For awhile I've had this joke headcanon/au thing about Neo 3 being an absolute goblin of a kid who committed identity theft (Her actual name is "Inkborn Child of the Seven-Ring Skies").

I originally thought of it because of the really minor detail that there's a splashtag banner in the abandoned suitcase in the tutorial and had the idea of said splashtag probably belonging to somebody else.

extremely loyal to Neo and loves them very much. the two of them look out for each other and live together

he and Neo lived with the salmonids when Neo couldn't nail down a permanent place to live, then they had to leave due to an unfortunate incident with Grizzco.

Sorry if this is an out of the blue question, but I just felt like asking:)

How long have you been in the fandom, and what introduced you to it? Were you one of the fellow veterans during the great Dark Revival depression (waiting for the release)

I joined the Fandom in the very beginning, back when the first chapter of BATIM was a free online demo and the Ink Demon was a little blob lol

And yes, I was a BATIM veteran, and had given up hope on ever getting a sequel then BOOM: BATDR was there and my hyper fixation returned full force.

I can't remember which Youtuber it was (probably Markiplier lol) but I saw a YouTuber play the demo and just fell in love with the style of the game. It was so charmingly spooky. So, after watching that, I hopped on Tumblr and got into a whole bunch of aus, like 2D bendy, inkborne (RIP), and others.

After just enjoying the content everyone was putting out, I finally built up the courage to play it myself when Chapter 1 was revamped and Chapter Two was released. I had never played a horror game before, and was excited to try one for the very first time (especially since it honestly wasn't that scary).

I think me being a "veteran" fan is why I'm still a little bitter about how they released the second game (all chapters at once vs. one by one). I remember the surge of content from artists and writers that followed after each update/chapter release. I also remember all the theories and aus that popped up from each bit of lore we scrounged from the chapters while waiting for the next one to release. It was so much fun!

Then again, if they hadn't released everything all at once, I might not have had the confidence to write my own fanfiction about the game, so I suppose there's an upside to everything.

Last night’s final game of Remix Rumble before the next TFT set releases today! Felt right to send it off using my favorite chibi boy.

I’ll miss Remix Rumble so much, and will have such nostalgia for it since it got me into TFT, but I can’t wait for Inkborn Fables! It looks so fun!

(Also there’s my riot ID if anyone would like to add me. Right now I just play TFT but maybe one day I’ll work up the courage to visit the rift! It’s just I know newbies aren’t always welcomed with open arms.)
