Deep Cover Spoilers!!!!
One of the first things I thought of. “01 — Parasite”
So Deep Cover kinda slapped. Girl did not have to call Yuno a Slut though…
All I have to say about Kotoko at this point is that She’s guilty of something. Maybe what she did before milgram is just, but she’s not as righteous as she (and some people in the fandom) thinks she is. I’m going to hold my final judgment until the music video comes out. But right now, I’m definitely leaning toward Guilty. Girl threatened Amane and that’s not going to fly in my house.
Kotoko is not any better than Fuuta. Her sense of justice is just as messed up (at least). She’s not any better than any of the other prisoners, and if the lyrics of Deep Cover, and what she says in Yonah are anything to go off of, she would beat them all up if she were allowed.
So yeah. Guilty unless the MV pulls something insane out of the void.
#Milgram#kotoko yuzuriha#haruka sakurai#deep cover milgram spoilers#yonah milgram spoilers#deep cover Milgram#yonah milgram#milgram meme#girl did not beat the aligations.#that dis track tho#I support women’s wrongs but this is ridiculous#GUILTY!!!#now the agonizing wait for the video…#vote Amane innocent to protect her from Kotoko please I beg—

suspects guilty | ksj
plot | the a-listers join in a tiktok trend (ft. more the a-listers lores).
word count | 1131
genres | humor, fluff, domestic au
pairing | actor!jin x famous!reader
main masterlist | the a-listers: confidential masterlist

Shot in the spacious backyard of their Massachusetts home, YN and Jin finally shoot their very first TikTok video. Of course, it was YN who asked the other to do it since she found the videos she watched hilarious. So, some time between breakfast and afternoon, the couple walked out to their quiet backyard to do it. All while their twins have their nap.
"So, I'll describe you with something mean and you'll do the same thing?" Jin asked, stretching his right arm over his chest.
You nod, "Yeah, we'll basically roast each other. But we'll start with the phrase: The suspect is. You know, like when cops look for their suspects."
"Okay, bub. I'm ready," he replied, this time, rolling his shoulders.
Your eyebrow raised while watching him warm up his body. A routine he usually does before working out.
"Why are you acting like you're about to run a marathon?" you scoffed.

The first one to be shown in the camera is Jin, in his favorite green hoodie, running while your voice can be heard in the background.
"Suspect claims to be a responsible drinker but posted his personal cellphone number online when he was drunk." Giggles were in between your words when you said that.
Jin stopped, "That was years ago! It was one time."
You laughed as he defended himself, remembering the time you witnessed Jin's manager stressed out the morning after Jin shared his phone number through Instagram Stories while Jin was guiltily nursing his hangover. It was around the time you two were doing press junkets for your second movie.

"Suspect had a very public crush over a co-worker when she was fourteen."
Jin grinned as you stopped from jogging. Your jaw dropped while the cringy memories of your past came running back to you.
"Oh my god! Stop bringing that up. It's embarrassing."
Everyone knew that you loved musicals, especially the movie Hairspray with Zac Efron in it. So when you were younger, you were never shy about expressing your adoration for the actor, mentioning him in interviews in teen magazines and television talk shows a handful of times. He was kind enough to surprise you one time during your appearance in Ellen. You were telling a behind-the-scenes story to the host and audience when Zac quietly walked behind you and sat next to you. Everyone laughed at your flushed reaction when you realized who was sitting beside you. Your hands were even shaking when he introduced himself to you. Up until now, you still see GIFs and memes of your reaction online being used in various contexts.
Before moving to the next clip, your husband was heard whispering under his breath, "It's cute."

"Suspect thinks he is slick every time he's shy. His red ears always give it away!"
Jin stopped and laughed at that, so hard that his hands are on his knees. You didn't stop, zooming the camera to his ears that are slowly turning crimson red.
"See! See!"

"Suspect claims to be a writer but has three thousand unfinished drafts in her computer!"
You stopped in your tracks and slowly looked back at the camera. Staring, you crossed your arms while acting really offended by that. Jin laughed at your dramatic reaction.
"That was personal, Jinnie! How could you say that?" you shook your head, feigning disappointment. "Writer's block is a worldwide issue. You know, five out of five writers get affected by it. It's a real problem."

"Suspect acts so innocent but likes to be called---"
"No! No! No!"
Jin stopped you before you could even finish your sentence. His tone seemed panicked. The camera was later focused on the ground while you two were heard whispering.
"We cannot share that online, bubba. It would generate articles."
"It's not like it's a bad kin---"
It was cut off to the next clip.

