He can already feel the telltale signs of the blood loss effecting him. He's sluggish and slow as he moves to secure the windows and doors of the decrepit home. There is a jolt of pain with every moment as he keeps pressure on his side with one hand as he blocks himself in the house to keep outside any dead or humans who might be looking to finish the fucking shit show they had rained down on him so unexpectedly. Nothing was safe anymore. Negan is moving toward what he assumes is the kitchen area to look for anything to tend to his wound. At first, he doesn't notice anything until he is fisting a rag around his hand to press to the gnarly bullet wound at his side: there was a water bottle and a small pile of food on the kitchen table.

Negan's brow wrinkles because no house was left unlooted this far into the hellish nightmare the world had become. Everything had been picked clean--especially in crowded areas--for as long as he could remember which could only mean he wasn't alone in that house. His free hand immediately goes to the gun at his side cocking the weapon as warning mostly. "Alright--whoever is fucking here show yourself and we can figure this out without any fuckery going on. I am in a real bad mood and not lookin' to attract every walker within miles with gunshots."

No pre-established romantic relationships. (I do make rare exceptions for this depending on the plot.)

I love ocs. I've had some incredible roleplays with amazing ones and will never turn you down for wanting to use yours. WITH THAT BEING SAID--I heavily prefer well-thought out ocs with bios, not blurbs. If I'm going to write a canon character against yours, they have to be fleshed out. I don't want their whole personality and creation to revolve around being with a canon character. It's boring. I'm here for plots and character development, not to solely fulfill fantasies. My ocs have flaws, strengths, backgrounds and can hold their own in a plot without a ship. It makes the story more exciting!

5. Pretty please put effort into the plot and the characters you play. I love smut but don't just want to write smut, or constantly have my character saving yours. I want there to be things happening around our characters, not just to them.

6. Don't pressure me for replies. I work in film and in a bar. Sometimes I get insanely busy. Most times I'm free. I will always do my best to communicate when I'm not, but if you pressure me, I simply won't respond. Especially if I don't respond for an hour and you message me three times. (With that being said if I haven't responded in like a week, feel free to follow up.)

Info About The Writer

Hi! I’m Alistair— you can call me that, or you can use my username for pretty much everywhere else, TheetyPie/Theety. I don’t mind either way.

I’m a trans guy, I use he/they pronouns. I’m panromantic/asexual, and I’m 27 years old.

I have 3 cats, they’re my babies. I also (as you can tell from above) have a lot of OCs, and the number is still growing. I want to turn my ideas into a bigger creation someday, still not sure exactly where I want to go with it.

I do more than write. I do art, I like video games, music, and just collecting stuff. Current obsessions are Monster High, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, makeup, crystals, and jewelry.

Rules

The most important: I do not RP smut. In the past I’ve used the fade-to-black method, but I’m not entirely comfortable with that with most of my muses.

In the same vein, DO NOT FORCE SHIPS. I love ships as much as the next guy, but I would prefer to discuss it first, or for us to agree on it. It’s cool if your muse has a crush, totally fine— mine get crushes all the time! But make sure if you want to ship, we discuss it first.

In a similar vein to that one as well, no god-modding/powerplaying. If your character is strong, an immortal being, or whatever, cool! I have some of those too. But there should always be a limit. Don’t say your character is moving mine unless we’ve talked about that. Attempt to move them. Usually I follow along as long as boundaries aren’t pushed.

Don’t kill or seriously injure my muse without permission. Fights happen, of course, but again: discussion. I’m up for threads where my canon muses are injured or killed, but not where it happens to my OCs, unless we’re getting into a backstory and another OC that’s already deceased dies. Non-serious injuries are alright to come out of nowhere with, but if it’s a first meeting, I’d prefer to plot it out.

I’m semi-selective. I’m kind of particular about who I follow and who I thread with. I prefer us to be mutuals to thread, but you don’t have to be mutuals to send me things.

I’m very bad at keeping up with people. If you message me and I don’t respond, it’s usually bc I’m shy, I forgot, or I’m busy with work. It’s not you, I promise. Usually I don’t message first bc I’m nervous.

Back to shipping: I’m also multiship. Usually my ships are in different universes, unless discussed with all parties beforehand. The exception is a few of my OCs that are partnered together— ask about their availability. I love random ships, just talk to me about them!

