This person says they're anti-israel and pro-palestine. They say they believe the human rights media when it comes to Israel's genocide yet they claim they're unreliable when the same media outlets point out the human rights abuses in West Papua by Indonesia.
If you only believe that countries that aren't your own are capable of breaching international humanitarian law, committing genocide, and colonisation, then your blind loyalty to your government will be your undoing.

TBH seeing people ask for a ceasefire is nice and all, but I want a fully independent Palestine.
I want the Palestinians to have all of their land back. All of it.
Quoting The Preamble of the 1945 Constitution from Indonesia, a nation which was first recognized by Palestine as an independent state in 1944, a year before the Declaration of Independence on August 17th:
"(...)Whereas Independence is the inalienable right of all nations; therefore, colonialism must be abolished in the world as it is not in conformity with humanity and justice."
That is all for now, may your watermelons taste fresh and sweet.

Discover the Billion-Dollar Boom: Indonesia's Construction Industry Secrets Revealed!
The construction sector in Indonesia has been experiencing remarkable growth in recent years, and this trend is expected to continue. This growth is largely driven by the government's infrastructure development initiatives, which have led to a substantial increase in investment in the construction industry. In 2021, the Indonesian construction industry recorded an impressive annual growth rate of 4.83%, according to data from the Indonesian Statistics Agency (BPS).
The government's commitment to infrastructure development is evident from the significant increase in infrastructure investment. In 2018, the investment in infrastructure rose to IDR 157.8 trillion (approximately US$11.3 billion), up from IDR 216.8 trillion in the previous year. This substantial investment contributed significantly to the country's economic growth, accounting for 1.28% of the overall economic growth in 2018, with an added value of IDR 184.4 trillion. This marked an increase from the 1.06% contribution in 2017, with an added value of IDR 146.9 trillion.
These investments have been directed towards various infrastructure projects, including the construction of dams, new public roads, bridges, and toll roads. These developments have not only improved the country's infrastructure but have also enhanced its competitiveness on the global stage.
Indonesia's rankings in global competitiveness indices have seen positive changes. In the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index, Indonesia's rank in the Quality of Roads category improved from 72 in 2014 to 60 in 2019, out of 141 countries. Similarly, in the World Bank's Logistic Performance Index, Indonesia climbed from 53 in 2014 to 46 out of 161 countries in its 2018 report.
While the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the construction industry in 2020, the sector has since rebounded and is poised for continuous growth. Various consultancy firms project annual growth rates ranging from 5% to 7% in real terms. This growth is attributed to the government's effective COVID-19 mitigation measures and the ongoing infrastructure projects.
One of the major upcoming projects is the relocation of Indonesia's capital city from Jakarta to East Kalimantan, estimated to cost $33 billion and take a decade to complete. To fund this ambitious project and others, the Indonesian government launched the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), a Sovereign Wealth Fund. The government plans to inject over $5 billion into INA, with several countries expressing interest in investing through it, including the US, Japan, and Canada.
In conclusion, Indonesia's construction sector is poised for continued growth and remains an attractive investment opportunity. Despite short-term challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, the government's commitment to infrastructure development, coupled with a stable political environment, low inflation, good credit ratings, and prudent macroeconomic policies, makes Indonesia's construction sector a promising prospect for investors. To navigate this competitive landscape, investors are advised to seek experienced local partners with established networks for a competitive edge. 700 Palestinians were killed in the last 24 hours and the airstrikes are more violent each night. Gaza's hospitals have fuel left for two more days. Israel only allowed aid into Gaza on the condition they didn't carry fuel. The Indonesian hospital has shut down already, because doctors have no supplies and no choice but to let the wounded die. They're calling it a collapse but the term doesn't do it justice.
Over a 100 incubator babies are at risk. There are 50.000 pregnant women in Gaza right now, and 5.500 due to give birth this month. Menstruating people are taking pills in order to stop their periods, because they do not have pads or water to maintain hygiene. Surgeons are operating without anesthesia. Water is not reaching Gazans because there's no electricity or fuel for water pumps.
There's no excuse for this. Israel justifies the airstrikes by saying they want to destroy Hamas infrastructure and release the hostages, but they have refused to negotiate for their release. Hamas informed Israel they wanted to release two elderly women without anything in return, and Israel refused. Netanyahu said they wouldn't take their own civilians back because it was "mendacious propaganda." When the hostages were finally released, Netanyahu prohibited the hospital from giving press releases. Yocheved Lifshitz went behind their backs and talked to the press anyway, saying she was treated very well by Hamas, but the government abandoned them. They're being used as straw men. Israel is conditioning the entry of fuel to the release of hostages and yet, according to The Wall Street Journal, when Hamas proposed to exchange 50 hostages for fuel they denied. IDF officials have said they fear the release of more hostages because that might withhold the order to their ground invasion. They do not care as long as they can use the hostages as a pretext for their slaughtering.
There's a turning tide for Palestine in public support. Support for Israel was built through decades of propaganda and we are making a dent into it. Zionists are desperate, holding zoom meetings to promote zionism, but we have to do so much more. We have to shame people in power into supporting the Palestinian cause.
Keep yourself updated and share Palestinian voices, looking to inform yourself from the sources. Palestinians have asked of us only that we share, tweet and post, over and over. Muna El-Kurd said every tweet is like a treasure to them, because their voices are repressed on social media and even on this very app. Make it your action item to share something about the Palestinian plight everyday. Here are some resources:
Al Jazeera
Anadolu Agency
Mondoweiss
Boycott Divest Sanction Movement
Palestinian Youth Movement
Mohammed El-Kurd (twitter / instagram)
Al-Shabaka (twitter / instagram)
Mariam Barghouti (twitter / instagram)

