This is gonna be just the most basic rundown of all of them cause there's many and if I went in detail about them we'd be here forever

Alkali Ashford

Alkali was my first x men OC. Her ability is turning into dinosaurs. In her regular form, she has stripes and a tail, so she needs one of the camouflage watch things. She's besties with Kurt, but her arc is sort of opposite to his in the sense that while he wants to fit in and hide who he is, she wants to stand out and let the world know who she is. She's very fun I love her. Also fun fact this is the character that got me in trouble in that one rp server I mentioned a few nights ago, where they yelled at me because they decided shapeshifters aren't allowed only after I submitted her. They hate her because she's too swag for them to handle

Milo

This guy and the next character are basically recycled versions of ooold old OCs of mine. Milo has two water serpent things that he can control. He starts out kinda scared of them because, unlucky for him he has a fear of water due to almost drowning as a child. But overtime he learns to appreciate them

Marigold

Other aforementioned old recycled OC. Her mutation is physical in the sense that she has cat ears and angel wings, so she also needs a camouflage watch. However unlike Kurt and Alkali, she never really faced a lot of discrimination growing up because her mutation is considered beautiful by most (There's lots of angel devil comparisons with Marigold and Kurt it's so fun it's so fun). She's known Milo since they were kids because she is the one who saved him from drowning. They're dating now. Ew romance

Peter Maximoff

"Peg that's not an OC" yeah so I made an Evo version of Peter because I was STUPIDLY obsessed with this man in like 2021 idk what was wrong with me. Anyway he's the twins' half brother and I have yet to figure out what happened between Erik and his mom. He has a really dumb rivalry with Pietro its so funny

Ezekiel

Or Zeke for short. His thing is seeing and talking to ghosts. Lance recruits him to the Brotherhood for all of two seconds before Zeke befriends Kurt and jumps over to the X Men instead. He also dates Kurt later so i can live in my RogueKitty delusions but shhh

Indigo

These next few are part of the new mutant squad. Indigo's power is bringing drawings to life and she has a fun sibling relationship with Peter. They're also a little bit Too wiling to commit murder

Niko

Also a recycled old OC. He has a snake that sticks out of his back. Not much more to him yet, he just has a snake

Ozzy

Cool guy who turns into a fish person when in the water. May or may not have been inspired by Luca. Also for anyone who knows my habit of making Harry Osborn inspired OCs and naming them Ozzi. This guy is not one of the Harry clones, he came way before the raimi fixation attacked me and dragged me to hell

Markus Lang

Member of the X Men and one of the mentors alongside Ororo and Logan. He can turn into a dragon. He might end up dating Logan idk I think they'd be silly together

Gwen Ashford

Alkali's adopted younger sister who has rock powers. She's part of The Brotherhood and she is an absolute menace to society

Wyatt Elsher

This guy is able to turn into like a goop furry thing and I'm being so honest to god I based him off the fucking Transfur Outbreak game on roblox. Embarrassing. Anyway he was childhood friends with Marigold and lived in her old neighborhood, and I imagine initially his mutation was just becoming some sort of werewolf thing. Then he got sent to this lab place that claimed they'd 'cure' him but ended up fucking him up. So now he's goop. He also joins the Brotherhood and has a rivalry with Marigold

Harper

Regular ass human girl who Alkali meets at a party and falls head over heels in love with her. She also sort of adopts Kurt into her friend group after the mutants get exposed, seeing he's alone now and wanting to help him. She does guess he's also a mutant, but she's fine with it

Thats all of em!! It's entirely possible I'll make more soon, but this is who I got right now. I also have like the crumbs of a fic for these guys on wattpad but it has like one chapter that was written in 2021 and also features very shitty old art. If yall want it though I'll link it. I do plan on working on it again eventually

👀 Do you have any WIPs that you would never let see the light of day? If yes, what are they about?

I've got one at the moment I think, more of an idea than a WIP bc it's not technically on the page yet. I don't know if I'd post it even if I did write it because 1. the fandom is abysmally tiny (I don't think there's even a tag for the movie on AO3 yet), 2. it's very self-indulgent and probably on the verge of a lazy/unrealistic plot, and 3. I just feel like it would go dead even if I did post it, so obviously my other fics are going to take precedence

📥 What is your fave fic to receive comments/messages on?