"Suspect called me the wrong name during our first and second date."
This time, it's your turn to laugh so hard that you fall on your knees on the grass. Jin was also laughing after mentioning that time.
"It was two different names!" he added, making you laugh even more.
To be fair, the names were his characters' names in two different projects he worked on. One is for his Netflix series and the other was his character's name in your second movie together. It was an honest mistake by you since you were really tired at both times it happened. Jin too. You two would just sneak in your first few dates in between your tight schedules.

"The suspect cannot tell his children apart."
Your husband was clearly taken aback by that, maybe dramatically offended. Knowing it was true, he didn't even deny it.
"That was only a few times--"
"Specifically, nine times!" you counted, trying not to laugh.
His eyebrows raised as he crossed his arms, "It was those days when they wore the same matching clothes."
"One is a boy and a girl, Jin," you told him, reminding him that your twins wear different colors of the same type of clothes.
"They are identical twins, bubba. You know that I have bad facial recognition!" he whined like a kid while you laughed.

"Suspect ghosted everyone for almost two years."
Although you stopped jogging, you just put your wrists together like you are surrendering, willing to be handcuffed. You walked back to him as you spoke,
"The suspect is guilty. She said she regrets nothing over it. She is happy with the choices she made."
Jin smiled upon hearing that. He remembered you two talking about your plans to have a hiatus in the middle of your piling projects. It was after you learned you were pregnant. As soon as you made sure that you indeed were, you immediately thought about taking a break since you already had your priorities straight. It was not just a decision you made in the spur of the moment. It was something you promised to do before you even met Jin.
As someone who grew up in a complicated family, you wanted different things when starting your own. You were willing to literally drop everything, leaving movie projects that you were dreaming of working on.
Jin wanted to do the same thing, so he could be with you. But you encouraged him to just finish his remaining commitments at the time. He was in a more tangled situation since he already started filming for those projects and couldn't afford to stress everyone with a sudden leave.
"Oh, bubba. I love you." he whispered.
He was about to lean in to give you a kiss. But you spoke,
"I love you too, si--"
"No!"
You laughed as he walked back to your house, enjoying his flushed reaction over your jokes.

my favorite thing about always having instagram wrightworth meme pages in my recommended is that they always use the “you saddle me with unnecessary feelings” scene in their memes when that is NOT the gayest line edgeworth has about phoenix. (this is a tangent but arguably it isnt even gay, as in context it is about phoenix’s commitment to his clients forcing edgeworth to consider the fact that he likely had innocent people found guilty for the sake of his win record—it is essentially edgeworth’s equivalent of franziska in the jfa airport scene.)
like cmon. if you’re posting about miles edgeworth saying some gayass shit about phoenix wright, “the sight of that man still shines brilliantly in my eyes” is RIGHT THERE.

just had an idea for an au where Gerry drunkenly uploads a videos on yt (most likely the jurgen leitner rant because I love it too much to pass up on the opportunity) and it blows up because the true crime community finds him
and so he gets like a 100k subscribers overnight and everyone’s arguing in the comments whether he did it or not so given that he’s now semi famous on the internet he just starts uploading random shit
at first like some art stuff because why not, he doesn’t address questions about the trial besides saying all evidence became inadmissible and he’s a free man — those who believe he’s guilty will continue to do so no matter how many times he repeats he’s innocent, so he doesnt bother
after a while someone else on youtube, probably some true crime fan, makes a video about him, and its the first person who really gets deep into the leitner stuff — mostly it was made into a meme, since it was very obvious he was drunk, and obviously, supernatural side of leitner's library was very well hidden, but as it usually goes, it only really takes one person with too much free time, resources and influence to tip over the house of cursed cards (or books, in this scenario)
and of course, the internet goes wild