Take action. You can participate in boycotts wherever you are in the world, through BDS guidelines. Right now, they are focusing on boycotting (don't be overwhelmed by gigantic boycott lists. Only boycott additional brands if you can):
Carrefour
HP
Puma
Sabra
Sodastream
Ahava cosmetics
Israeli fruits and vegetables
Push for a cultural boycott - pressure your favorite artist to speak out on Palestine and cancel any upcoming performances on occupied territory (Lorde cancelled her gig in Israel because of this. It works.)
If you can, participate in direct action or donate. Palestine Action works to shut down Israeli weapons factories in the UK and USA, and have successfully shut down one of their firms in London. Some of the activists are going on trial and are calling for mobilizing on court.
Call your representatives. The Labour Party in the UK had an emergency meeting after several councilors threatened to resign if they didn't condemn Israeli war crimes. Calling to show your complaints works, even more if you live in a country that funds genocide.

According to literature, wearing a 3 Mukhi Rudraksha is said to be as lucky as taking part in a Havan (holy ceremony including fire sacrifices). It is thought that accumulating sins from previous lives are actually burned. As a result, the user is freed from the weight of previous Karma.

August 22/23, 2024 - Protesters ripped down police barricades and the gates of Parliament in Jakarta, forcing the Indonesian government to postpone the ratification of an election law that would strengthen the political influence of President Joko Widodo and his family. Demonstrations against the president's nepotism have been met by heavy police repression and violence, but continued into the night as militant protesters sang "Buruh Tani" - a working class anthem of solidarity and resistance against oppression. medieval monks and accountants start using Italian millione ("one thousand" + augmentative suffix) to mean 10^6 by the 1200s; this spreads to other languages
Jehan Adam coins bymillion and trimillion to mean 10^12 and 10^18 in 1475
Nicolas Chuquet extends this scale up to nonyllion (10^54), with every step being another six orders of magnitude (million, byllion, tryllion, quadrillion, quyllion, sixlion, septyllion, ottylion, nonyllion) in 1484. Note that in this period, it was common to put the digit separator every six digits instead of every three.
Guillaume Budé refers to 10^9 as milliart in 1516, in a Latin text
But in 1549, Jacques Pelletier du Mans uses milliard to mean 10^12, citing Budé as a source
In the 1600s, people start putting digit separators every three digits. But some scientists and mathematicians define the numerical scale according to how digits are grouped, rather than the actual order of magnitude: thus, one billion becomes 10^9, one trillion becomes 10^12, etc, creating the short scale.
"Milliard" is eventually added to the long scale, meaning 10^9 (in keeping with Budé's usage); the first published example is from 1676
By 1729, the short-scale meaning of "billion" (10^9) has already crept into American usage
This is in keeping with French usage at the time: in 1762, the Académie Française dictionary cites billion as meaning 10^9.
By the early 19th century, France has almost completely converted to the short scale, and U.S. usage follows France; the long scale is referred to in some sources as "obsolete." But Britain is still using the long scale (and I assume Germany and most other European countries)
Over the course of the 20th century, the long scale begins to become more influential in France, presumably due to the influence of continental usage; while the short scale becomes more influential in Britain, presumably due to the influence of American English. Notably the SI system very specifically uses unique prefixes that are the same across languages, to prevent confusion!
In 1961, the French Government confirms that they're going to officially use the long scale from now on; in 1974, Britain officially switches over to the short scale, and many other English-speaking countries follow.
In 1975, the terms "short scale" and "long scale" are actually coined, by mathematician Geneviève Guitel.
One reason large number names could be so unstable for so long is, of course, that outside specialized usage they are rare, and were even more rare before modern science and large modern monetary amounts became commonplace points of discussion. Wikipedia says "milliard" wasn't common in German until 1923, when bank notes had to be overstamped during Weimar-era hyperinflation.
As it currently stands, English, Indonesian, Hebrew, Russian, Turkish, and most varieties of Arabic use the short scale; continental Europe and most varieties of Spanish outside Europe use the long scale. A few countries use both, usually in different languages, like South African English (short scale) and Afrikaans (long scale) or Canadian English (short scale) and Canadian French (long scale) . Puerto Rico uses the short scale in economic and technical usage, but the long scale in publications aimed at export.
Notably some languages use neither, having their own names for large numbers--South Asian languages have the Indian numbering system, and Bhutan, Cambodia, and various East Asian languages also have their own numbering systems. Greek, exceptionally, uses a native calque of the short scale rather than a borrowing.