I mean, I love them all. I don't get very many comments on my fics in general, so I really treasure every one. That being said, I feel like people are really engaged with Who Waits Forever Anyway?, so I get some pretty dynamic comments there, and I really wish people would comment on Desert Song because so far nobody has and I feel like it's some of my best writing

Alright, here's a bit from the next chapter of Bolts and Blasters, my Star Wars fic:

A bit of the truth leached into those final words, and maybe that was why he didn’t question it. Poe just nodded, though his lips pressed into a thin, uneasy line. 

“Don’t know how much you’ll find,” he admitted, “Everywhere’s tapped dry. We had ships coming in from practically every habitable planet, and they all need to recover after that. You’ll be lucky to find bacta.”

“You’re so encouraging.” Indigo huffed, giving him a look, “But I have to try.”

Again, she found glimpses of truth amid the lie. She hated that she couldn’t tell him more. She hated that she had to dodge his questions like this. She hated to lie to a friend.

With luck, it wouldn’t matter. He’d learn that it was a ruse within a day, yes, but he’d forgive her if it all worked out. 

If. 

Indigo sighed, and stepped forward long enough to pull him into a hug. If he thought that was strange, a farewell hug for a supposedly-brief supply run, he didn’t breathe a word of it. She’d been a little shaky these past few weeks, after all. He wouldn’t begrudge her a bit of support after everything she’d lost. 

When she pulled back, Poe’s brows had drawn inwards with suspicion. She took a step back, swallowing hard. 

“Good luck on your mission.” he told her, and didn’t say anything more. His posture was stiff, mechanical. He’d probably already guessed it. He was rowdy, yes, but he’d never been a stupid man.

Indie grit her teeth, forcing herself to turn away. 

🏅 What is something you recently felt proud of in regard to your writing (finished a fic, actually planned for once, etc).

The last two chapters I posted, on two different fics, were both over 7k words long, and I thought they were both very good. And I'm devilishly proud of how much emotional damage I've put my readers through in Bolts and Blasters, particularly since I've already started writing the resolution to it.

All the time lol. I write it for me, so of course I reread it.

👩‍🏭 If one of your fics was going to get you arrested, which one and why?

Desert Song or Nom De Guerre. I'd like to think that my depictions of thievery, pickpocketing, coup d'etats, underground crime groups, and whatever else that writing 6 Underground fanfiction entails is decently accurate (or at least enough for suspension of disbelief)... but is it TOO accurate?

😈 Is there anything you enjoy doing that you think your readers hate?

I have a few fics where the main character's POV is in first-person perspective, and I know that's pretty polarizing. I still write most of my fics in third-person and even a few in second, but there's a certain level of perspective and closeness in first-person that you really can't quite get in the others. It feels more like they're telling their stories, rather than having this omniscient or godly Narrator walking them through it. I don't use it all the time (only 2 of my fics use first-person, and both also have POV shifts to other characters, which are written in third-person) but I think it can be very powerful when it's done right.

starting off basic with my main, my commander, my most beloved, aurora (she/they), who is a guardian and basically any elite spec i enjoy playing at the time. shes a noble and of elonian descend, full of emotional damage <3 i love them a normal amount <3 <3 <3

dean skygleam (he/him), warrior and berserker, whispers agent, GAY LOSER!!! hes had a rough past, some noble family drama, you know it, his stinky step brother stabbed him in the face with a torch. typical human things! now hes a spy, technically under the order of whispers, though he does work closely with kryta and the crown.

i made him because everyone on instagram liked handsome human males and i wanted to be Cool And Popular too but hes quite a cool and deep character now and i enjoy him very much <3

hwang yoonsu (he/him) is the newest addition to the human gang! hes a just some commoner in kaineng, but is also a singer with a "healing voice". he was first created in a completely different (modern) universe but i decided that his "canon", original origin is gw2 :D he'll be my virtuoso some day but right now hes just. a little level 23 guy.

indigo willowgloom (she/her) also known as tyrias best explorer and worst guild leader <3 shes like seen all of mainland tyria at the tender age of 19, she was the first character i got 100% world exploration on so i wanted to add that to her lore. shes a lively positive person, loves adventure, traveling with friends... she is the leader of a guild without a name and she is kind of a bad leader but a lovely person nonetheless! shes a ranger and her greatest goal is to pet every cat in the world see everything the planet of tyria has to offer!

julia flame jue (they/she) is a work in progress at the moment, both their name and looks need some work (which is why im not gonna give them a tag here for now). theyre the younger sister of violett, and they like fire, toxic chemicals, big hammers to smash things. they were cast from their noble fancy shmancy family, forced to live with her other outcast family member, and treated like they never existed in the first place.

they decided to become an engineer due to a fascination with... fire... explosions... all those pretty colours... shes my beloved mad scientiest, and also really evil, and awful, and terrible, and i love them with all my heart even though their story sucked so much when i made them so many years ago.

