You know what, it might sound dumb, but whenever life got really shitty, wrestling has always been there to help.

Whenever I’m having panic issues and worries, Alex Shelley stuff helps me calm down.

Seth Rollins always inspires my creative side and makes me want to get back to work.

When I was upset about losing my mom, wrestling helped me bond with my own children more. My son got into it and I have adorable pictures of him posing like Randy Orton and singing his song. My daughter and I bonded over Pete Dunne as she tried to imitate him.

Dexter Lumis just makes me smile and for a second I remember what I can accomplish in life.

Jay white makes me feel like a kid again, back when I thought all of this was real and the most amazing things I had ever seen.

Independent wrestling got me through ages 19-25.

Wrestling has brought me some of my best friends. It got me closer to my husband. It has brought me so many good things in life. And whenever life was bad, it was always there to pick me back up. It helped me accomplish some of my wildest dreams.

Some people might think it’s dumb and fake and stupid. But it’s always been such a big part of my life. And I’m thankful for it.
