think by now y fitness style is about thinking out of the box. Especially if we are going to get spikes with the coronavirus, where exercise is concerned lateral thinking will be required if indoor or outdoor gyms get closed down again. Trees so far have not been locked down. My fitness journey is now mostly about how simple it can be to train on trees. Of course its imperative to know which trees are safer than others. By following me I would like to think you will learn this. The other great thing about using trees to train on especially if you are into body weight exercises is that there is an abundance of both trees and techniques that can be mastered to improve full body strength as well as becoming more resilient to injury. Working out on trees is unlike any fitness equipment I know of and you will be using large muscle groups even with the simplest of exercises.