Léandra Rose "Léa" Grey (she/he/they) used to be my bucket of angst. when i wanted pain i put it on them. shes had a rough childhood like so many of my characters, never getting to meet her father, and being left by her mother, who eventually died when kralkatorrik rose.

léa had to deal with heartbreak plenty of times, and he rarely knew how to really handle it. falling in love with the commander aurora just to break up with them again just a few month later, developing a very complicated love/hate relationship with logan thackeray (that "love" part was very onesided, the "hate" more mutual), and lastly falling for their best friend- yeah. the whole romance thing left some scars. made her weaker. relationships always made her weaker. theres so much i could tell about léa that i wont be able to fit it in here but id love to just spill all the backstory out one day!

anyways, theyre a bounty hunter and hitman, and while hes a specter ingame right now, id like to think that shes kind of a mix of deadeye and specter!

léas been my favoruite character since the very beginning of my guild wars 2 journey back in 2014 and she still holds a very special place in my heart <3

raja crystalwing (they/them) probably doesnt fit in here that much since theyre not really human. theyre a dragon-ish creature that is somehow connected to glint. i havent really worked much on their story because i used to be kind of afraid of doing something that wasnt canon compliant but (thanks to tumblr) i dont give too much of a shit anymore so its time to work more on them and give them the proper cool story they deserve!

sin jisoo (she/her) is a young scholar and student. she loves reading, researching, daydreaming, death, exploring- wait-

shes seen as a little weird by other students for her quietness and fascination with death, but that doesnt bother her all too much. she knows so much more than them after all. the one that does appreciate her knowlege of magic and death is indigo, whos invited her to join her silly little guild. theyre now guildmate girl best friends <3

the last one is wilhelmina "mina" wolfsblut (they/she) but i sadly cannot add their pic... shes pretty just trust me on this. theyre a ranger, léas former best friend, deans partner in crime/partner in spy. they were my first main, first character on level 80 and one of my most beloved characters <3 i dont have much more to say <3 i just love her <3

My Fiery Heart reread response (my Indigo Spell one here, my first-time Fiery Heart one here from 7.5 years ago)

before I get into it, I remembered looking up the Iolanthe coven name Sydney used; that wasn’t something I looked up until after reading it the first time though, so I didn’t realize the fairy court connection to Sydney recommending Zoe do her literature assignment on Midsummer Night’s Dream... I’m very certain it was an intentional reference to that opera now (even though the purple flower meaning was enough on its own)... if they get around to adapting this one, I half want to see Amberwood Prep put on a production of MND where Jill is helping with the costumes and Zoe gets to play Titania or something; I never got around to reading Richard III (Zoe’s original pick) but it’s interesting that free will/fatalism is apparently a major theme, and that Richard contrived to have his brother Clarence sent to the Tower of London...

also, I’m not sure if I cared about “White Rabbit” by Jefferson Airplane all those years ago, but I got a thrill seeing it referenced this go around.

we get the first namedrop for Cicero (though we had heard about his propensity for killing birds and some other mention in the earlier BL books ETA, 7/19: “My family had a cat back in Utah that I was pretty sure was more responsible than Angeline” pg 31 TGL

Anyway, gosh Sydney makes bad decisions in this one. And it’s not because she has too much to do- she has no real outside strenuous challenges to protecting Jill or her group this go around. The friend group actually had to decide “yeah let’s go hunt down a Strigoi in LA” for there to be a major action scene. I realize she’s in her late teens and the burdens put on her are unfair, but she’s a great example of someone who thrives under pressure and falls apart when she’s given too much free time.

