It's so wonky and lopsided. 😩 On the other hand I've never tried to do shading like this, so I'm still pretty proud of it!

Seeing people ask you if you're participating in Inkt*ber and reminder that the man who "Created" it is a racist piece of shit. There's plenty of other Month-Long art challenges to participate in instead! ( POC - ) tober was created in response by people of color to fight back against him because of this.

Respectfully, the only 31 day prompt list I've ever done in October has been Goretober (which I will likely be doing again this year but with less gruesome prompts)!

Day 25 - Saffron

I really don't like the colour. My watercolour set doesn't actually have purple, so I had to mix red and blue paint, which only gets me this ugly, muted, sort of muddy purple instead of the vibrant purple I'd get from a tube of purple paint. (Or at least, if I mixed cool red and cool blue I'd get the purple I want - this is a warm red with a warm blue. But this set only has the one red.) Also, I need a finer brush. 😩 Might need to go art supply shopping at some point.

But I like the flowers.
