same because it fits with rest of the analysis quite well. In TSK, chapter 12, Mary talks to the Angels and is guided to the window to complete her role as the Serpent and this what Pullman wrote:
“Mary Malone pushed back the chair and stood up, trembling. She pressed her fingers to her temples and discovered the electrodes still attached to her skin. She took them off absently. She might have doubted what she had done, and what she could still see on the screen, but she had passed in the last half-hour or so beyond doubt and belief altogether. Something had happened, and she was galvanized.” (The Subtle Knife, page 251, Knopf Edition).
“Up until this moment she had been moving on pent-up excitement, but as got out of her car in the dark of the small hours and found he night cool and silent and still all around her, she felt a definite lurch of aprehension. Suppose she was dreaming? Suppose it was all some elaborate joke?
Well, it was too late to worry about that. She was committed. She lifted out the rucksack she’d often taken on camping journeys in Scotland and the Alps, and reflected that at least she knew how to survive out of doors; if worst came to worst, she could always run away, take to the hills...” (The Subtle Knife, page 252, Knopf Edition).
“Deceive the Guardian — well, she’d done that; but she had no idea what she would find inside the tent. She was prepared for some sort of archaelogical dig; for a dead body; for a meteorite. But nothing in her life or her dreams had prepared her for that square yard or so in midair, or for the silent sleeping city by the sea that she found when stepped through it.” (The Subtle Knife, page 254, Knopf Edition).
This is the beginning of her journey: “Into this wild Abyss (a world of Angels and worlds and Dust, all introduced to her out of a sudden) the wary Fiend (Mary, although believing in it, is constantly cautious about everything that is happening, she is a scientist after all, it is her role to question everything) stood on the brink of Hell (the university, now crowded with security under Boreal’s orders, a place to which she spent years confined to by her work and then the guarded tent, a place she is stuck with until her role is fulfilled) and looked a while (she pushes the chair and stares at the conversation she just had with Angels; she also stares, astonished, at the window, before going through it) pondering his voyage, for no narrow frith he had to cross. (In the second excerpt, Mary finally questions what she’s doing, but in the end, she proceeds with her journey, regardless of what await her.)”
Asriel’s take on the verses is fast and focused on one single point (that we see in the book, given he has no POV, he could have pondered his voyage the moment he sees the city in the Aurora). It’s on chapter 21 of Northern Lights:
Lyra’s father stood there, his powerful dark-eyed face at first fierce, triumphant, and eager; and the the color faded from it; his eyes widened in horror, as he recognized his daughter.
“No! No!” He staggered back and clutched at the mantelpiece. Lyra couldn’t move. (...) He seemed appalled; he kept shaking his head, he held up his hands as if to ward her off; she couldn’t believe his distress. (...) Their daemons [Roger’s and Lyra’s] fluttered out into the warmth, and after a moment Lord Asriel passed a hand acorss his brow and recovered slightly. The color began to return to his cheeks as he looked down at the two.” (The Golden Compasss, page 364-365, Knopf Edition).
Asriel is already into this wild Abyss (also he is literally there, but shall we not discuss this? lmao) that is multiple worlds and Dust business, so he watches, triumphant, as the last of his requirements arrive, but it’s Lyra. So he watches her, and loses his mind over it; his pondering is not exactly quiet as he yells at her for being there. He is completely out of his mind that she is his sacrifice; he thinks he is willing to pay any price for his journey, but Lyra makes his crossing much harder to accept. But when he sees Roger, he stops, calms down. “The wary Fiend, stood on the brink of Hell and looked a while”, this was likley the most emotional Asriel has ever felt lol and as he realises Roger is there, he ponders his next move (talking to Lyra, then proceeding with his journey).
He does not actually hesitate at the Bridge, except for his conversation with Mrs. Coulter, but once she says she won’t go with him, he touches Stelmaria, turns around and leaves. He has already accepted his journey.
Xaphania, as we know, is the original Rebel Angel, so we do not have her actual journey, but it’s possible to represent her through the actual poem, after all, she is Lucifer, she has stood on the brink of Hell and pondered her voyage (that of her war and that of when she gave consciouness to humankind and others).
The fallen angels story comes from The Book of Enoch (who, guess what? is that bitch Metatron) and it tells the story of how the angels rebelled against God, following Lucifer and how they were cast out for their sin of disobedience. However, in the book, Archangel Michael (also known as the First Angel) is the one who casts out the angels for their defiance. Xaphania, essentially, fights the first angel because she finds out he has been lying about being the creator and she, as well as the others, are cast out by him.
I did some light research (cause 1. I refuse to read that book 2. It gets weird fast when you research this theme) and the biggest consensus I found was that "Their consciousness therefore “fell” to lower levels of vibration and awareness as they were, by cosmic law, “cast out into the earth” by Archangel Michael and his legions of good angels.” (I found this on a spiritual site, so take “good angels” with a pinch of salt and by pinch, I mean the whole salt bowl). This matches Pullman’s own plot for Xaphania and the rebel angels, as she is the one who brought consciouness into the world, although she did so out of her own will.
One thing that stood out the most to me while reading about this, is that the angels in the Book of Enoch were forced to descend and exist as humans, creating what we refer to as Nephilim. When they fall, they do so as consciouness, and while Xaphania is the literal Satan figure, by being the physical angel, Asriel and Mary are human; I do not think they are angels, of course, but from a metaphorical point of view, to think of them as pieces of the Rebel Angel consciouness, once Xaphania fell, is quite beautiful.
Fun fact: while researching, I found out that Lucifer is a latin name for Venus when it shows itself on its morning appearances; Venus is associated often to women and the female in general, which makes Xaphania’s female shape quite interesting and not that outside of the original idea.
That are others instances where Asriel and Mary ponder their journeys, but these are the most important ones because they are the first time they do it. Funny enough, Asriel do not ponder at the Abyss lmao This is one messy text, but I hope you had fun if you read it all bye

My hero academia chapter 250. Well looks like we are officially 50 chapters away from chapter 300. But let’s talk about the chapter itself. Izuku and Bakugou learn about why Natsu hates his father endeavor and how Fuyumi and their mother have forgiven Endeavor and leg “bygones be bygones” to even a nice moment of Fuyumi thanking Izuku for being Shoto’s friend. What was funny to me was Bakugou wanted that Tofu recipe really badly. Bakugou a vegetarian confirmed? Spoilers ahead. We also face against a new villain who looks like he was inspired by the new Spider-Man villain Kindred. And how he wants Endeavor to kill him. Why? For what reason? Only way to find out is next week on chapter 251. I give this chapter however a solid 8/10