I love duplicates of my muses. Whether it’s “x meets self” or I find someone I share a muse with, I love RPing with just about everyone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we have a muse in common!

One of my other most important statements, not really considered a rule, but it’s still important: if you want to know something about any muse, canon or OC, please tell me— ask or message me! I haven’t been able to write down a lot of info about any of them because I’m on mobile, but I will infodump for you if you need/want to know something. I love talking about my children, they’re precious to me.

If you send something in or make something for me when we haven’t even spoken, I might not feel comfortable responding. I’m very shy and nervous about not having any discussion beforehand. 😭

when  were  you  first  introduced  to  tumblr  rp,  &  do  you  remember  how?

i  feel  like  i’ve  been  on  tumblr  rp  since  forever,  but  realistically  it’s  probably    …    around  10ish  years  maybe?  i  was  super  nervous  at  first  because  i  didn’t  really  understand  how  tumblr  rp  worked.  i  feel  like  the  places  i  was  roleplaying  on  previous  to  tumblr  were  very  different,  and  also  weren’t  group-centric,  but  thankfully  i  was  introduced  by  a  friend  already  rp’ing  on  tumblr  so  i  had  a  lil  guide.  if  i’m  remembering  right,  my  first  ever  experience  was  a  harry  potter  rp  writing  my  boy,  seamus    &    y’know  it’s  an  old  group  when  i  tell  you  i  was  still  using  dear  ol’  devon  murray  as  his  faceclaim.  not  long  after,  i  discovered  indie  roleplay,  fandom  roleplays    &    simply  never  left.  here  i  still  am!

do  you  prefer  to  write  in  silence,  or  with  music  /  background  noise?

my  main  go-to  is  music,  especially  if  i  already  have  a  playlist  set  up  for  the  muse  i’m  trying  to  write.  it  helps  me  get  into  the  feel  of  their  character,  their  personality,  their  experiences  vs  how  they  would  respond  to  current  ones  happening,  etc.  that  said!  i  can  get  very  easily  distracted  when  it’s  a  song  i  like  and  end  up  putting  on  a  one  woman  concert  instead,  so  sometimes  i  have  to  admit  defeat  and  either  write  in  silence,  or  put  on  a  show  /  film  i’ve  already  seen  1000  times  so  i  don’t  focus  too  much  on  it.

what  character  have  you  never  written,  but  have  wanted  to?

hmm    …    nox-wise?  i’ve  eyed  ron  weasley  more  than  once.  i  don’t  think  i  ever  would  for  a  multitude  of  reasons,  the  fact  i  already  write  arthur  being  the  main  one,  but  i’m  definitely  drawn  to  his  character    &    i  often  think  about  how  much  fun  i’d  have  slotting  him  into  the  nox  world,  especially  now  ginny    &    draco  are  public  like  hello??  we  are  missing  out  on  comedy  gold  family  drama  right  now.  similarly,  i’ve  also  had  many,  many  thoughts  about  how  much  fun  i  would  have  with  bill  weasley    &    lee  jordan.  away  from  nox  and  just  in  general,  there’s  an  original  character  who  lives  rentfree  in  my  mind  built  around  david  bowie’s  major  tom.  maybe  i’ll  bring  him  to  life  one  day  somewhere.  maybe.

what  character/s  do  you  relate  to  the  most?

this  is  a  hard  question  because  i  feel  like  when  it  comes  to  picking  and  loving  characters,  it’s  less  about  who  i  relate  to    &    more  about  who  i’m  drawn  to.  i  get  invested  in  such  a  weird  array  of  characters  that  are  so  different  from  one  another,  but!  there  is,  without  a  shadow  of  a  doubt,  two  types  of  character  you  can  guarantee  i’ll  love    &    people  who  know  me  are  never  surprised  when  they  learn  i  do,  and  those  are    …    one,  the  kinda  batshit  insane  villain  with  a  tragic  backstory  arc    (  see  negan  from  the  walking  dead,  klaus  mikaelson  from  tvdu    …  )    &    two,  the  side  character  that  most  of  the  fandom  forget  about,  didn’t  even  survive  an  entire  season  before  dying  tragically  with  only  seven  minutes  of  screentime.  examples  of  this  are  denny  duquette  in  grey’s  anatomy    &    doyle  in  angel.  that’s  just  my  bread  and  butter.  when  it  comes  to  characters  i  can  relate  to  the  most,  it’s  probably  the  ones  whose  stories  are  connected  to  my  own  experiences  more  than  an  actual  specific  type  of  character.

