"I worked ‘hard’ on ‘softening’ over the years. I started with my language. I connected with words that felt delicious to me—like “delicious” (wink-wink), “grace” , “nourish”, “love”, “charming,” “warm,” “enchanting,” “juicy,” “luscious,” “sweetness"–and the like, and they became active in my everyday vocabulary. I started cooking homemade meals more, tasting and sipping my way into greater softening. I drew closely to nature as a lover and communicated my organs’ desires and dire need to soften for total body wellness. Also I learned to be aware of my tone and harmonize my throatchakra, and my way of communicating shifted over time. Sound is vibration and vibration contribute not only to your body but also the the body of earth, and collective body of humanity. I became more patient with communication. I shamelessly engaged my moans. I softened my sound. I softened my sound which softened my skin and body which continues to help soften the Earth-body in some way ~ #indiaameye 💞💞(YouLookLikeSomethingBlooming) Photographer : @maximushka ❤️

“Hold tight to your visions. Don’t edit your dreams. Go after EXACTLY what you desire. —challenge your ego not to worry about the ‘how. ‘ Be authentic about your emotions —as all emotions are in service to you. Soon it all gets clear, concise, and better. The celebration begins again at noon. Bask in your wetness, that wetness means that you are ALIVE.” — Streams of consciousness/Dearest gratitude by India Ame’ye http://eatmangoesnekkid.tumblr.com/ #Consciousness #IndiaAmeye #Stream

When people tell me they are unwell or constantly getting injured, the first thing I ask is ‘how much water have you been drinking?’ Dehydration is one of the main root causes of many illnesses and injuries. ✨ This video is a bit of childhood dream bloomed true + sweet dog that follows me everywhere included. The greenery has officially taken over the aerial playpen. ! I always believed plants thrive around true love (love of self, love of others, and a love affair with being alive). An openheart is a natural #greenthumb 🍃!

Negrita! Morena!
In Costa Rica, many of the sweet locals referred to me as “negrita,” an endearing term that means “cute black girl.” They spoke curiously about how dark my skin was. I am pretty sure they had no idea I was well over 40 years old and I assured them that I’m more of a “morena”--a grown brown/dark skinned WOMAN.
I know I’m a Whole and Holy woman-being-entity. This is not a game. This is age old clarity, respect, and deep joy. Stored (sun)light inside our organs produces an internal intimacy. My organs are being made love to and restored. While we are all perfect and whole as we are, I’m learning a little more about my skin than what’s taught in books or on google—only whispered by nature itself. Can you imagine having skin so Black it had to be debased in the collective psyche of humanity for hundreds of years, but still twinkles and lacks even the prettiest of wrinkles like an unseen constellation? Perhaps it isn’t our “blackness” that many people are still afraid of or curious about, and therefore attracted to. It’s our “darkness,” our authentic cosmic essence that instinctively radiates brightly once we begin to perceive the light within ourselves from an open-hearted space. Every shadowy experience has a soul.
Human beings have accessed very little knowledge (sun) and wisdom (moon) about heavily melanin-ated skin, this receiver of light energy. Or if they do know, they suppress it like a contagion. You’d be surprised how many lighter skin people ask me if my skin tans darker, and the answer is always a mighty pleasurable “yes!” In Thailand, I lost count of how many Thai people asked to touch my skin or just stared incessantly. Darker skin is so mystical and marginalised that a large part of society actually has no clue of its potency, including dark skin people who think they need to wear chemical sunblock. Shea butter is a natural sun protection by the way! Perhaps one day mass consciousness will catch up, but until then, I’m going to continue integrating my studies. Because learning more about my skin’s functionality, this spirited melanin, through the lens of being human + mythic, swells me into greater expansion every time.
The discipline of self-awareness is a gift. You begin to see that you don’t need to shame, blame, or make wrong any system, person, or group of people. You are instead imprinting your life, storing carefree, effervescent thoughts, beliefs, melodies, and chemistries in your body parts. You are tuning into what feels true for you, directing your energy into that, and radiating from there.
The spirit of limitlessness naturally asks the question, “what else is here for me beyond what I’ve been taught?”