FUTURE terminallyCapricious [FTC] 0:42:00 HOURS FROM NOW responded to memo. […] FTC: HEY BEST MOTHERFUCKING FRIEND. FTC: what all seems to be the motherfuckin problem? :o) […] CCG: OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD FTC: i'm in your future, best friend. FTC: I KNOW WHERE YOU MOTHERFUCKING ARE. FTC: and what you'll motherfuckin do. […] FTC: and also. […] FTC: i'm all about to be meeting up some friends. :o) […] FTC: i wonder if you can all be at with me in time and make me get my reconsider on?
... is it just me, or does it kind of sound like Gamzee's asking for help here?
Instead of directly threatening his friend, he's asking if Karkat will help him 'reconsider' - almost as though there's a piece of him that doesn't want to be trapped in a murderous rage, and it's trying to make itself heard.
Do I spot some ominous purple text in the corner?
I do.
Well, Terezi isn’t the worst person for Gamzee to run into on his rampage. A Seer like her will immediately understand that he's snapped - and she's no slouch in the combat department, either, so I don't think she'll be easy pickings.
Things might get dicey, however, if Gamzee pulls out the power he used against the Black King. We have no idea what that even looks like - but Terezi does, so she at least shouldn't be blindsided by it.
Anyway, what does our resident detective make of the dearly departed Tavros?
Before the full investigation is underway, a legislacerator will always have a chief suspect in mind. The one she will hold guilty until proven otherwise, a process customarily taking place after the execution.
That sounds about right for the Alternian ‘justice’ system. I’d ask what happens if a suspect is proven innocent after their execution, but that presupposes that Alternia even has a concept of 'proving someone innocent'.
In any case, a stopped clock is still right twice a day, and Terezi's corrupt methods have lead her to the correct culprit. What's her next move?
Above, you detect faint traces of what you reckon to be special stardust, such as the kind left behind by the flapping wings of a mischievous fairy.
I knew Terezi’s sense of smell was impressive, but I didn’t think she could go full bloodhound. She really is the most well-equipped troll for this new, more dangerous Veil.
And not far from that, you detect bright trails of white light. It smells... hopeful.
All three killers are in the vicinity, then.
... look at me, already calling Gamzee a killer. To our knowledge, he hasn't harmed anyone thus far - but I'm fully convinced he intends to, based purely on the strength of his most recent Pesterlogs.
The writing there was genuinely impressive. In just a few dozen lines, Hussie has completely sold me on the idea that the funny meme clown is dead fucking serious about violently murdering his friends.

There’s something so dystopian about mainstream media and people from both political sides automatically conflating Luigi with the Claims Adjuster despite him still awaiting trial. So many people care only about his looks and want to immediately romanticize and slap a hot face onto such a heroic act to make him seem even “sexier” and now you see him in constant thirst traps and memes and they are even capitalizing off his good looks by selling t-shirts with his face on it with phrases that imply he committed the act (despite him clearly not being able to consent to this). People are prying into his personal life trying to find out who he dated, what kind of person he was romantically, who he would be attracted to (based on details his so-called friends are sharing to thousands of people on the internet) despite, again, him not being able to consent to this. He’s being made into the butt of jokes, his face is plastered on magazines with headlines like “MAKING OF A MURDERER”, documentaries are being whipped up to record the manhunt looking for HIM specifically, not the confirmed Claims Adjuster.
We are watching in real time as somebody who is currently INNOCENT (and I say this because this is how we are supposed to be viewing him as a part of due process… he pled not guilty then we must believe he’s not guilty unless he is proven otherwise) is being successfully scapegoated by the police and is being put in real fucking danger where he’s currently being charged with terrorism and as a federal offense (meaning qualifying for the death penalty should he be convicted). He’s being paraded around in perp walks and constant photoshoots, all to further reinforce this narrative of him as the Adjuster and for the public’s entertainment. The more we conflate the two, the more the police have successfully done their job in framing an innocent man for a high-profile assassination where he is being overcharged. Knowing how much the US protect their wealthy elite, they will do whatever they can to make an example out of him.
Yes, the act was selfless, heroic and morally in the right so regardless if he did commit the act or not, he did nothing wrong. Yes, on top of being smart and cute visually-wise, committing this act would make him a thousand times more sexier. There’s nothing more dreamier than someone who is an intellectual, good looking and was brave enough to take direct action against the system after all. But he said he didn’t so everyone needs to calm down, stop invading his privacy, stop trying to capitalize off his pain and believe him. The more we try to romanticize him as the Adjuster, the more it puts him in real danger. We should only be speaking of Luigi and the Claims Adjuster as two separate people and supporting them both as such as well.
#okay gonna shut up about Luigi now#i care too much about this Italian man smh…#it’s even worse when u consider he’s going thru this with a fucked up back… in constant pain while put on trial for the world to see#like we need give the poor guy some grace#If u do want to look into something about him his goodreads and Reddit posts show more of how he thinks ideologically#regardless if he did it he’s an interesting guy and it’s best if u learn about him straight from words from his mouth#luigi mangione