The switch to dual narrators was unnecessary. It wasn’t bad, but it was clearly only to set up for the big cliffhanger at the end, and so feels a bit pointless in this one. Btw, Rose didn’t lose her spirit link into Lissa’s mind after Lissa went on antidepressants. Now admittedly, the chemicals in Adrian’s mood stabilizers would have probably worked differently, or maybe Richelle was trying to retroactively make things more consistent (since alcohol could affect the bond), or maybe it was “Adrian and Jill’s bond is less established, so Jill can’t break through like Rose could”... but the sudden decision mid book (with no repercussions- Adrian doesn’t even bring it up to Sydney to be like “hey, one of your main concerns about having sex is taken care of”) is so pointless and really goes to the minimal page-time of the larger ensemble. I said it the first time I read the book, the absence of Kristin and Julia, and Micah, and even more important characters like Angeline or Trey is so frustrating. I realize Richelle couldn’t write a book that was 900 pages long, but I would have gladly taken any of those characters instead of the completely unnecessary Terwilliger/Malachi romance. Especially to see Jill’s reaction to getting to be a more typical high school human, since I think she would have gotten even more attached to Amberwood than Sydney did. I also just... really, the Alchemists decided to have Sydney’s bio sister on campus... pretending to be a cousin... while she was playing sister to Jill? I get they kind of backed themselves into a corner, but weird. That being said, I was happy to have Rowena and Cassie around. (give me Adrian and Rowena being wlw besties excellence to make me really happy)

Sydney’s coven initiation taking place in chapter 2, then she meets Inez (who gives her the books on charms)... and we never see a witch other than Jackie again in this book? Honestly, why bother with writing the initiation at that rate? I still like the cloak they made Sydney though. On reread, there’s the randomest bit where Trey’s like “is Neil even really British” and I wonder if that was a dropped storyline where Neil was faking. Olive and Nina are still pleasant characters, and I liked that they had a “unique” background, but knowing how those stories end was kind of a buzzkill on reread. Olive, especially, deserved better.

This is another one where I forgot quite a few events- Adrian getting drunk and the pawnshop (I think I remembered that obliquely, but not so much on it), or the trip to Texas (which actually came before the pawnshop but oh well). I was happy to finally get some actual Christian content again, although I regret we didn’t get more from Sydney & Rose or more Sydney & Lissa. On Adrian’s mental health storyline... I am less impressed by it than I was the first time (though I didn’t remember being super-impressed, but according to my first review?). I do actually like Adrian being insistent, once he’s started taking meds, that he’s going to continue, but the diagnosis of bipolar disorder doesn’t actually feel like it fits? I will say, I find Adrian’s “chicken or egg” pondering over whether spirit causes mental illness or mental illness means a predisposition to specializing in spirit is fascinating (though it’s probably for the best Richelle never actually answered it).

The way Adrian spoke (or thought) about Zoe really pissed me off. Like, one, you’re an adult, stop antagonizing the sister of the girl you like and just be cordial (which is less suspicious than suddenly acting like you and Sydney don’t get along at all), and two... Adrian’s super protective over Sydney after realizing the emotional abuse Jared heaped on, but somehow doesn’t realize that this fifteen year old has been spending time with said father’s attention solely focused on her for ages now, and he has no sympathy for her? Instead of seeing Zoe being like “Sydney shouldn’t have to provide for you all the time” and being like “aww, that’s a nice protective sister instinct even if she needs an attitude adjustment” he taunts a 15 year old about drinking from her the way he did to 20-something actual-predator Keith. He could have engaged yet another Sage sister in talking about his awesome car on the drive over, or at least made other good faith efforts.

The dabbling stuff made me more uncomfortable this time around (I think). Especially Sydney comparing her getting Keith’s eye ripped out to Adrian’s assault of a human girl... that was some real false equivalency on Richelle’s part. But other parts of it, like “oh here comes Adrian to save the day and at least he’s changed from these guys he used to hang out with (oh, look at that convenient statement that even back in the day Adrian wasn’t on the same level of bad as them)”  was really frustrating, or the fact that Adrian was very deliberately withholding information from her in his own chapters and it made me question his trustworthiness in her chapters. Or the “oh, hey, he made the concession of getting treatment for his mental illness, so all is forgiven” handwaving. Like, Richelle brought this in to be an obstacle to their relationship, but it’s addressed so quickly (with maybe a pittance effort of later being like “oh, at least Adrian didn’t take advantage when Sydney accidentally absorbed some Moroi endorphins- he learned his lessons!) that it doesn’t merit the actual consideration of so important a topic Idk. I do feel like I enjoy the Sydrian relationship more in this book than the others, but I also have some huge issues with it.