do  you  prefer  writing  original  characters  or  canon  characters?

i  don’t  think  i  have  a  preference.  i  love  canon  characters    &    i  love  original  characters.  our  favourite  canon  was  someone’s  original  character  once  upon  a  time  after  all!  i  do  really  enjoy  the  freedom  that  comes  with  an  original  character:    someone  you’re  able  to  build  from  scratch.  you  control  their  backstory,  their  personality,  their  experiences.  canon  characters  can  come  with  a  few  more  restraints,  as  they’ve  already  had  part  of  their  story  told,  but  at  the  same  time    …    that’s  just  as  fun,  because  you’re  writing  someone  you’ve  grown  to  love    &    you’re  adding  some  extra  excitement  with  your  own  interpretation.  honestly,  i  just  love  writing.  

what  is  a  headcanon  you  have  for  [  character  ]  that  you  haven’t  posted?

i  struggled  to  pick  a  character  for  this  one,  so  instead  have  a  string  of  random  facts  about  several:    andie  once  had  aspirations  of  becoming  a  healer,  but  the  year  she  finally  had  enough  savings  to  apply  for  training  was  the  same  year  she  fell  pregnant    &    now,  she  neither  has  the  time  nor  the  finances  to  spare,  but  that’s  okay.  raising  marco  is  her  new  dream.    /    millicent  knows  exactly  where  her  obliviated  -  father  lives    &    works,  despite  insisting  they  do  not  care  what  happened  to  him  after  the  ministry  wiped  his  memories.  it’s  more  about  self  -  preservation  than  a  longing  to  know  him.  as  long  as  she  knows  where  he  is,  she  also  knows  how  to  avoid  him!    /    the  podcast  justin  hosts  is  a  true  crime  one,  predominantly  around  muggle  history    /    arthur  has  a  molly  -  centric  tattoo  that  his  children  must  never  learn  about.  he’s  managed  to  keep  it  hidden  this  long!

Negan sipped from the beer in his hand as he people watched everyone coming in. It was a highschool reunion and he on a whim decided to go. The gold band on his ring finger tapped against the bottle as his eyes fell on the one person he wasnt sure would show up and he wasnt sure he wanted to see them again. They had been highschool sweethearts and broken up when Negan got accepted into college. It was a tough breakup and sometimes they were still in the back of his mind. He was pretty sure his heart stopped when they made eye contact but he was quick to pull himself together. "Wow. I wasnt sure you were going to come."

Hope is a fool’s devotion. He doesn’t know what he thought possible but surely his mind had reached the bounds of it’s fucking limitations. There is anger and frustration there buried under a thick layer of immeasurable shame. He had bled for his right to stay in Alexandria. He had fought for it and risked everything. Yet, old sins are never repaid. Negan bends at the knees, rubbing together the flint and steel, until the small fire sparks against the tinder--the soft glow of newly spared fire safe in the thickness of the trees. 

And hopefully, it would be enough to not draw the attention of the dead. It’s too god damn cold to be out in these woods at night and he was absolute shit at hunting, the few game he had found laying on the ground at his side awaiting to be cooked. His gaze flickers up at the sounds of twigs unrushed. Not a walker, too purposeful and light footed. No dragging of a limp leg. No gnarly snarl. No immediate threat so no immediate worry. “Hungry?” He pipes up wanting to know sooner than later who it was. “I make a mean rabbit stew.”

PLOT HUNT

Hey all!

After a lengthy hiatus, I've found myself with loads of time on my hands and I'm dying to get some Walking Dead plots going. I'm down to play my Canons or OCs. I'm down to double (bonus points if you are) and I'm down for some drama and spice.

I have a few things I'm itching for, but the muse is high so I'm open to hearing any suggestions ya'll have! Here are a few plots and pairings I could go for:

These are just a few pairings and plot musings I have, I'm very open to discussion. I also LOVE playing against OCS. My only stipulation is that they're well-fleshed out. I can tell when an OC is written for the sole purpose of being with a Canon and that's not my cup of tea.