i'm so gonna rant about luigi now but something that has been on my mind for the past few days ever since reading the response letter (def his handwriting so i have no doubt) recently that the receiver has published - and whereas i know he should be granted at least SOME privacy and not every response letter has to be published, i think he himself is aware that this COULD happen when he chooses to respond, and in this case he might have counted on it - when he wrote how hard the solitary confinement was and worded it that he was "picked up at mcdonalds for the heinous crime of ordering a hashbrown." it really had me take a step back and re-evaluate the whole situation. like for one yeah i get it. i've been following the case since hour 0 as well, loved all the memes and tiktoks that came out between december 4 and december 9 of people completely denying their help to authorities and coming together even BEFORE he was arrested as a suspect cause even though i am not american i know about the fucked up healthcare system so i understood the reactions and supported it wholeheartedly. and when i first saw that mugshot i was also on my knees and yeah the looks and specificially the - alleged! - motivations to do something like this definitely played together and also had me thirsting over someone who usually wouldnt be in my realm of interest. but seriously what if it REALLY wasnt him and he was in the wrong place at the wrong time? he pleaded not guilty to the charges on december 23. i see why people have doubts about the arrest situation in altoona, pa and think evidence like the "manifesto" and even the gun could have been planted because authorities were under pressure after 5 days of not catching anyone. would my support stop? his disappearance and what he posted on social media like goodreads has totally backfired on him. but like just for my tumblr and instagram posts alone even *I* could be framed in a situation like that and i would have "motives." how horrifying must this entire ordeal be if you're accused and pre-convicted by several politicians and mainstream media and even some of your own supporters by always linking you to the crime and calling you the "patron saint of healthcare" and things like that. like HOW is he supposed to get a fair trial for which the main basis would be the presumption of innocence if even some supporters cant stop linking him to the crime and have made him into the poster boy for vigilante justice?
i get why memes and thirst traps are popular because i also have eyes and see, no matter if he did it or not, that he's conventionally attractive and some really ARE funny but at this point i cant laugh about many others at all anymore because it goes to show some people are so superficial and turn a real life person into a fictional character. like he's part of some viral netflix crime show you can just tune into when it's convenient. but like that man's day still has 24 hours even when he's not being photographed and going viral on social media and he's spending all of them incarcerated in awful conditions at the rathole that is MDC brooklyn for something he might not have even done. like i can only begin to imagine being in that situation and fearing i may never get out of there or get even unalived by the government and it gives me a panic attack just trying to imagine.
anyway what i wanna say is there (sadly) wont be jury nullification on the basis of "justified murder" cause brian thompson was a greedy corporate asshole who made millions as the CEO of a company that denied claims of the suffering and sick, the toxic system we are trapped in only plays in favor of criminals like donald trump who protect the fellow rich, BUT there might be the possibility of jury nullification on the basis of expressing and providing the reasons for REASONABLE DOUBT that he never was the shooter to begin with. and thats my point. if you wanna see luigi go free, give him the benefit of the doubt. YES the U.S. healthcare system is fucked up and we need to keep talking about that. but if you actually wanna see luigi go free start to separate the two topics and stop to inevitably link him to healthcare and in result the crime and start to point out his right to the presumption of innocence for the upcoming trials, federal and state alike. they WILL drag these out IMMENSELY. dont lose focus. and thats all i have to say about that.
#like damn im just so tired#step 1 is fair trials and IF he actually gets reasonably proven to be the assassin go wild with the glorificulture#also of people being MAINLY preoccupied with his looks and linking him to LUXURY BRANDS just because of what he wore recently#its the “im looking for a man in finance trust fund 6'5 blue eyes” crowd completely missing the point bc they be blinded by looks#free luigi#luigi mangione

“We encourage his millions of supporters to find creative and public ways to advocate for him during his time behind bars in whatever ways seem right. You can also donate, spread the word, and definitely send him mail. We can verify that even though some of it gets rejected in the process, Luigi loves the many letters, memes, and books that get through.
We remain committed to a world where our survival and wellbeing are no longer sacrificed for another's wealth.”
— The December 4th Legal Committee (D4LC), the organizing team behind Luigi’s legal fund, updated as of today, February 10th, 2025.
Currently, the fund is now up to $294,000 dollars and counting, as the support for Luigi only continues to grow. The fundraising goal is $500,000, and his next court appearance in New York is in about less than 2 weeks now—we can do this for him.
You can donate here, and you can also share the fundraiser if you are unable to financially support—any little bit of support, without a doubt, matters.
Keep talking about Luigi, sharing his story, advocating his right to a fair and just trial, reminding others about his presumption of innocence until proven guilty, and continue supporting him in any which way possible that is best.
We got him, and we definitely got this.

