just to let you know, SAGAU Foul Legacy can sense when you're hurting.

spending so many months as your companion and protector from the rest of the world has made him incredibly attuned to your physical and mental health. Abyssal monsters are already devoted to the Creator, and being near you for so long has almost made your pain his own. even if you don't say a word, Legacy knows when you're not feeling well. he doesn't make a huge deal out of it- rather he moseys over and gently nudges you with a soft trill. all you need to do is give him a hum, or hold your arms out for a hug, and he'll gingerly pull you close and carry you to bed. bed, in this case, being a pile of pillows and blankets you've accrued. Foul Legacy can nap easily with you, it's just better this way, and it gives you easy access to many layers of covers to hide under in case your nightmares flare up.

he settles you on the plush cushions before curling his body around you with a chirp. Legacy's claws idly trace the many, many scars littering your skin, from stab wounds and slashes and arrows and countless deaths. you're limp against the pillows as Legacy nuzzles his masked face against yours, bumping against your hand in a silent request for scritches. a rumble kickstarts the moment your hand rests in his hair, his long tongue occasionally peeking out to playfully lick your wrist before he turns and bundles you into a blanket burrito. anything to help you feel better, his one true god, and Foul Legacy doesn't stop showering you in soft, gentle support and affection until he finally sees that small, genuine smile of yours again, no matter how long it takes.

From 1884 to 1915, the German Reich ruled over what is now Namibia, brutally suppressing local uprisings. The Herero and Nama War from 1904 to 1908 saw mass killings, with historians estimating that 65,000 out of 80,000 Herero and at least 10,000 out of 20,000 Nama were killed in retaliation for their anti-colonial resistance. Even today, the legacy of this violence lingers. Seventy percent of Namibia's farmland remains in the hands of the descendants of German settlers, while the destruction of Herero and Nama culture has led to widespread poverty among their communities.