The Indonesian government has been struggling with a state of indecision on several fronts, which has raised serious concerns among businesses and citizens alike. Experts say that the lack of clear direction in Indonesian policymakers' decisions has cost the economy heavily, leading to stagnation, falling investments, and missed opportunities. The government's hesitation in addressing the country's pressing issues has bred a sense of uncertainty that has hurt the local markets. The inability of lawmakers to address the fundamental issues besetting the country has made it challenging for businesses to invest, hindering economic progress.
Moreover, the government has been indecisive about vital tax and economic reforms, leading to missed opportunities for sustainable growth within these sectors. The lack of urgency from the government has resulted in the country losing its competitive edge, which has highlighted a need for the government to resolve this issue to avoid slipping into irrelevance. Experts have cautioned that the government must promptly take bold and decisive actions to tackle these issues. Failure to do so could lead to long-term economic consequences like increased poverty.
The government RETRACTING TAX REFORMS that were poorly thought out only accentuates their incompetence.

"Indonesia’s new government started an ambitious project on Monday [January 6, 2025] to fight malnutrition by feeding nearly 90 million children and pregnant women that is expected to cost $28 billion through 2029, although critics question whether the program is affordable.
The Free Nutritious Meal program delivers on a campaign promise by President Prabowo Subianto, who was elected last year to lead the nation, which has more than 282 million people and Southeast Asia’s largest economy. He said the program aims to fight the stunting of growth that afflicts 21.5% of Indonesian children younger than 5 and would raise the income of farmers.
Subianto has pledged to accelerate GDP growth to 8% from 5% now.
In his inauguration speech in October, Subianto said many children are malnourished. His promise to provide free school lunches and milk to 83 million students at more than 400,000 schools is part of a longer-term strategy to develop the nation’s human resources to achieve a “Golden Indonesia” generation by 2045.
“Too many of our brothers and sisters are below the poverty line, too many of our children go to school without breakfast and do not have clothes for school,” Subianto said.
Subianto’s signature program could cost upward of 450 trillion rupiah ($28 billion) by the end of his term in 2029. He said his team has made the calculations to run such a program, and “We are capable.”
The government’s target is to reach an initial 19.5 million schoolchildren and pregnant women in 2025 with a budget of 71 trillion rupiah ($4.3 billion) so as to keep the annual deficit under a legislated ceiling of 3% of GDP, said Dadan Hindayana, the head of the newly formed National Nutrition Agency...
Nearly 2,000 cooperatives will be involved in the free meals program by providing eggs, vegetables, rice, fish, meat, milk and other food, Cooperative Minister Budi Arie Setiadi said.
On Monday, a truck carrying food arrived at SD Cilangkap 08, a primary school in the Jakarta satellite city of Depok. The 740 students were provided rice, stir-fried vegetables, tempeh, stir-fried chicken and oranges.
“We will send a team to each school to facilitate the meal distribution to students every day,” Hindayana said, adding that the program will provide one meal per day for each student from early childhood education to senior high school, covering a third of the daily caloric needs for children, with the government providing the meals at no cost to recipients...
According to the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey, the national stunting prevalence was 21.5%, down around 0.8% from the previous year. The United Nations Children’s Fund estimated that one in 12 Indonesian children younger than 5 suffers from low weight while one in five is shorter than normal. Both conditions are caused by malnourishment.
“That’s so bad and must be solved,” Suwarso said. “Child malnourishment has severe consequences, threatening the health and long-term development of infants and young children throughout this nation.”"