regarding the beautiful bisexual italian man who allegedly is responsible for the uhc shooting...
look, i totally get the impulse to obsess over this random guy and turn him into some kind of a working class hero. we're all desperate to root for someone who can take direct action against healthcare tycoons who make our lives so much harder.
but lately i've noticed a shift in the gravity of this discourse away from "why the hell did a man need to die to get pharmacies to stop rejecting all my claims?" and more towards "i want to hear the cute italian twunk moaning and gagging on it..." and like...
i do get it. not only is he just a very clearly attractive man (despite all the media trying in vain to find the worst pictures of him to show), but he has a grab bag of random personality traits that manage to make a lot of people relate to them, even if the claims are dubious at best
he was an avid reader, he was an elon musk follower, he went to an ivy league, he was a chronic poster, he had anxiety, he was a stemcel, he was bisexual, he had mein kampf on his goodreads list, he wanted a white girl to go bug on his dick...
all of these things combined are enough to make this man fascinating to almost anyone. some of them even make him sympathetic to a lot of people (even if stuff like the bi thing is most likely unfounded)
but i want to make something absolutely clear.
this is not. about. luigi mangione...
hell this isn't about ANY suspect that could be the perpetrator (we do not KNOW if luigi mangione can be found guilty until an actual jury goes into deliberation. otherwise we're just putting our blind faith into the nypd which is definitely sketchy, even if the evidence does seem to indicate it's him thus far...)
no this is about one man and one man only:
Brian. Motherfucking. Thompson.
even if this act had been done by some unglamorous 60 year-old trailer trash person instead of a fit, attractive 26 year-old, this shooting is still not about him or his politics or whether he should or shoudln't face justice
no this is about the fact that brian thompson was valuable enough to his company to be a multi-millionaire, but not so valuable that the meeting he missed due to his execution had to be postponed. not so valuable that his position wasn't filled in a matter of days.
this is about the fact that the unceremonious death of an "innocent" man was a better policy in terms of increasing people's access to health coverage than anything the democrats or the republicans advocated for in the past decade. it's the fact that brian thompson's death apparently hurt people very little and helped people a lot.
it didn't have to be this way.
they made it this precarious on purpose because they assumed they could get away with it.
gun to my head? i personally think luigi mangione doesn't deserve to see jail time even if he is guilty. daniel penny executed a black homeless man and he doesn't have to go to prison. kyle rittenhouse is a free man. meanwhile marcellus williams was proven innocent and executed anyway for the crime of not murdering anyone. you can't convince me there are no murders the state wouldn't just unconditionally support if it's in their class interest. if that's the way it is, we deserve to allow this man his "legal kill" that serves us in our defense against the violence of the capital class.
but even if he goes down, even if they make an example out of him, it does not matter.
because this story is not about the killer.
it is about the man who was killed...
and the question of why he had to die for our healthcare needs to be properly addressed...
enjoy the memes for this brief moment in time. but once the glamor and intrigue dies away and we can stop drawing horny fanart of the alleged shooter, we need to circle back to talking about brian thompson. he needs to be the centerpiece of this story. his actions. his ruthless drive to turn a profit. the community of billionaires looking out for themselves. THAT is what this should be about...
we are brushing up against severe disempowerment in the new trump administration. we CANNOT fumble this opportunity for class solidarity...
get it all out of your systems
and turn right back around and demand to know whether these ceo monsters are planning on rejecting our claims the moment this story has faded into the background

Y'all, can we not with the "He who saves his country does not violate any law" Luigi memes? That's a quote that lots of fascists, including Donald Trump, use to justify terrorizing and oppressing people. Also, very importantly, STOP TREATING LUIGI LIKE HE'S GUILTY. He has NOT been convicted of murder and acting like he is the killer is simply carrying water for the prosecution and could get him killed. If you genuinely care about Luigi as a person, emphasize the fact that he could absolutely be innocent. Cops plant evidence all the time. Please. Cut it out.
