ABOUT GEARBOXES
The Gearbox used for rotation of TLC is combination of inline planetary and parallel shaft helical gearbox. The mounting bracket is provided with these gearboxes for mounting of Motor and brake. This drive has creep arrangement to meet its Precise Positioning at Micro Speed.
In normal mode the drive is given by main motor to input of planetary and then to output shaft. Whereas in creep model the drive is given by the creep motor to input of helical gearbox and then to planetary gearbox. There is also a manual arrangement provided with the help of crank wheel attached at rear to operate in case of power cut.
