What a beautiful man. No seriously, look at him.

Picked this up on a whim as it was a signed copy. Not regretting it in the slightest.

Kabir Bedi’s book feels like an extended Stardust article from the 70s. I can’t help but be impressed by how much the man remembers and what a chequered life he’s had. There are a lot of names there, but somehow it does not feel (mostly) like he’s name-dropping, it’s all so sincere. He mostly seems overawed with everything that’s happened in his life. Super rambly but that just adds to the charm - kind of like he’s telling a story and just has to keep adding asides.

Also can’t help but feel the love he has for himself - it’s almost like an indulgent parent who is loath to admit that their child could be flawed. Can’t help but feel shitty for Protima and Parveen Babi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend if you’re interested in Bollywood or narcissism.