Adaptation-wise, I think genderbent Adrian would definitely mean a change to the dabbling storyline (yes, women can be sexual predators, but I don’t think this storyline would be maintained with different social expectations). Honestly, give me an Adrian who, instead of having victimized someone, doesn’t immediately fully grasp how upsetting this idea of vampires preying on her species (and risking exposure) is to Sydney... Adrian being like “it isn’t sexual, those guys would never consider sleeping with a human” but the consent even to give blood still being critical to Sydney. And you know what? Let Lissa “compelled a guy to almost hit himself over the head with a baseball bat for molesting a Feeder” Dragomir have a spirit freak out moment of rage and go off on these subjects of hers the way that was deserved (and then once she cools down, maybe she can’t punish them fully, but she uses it to leverage their royal families’ agreement to the Family Rule amendment). And just finish that law by the end of the season, so that when the Alchemists pull out Sydney and Zoe, they’re actually closing down the whole Palm Springs operation in a rage. (if I remember correctly Alicia kidnapped Jill between books 5 and 6, but that was a stupid plotline imo- let Sydney and her coven take care of Alicia in the downtime of this book instead) Let Rose figure out that Sydney and Adrian are in love- she’s smart and she would pick up on that; let her celebrate them and encourage them to be happy together. Also the “Sydney and Adrian get three days at an inn to sex it all up” was stupid... like I’m happy for them but am I really supposed to buy that they could afford all that time away from Palm Springs?

As bad as I feel for Syd, and Adrian, and Eddie, and Jill, and Jackie at the end of TFH, I do remember that I’m going to feel worst for Hopper. I’m sorry that demon dragon Calistana has my heart and I remember one scene from Silver Shadows featuring the little guy prominently...

Miss You Like Crazy

Something I wrote in 2016, and resurrected today for my readers at FF net and A03. A fellow follower pmed me asking if I'm still alive as there's no updates on any of my fanfictions. Well that's because I haven't time to write for weeks/months now. Since I went back to Uni I'm always on breaks from writing. Hope this will suffice moir readers until January 2018 at least.

Summary: SasfemNar. Sasuke's furthering his studies at University, leaving his bestie back in his hometown. Itachi questions his brother's relationship with his best friend and whether they were really, just best friends.

Sasuke folded his handkerchiefs and tucked them into the small spaces between his shirts and pants inside his luggage. He made a mental note to swipe another pair of Itachi's unused leather gloves, patting himself for saving another 3000 yen. He had so far swiped 3 shirts and 2 shorts from his brother, all unworn. His brother model and entrepreneur receives a lot of sponsorship clothings which Sasuke always took advantage of.

Initially he planned to swipe one of Itachi's unused designer jeans, however the fact that his brother was so much taller than him at 180 cm feet compared to his 172 cm deterred him from doing so. He didn't want to alter them himself. Plus his brother's jeans were mostly blue or some other colour variant compared to Sasuke's choice, that would always be and forever be, black jeans.

Over the summer Sasuke had grown about seven centimetres, and since he started following the older Uchiha to the gymnasium his body was more toned and he felt fitter. It was important for him to start a healthy lifestyle before he entered the life of a university student. Sasuke snickered when he realized that his best friend Naruto had only hit puberty a little later than him. He only realized it upon their reunion at New Year's eve. It was the first time he saw his bethorst friend after the summer break. It did not matter to him that they were essentially different physically anyway.

Sasuke spent enough years around Naruto to realize that the dobe's father, Mayor Namikaze Minato and Mrs Konoha 2012, Kushina Uzumaki made a very handsome couple. They were both tall and lanky. Still, Naruto at seventeen had not caught up to either of her parent's height. Naruto was only 168 cm, four cms shorter than him. She was disappointed that she was shortest amongst her peers.

Her peers. Naruto had always thought of herself as one of the boys. She was often teased by their classmate, Sai for that. The insensitive prick also teased her for looking as flat as a plane and was so often unjustly compared with Sakura, who was quite chesty and and Hinata who is, well endowed. Sasuke never needed any of Sai's teasing of his best friend, often dismissing Sai when Sai was being over the top. But Naruto, she sometimes ended trying to flatten the socially inept Sai's nosy nose. In fact any comment from Sai never failed to make the blonde's blood boil.

Naruto who was once an annoyance, but now his best friend forever. Sasuke smiled at how Naruto had wiggled into his life and cemented herself there as his ultimate shadow, silly and crazy Naruto. He glanced at a framed picture of him and Naruto at a school party. He checked out his height contrast as he stood beside the 6 cms shorter tomboy. He chuckled at the thought of him winning over a non existent height competition, between him and Naruto.