If you have difficulties with working out for whatever reason, from pinched nerves to back pain (all of which I've had years ago), consider OPENING your body up with flexibility classes FIRST to create SPACE for something new to emerge in your body. I talk about these things in "The Melody of Love" books but feeling so good that I can't help but to blurt it out now 😅. If you can't get to a class for whatever reason, google "flexibility exercises for back and hips/hip openers" on Youtube, and try those exercises. I say this because I had so much locked energy in my hips and back--limited mobility 16 months ago, and these classes are bringing more organic stamina, stability, lengthening, space, and shape unlike anything I've had before. But I'm not just tooting physical benefits, elongation in the hips and thighs opens us to deeper magic. Go slow. Take your time. It's not overnight, but I'm a testimony that with CONSISTENT practice, oh god, your body parts open like the sea lol. Give yourself AT LEAST 9 birthing months before you measure your results or give up. I love yoga too, but flex classes are different because the only goal is TO OPEN-like opening up the heart/womb/genetials (back, chest, and hips), all that magic! I keep talking about flex classes because I'm so in love with them! --India Ame’ye, Author, pictured

Get off my dick! By India Ame’ye
“Get off my d*ck.” -Beyonce
Before you roll your eyes, Lovely, ask yourself how many big ticket, mega female R&B/pop singers would’ve had the audacity to say such a line 20, 30, 40 years ago. The world is radically shifting, Loved Ones. Get into the game or get left holding an outdated deck of UNO cards. Every choice is valid.
Being that she’s a cis-gender woman, I imagine she wasn’t talking about a gorgeous physical d*ck, but a gorgeous, humungous energetic one. And that’s some scary tension for most people in the modern world, I get that. It reminded me of my essay, “I’m Never Without Pure Fulfilment.”
As promised, after the #OTR2 concert with"The Carters" I rested for (almost) two days straight, a homage to my mother who never felt she had the right to rest without feeling the stigma of being lazy, obligated, or waiting until she was terribly sick, particularly because she received the imprint that chronic exhaustion was the only option for being in her body. I only rose from a transcendental state to twirl into Saturday’s farmer’s market, a walking sacred meditation😂. Nesting and purring in our bed sanctuary, only getting up to use the bathroom, shower, make juice or food, grab a new book or the power cord for my laptop, greet my sweet lover and our dog sitter at the door, was purposeful. That’s how deeply personal and purposeful trance can be. Being that close to the stage with all my ancient fairy intuitive sensibilities, I clearly sensed two Humans who were a God force individually and collectively. I see why they are called the “Illuminati.” They are both “Illuminated.” And ‘feeling’ Beyonce rap the lyric, “get off my dick” with such unapologetic, unflinching power and a keen stare was pure solstice heated de-light!
And while I know that my behaviour probably seems a bit over-the-top for the average person, I am no longer interested in being average, but embodying well-endowed proof that I existed in this world. In my hiatus, I saw a vision of me catapulting my pole and aerial dance sacred praxises and book publishing Ambassador brand, “Modern Woman, Indigenous Spirit Press” to supreme international places among other incubating things. That’s what the charms of rest and restoration do for these extraordinary bodies we live inside of. They help us to discover our hind legs.
And lastly. Get off my dick.
Author-Artist Hybrid, India Ame’ye is the Author of the Amazon Bestseller , “You Look Like Something Blooming.” While training as a Pole Dancer and Aerial Circus Performer, she completed her Magnus Opus transformational book, “The Melody of Love” a book she says is “sure to transform the bodies and lives of its’ readers.” India lives in Amsterdam, Netherlands with beautiful partner, “The Charming Lover” and their dog-fairy, Luna. Release date of “The Melody of Love” TBA.

Many women have been tricked out of softness, inaccurately led to believe that it equates to weakness and docility. But a soft woman doesn’t necessarily mean a fragmented woman. There’s actually great strength in the irresistible softness of femininity. While she knows how to yield and surrender when necessary, a soft woman could be leading a pack a wolves and not be noticed. Plus she’s got the charm to make others think they are actually leading, but gently and most lovingly, they are indeed being led.--India Ame’ye, Author, Pole Dancer, Aerialist, Pranic Healer, and Transcendental Meditator, Pictured

A woman-owned sustainable ethical clothing company randomly DMed me asking if they could send some of their clothing made out of organic bamboo —for free. I immediately hit the block button 🙃 because well it’s the internet... 🤷🏾♀️ 😅. But before I did, I noticed that two mutual friends were following them. These were two real life friends I knew offline so I asked them both if the company was legit and they both were like YESSSS girl 🙌🏿! I unblocked them right away 🤗and got my whole self on board—fell in love with their Instagram page as well. There were ZERO catches—or gimmicks—they never asked me to even so much as post a picture! To be fair I rarely wear undies, but I must say that @hara_thelabelfeels like sweetness on the skin....great for quirkily hopping and prancing around the house, being weird, cute and cozy. The items are really comfortable and I really love the sacral color! Thank you Hara! And Knotless braids grow the hair like weeds. 👯♀️✨ --45 year old, India Ame’ye #fitover40 #harathelabel#writersofinstagram #indiaameye