"I should give this to you before I forgot… again," Mikoto's voice interjected his son's thoughts. She peered into his room, only half her body showing behind a laundry basket she's holding.

Sasuke got up from the floor where he was packing his things and approached his mother. In the basket on top folded of clothes in the laundry basket were two gray rectangular boxes.

"One is for you and another is for Naruto. Keep it close ok as they've got your names engraved. There's plenty of refillable ink in there until you come home again," he took both boxes and kissed his mom on her temple. Mikoto smiled and then disappeared to her room.

Sasuke glanced at Itachi's room just opposite his room and saw that the door was still closed. He knew his brother had worked the late shift yesterday following his company's fourth outlet midnight sale so he realised that his brother would only be awake sometime around noon.

Sasuke sat back on the floor and opened the box and took out a black stylish pen adorned with silver accents. It had the name Sasuke Uchiha engraved on the body. Sasuke thought he would get his mother something too before he flew out for university tomorrow night. He peered at the other box which held an orange pen adorned with golden accents with his best friend's name engraved on it.

The Uchiha was a close-knit family, but not the kind to say thank you all the time or apologize to each other. They conveyed their thank yous by actions and gestures, and words were only used in very delicate situations. In the rare times that Sasuke used the words, Thank You and Sorry with his family, he freely used those words with Naruto. He did not know why he was more open with Naruto, but it was easier being expressive with his bestie than his family. Maybe because Naruto wore her heart on her sleeve which made things easier for Sasuke. She was the most honest and loyal friend he ever had, though she also had her annoying tendencies.

The house was quiet with Itachi still asleep, and his mom in her room. The Uchiha patriarch had gone to a golf tournament since early morning. Sasuke finding the quietness overwhelming especially with his anticipated travel, took his earphones and tuned to his favourite tunes. Music blasted into his ears as he sorted his remaining clothes to be brought to uni.

Sasuke finally finished packing, so he zipped up his trolley bag and parked it next to his bed. Next to it was a stack of boxes. Each box labelled: for donation, the address to his campus and also to Naruto. He and Itachi had compiled their old but good clothes to give to Naruto to sell at the Flea market. Naruto liked opening up stalls for extra money, which she spent mostly on ramen and Sasuke.

Sasuke's was about to press skip for the next song in his music playing app when a call came in. He saw the ID and immediately answered.

"Teme," the husky voice blared from his earphones. Sasuke had accepted the call, even before the ring tone had begun. He smirked when he realized how Naruto's voice made his heart all tingly.

"Dobe." Sasuke smiled at his teasing nickname which belonged to their early friendship days.

"You free this evening? Dad wants to give you a studying gift and he wants to meet before you depart…"

"...Ok. What time? I have something for you too, from Mom."

"Be here after lunch."

"Ok."

Sasuke plucked his earphones out and stuffed it into his backpack. He grabbed his towel and headed to the shower as he got a meeting to go to.

After showering at the shared bathroom at the end of the hall, he peered into his brother's opened room door. The elder guy's bed was unmade but his brother was nowhere, so he headed back to his room. He entered and saw that Itachi was picking his face using Sasuke's full length mirror. His brother had always been a bit vain, a kind hearted but certainly vain man.

"How's the preparation going? Do you need to run to the mall for anything, or has raiding my room solved your packing pribles.?" Itachi asked knowingly.

"85 percent solved but I need jeans. Black ones."

Itachi glanced at Sasuke's reflection as the younger sibling started dressing up for lunch. Sasuke wore an indigo shirt paired with dark jeans.

Itachi already knew who his brother was meeting, but he still asked. "Meeting Naruto?"

Sasuke nodded while picking socks from his drawer to match his white sneakers.

"Minato wants to meet me before I depart."

"How's the bestie reacting to you moving away?" Itachi asked as he sat on his brother's bed. Itachi had always known that the two best friends would be separated. He was just curious about how Sasuke was handling it.

Sasuke side eyed his brother. It's a regular question which he cared to answer though it was something Itachi should've known about. "We'll keep in touch. There's a tonne of apps for that."

"What would happen if you found a girlfriend at campus?"

Sasuke paused in his movements, he was raking his hair on the back of his head trying to enhance the spiky locks making it look more gravity challenged. He had his hand hovering in his hair. Noticing that he was almost done with his hair grooming and that he needed to respond to Itachi he dropped his hand for awhile before decided to just ignore the unspoken question in Itachi's words. Not that he needed to confirm with his brother about us love life.

"That's not my main focus being in university," Sasuke answered as he continued to rake his hair upward after the awkward pause. He hated when Itachi was being in a happy relationship, because Itachi was suddenly all sage like in the matters of love. Sasuke could understand the unspoken question about his and Naruto's status as best friends, their close friends wanted them to be more than best friends Sasuke suspected. The problem was that there was no way that the dobe would feel for something like that for him. Naruto was never inclined to like him romantically, Sasuke thought.

"I've got to go. Bring me to the mall tomorrow so I can max out your credit card on things I need." He said as he picked on his white sneakers and exited his room, while also changing the subject.

Itachi laughed and laid back on his brother's bed. He rummaged for his brother's diary which was placed under the mattress and began reading on the boy's daily rants about life, aspirations and anecdotes. Sasuke knew about his brother's intrusive habit, but he didn't care. Itachi wasn't one too share his daily ramblings about how raising his brother's wardrobe was better than shopping on his own anyday.

Sasuke smirked as he saw from the corner of his eye, that Itachi did not bother to leave his room even without him being there. He had ranted enough in the diary about his brother to rile his brother a bit, and also an appreciation note for his only sibling. It was his way of making his brother know about his unspoken feelings.

As he swiped his mom's car keys and wallet. He thought about his unspoken feelings for his best friend. Words that he was not brave enough to confess, and not even write about. He may have written about hints of his fondness towards Naruto for Itachi to read, which eased his thoughts a bit. Something which sat uncomfortably in the pit of his stomach, which made his heart bloom but his mind in turmoil. His mixed feelings about what he wanted from Naruto, maybe not now, but maybe in the future.

Rose raised in a society that would expect her to act very high and mighty and violently would absolutely 100% end up “holier than thou” snobbish and drop-of-a-hat violent. I hate to say it but Rose would not end up anything like Gamzee in canon she would be a MENACE she would be society’s expectations for a indigo/purpleblood to a t. Having a Seagoatmom that’s never really around to give her any kind of emotional support or make her feel loved would only make her feel more angry at the world and feed into her violence. Like this is a girl who as a HUMAN with a mom who loved her, just was drunk, stuck NEEDLES INTO AN OGRE’S EYES AND RODE IT DOWN A WATERFALL like Rose as a troll of this caste would be HORRIFYING. She’s rich, nobody ever tells her no, there’s a cult that appeals to her because it’s that weird sort of horrifying Rose is into and also it’s something meant for her (Rose would probably favor the more violent aspects of it, that Gamzee didn’t really pay attention to). The kind of person who would MUCH rather pick a fight with someone who is wrong, than educate someone about what is actually right. Very stuck up kind of smarts, and she IS smart. She’s brilliant in every pursuit she takes. She’s just very privileged and buys into the rhetoric that tells her that she’s special, that she’s important, primarily because it fits well with what she wants but also because having a lusus that has abandoned her makes her desperate to find that validation that she IS important anyway and any place she can. Hot mess of a girl, surprising no one. As Seer of Rage, her quest is about her learning that there are CONSEQUENCES to her actions. And it is an ugly, messy personal journey that she does not want to have to deal with. Her fury, her destruction, her violence, her willingness to tear down the world if it does not suit her own wants and needs, those are admirable qualities, sure, when used PROPERLY. And Rose has been using them for malice. She’s been cruel. And now she has to see the results of her actions and emotions laid out in plain and it sucks. No one really likes being confronted with the things about themselves that aren’t good. But she must learn how to use her Rage for good purposes, and she must see the results of her fury, should she act on it. Visions of friends, hurt by her own hands, flashes of the future showing that she is WRONG, they’re not fun, but they’re useful, and she learns how to better herself. How to become someone who can balance her own nature with things like love and compassion, which takes the help of her friends, of course, but also holding herself accountable. John likely helps out with that, quite a lot. 

Dave Peixes, local hipster rich kid who likes hip new trends like “being nice to people” and “not killing each other.” He’s a giant weenie he probably doesn’t have designs on the throne, but he also very likely doesn’t do the shit we see Trizza do where he actually, like, RULES anybody. He defo has like 50000 social media platforms and lots of people follow him bc, wow, fuchsia blood, and he thrives off the attention bc yesssssss he IS cool and tyrian and important pay attention to him! There is no force on this earth or the next that is gonna stop that boy from wanting people to pay attention to him and being rich and extremely important and the only person in his entire blood caste is not going to put ANY brakes on that particular operation. Catch him taking selfies and using “alternative” paints on his nails. Like and reblog his cool scenic underwater photos and shore-side panoramas. Having a horrorterror as a lusus is nice, on one hand, because the giant writhing ball of noise and otherworldly fright loves him, but on the other hand he’s a soft dumb boy and he would REALLY hate having to feed her! Dave does not want to interact with things that are dangerous/deadly/sharp he doesn’t like that! He’d be very effected by having to kill things in order to take care of her, it’d affect his psyche very poorly. As Knight of Life, he’d be probably quite excited about being able to protect the living instead of having to kill things for his lusus. The prospect would also probably be pretty daunting, though, because he’s not used to that? He doesn’t know how? What is he doing. Having actual, legitimate responsibilities would be new for this very spoiled boy, and scary at first, but he’d get better and grow into it well. Being a swimmer, he’d end up very physically strong, and living in the deep waters of the Alternian ocean, he would have pretty quick reflexes, and if you know anything about me you know I like sea dwellers with big ol’ earfins and lots of freckles so please picture that and think about how cute he would be.

John Leijon would probably start out in a cave, get real depressed and lonely there, and move into a city, which would be a big culture shock and Catdad would probably take some adjustment ((”no you cannot eat the neighbor’s birdlusus I don’t care if it would be tasty, you Can’t.”)) but ultimately it would be for the best. His lusus loves him dearly and encourages him to always do his best, and growing up around a bunch of other trolls in a hivestem and being on the lower edge of middle class would be pretty pleasant, as far as Alternian pleasantries can go. Gets along with other trolls REALLY well! John’s got a pretty inborn social intelligence, even if he can seem dense sometimes, but this social smarts is a HIGHLY valuable commodity amongst trolls, who are raised to be far more close to the chest with their friendliness and emotions. John might start out seeming like a trick, and to be fair he does like practical jokes, but eventually he becomes the hivestem’s “This is John. He’s a little bit of an idiot but we love him and if anything happens to him literally every single member of this hivestem WILL kill you” and John just laughs and waves in the background bc wow, his neighbors are so theatrical! What a fun group. It’s so nice living in the city now. As Heir of Heart, his role is to literally embody emotions and the soul. People are not wrong when they say John Leijon has a lot of soul, that he’s got a big heart, he’s a loving boy who leaps at the opportunity to show that love. Ngl he probably has a crush on Dave in this. Just sayin. JohnRose is also a thing that I am thinking definitely happens in this. 

Jade Captor! Lower-class, but on the upper edge, could definitely die but isn’t LIKELY to. Probably has a sorta fatalistic sense of humor where she’s like “I’m gonna do the thing” “That could go wrong” “Then I’ll die :D” Probably gets really angry about the hemospectrum and how it doesn’t even make SENSE. Grrrrr!!!!!!!!! >:( She lives in a hivestem around bunches of other people LIKE SHE DESERVES!!! Maybe she and John even live in the same hivestem later on :D That would be so fun! They could be besties, like Aradia and Tavros were, but like they’d live in the same area so they could see each other every night :D She probably has a lot of close encounters with her own death and laughs them off because living in a hell society builds up that kind of casual PTSD. She gets very good at navigating danger though, because she’s an energetic girl with a short fuse and a loving but not particularly inclined to discipline lusus, and she can’t really keep herself out of trouble. Turns out to be a pretty useful life skill as the Witch of Doom, where her whole thing is navigating death and fate and misery and stuff. According to the canon extended zodiac quiz page, Doom is about empathetic sharing of misery, which would make Jade more of a listener, not a fixer, which, yeah, I can see her ending up that way. Life on Alternia sucks ass my dudes, and as someone in a lower caste there wouldn’t be a whole lot she could actually do to change anything, but by god she resents it, and she’s 100% willing to listen to you if you wanna talk about your problems. Probably resents the Aspect of Doom at first until she realizes that Witches are people who can change their Aspect, and then probably gets more into it. Because I am a sucker for Life/Death motifs, she and Dave are definitely very close friends, I’m gonna say moirails
